All Hell Breaks Loose After Democrat Congressman Suddenly FLIPS On His Own Party
U.S. Representative Dean Phillips (D-MN), who is running against President Biden in the 2024 Democratic primary, likened that party to the Iranian dictatorship following the decision of several states to drop their primary races.
Phillips, who joined the race belatedly after persistently encouraging Democratic governors to come forward for several months, has successfully secured a place on the ballot in multiple states. His primary emphasis has been on New Hampshire, as President Biden will not be participating in the election there, opting instead to commence the primary round in South Carolina.
Phillips has expressed his intention to participate in all available state primaries. However, no fewer than four states have made the choice to cancel their primary processes, so ensuring that Biden is the sole candidate eligible for nomination. The list comprises Florida, Texas, Massachusetts, and Tennessee, and party leaders in several other states have alluded to comparable measures.
“Still waiting for someone to explain how this is different than Iran’s tactics to guarantee the outcome of elections,” Phillips stated in an X post in response to the actions. “Not a single state GOP party has moved to make Trump the only candidate on the ballot. Utter hypocrisy.”
A recent poll indicates that the level of support for Phillips in New Hampshire has increased significantly, reaching 24 percent. According to a survey performed by American Research Group, 58 percent of respondents continue to support Biden, while Marianne Williamson received a polling result of five percent.
Furthermore, there is a decrease in the number of undecided individuals, with only 14 percent remaining, compared to 23 percent in December.
“Dean Phillips went from 0 to 21% in NH in two months. It’s almost like people want a competitive primary against Biden – and realize that we need a stronger candidate against Trump,” stated Andrew Yang, a former Democratic presidential contender in 2020. “Imagine Trump against a fresh new 54 year old.”
Phillips, who will be departing from Congress upon the completion of his term, has consistently criticized the leaders of his own political party for their handling of the primary process. “A hundred and some people on their executive committee said, we don’t need a primary, Joe Biden will be the nominee and therefore we will hand 250 delegates to Joe Biden,” Phillips said in an interview following Florida’s decision to forgo holding a primary election.
“North Carolina the next week said, you know what, despite the fact that I qualified by simply being a presidential candidate who is in the national news, that’s their only predicate. They decided they don’t need a primary either, that Joe Biden has won, and they will hand their delegates to him,” he further explained. “And these are, this is happening right in front of our faces. And the president has not said a word about it. So I’m concerned that part of what you’re seeing right now is this duopoly working to actually prevent competition, prevent debate, and prevent voters from even opining.”
The scheduled date for the NH Dem primary is January 24th.
Late in December, a federal judge in Arizona rejected the case questioning former President Donald Trump’s qualification to run for president, which is a big legal victory for him. This outcome is particularly important as Trump is currently considered the leading candidate for the 2024 presidential election.
John Anthony Castro, a Republican primary presidential candidate, filed a complaint to challenge Trump’s inclusion on Arizona’s Presidential Preference Election ballot. Nevertheless, Judge Douglas L. Rayes, who presided over the court, determined that Castro did not have the required legal right to file his claim, resulting in the case being dismissed.
The court’s ruling was predicated on the notion of “standing,” a legal doctrine that necessitates a plaintiff to substantiate that they have incurred distinct and tangible injury as a result of the action they are contesting.
Upon examination, the court determined that, at the moment of submission, the available information did not demonstrate that Castro was engaged in direct rivalry with Trump or that he would suffer particular harm as a result of Trump’s inclusion on the election ballot.
In addition, the court determined that Castro’s campaign funding reports, submitted to the Federal Election Commission (FEC), did not substantiate his claims. Based on the Federal Election Commission’s (FEC) records, Castro’s campaign disclosed a sum of $678.00 in contributions over the period from January 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023. It is worth noting that the campaign had limited activity in Arizona.
Castro is a relatively obscure individual vying for the Republican nomination in the upcoming 2024 presidential election. In 2021, he ran for election to represent Texas’ 6th District in the U.S. House.
The court document reads, “The facts as they existed at the time Castro filed his verified complaint do not show that Castro is truly competing with Trump or will be injured in any concrete way by Trump’s appearance on Arizona’s Presidential Preference Election ballot.”

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is still beating the drum about former President Donald Trump's supposed role in the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol, Breitbart reported. Pelosi claimed it was an attack on "personal freedoms."
Pelosi appeared on "Inside Politics" on CNN Thursday. She was asked for her opinion on President Joe Biden's campaign ad that will be released on Jan. 6 this year and how voters will perceive it.
