A company cannot mandate an employee to take an experimental drug, they would also have to do the following to justify their decision, which then can be challenged:
1. A risk assessment under the Management of Health & Safety at Works Act 1999, as to why they want to make it mandatory for employee to take an experimental vaccine that is on trial until 2023.
2. A letter from the company confirming they accept liability for any medical condition you get because they have insisted you have the experimental vaccine, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 Section 2

The following is a summary of some of the points that Rebacca discusses in the video. The accuracy of the summary was done by a friend and cannot be guaranteed.
1. When the gov't is regulating private individuals, those individuals enforcing the vaccine passports are acting as agents of the gov't for the enforcement of these regulations (vaccine medical procedure, face mask medical procedure, isolation medical procedure, vaccine testing medical procedure, etc). There actions are covered under the Criminal Code of Canada. Thus it is a federal matter and thus the Canadian Bill of Rights applies. Any actions by these agents cannot do anything in violation of the inalienable rights of a private citizen.
2. So if an individual is being denied a service it is considered force which is a clear violation of the rights of a citizen. So if someone is being asked to prove they're vaccine status it is a violation of the rights of life, liberty and security of that person.
3. Businesses can also refuse to enforce vaccine status because it's a violation of the Canadian Charter of Rights.
4. She goes on to state that there is also the Nuremberg Principles, Canadian Privacy Laws, Court Precedents (in 2012 the Supreme Court of Canada confirmed that no person can violate another person's right to privacy). If the rights are violated, that's a case of action to sue for damages.
5. Also police power comes from the criminal code of Canada and so the province cannot make a bylaw to change the level of police power. Thus police refuse to enforce the stay at home court order, refuse to enforce the number of people allowed to congregate, refuse to burst into a business, etc.
6. In conclusion Rebecca Sheppard states that the new Vaccine Passport regulation does not have the power to force businesses, schools, etc to violate your rights of privacy. Such violations can be challenged in a court of law.

Autopsy results reveal actor Michael K. Williams’ cause of death:
💥 Actor Michael K. Williams died of an accidental drug overdose, according to the results of an autopsy.
“Cause of death: Acute intoxication by the combined effects of fentanyl, p-fluorofentanyl, heroin and cocaine.

“I was playing with fire,” the actor told NJ Advance Media in 2012. “It was just a matter of time before I got caught and my business ended up on the cover of a tabloid or I went to jail or, worse, I ended up dead. When I look back on it now, I don’t know how I didn’t end up in a body bag.

"LEGALLY the vaccinated are no longer human," says a July 12, 2021 Instagram post.
"In a 2013 court case Pathology v Myriad Genetics, inc, in the US, the Supreme Court ruled that... if a human genome is modified by mRNA vaccines (which are currently in use), then the genome can be patented," the post says, referring to the messenger ribonucleic acid technology employed in the most widely used Covid-19 shots.
"This means that everyone who has received the vaccine is now technically 'patented' and something that is patented is 'proprietary' and will be included in the definition of 'transhumans'.

💥 💥 Several doctors from the Food and Drug administration’s (FDA) vaccine hearing on Friday claimed in explosive testimony that the COVID-19 vaccine is killing more people than it’s saving and is driving the coronavirus mutations like the so-called ‘Delta’ variant.
FDA’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee after 8 hours of testimony voted 16-2 against Joe Biden’s proposed COVID-19 booster shot program.
During that hearing, Dr. Steve Kirsch, director of the COVID-19 Early Treatment Fund, claimed that the injections are killing more people than they’re helping.
“I’m going to focus my remarks today on the elephant in the room that nobody likes to talk about: that the vaccines kill more people than they save,” Kirsch said via teleconference.

Maricopa County Audit Concludes: ‘Election Should Not Be Certified’
The audit report identifies more than 57K questionable votes, intentionally deleted election files, and other suspicious voting machine activity.
Cyber Ninjas writes, “based on these factual findings, the election should not be certified, and the reported results are not reliable. Major issues identified:
• There were more than 10,000 double votes across county lines.
• Tens of thousands of ballots cast from individuals who had moved prior to the election and could not have physically received their ballots, legally.
• None of the systems related to elections integrity had numbers that would balance and agree with each other.
• The voter rolls and the registration management process itself have many data integrity issues. For instance, over 200 individuals were easily identifiable as likely being the same person but having two different Voter IDs and voting twice in the election.
• Without access to the County’s detailed records including personally identifiable information and registration systems it is more likely there were many tens of thousands of improper votes in the election from double voters, deceased voters, voters for which we can find no trace in the public records nor association to their voting address, moved voters, etc.
• Proper voter registration law and procedures were not followed.
• There were unexplained large purges of registered voters, right after the election, of people who had voted in the election.
• There was back dating of registrations, adjustments made to historical voting and voter records, unexplained linking of voter registration affidavits to multiple voters and more.
• Files were missing from the Election Management System (EMS) Server.
• Ballot images on the EMS were corrupt or missing.
• Logs appeared to be intentionally rolled over, and all the data in the database related to the 2020 General Election had been fully cleared.
• On the ballot side, batches were not always clearly delineated, duplicated ballots were missing the required serial numbers, originals were duplicated more than once, and the Auditors were never provided Chain-of- Custody documentation for the ballots for the time-period prior to the ballot’s movement into the Auditors’ care. This all increased the complexity and difficulty in properly auditing the results.
• There were substantial statistically significant anomalies identified in the ratio of hand-folded ballots, on- demand printed ballots, as well as a statistically significant increase in provisional ballot rejections for a mail- in ballot already being cast, suggestive of mail-in ballots being cast for voters without their knowledge.”
