LONDON:
Open Letter to London City Council: Reclaim Oversight, Restore Transparency
CCAL calls for fiscal accountability, reduced NGO control, and a Recovery First model for homelessness policy.
Mar 05, 2026
Introduction — Why We’re Publishing This
Londoners deserve both compassion and competence in their city’s response to homelessness. In recent years, spending has soared while openness has plummeted. Critical financial data have disappeared from public view, oversight has eroded, and unelected organizations have quietly assumed authority once held by elected representatives.
This post contains the full letter CCAL has formally submitted to the City of London Clerk. It urges Council to confront the chronic lack of transparency, to restore democratic oversight, and to insist that tax dollars reach those most in need instead of vanishing into bureaucracy.
The submission has been sent to the Clerk’s Office, though as of publication we are awaiting confirmation that it has been received and that it will appear on the public record. Copies have been sent directly to the Mayor and all Councillors.
CCAL Submission: Transparency and Oversight in Homelessness Expenditures and Decision‑Making
Date: March 5, 2026From: Concerned Citizens Association of London (CCAL)To: Mayor and Members of London City Council
Executive Summary
The Concerned Citizens Association of London (CCAL) urges immediate improvements in transparency, oversight, and accountability regarding homelessness‑related programs and spending.Despite millions of public dollars being allocated annually, the associated reporting remains fragmented, delayed, and incomplete.
Londoners are compassionate — but they expect clarity, measurable results, and democratic supervision over programs funded with their tax dollars.
Dashboard and Data Deficiencies
CCAL’s review of the city’s homelessness dashboard reveals major gaps:
· No historical data remains accessible once new months are posted.
· Missing critical metrics, including:
o Monthly and year‑to‑date financial totals
o Number of available and utilized beds
o Hospitalizations and deaths correlated with homelessness
o Cold‑weather medical outcomes (e.g., frostbite and amputations)
If the City has shifted emphasis from indoor shelters to outdoor “outreach,” the public deserves transparency about resulting health impacts and human outcomes.
Financial Transparency and Oversight Failures
At the February 10, 2026 Council meeting, one councillor noted $22 million in total spending and a 40 percent cost increase since 2023 — yet no updated metrics since March 2023.If accurate, this represents a breakdown in oversight.
Claims that “privacy laws” prevent disclosure — even to councillors — are untenable. Aggregated, anonymized data can be shared without breaching confidentiality.
CCAL asks Council to direct staff to produce quarterly public reports specifying:
· Wages and benefits (aggregate totals)
· Rent and contract expenditures
· Bed counts and occupancy rates
· Food, cleaning, and other operational costs
Privacy legislation must never serve as a smokescreen for non‑transparency.
Efficiency, Governance, and Delegated Authority
Significant authority has been delegated to community organizations that are not directly accountable to elected Council. These groups now influence major decisions without consistent reporting mechanisms, leaving elected representatives — and by extension the public — in the dark. This imbalance of power has allowed spending growth and operational drift without corresponding scrutiny.
Community groups should not wield unchecked control over taxpayer funds or key decisions. They must operate under clear municipal oversight and mandatory reporting obligations.
Council Conduct and the Culture of Silence
Some councillors appear reluctant to challenge staff or affiliated organizations on spending or outcomes.Council’s role is fiduciary oversight — not endorsement. The business of homelessness must be governed by elected officials answerable to citizens, not by agencies insulated from scrutiny.
CCAL also condemns the hostility and intimidation faced by councillors who raise transparency concerns. Open debate must never be suppressed.
Needed Reforms and Immediate Priorities
1. Mandate quarterly public reporting beginning Q2 2026.
2. Establish independent review and audit of all major homelessness contracts.
3. Reaffirm Council oversight authority over TAXPAYER‑FUNDED NGO decision‑making structures.
4. Streamline volunteer engagement, reducing unnecessary screening barriers.
5. Finalize shelter operating standards before the 2026–2027 winter.
6. Begin moving to a Recovery First model.
For the upcoming season and until a Recovery First model is activated, CCAL also recommends:
· Expanding indoor warm spaces during freezing weather.
· Enabling faith‑based and community partners to host limited overnight sheltering, supported by modest city‑backed liability coverage.
· Reducing bureaucratic barriers that perpetuate inefficiency in what has become “the business of poverty.”
Conclusion
City social‑service staff acknowledge they cannot shoulder the crisis alone. Council must therefore ensure that:
· Funds are directed primarily to frontline relief, not administration — and Council should consider setting a firm maximum percentage allowed for administrative costs to prevent budget drift and misuse.
· Volunteers and community groups, in receipt of taxpayer funding, are subject to appropriate oversight, ensuring collaboration occurs under Council direction rather than external control.
· Transparency, measurable reporting, and democratic accountability become central pillars of the homelessness response.
Londoners expect integrity and results. Delegating authority without oversight undermines both.
CCAL looks forward to a formal, public response and measurable transparency improvements this quarter.
Sincerely,Concerned Citizens Association of London (CCAL)

