Joe Biden is Grinning Ear to Ear as this Radical Left-Wing Terror Plot Unfolds:

With Election Day looming, the radical Left has resorted to desperate tactics to ensure their preferred candidates win this November. 

 

Intimidation, censorship, and even violence are all acceptable to the Left, which often puts politics above all else. 

Now Joe Biden is grinning ear to ear as this radical left-wing terror plot unfolds. 

This radical effort demonstrates just how far the Left is willing to go. 

It almost goes without saying that there is nobody that the “woke” mob despises more than Donald Trump. 

And with Donald Trump leading in many head-to-head polls against President Joe Biden, the radical Left is resorting to desperate tactics to prevent another Trump Presidency. 

 

The extreme tactics of the radical Left were put on full display last Saturday when far-left extremists gathered in front of the Heritage Foundation’s headquarters, where they made repulsive threats and calls to action. 

Some of the groups behind these rallies are the Center for Popular Democracy, Human Rights Campaign, CPD Action, Vocal New York, and Rise and Resist.

 

The Heritage Foundation’s 2025 Project, which aims to find highly qualified individuals to potentially serve in the Trump Administration, was the focal point of these rallies. 

At one point during the rally, somebody shouted, “We need to go find out where they live, where they go to church, who they hang around with, and bird dog they asses,” which was met with applause and cheers. 


One of the organizers later took to Instagram, posting, “Our message: No Day One Dictator! Stop Project 2025! The Heritage Foundation is Hazardous! In one year, the GOP plans to install a Day One Dictator and dismantle our democracy. Help launch a year-long campaign of action against Project 2025.”

 

Meanwhile, another posted, “Our goal is to increase the attention mainstream media pays to Project 2025’s goal of dismantling our US system of government, reinforcing white supremacy, erasing the LGBTQ community, women’s rights, labor, immigration, and other rights, and urge Americans to sound the alarm and vote against this dangerous GOP platform in November.”

 

Although these calls to action may seem shocking, these are battle-tested tactics used by the radical Left. 

For example, following the landmark Dobbs decision, radical leftists illegally protested outside of the homes of Supreme Court Justices. 

 

In some instances, protestors were seen following the children of Supreme Court Justices, allegedly making vial threats designed to intimidate their parents.

There is no limit to how far the radical Left will go to get their way 

In recent years, the radical Left has demonstrated that they will do anything to get their way, even if it means using intimidation and violence. 

 

Whether it is threatening bird-dogging, or actually following up on these threats like they did after the Dobbs decision, these actions have become an integral parent of their playbook. 

With Election Day looming, many experts believe that these threats and actions will become more severe and frequent.

The special counsel investigating President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents has concluded that no criminal charges are warranted in the matter and said they wouldn’t be even if the Department of Justice didn’t have a policy barring the prosecution of sitting presidents.

That conclusion was revealed in a 345-page report that the Justice Department sent to Capitol Hill on Thursday. The report criticized Biden’s conduct, saying he improperly took classified material related to the 2009 Afghanistan troop surge and shared classified information with the ghostwriter of his 2017 memoir. The report also includes photos of classified documents in insecure places, including a cardboard box in Biden’s garage and a filing cabinet under his TV.

New Law to Jail Oil & Gas Supporters:

YES! The NDP wants you in jail if you support Oil/Gass...

A New Democrat MP has introduced Bill C-372, which aims to regulate fossil fuel advertising akin to tobacco advertising restrictions, and imprison those who express positive statements about them.

Socialist MP Charlie Angus, runner-up in the NDP’s 2017 leadership race won by Jagmeet Singh, dubbed his bill the Fossil Fuel Advertising Act.

 

 Angus seeks to curb if not ban advertisements for fossil fuels, citing health and environmental concerns by drawing parallels between tobacco and what he claims is a crisis caused by fossil fuel consumption. 

“Whereas fossil fuel production and consumption has resulted in a national public health crisis of substantial and pressing concern, in a way that is similar to the public health crisis caused by tobacco consumption;” the bill reads.


The bill proposes a range of restrictions, from outright bans on certain types of promotions to fines for non-compliance. It introduces terms like “producer” and “promotion,” broadly defining them to encompass various entities associated with fossil fuel marketing.

 

“It is prohibited for a person to promote a fossil fuel, a fossil fuel-related brand element or the production of a fossil fuel,” the bill reads.

As Tristin Hopper of the National Post noted, “Angus defines ‘promotion’ so broadly that it could technically apply to something as simple as a Facebook post or even an ‘I Love Canadian Oil and Gas’ bumper sticker.”

 

While introducing the bill in the House of Commons, Angus claimed that the oil and gas industry “has done years of disinformation and interference and false claims about the damage it is doing to the planet, but it is also killing people.”

 

The only exceptions for praising fossil fuels, according to his private members bill, is when done artistically through song or some sort of performance. Otherwise, failure to comply could land individuals from oil companies in jail. Here’s a summary of the penalties outlined in his bill:

For Producers Violating Promotion Restrictions:

>  On conviction on indictment, a producer could face a fine of up to $1,000,000 or imprisonment for up to two years, or both.