The ad features still photographs from some protests, including Jan. 6, with Biden's voiceover jabbering on about "democracy" and how it's under attack. It doesn't matter that there's no factual basis to it, neither for Biden nor Pelosi.
"I think it’s very important, but I think it also recognizes that democracy is a personal issue. Freedom to whether it is to have access to health care, when, if, and how to expand your family, freedom to be in the workplace in a very strong way because you have health care and you have childcare," Pelosi said.
"So, we have to relate democracy to the kitchen table, to our people’s personal lives. And that’s what I have been doing during this break is we don’t agonize, we organize," Pelosi said.
"What’s his name who is running for president says, 'Obamacare sucks.' We say no, the Affordable Care Act cures," Pelosi rambled, referring to Trump.
“So, all of these things are related. What happened on January 6 was a manifestation of an assault on the personal freedoms that we have because it assaulted the Congress, the Capitol, the Constitution of the United States," Pelosi claimed.
Host Dana Bash attempted to make sense of what Pelosi was saying and gently guided her to more leftist talking points. "While you mentioned what’s his name, in case our viewers didn’t get it, you meant Donald Trump," Bash said.
"Two states, Colorado and Maine, have now removed Donald Trump from their primary ballots. They cited his role in the January 6 insurrection," the host went on.
"Trump is challenging these decisions. The Supreme Court will likely decide. Do you think it’s a good idea for states to remove Donald Trump from their ballots?" Bash asked.
"That’s a matter that the states will have to deal with. Martyrdom is his thing," Pelosi responded.
"He cannot be absolved from his accountability on all of this. No one is above the law, neither is he," she added.
Democrats are attempting to sideline Trump by pinning the events of Jan. 6 on him. They've done this formally through lawsuits and attempts to get him off state ballots, but also by repeating the narrative about Trump's culpability as a Democratic Party rallying cry.
Although the conduct of some of the people that day was disgusting, most Americans understand that the uprising on Jan. 6 wasn't done at the behest of Trump. Worse yet, because of this focus on Trump, Americans have never gotten the truth about Pelosi's role in the riot.
Still, Democrats have had nearly four years of Biden’s failure of a presidency, and they have nothing left to run on except the story they created about Trump and his supporters.

Epps Light Sentence:
How Ray Epps' Capitol Riot Sentence Compares to Other Jan. 6 Defendants
Ray Epps was sentenced to one year of probation on Tuesday for a misdemeanor charge regarding his role in the Capitol riot, a move that has drawn scrutiny when Epps' sentence is compared to others who were involved in the protest.
Epps was charged with one count of disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds last September and pleaded guilty. The charge, which came 32 months after the January 6, 2021 riot, unleashed a flood of conspiracy theories against the former Donald Trump supporter, alleging that Epps was an undercover government agent acting on behalf of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Epps and federal prosecutors have denied the claims, but the conspiracy was reignited on Tuesday after Epps' sentence was delivered.
Epps is the only defendant who has been sentenced with just one count of disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, making it difficult to compare his outcome with other January 6 defendants. But there are some similarities.
Prosecutors sought six months of prison time for the charge, which carries a maximum sentence of one year behind bars, the Associated Press reported. Epps' attorney asked for six months of probation for his client.
There have been 18 other defendants sentenced so far with charges related to the Capitol riot in which prosecutors sought six months of incarceration, along with other punishments such as supervised release, community service and restitution, according to Department of Justice.
Of those, six defendants were sentenced to prison for at least six months—with two being sentenced to more time than the prosecution sought.
Twelve defendants were sentenced to less time than recommended by federal prosecutors, with most prison time spanning from one to four months. Of those, Steve Billingsley's case is most like Epps'.
Billingsley was charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; and disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, the same charge that Epps faced. Prosecutors sought six months' incarceration, 12 months supervised release, 60 hours of community service and a $500 restitution.
Billingsley was sentenced to probation for 24 months, 60 hours of community service and a $500 restitution.
Epps' attorney, Ed Ungvarsky, referenced Billingsley's case in a court document filed last week. Ungvarsky wrote that Billingsley "yelled at" and "ignored" police officers, removed barriers and "engaged in violent rhetoric."
"Mr. Epps, who followed the directions and supported police officers, did not physically remove barriers to let other rioters through engaged in no violent rhetoric, and, importantly, has expressed deep remorse, should receive a probationary sentence, although Mr. Epps should be for a shorter term," Ungvarsky wrote.