Editorial Note
This open letter has been formally submitted to the City of London Clerk as a request for inclusion in the public record. As of publication, confirmation of its placement on an upcoming Council agenda has not yet been received.
CCAL publishes all submitted correspondence so that taxpayers can follow every call for transparency made on their behalf and track how elected officials respond. When this item appears on the official record, CCAL will update this post with the agenda link.
Closing Thought
Transparency is not a political demand — it’s a moral one. Londoners cannot solve homelessness while key figures and expenditures remain hidden. Our goal is simple: bring sunlight into a system that has grown opaque through habit and convenience. We encourage readers to share this post, attend Council meetings, and join CCAL’s ongoing effort to restore open, accountable local governance.

CBC is DYING + Carney takes five DIFFERENT positions on Iran in five days

Mark Carney appeared confused in Australia, stating that he hasn’t ruled out joining the U.S.-Israeli airstrikes against Iran, despite yesterday saying the attack likely violated international law.
On today’s episode of the Candice Malcolm Show News Update, Candice brings us the latest news on Prime Minister Mark Carney and his evolution of responses to Operation Epic Fury.
It’s been just five days since the attacks, and in five days, Carney has given us five very different positions on the operation.
These are Canada’s positions so far, articulated by our Prime Minister and his top cabinet members:
1. Support the attack
2. Call for a diplomacy instead
3. Call for a ceasefire
4. Invasion violates international law
5. We might join the attack
Unbelievable weakness, Candice argues, from Mark Carney.
Candice contrasts Carney’s weakness with Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre and his strong appearance on a top U.K. podcast. Candice breaks down the big interview and shares the biggest and most powerful moments.
Finally, a leaked internal report shows that the CBC’s audience has totally collapsed, and they have absolutely no plan to fix it.

Congress declines to halt Iran war

The House rebuffed an effort to halt war with Iran on Thursday, as Republicans teamed with a handful of Democrats to grant President Donald Trump free rein to conduct the vast military campaign.
House lawmakers, in a tight 212-219 vote, rejected a bipartisan war powers resolution that would require Congress to sign off on Middle East operations, a day after the Senate voted against a similar measure.
The back-to-back defeats of war powers legislation come as top officials warn U.S. military operations will soon intensify. And it signals that Trump’s fellow Republicans are sticking with him on Iran — at least publicly.

Daines steps aside in Montana, hands torch to Trump-backed Kurt Alme

By
Steve Daines is done. After 13 years in Congress, the Montana Republican announced Wednesday he will not seek a third Senate term, becoming the sixth GOP senator to take a pass on the 2026 midterms. He made the decision himself, framed it on his own terms, and already handed his party a path forward.
In a video posted to X, Daines kept it clean and direct:
Serving the people of Montana in the US House and US Senate the past 13 years has been the greatest honor of my professional career, and I am grateful to God for allowing me to serve. But after much careful thought, I have decided not to seek re-election.
There was no drama, no bitter exit, no score-settling. Just a 64-year-old senator who built something real in Montana deciding it was someone else's turn to carry it.
Trump moves immediately
President Trump didn't wait, the New York Post reported. Within hours of the announcement, he took to Truth Social to eulogize Daines's tenure and name his successor in the same breath. Trump called Daines "one of our truly Great United States Senators" and said he "did a job like few others are capable of doing." Then he went straight to business.
He has decided to leave the Senate and, 'pass the torch' to Kurt Alme, my TRUMP 45 and TRUMP 47 U.S. Attorney. But, Kurt is exceptional, and I will be giving him, based on Steve's strongest recommendation, my Complete and Total Endorsement.
That endorsement carries real weight in Montana. Trump's backing has moved races across the country, and in a state that has trended sharply red, a Trump-endorsed candidate with prosecutorial credentials enters as an immediate frontrunner. Alme filed to run just minutes before the Tuesday night candidate deadline, according to Politico. He didn't wander into this race. He was positioned for it.
What Daines built
First elected in 2014, Daines spent his most recent off-cycle years running the National Republican Senatorial Committee from 2023 to 2025. Under his chairmanship, Republicans flipped four Senate seats in the 2024 cycle. That is a concrete result, not a talking point. Daines leaves the NRSC post having delivered, and he leaves his own seat with a hand-picked successor already in the race and a presidential endorsement attached.
Montana's junior senator, Tim Sheehy, himself a product of the 2024 wave that knocked out Democrat Jon Tester, put the moment in plain terms:
Doing something we don't often see in modern politics: stepping down at the height of his power to clear the way for a new generation of leaders.
Sheehy is right that this is rare. Most senators stay until the voters or the actuarial tables remove them. Daines is walking away while he still has leverage, relationships, and the president's respect. That is not weakness. That is discipline.
The bigger picture heading into 2026
Daines is the sixth Republican senator to announce he won't run in the November midterms. He joins Thom Tillis of North Carolina, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama, Joni Ernst of Iowa, Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, and Mitch McConnell of Kentucky on the list of retiring Republicans. Six open seats in a single cycle is not trivial. It requires strong candidate recruitment, deep party infrastructure, and a favorable electoral map to protect the majority.
Montana, at least, looks manageable. The state has moved decisively toward Republicans at the federal level, and a U.S. Attorney with a direct presidential endorsement is a formidable starting position. The seat Daines is vacating is not the vulnerability on the board.
Whether the rest of the open seats hold is the larger question Republicans will be working through for the next several months. Daines, by stepping aside early and steering the party toward Alme, at least removed one variable from that equation.
Thirteen years, four flipped seats, and a smooth succession. That's a career worth honoring.