>  On summary conviction, the penalty could be a fine of up to $500,000 or imprisonment for up to one year, or both.

For False Promotion:

>  Producers who engage in false, misleading, or deceptive promotion could, on conviction on indictment, be fined up to $1,500,000 or face up to two years in prison, or both. On summary conviction, the fine could be up to $750,000 or imprisonment for up to one year, or both.

For Other Persons (Non-Producers) Violating Promotion Restrictions:

>  Individuals other than producers found guilty of contravening promotion restrictions on summary conviction could face a fine of up to $500,000.

Angus once notoriously mocked a woman, Sheila Lewis, who died after being denied a lung transplant due her refusal to get COVID vaccinated.

Justice Gorsuch makes mincemeat out of anti-Trump attorney:

‘No, no!’ Justice Gorsuch makes mincemeat out of Colorado attorney seeking to keep Trump off ballot...

It’s not just congressional Republicans pushing back on the “insurrection” narrative against former President Donald Trump — so is Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch.

During a SCOTUS hearing Thursday, Gorsuch excoriated a Colorado attorney who argued that Trump deserves to be kept off the state’s ballot because he’d participated in an insurrection.

Attorney Jason Murray specifically made the case that Trump had effectively disqualified himself from the ballot the moment the so-called Jan. 6th insurrection occurred.

 

Both Gorsuch and Justice Samuel Alito pushed back by asking if it’d therefore have been lawful for members of the military to have stopped obeying Trump the moment the so-called insurrection occurred.

Murray in turn claimed that although Trump was (and is allegedly) no longer qualified to serve in office, the military members would have still had to follow his orders until a legal procedure was instituted.

“Well, certainly you need a procedure in order to have any remedy to enforce the disqualification,” he explained.

Gorsuch didn’t buy this argument.

“That’s a whole separate question. That’s the de facto doctrine. It doesn’t work here. Okay, put that aside. He’s disqualified from the moment. Self-executing. Done,” he began, describing Trump being disqualified.

“And I would think that a person who would receive a direction from that person, the president, former president, in your view, would be free to act as he or she wishes without regard to that individual,” he added.

“I don’t think so, because I think, again, the de facto officer doctrine would nevertheless come into play,” Murray replied.

 

The de facto officer doctrine effectively immunizes an officer who exercises “‘the duties of an office under color of an appointment or election to that office’ but whose lawful and legal title or authority is defective,” according to the Colombia Law Review.


But Gorsuch still wasn’t buying what the anti-Trump attorney was selling.

“No, that doesn’t work, Mr. Murray, because de facto officer is to ratify the conduct that’s done afterwards and insulate from judicial review,” he said. “Put that aside. I’m not going to say it again. Put it aside. Okay.”

He continued, “I think Justice Alito is asking a very different question, a more pointed one and more difficult one for you. I understand, but I think it deserves an answer. On your theory, would anything compel a lower official to obey an order from, in your view, the former president?”

 

Murray responded this time by trying to pull a fast one.

“I’m imagining a situation where, for example, a former president was, you know, a president was elected and they were 25 and they were ineligible …,” he said before being cut off by an annoyed Gorsuch.

“No, no!” the justice said. “We’re talking about Section Three. Please don’t change the hypothetical, okay? Please don’t change the hypothetical. I know, I like doing it too, but please don’t do it.”

“The point I’m trying to make is …,” Murray tried pushing back, only to be cut off again.

“He’s disqualified from the moment he committed an insurrection. Whoever it is, whichever party that at, that happens. Boom! It happened,” Gorsuch said, once again describing Trump being disqualified as per Murray’s own example.

“What would compel, and I’m not going to say it again so just try and answer the question. If you don’t have an answer fair enough. We’ll move on. What would compel a lower official to obey an order from that individual?” he added.

 

Murray replied with a long missive.

“Because ultimately we have statutes and rules requiring chains of command,” he said. “The person is in the office, and even if they don’t have the authority to hold the office, the only way to get someone out of the office of the presidency is impeachment.”

 

“And so, I think if you interpreted Section Three in light of other provisions in the Constitution, like impeachment, while they hold office impeachments, the only way to validate that they don’t have the ability to hold that office and should be removed,” he added.

 

Responding to the clip of Gorsuch and Murray beefing, many critics felt slightly sorry for the guy given how unprepared he was to go up against Goliath.

Ilhan Omar’s willingness to pop off about any subject on social media continues to land her in hot water.

This time Omar bit off way more than she could chew.

Self-styled “coolest dictator”

El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele describes himself, seemingly tongue in cheek, as the “world’s coolest dictator” after winning the 2019 election with 54 percent of the vote.

Bukele set out immediately to crack down on crime, building a super prison able to hold 40,000 prisoners.

Bukele oversaw reforms that saw his government gain the power to arrest hundreds of gang members at one time.

