Alberta to Introduce Bill to Prevent Federal Employees from Trespassing on Private Land:

Alberta’s government house leader is accusing federal officials of trespassing on private property, but the provincial Justice Department said there’s no evidence of that occurring.

“We are seeing federal employees trespass onto private land in Alberta and, as a result of that, we don’t think that that’s appropriate,” Joseph Schow told reporters Wednesday.

Schow outlined a bill coming in the spring legislature sitting to stop the perceived illegality.

“We are making that an offence in this province, especially for the water testing.

“Should federal employees decide to trespass on private land, they will be charged.”

Schow directed reporters to Justice Minister Tyler Shandro’s office for details on which federal workers were illegally entering private land and for what purpose.

Shandro’s spokesman, Ethan Lecavalier-Kidney, responded in a written statement: “There have been no confirmed cases of trespass by federal government employees in Alberta.”

But Lecavalier-Kidney added: “Concerns were raised by landowners following events that transpired in Saskatchewan in 2022 when a property owner identified trespassing occurring without permission.”

Last summer, the Saskatchewan government complained to Ottawa when a landowner accused federal inspectors of taking water samples from a dugout on private land without consent.

Saskatchewan then amended its laws to include federal workers as among those who cannot trespass.

Lecavalier-Kidney said Alberta is looking at a similar change.

“A review determined that the Petty Trespass Act and Trespass to Premises Act, which already applies to individuals and corporations, could be further strengthened by extending the act to apply to the federal government,” he wrote.

Environmental and tort law professor Martin Olszynski said while he waits to see the details of Alberta’s bill, it appears both provinces are indulging in political window dressing.

Under the Canada Water Act, inspectors have the power to walk onto private land to conduct tests subject to restrictions, such as not entering someone’s house.

Olszysnki, with the University of Calgary, said the changes by Alberta and Saskatchewan wouldn’t change the primacy of the federal legislation as long as the inspectors are executing their lawful duties under the act.

“Permission is not required,” said Olszynski.

“The failure to obtain permission does not mean someone is trespassing, particularly if they have lawful authority.”

Olszynski also said incendiary language, such as saying people are trespassing when they are simply acting within their legal authority, can be harmful.

“You have to be careful when you’re making those kinds of accusations,” he said.

“We have seen landowners take matters into their own hands.

“People might get hurt.”

Schow said Premier Danielle Smith’s government will also introduce a bill in the upcoming sitting to shield gun owners from the federal firearms buyback amnesty program.

He did not provide details, but said: “A number of firearms owners in this province have reached out to me and a number of my colleagues and feel that the federal legislation is an overreach.”

The federal government has prohibited more than 1,500 different models of assault-style firearms. There is a buyback program, and an amnesty is in place until October.

Shandro urged the Alberta RCMP last fall to not enforce the program, saying taking the weapons is not a provincial priority. He also said the province would not help Ottawa enforce it.

NDP Leader Rachel Notley said the bills are pointless political distractions.

“We haven’t seen the bill, so we don’t know exactly what solution this is seeking a problem,” Notley told reporters in Calgary.

“It seems to be part of a longer pattern to distract Albertans from key priorities that really matter to them and to pick fights with Ottawa.”

The spring sitting is expected to last only a month, during which the government will also pass the budget that was introduced Tuesday. [Global News]

CSIS investigating who leaked information on China meddling:

The head of Canada’s spy service says an investigation is under way to find those who leaked highly classified information on China’s election interference, and suggested the whistleblowers may have been frustrated by the federal government’s handling of Beijing’s intrusion into the democratic process.

 

David Vigneault, director of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, declined to answer questions during a parliamentary hearing about whether the government ignored warnings of China’s influence operations in the 2019 and 2021 elections. He also told MPs investigating the interference that CSIS has internal processes for intelligence officers to air their concerns about how the agency’s investigations of foreign-interference operations have been dealt with by the federal government.

I wish Carlson would have listened when I approached him again in early March 2022. He didn’t, though, and here we are. Perhaps if we’re lucky, people will listen to Dr. Yan now, even if it’s almost three years late.