Ungvarsky told Newsweek that Epps' counsel was grateful for the sentence.
"The government went to great lengths today and in its written argument to the judge earlier this month to put Ray Epps in jail today for a lengthy period of time. The Court correctly rejected their very serious, aggressive prison demand," Ungvarsky said.
"In the face of the [government] seeking prison time, we are grateful for the Court's careful sentencing decision that allows Ray and Robyn Epps to try to move forward and try to repair their lives from the incessant verbal and other attacks on Mr. Epps that have led to very real past and current concerns for their physical safety."
Epps' sentencing has reignited the conspiracy theory that the former Trump supporter was working as an undercover government cooperator.
"Ray Epps, the man who directed people to go into the Capitol and privately claimed credit for orchestrating the Capitol breach, gets one year probation. Nothing to see here!" Representative Thomas Massie, a Republican from Kentucky, posted on X, formerly Twitter.
"Is there any other explanation for why Ray Epps only ended up with one year of probation, while hundreds of non-violent J6 defendants are rotting in prison, other than that federal agents told him to go into the crowd on January 6 and direct Trump supporters toward the Capitol?" PublicSq founder and CEO Michael Seifert posted.
"Ray Epps just got let off the hook with zero prison time and a $500 fine. He was immediately called out as a fed on January 5th by Trump supporters. Looks like they were right all along," social media account End Wokeness posted.
Ungvarsky criticized the conspiracy theorists in last week's court filing.
"Fear of demented extremists has no apparent end in sight so long as those who spread hate and lies about Mr. Epps don't speak loudly and publicly to correct the messaging they delivered," Ungvarsky wrote. NewsWeek Media

New research shows how the engineered SARS C0V2 virus as well as the genetic jabs sabotage blood cell properties that help fight natural coronaviruses, to cause deadly blood clots instead.

New revelations explain the unusual lung pathology found among the sickest of covid-19 infection patients, and a much bigger problem which is the extensive blood clotting among covid “vaccine” victims.
We understand the important role of ACE2 receptors for both SARS CoV2 infection and much of the disease and death resulting from the genetic injections that induce mass production of the virus’s spike protein in their victims. Autopsies of persons who died in the weeks or months following the injections, often show that ACE2 receptor rich tissues like young people’s hearts, are heavilly laden with spike protein and then attacked by the victims’ own immune systems.
Blood clots, especially in small blood vessels is another common finding in the injection victims which accounts for much of their suffering and death. Many microscopic images have circulated showing red blood cells and platelets clumping together. These seemingly sticky blood cells cannot deliver oxygen effectively. Instead they plug small blood vessels causing many tissues to suffer and die.
In WHO occupied countries like Canada, we were obstructed from performing autopsies on people who died with covid-19 pneumonia in 2020. Thankfully we were able to access information from rare autopsies that were performed elsewhere. These autopsies revealed that the victims’ lungs did not appear like normal cases of pneumonia. Pneumonia is generally a disease of the smallest airways and alveolar sacs in the lung. These airways are swollen and mucous accumulates there. However, with covid-19 pneumonia, the airways and alveoli were spared. Instead, it was predominantly in the tiny blood vessels of the lungs where the pathology was found. There was blood clotting and obstruction of the capillaries as well as the smallest arterioles and veins that supply these capillaries.
This knowledge resulted in the inclusion of aspirin and other platelet inhibiting drugs in the multi-sequential repurposed drug treatment protocols for covid-19 developed by The World Council For Health, the FLCCC and other excellent groups. These treatments were very successful in countries where the authorities did not prevent their use.
Since 2021, we have a much bigger problem than covid-19 infections. These problems are resulting from the covid injections being mislabeled as “safe, effective vaccines.” The clumping of blood cells and clotting of small blood vessels is one of the main pathologies seen both clinically and on autopsies.
What has made this puzzling is that red blood cells and platelets have no ACE2 receptors at all. The endothelial cells lining the small blood vessels have very few ACE2 receptors. So how did the SARS C0V2 virus cause the unusual small blood clotting pathology of covid-19 pneumonia? And… How are the spike protein producing genetic injections or so-called “covid-19 vaccines” causing the clumping of blood cells, and the plethora of blot clots and microvascular clotting pathology seen in their victims?
