AVOID 'APEEL' labelled groceries:

Please Share!

Received this from a friend. I did my own checking and, as stated, the Apeel product is brought to us via the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. People we can all trust. Checkout Is Apeel Appealing ? - The Weston A. Price Foundation ( Also, click on the 11 Comments section. First comment complained about the lemon taste it added to everything. The person commenting suggested we return anything coated in the Apeel coating and complain about the off taste. Grocery chains will get the message.

My wife received this email from her friend (who is a pharmacist) and I am forwarding this information to you so that you can be aware of this and share this info with others.

"Don't eat anything with the "Apeel" sticker on it. It just appeared in our grocery stores saw it for the first time today. The cucumbers not wraped in plastic but there's a big sign says coated in Apeel to protect freshness and reduced plastic waste. The cucumbers also have a sticker on them with the word Apeel. I checked the company out its funded by Bill Gates and others and the WEF indorses it. And i checked there website out you can't find any info about what exactly is apeel. Look at the frequently asked questions. They even tell you there don't buy it if your worried. In Canada so far it's just on cucumbers and maybe apples. In the US it's avocados, apples and I think limes and lemons maybe cucumbers too. The company is very mysterious about what the product actually is. And it can't be washed off no mater how much scrubbing it even says this on the website in the FAQ. Supposedly it can make produce last up to 3 times longer. Also suddenly the price of cucumbers dropped today to just over $3 for 3 cucumbers in a pack or $1.27 a cucumber they really want people to buy these cucumbers."

Chris here now.

I looked on and found lots of websites talking about profits and the environmental bonuses of this product in reducing food waste. The following link came up but for some (obvious) reason the website wasn't coming up. I figure the short blurb on the search engine is red flag enough (below). especially since Bill Gates is apparently holding the flag!

Sure makes me want to work double time on the garden this spring.

Jesus Defeated… ?

“…He is not here, but is risen!” Luke 24:6

While the battle of Waterloo raged, all of England waited breathlessly for news. At last, the message came slowly across the channel. “Wellington defeated” had just been spelled out when a sudden blanket of fog obscured the telegraph signals. News of the disaster quickly spread, and the deepest gloom settled over the land—until the completed message came: “Wellington defeated the enemy!” At once, sorrow turned to great rejoicing. Likewise, in the gloom of Good Friday, the disciples could only read: “Jesus defeated!”

But in the bright light of Easter morning, the glorious truth of Jesus’ resurrection shone into their despair.

Calvary’s cross and Christ’s resurrection were God’s means of fulfilling His long-awaited judgment of the serpent. “And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.” (Genesis 3:15) By sending His Son, God kept His promise “to set at liberty those who are oppressed.” (Isaiah 61:1) What the disciples first saw as a sign of defeat became the symbol of absolute power, victory, and freedom for all who will believe. He paid our sin debt and publicly stripped Satan of his power, triumphing over the grave. We are no longer captives. Jesus set us free forever! What gratitude, what hope, what cause for rejoicing should well up in our hearts now and forevermore. Jesus defeated the enemy—He is risen indeed!

Axe Attacker Kills Kids at Kindergarten:

The recent massacre in Nashville outraged the country. Three small kids and three adults were killed in a rampage by transgender individual Audrey Hale.

In the wake of that tragedy, the left has been calling for a full ban on “assault weapons” and cracking down on the Second Amendment.

Sadly, however, the truth is that horrific violence is not caused by guns, it’s caused by people. The latest example comes out of southern Brazil, where a daycare was attacked by a man with a hatchet.

Hatchet-Wielding Psychopath Kills Four Kids

Southern Brazil is the wealthier and generally safer area of the country, compared to large cities like Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro further north. Nonetheless, horrific violence does occur, even against unarmed kids, just like it does in America.

The city of Blumenau in southern Brazil’s state of Santa Catarina, is famous for its Oktoberfest party every year, the second biggest in the world.

But now it’s making headlines for the horrific attack that occurred at one of its daycares when a man jumped the fence and used a hatchet to kill four kids and injure five more, one with life-threatening injuries.

The country is shocked and horrified as the news goes out. Governor of Santa Catarina Jorginho Mello has called for everyone to stand behind those who are in “deep pain” following the murder of their kids.

Schools are closed; social media is full of messages of solidarity with victims, sadness, and shock.

Career Criminal Benefits from Lowered Charges Imposed by Dems

Alvin Bragg, Manhattan’s District Attorney who is connected to billionaire George Soros, de-escalated severe charges levied against a convicted, long-standing offender. This comes as his office doggedly pursues 34 felony charges against the former U.S. President Trump.

Manhattan DA Bragg’s office lowers charges against career criminal

Recently, Bragg’s office chose to lower the level of felony charges imposed upon Rodney Johnson. This is a 53-year-old career criminal who has endured close to 90 detentions in New York City since 1987, as documented by the New York Post.

Johnson’s most recent detainment was effected by the New York City Police Department (NYPD).

This occurred after him perpetrating thefts at a CVS store and Walgreens outlet in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and pilfering air fresheners and detergent. At Walgreens, the thief threatened staff with pepper spray, in the event of any efforts to thwart his crime.

Subsequently, Bragg’s office laid charges against Johnson for the attempted robbery at CVS, specifying a third-degree offense. For the theft at Walgreens, he was charged with third-degree robbery, categorized as a Class D Felony as per the state’s criminal code.

However, during the court proceedings, Bragg’s office considerably diminished Johnson’s charges to the level of misdemeanors. The judge sanctioned bail at a mere $1.

The majority of felony cases were downgraded to misdemeanors in the past year.

It must be noted that Johnson previously absconded from a court-mandated intervention initiative on several instances, consequent to the felony robbery he perpetrated in 2021.

Johnson’s extensive criminal record spans four decades, during which he has been detained close to 90 times.

Notably, he was previously imprisoned following a felony robbery conviction in 1994 and was later found guilty, then sentenced to prison, for grand larceny in 1998. Furthermore, in 2005, he faced allegations of threatening to murder his ex-girlfriend.

As reported by Breitbart News, Bragg’s predilection for reducing felony charges to misdemeanors has gained notoriety.

In the previous year, his office downgraded most felony cases to misdemeanors. By comparison, only 39 percent of felony cases in Manhattan were de-escalated to misdemeanors in 2019.

Morning Update:

Facing mandatory upgrades, Ontario care homes decide to close instead:

Rather than undertake mandatory upgrades, for-profit nursing homes in Toronto have opted to sell their properties to real estate developers in a move that threatens to derail Ontario’s plan to have 60,000 new and upgraded beds in care homes by 2028.

A Globe and Mail investigation has found that 20 for-profit homes in Ontario whose licenses will expire in June, 2025, are not planning to modernize their buildings. The problem is especially dire in Toronto, where six of the facilities are located and where demand for beds is four times higher than the provincial average.

Advocates say more homes will likely close their doors, highlighting the risks of private, for-profit ownership in Ontario’s long-term care sector. [Globe & Mail]