President Trump Defeats Rogue Judges at Supreme Court

By
President Donald Trump just secured a massive win at the U.S. Supreme Court against rogue district judges (agreeing with the ACLJ’s amicus brief). In a 6-3 decision authored by Justice Amy Coney Barrett, the high Court ruled in favor of President Trump, blocking district judges from stopping the Administration’s agenda.
The ACLJ celebrates this massive win that began when we started representing the state of West Virginia, partnering with West Virginia Attorney General J.B. McCuskey. The judicial rulings at issue were not orders issued by the Supreme Court Justices but edicts by a handful of district court judges across the country, indefinitely halting President Trump’s Executive actions through nationwide injunctions.
My dad, ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow, weighed in on the Justices’ ruling that upheld Executive authority:
This is a big win for the Administration. It’s a big win for us. In fact, the argument that we put forward was used in large part by Justice Barrett in her majority opinion. . . . So you’ve got a situation where the President’s Executive actions and other actions were being challenged by citizens of various locales, and then the courts, instead of saying, Well, we’ll apply an injunction as to those people, they were doing it for the entire country. And there’s no precedent in our history, and this is what Justice Barrett pointed out – and we pointed out too. There’s no historical precedent for this action. Zero. None. . . .
Often, the Supreme Court decisions aren’t won during the oral argument. And that is why the ACLJ files amicus briefs for the Justices. The amicus briefs become integral to how they write their opinions.
The arguments that the ACLJ made about the federal judiciary, as well as some of the phraseology like the lake of “a historical pedigree” for these universal injunctions that was used in the opinion – came from our brief. That’s why submitting amicus briefs is so important as Justices issue their opinions on the law.
Going forward, district judges can still curtail the Trump Administration’s agenda for their districts – but not for the entire country. The tactic of judge shopping nationwide to stop a U.S. President’s agenda will cease.
Of course, the far Left is outraged, including Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, who wrote an apocalyptic dissent: “Perhaps the degradation of our rule-of-law regime would happen anyway. But this Court’s complicity in the creation of a culture of disdain for lower courts, their rulings, and the law (as they interpret it) will surely hasten the downfall of our governing institutions, enabling our collective demise.” In other words, the country will collapse.
My dad brushed off Justice Brown’s extreme response: “First of all, it’s a procedural decision. And it’s a good procedural decision. It says courts [can’t issue universal injunctions]. That makes total sense. But to say this is the end of the rule of law, we know it is nonsense.” He also praised Barrett’s opinion, concluding that the ACLJ “is thrilled” with today’s outcome.
Our client, West Virginia Attorney General J.B. McCuskey, also joined our broadcast. He responded to the victory:
The Supreme Court held very sternly that these nationwide injunctions need to stop and that they are unconstitutional. They exceed the scope of what our district courts are allowed to do, and they are politicizing the courts in a way that is very dangerous, whether it’s a Republican or a Democrat doing it. And we are just tickled, and the best part about this is that much of the language used in the amicus that we co-drafted with you guys was relied upon by the Court, and they’re holding it. So we’re really happy about this one.
The impact of today’s ruling will be felt for generations to come. We celebrate this massive victory, as well as five other pivotal wins at the Supreme Court this week. That’s right: The ACLJ is 6-0 in the past couple weeks on Supreme Court rulings.
Today’s Sekulow broadcast included a full analysis of the U.S. Supreme Court agreeing with the arguments in the ACLJ’s amicus brief to stop the epidemic of nationwide injunctions by rogue judges. We also told you about a new fight to defend pro-life advocates on behalf of our longtime ally, Rev. Pat Mahoney.