Tough on crime policies allowed Bukele to see a 70 percent drop in his country’s murder rate.

In a video that went viral on social media, Bukele warned that the opposition planned to try and free the thousands of gang members being held in prison and use them to wage a campaign of violence and oppression to remove him from power.  

Gang warfare.

“The opposition will be able to achieve its true and only plan to free the gang members and use them to return to power,” Bukele declared.

Democrats aren’t just committed to emptying the prisons of violent criminals here in America.

They want to release felons from jail all over the world.

Omar responded to Bukele by falsely claiming that Bukele was trying to stack the deck in his favor in the election.

“The Salvadoran people deserve free and fair elections without fear of repression,” Omar posted on X.

Bukele snarked back that the only thing that would worry him was if he received Omar’s endorsement.“We are HONORED to receive your attacks, just days before OUR election. I would be very worried if we had your support.” Thank you... Bukele clapped back.

Democrats hate Bukele for another reason.

If you tell the truth, it’s an honor to be attacked for it.

Bukele opposes open borders and mass migration and wants to see an end to caravans traveling from Central America to the United States.

In a 2021 interview with Tucker Carlson, Bukele said fewer caravans went through El Salvador than neighboring countries of Honduras and Guatemala because he worked to improve economic conditions in his country.

Bukele explained illegal immigration is a bad deal for everyone, and the best solution is for everyone to remain in their home country.

 

“First, it is immoral — you need to provide for your people. But, you also have an economic issue. If you send hardworking people and talented people and people who want to risk it just to go to work, you want to keep them here because those will be the drivers of your economy. You don’t want them there so that they can send a remittance, which would be a small portion of what they would earn and produce; you want them to produce here,” Bukele stated.

 

“You are talking about problems that have been here in El Salvador and a lot of countries in Latin America for decades. This immigration thing is just feeding on dependency on immigration in the countries that drive it. So it is not good for the United States, and it is not good for El Salvador,” Bukele added.

No Wonder Omar is so desperate to see him defeated.

Nikki Haley recklessly accuses Donald Trump of doing one awful thing to her:

The 2024 race is heating up. And the candidates have reached a fever pitch.

Now Nikki Haley has recklessly accused Donald Trump of doing one awful thing to her.

Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley stated in an interview on Wednesday, following her loss to “None of These Candidates” in the Nevada Republican Party presidential primary, that the Nevada process was “rigged” by former President Trump.

Haley received 31% of the vote in the state, while 63% of those who voted in the primary chose “None of These Candidates,” with 89% of the vote tabulated, according to The New York Times.

 

There are no delegates granted in the state primary, just in the caucus, which Haley did not register for.

When asked if the loss “hurt,” Haley responded: “No, I mean, Nevada, it’s such a scam. They were supposed to have a primary. Trump rigged it so that the GOP chairman, who’s been indicted, would go and create a caucus. We knew months ago that we weren’t going to spend a day or a dollar in Nevada, because it wasn’t worth it.”

“And so we didn’t even count Nevada. That wasn’t anything we were looking at,” she said.

 

“We knew that was rigged from the start. Our focus is on South Carolina, Michigan, and Super Tuesday. So, if you look what we did in Iowa and you look at what we did in New Hampshire, we’re continuing to grow. That’s what matters, I think, more than anything else.”

“But look what happened this week,” she added.

“Here you have, Republicans lost a major vote on the border, Republicans lost a major vote on Israel. Donald Trump was found that he will not have immunity in all of these court cases coming up. The RNC chair is fired. All of this chaos is happening around us and Donald Trump’s fingerprints are on every bit of it. We can’t continue as the Republican Party to go forward with this chaos. You don’t defeat Democrat chaos with Republican chaos. And that’s why we’ve got to see a change.”


One issue with Haley’s assessment is that she’s acting as if she isn’t contributing to the chaos.

She’s championing a border bill that most Republicans didn’t want.

It only garnered four GOP votes in the Senate, and they were RINOs like Mitt Romney and Susan Collins.

 

Further, she’s saying primaries and caucuses are rigged and discounting the will of an entire state.

Just think about it, Haley went into Nevada knowing she would lose the caucus to Trump – the most recent poll with Haley included showed Trump earning 67% of support from polled voters to Haley’s 9%.

It was going to be a bloodbath, so Haley thought she could flip the narrative by “winning” the primary as the only real candidate in the race. But instead she got handed a devastating reality check.

And now she’s crying that the rules aren’t fair.

Bruce: There were three cases before the Supreme Court that would be decided tomorrow Fri. 9 Feb. – one filed by President Trump and his team on Election Fraud, one filed by the Brunson Brothers on 2020 Election Fraud, and one filed on the 2022 Election Fraud. Around 11 am EST on Fri. 9 Feb. we should get Supreme Court decisions on those three 2020 and 2022 Election Fraud cases which would reverse those elections. A couple of hours later we should get notification to set appointments that could start Friday afternoon or Sat. 10 Feb.