This is why we are now particularly grateful to four scientists who recently published this paper: “Sialylated Glycan Bindings from SARS-C0V2 Spike Protein to Blood and Endothelial Cells Govern the Severe Morbidities of COVID-19.” Thanks to David Scheim, Paola Vottero, Alessandro Santin and Allen Hirsch for this work. Thanks also to my friends and colleagues Dr Roger Hodkinson and Dr Peter McCullough for bringing this to our attention.
Here are some of the key insights:
Coronavirus spike proteins surfaces are rich with molecules called sialylated glycans.
Coronaviruses initially adhere to our cells by their sialylated glycans on their spike protein adhering to Sialoglycoproteins on the coating of our cells. Once adhered in this way, the virus migrates to its replication receptor. In the case of SARS CoV2 the dominant receptors for this are ACE2 receptors. Once the spike protein engages the ACE2 receptor, then the actual process of infection of the cell and replication of the virus begins. If there are no ACE2 receptors on the cell, the virus can stick to the cell but not infect it or replicate.
Red blood cells and platelets have no ACE2 receptors; and endothelial cells that line small blood vessels have very few.
The SARS C0V2 virus can stick to the red blood cells and platelets, but it cannot infect these cells nor be replicated there.
Before coronavirus gain of function research (aka viral bioweapons development), there were two coronaviruses that infected humans. These were two of the viruses causing “common colds” . These colds were much milder diseases than those of the newer cornaviruses: MERS, SARS, or SARS C0V2.
Naturally, the sialylated glycan rich surface of red blood cells and platelets actually served a natural protective function. Viral particles get stuck to them but cannot actually infect them for lack of replication receptors such as the ACE2. Thus these viral particles were sequestered by the blood cells which prevented them from infecting other cells. The red blood cells and platelets could carry a reasonable amount of these viruses, and these viruses would be disposed of along with the blood cells when they were old and broken down by the liver and spleen.
The natural mild disease causing cornaviruses have an enzyme expressed on their surface called hemagglutin esterase. This enzyme disrupts the adherence of the spike protein sialylated glycans to the Sialoglycoproteins on the blood cells’ surfaces. So, the red blood cells and platelets would pick up viral particles, and the viral particles would also free themselves by the action of this enzyme. This resulted in a balance whereby the red blood cells and platelets help to reduce the viral load to a reasonable degree.
The modern gain of function cornavirus SARS C0V2 as well as SARS and MERS do not express the hemagglutin esterase enzyme on their surface.
The result is red blood cells and platelets become excessively coated with the virus , and the viruses act like a glue sticking reb blood cells and platelets to each other. Hence we see the microvascular clotting in the lungs and other organs in the rare people who became very ill or died with SARS C0V2.
Since the roll out of the forced and coerced covid-19 spike producing genetic injections, or so called “safe and effective vaccines” we have unprecedented disease, death, and disability in all heavily injected nations.
These injections have multiple mechanisms by which they cause injury and death. Among them are: 1. immune system disruptions; 2. spike protein coating ACE2-receptor-rich-tissues and triggering autoimmune attack on these tissues; and 3. blood clots.
We now have a deeper understanding of how the spike proteins are causing the clumping of blood cells, and both micro-vascular and large vessel blood clotting.
Ivermectin has a strong ability to bind to multiple spike protein glycan-binding sites, and this accounts for at least some of its tremendous value both in treating covid-19 infections and treating or preventing blood clotting caused by covid-19 genetic injections.
Aspiring also remains very relevant.

When Lawyers Defending Their Clients Become the Accused:
· Ensuring the integrity of elections is... a fundamental requirement to support the legitimacy of the American democratic republic.
· We do not have to speculate about the motives of The 65 Project. The head of the group has admitted that their goal is "to deter right-wing talent from signing on to any future GOP efforts" to challenge elections, not only by bringing bar complaints but to "shame them and make them toxic in their communities and their firms."
· The 65 Project's straight-faced motto, incidentally, is, "Defending Democracy and the Rule of Law." If only!
· We are witnessing a shift in the legal system from lawyers representing and defending clients to lawyers becoming the accused, and, as a form of pseudo-juridical destruction, being charged with unfounded claims.
One of the many great provisions in the American Constitution provides that everyone is entitled to a defense. The "right to counsel" is guaranteed by the Sixth Amendment and the "due process" clauses of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.
What, however, are the implications when the lawyers who provide that defense are threatened with disbarment proceedings, crushing legal costs to defend their licenses, exclusion from participation in the broader legal and academic communities, and having their reputations smeared, all because they represented clients who were deemed unpopular or took on cases fraught with controversy?