In early May 2020, my to-date analysis of COVID-19 painted a foreboding, ominous, and nefarious picture that, quite literally, no one else had pieced together and posited on paper as I had. That exclusive analysis held that the U.S. was embroiled in an asymmetrical, irregular, and undeclared war with China that aligned entirely with China’s stated, preferred, and doctrinal warfare vector of biowarfare.

I know the analysis was exclusive because, for months, I vetted my own research. I couldn’t find rivaling work anywhere.

The May 2020 analysis made President Donald J. Trump a wartime president, and it made the Obama Administration a treasonous one. By extension of it and forward to the present, it also makes the Biden Administration equally guilty, and all of it rests on a political continuum that I’ve branded Dynastic Bush, which is borne out of the ascendance of George H.W. Bush through the U.S. federal apparatus beginning in 1963.

An intensive examination of Chinese doctrine overlaying an abundance of evidence, including circumstantial and anecdotal components, permitted this exclusive and laser-accurate analysis. The corpus of that work now encompasses nearly 400 articles.

Since early January 2020, I’ve relentlessly stated and evidenced that COVID-19 is a construct of enterprise fraud. No one else did that.

Since early May 2020, I’ve adamantly stated that China and the CCP had unleashed a biowarfare attack on the U.S. No one else did that.

Think back to those times. In early January 2020, COVID-19 hadn’t even made its way stateside, and people were still recovering from Christmas and New Year’s as the U.S. stood down on the virus, permitting unmitigated international, including from China. My analysis stood alone – it’s all enterprise fraud.

In early May 2020, people were still trying to understand a now stateside virus mistakenly thought to be only a few months old as they were inundated with reporting on mitigations, lock-downs, mortality, “new cases,” masking and the prospects of potential relief from a new platform of vaccines as the only avenue for a “return to normal.” My analysis stood alone – it’s all enterprise fraud, and we are at war.

I was so certain of the analysis that I began outreach efforts to every single media outlet I thought would give attention to it and the supporting evidence. I was ignored by every single media figure or outfit I contacted, and I fought rampant and complete censorship right up to outright banning from all of the social media platforms like Twitter, Youtube, etc. I share this for a very particular reason that I will address momentarily.

Yesterday, I wrote this article detailing the emergence of a Department of Energy [DOE] report confirming the “lab leak” position on SARS-CoV-2 as deriving from the Wuhan Institute of Virology [WIV]: Enterprise Fraud and Treason in Lockstep as the Carve-out for #FalseFlagFauci Continues: Department of Energy Driving Lab Leak Narrative. The article provides an in-depth explanation of how “Succinctly, this DOE report is sowing further fraudulent narrative as a cover story and exit strategy.“

In the article, I go on to explain how the exit strategy for an imploding COVID-19 narrative must envelop Anthony Fauci and thus provide his exit as well.

I described the general nature of the DOE report and emerging narrative: “The levels of weapons-grade propaganda and enterprise fraud are as vicious as they are effective in accomplishing two things: hoodwinking the populace and paving the exit path once the damage is done. The complexity of it is found in a layered approach contained within a shifting narrative that occurs incrementally.”

I then went on to define incrementalism, including this example of it: “How “flatten the curve for two weeks” was incrementally transitioned into a full-blown societal lock-down that shuttered businesses and schools and coerced and forced human genetic experimentation in the form of mRNA injections [bioweapons]. Never forget that.”

I also explained the strategy of the exit as a limited hangout where “aspects of the truth are proffered alongside a few damaging facts, the blame for which is accepted by the issuing party.”

The most important aspect of the DOE report and my analysis of it is this: “The limited hangout exit strategy is another example of incrementalism. Therein the population was fed a specific sequence of COVID-19 narrative explanations: 1st-an organic viral outbreak occurring by means of the virus jumping from bats to humans and spreading via a wet food market in China, 2nd-the proposition of a “lab leak” theory with continued denials and further adherence to the organic outbreak and 3rd-the confirmation of the “lab leak” position. The new DOE report accounts for the third component in the sequence. “

Its basic psychology and the analog for it is the significant other who lets you down over time to the eventual and inevitable break-up: 1st-mentioning how you’ve grown apart, 2nd-“we need to talk” and, eventually, 3rd-“this isn’t going to work-out.”