Lawyers throughout America are being subjected to these very ordeals due to their participation in cases related to the 2020 presidential election. One of the principal groups pursuing this strategy operates under the name "The 65 Project."
The group targets lawyers who litigated 2020 election irregularities or represented President Donald Trump. It does this by filing complaints against them in state bar associations, contending not only that the lawsuits were meritless but that anyone involved in them should be sanctioned — up to and including disbarment.
This may be the first time in our nation's history that election controversies have denigrated into such "lawfare." Election controversies are not uncommon, and heretofore, they have not led to such actions by disciplinary bodies. Lawyers brought legal challenges in the contested 2000 Bush v. Gore election and the 1960 Nixon v. Kennedy election, for example. In 1876, still in the intense aftermath of the Civil War, Congress even created an Electoral Count Commission to resolve which of two slates of electoral votes from several southern States should be counted.
Litigation over election disputes has also been frequent in state elections. In a 1994 Pennsylvania state Senate race, for example, evidence of fraud uncovered after the certification of the election resulted in the election being de-certified, the previously-declared winner being removed from his seat in the Senate, and the actual winner being certified and seated instead. In 2018, an illegal ballot-harvesting scheme in a North Carolina congressional race resulted in that State's Board of Elections throwing out the results and ordering a new election. As recently as December 2023, a judge ordered a new election in the Caddo Parish, Louisiana race for sheriff due to extensive vote irregularities. Also in 2023, a Connecticut superior court ordered a new mayoral primary election in Bridgeport due to absentee-ballot fraud. Cases of election fraud continue to come to light, but those who challenged 2020 election activity in court filings have been marked for persecution.
The 65 Project website makes the claim that defending democracy and the rule of law informs and propels their efforts, but scrutinizing elections or challenging irregular and fraudulent activities through litigation threatens neither.
Democracy is the rule of the people. Publius, in Federalist Paper No. 39, invokes the spirit of democracy to define a republic as "a government which derives all its powers directly or indirectly from the great body of the people." Publius continues, "It is ESSENTIAL to such a government that it be derived from the great body of the society, not from an inconsiderable proportion, or a favored class of it." Voting for representatives to govern is one of the means by which the people exercise their sovereign authority and give their ongoing consent to be governed. Ensuring the integrity of elections is thus a fundamental requirement to support the legitimacy of the American democratic republic.
Not only is The 65 Project's mission misguided, it also strikes at the heart of deep-rooted and long practiced American legal traditions. Lawyers are an integral part of a larger judicial system that serves the functions of resolving disputes, administering justice, and maintaining social order. The American judicial tradition traces its roots to early colonial practices, which varied from a Magistrate who conducted trials, to plainly written laws that allowed for persons to plead their causes to systems of arbitration courts that had laymen (also called "common peacemakers") presiding, and eventually to the presence of judge, lawyers, and jury in the current adversarial system.
Do The 65 Project participants fear that the 2020 or future election irregularities would be exposed in fair courtroom hearings? Do they work to discourage or strike fear in lawyers who consider pursuing such cases by putting them in the crosshairs of bar associations that have prodigious resources and in some states one-party control of appointments that makes impartial outcomes questionable? We do not have to speculate about the motives of "The 65 Project." The head of the group has admitted that their goal is "to deter right-wing talent from signing on to any future GOP efforts" to challenge elections, not only by bringing bar complaints but to "shame them and make them toxic in their communities and their firms."
The 65 Project's straight-faced motto, incidentally, is, "Defending Democracy and the Rule of Law." If only!
The actions of groups like The 65 Project diminish and compromise the bar associations, the legal profession, the adversarial system, and the country. We are witnessing a shift in the legal system from lawyers representing and defending clients to lawyers becoming the accused and, as a form of pseudo-juridical destruction, being charged with unfounded claims. If we do not put a lid back on this pandora's box, controversial clients will not have the benefit of representation, disputed issues will not get a hearing, constitutional issues will remain unresolved, the legal system will lose worthy advocates, and due process will be effectively thrown out.
The efforts by The 65 Project need to be forcefully repudiated. Lawyers who are subjected to these frivolous bar complaints need to be supported financially and defended by their peers, and all claims of irregular and fraudulent activity in local, state, and national elections need to be heard thoroughly and resolved in the courts. The 65 Project website tracks their work. Use the information there to find the lawyers that they are targeting and, if possible, please send money to their legal defense funds.