"I also want to send our best wishes to Congressman Jim Baird and his wife, who were recovering from a car accident," Trump said Tuesday during remarks at the newly renamed Donald J. Trump and John F. Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts. "They’re going to be okay, but they had a pretty bad accident and we’re praying that they get out of that hospital very quickly."
Trump also paid tribute to Rep. Doug LaMalfa, R-Calif., who has died at age 65. His death brings House Republicans' majority down to 218–213.
Baird, known on Capitol Hill for veterans and farming issues, has represented Indiana’s 4th Congressional District since 2019. The district is a largely rural, agriculture-heavy area in western and north-central Indiana.

Over the weekend, Baird hailed the Trump administration's capture of Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro.
"We are fortunate to have a president willing to follow through on protecting American lives. Decisive leadership as commander in chief matters, and it gives our men and women in uniform the confidence they need to carry out difficult missions against those who threaten our country," Baird wrote on X.
"Holding indicted criminals accountable and denying drug traffickers a safe haven sends a clear message: The United States will not tolerate foreign actors who enable the flow of fentanyl and other deadly drugs into our communities.

Fox News Provides Update On Obama Russiagate Docs, Probe

Fox News presenter Bret Baier reacted strongly to Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s assertions against the Obama administration, particularly her accusation that former President Barack Obama participated in a “treasonous conspiracy” against his successor, Donald Trump.
Baier provided further analysis of Gabbard’s remarks during the White House briefing last week, in which she presented “evidence” suggesting Obama’s involvement in promoting a narrative of connection between Trump and Russia during the 2016 election.
Gabbard submitted a criminal referral to the Justice Department days prior, alleging that the Obama administration attempted to “undermine President Trump’s 2016 victory and presidency.”
I eagerly forward rewatching the interview, Bret. One notable aspect is the disparate treatment of Hillary Clinton compared to President Trump. She was provided with a defensive briefing. The most stringent barrier appears to have been established over any information that could be utilized against her. This report indicates that at one stage in the process, there was consideration of investigating her due to suspicions that she was disseminating information regarding Russia and the dossier to obfuscate the server probe. At one point, they scrutinized that matter closely; but, there is a significant inclination towards Trump, as indicated by these documents, which suggest a considerably lower threshold for the trustworthiness of the evidence they intend to compile and present against him, correct? Martha MacCallum, a Fox News anchor, inquired.
“Indeed, that is precisely correct.” This pertains to the Trump probe and the information being disseminated. Chuck Grassley has released files pertaining to the Hillary Clinton email investigation, which are quite revealing, although much of the content is redacted. I discussed both matters with Comey in 2018. Baier remarked, “There was a significant disparity.”
“Amidst this situation, there are Page and Strzok, the two romantically involved individuals at the FBI, who reveal their evident bias against President Trump through their text messages; they are responsible for the investigation, the interview of Hillary Clinton, the handling of the BleachBit phones, and the scheduling of the interview with Michael Flynn, the former NSA director.” This situation coalesces in a manner that, with reflection and considering the broader context, is very concerning. He stated, “We are among the few outlets providing comprehensive coverage of this issue, focusing on substantive details rather than superficial treatment, and it merits such attention.”
Gabbard asserted that whistleblowers have emerged subsequent to the disclosure of papers and a memorandum exposing the Obama administration’s attempts to subvert Trump following the 2016 election.
On Friday, Gabbard disseminated documents and a memorandum detailing what she characterized as a “years-long coup” against Trump following his triumph over former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
She described the whistleblowers as persons “disgusted” by the purported “treasonous conspiracy” allegedly planned by then-President Barack Obama following Clinton’s defeat, as reported by the Daily Caller.
“We possess whistleblowers … Individuals from the intelligence community are now emerging in response to the release of these documents, expressing their profound disgust regarding the events that transpired. They, like the American populace, seek the administration of justice, as articulated by Gabbard during her interview with Maria Bartiromo on “Sunday Morning Futures.”
“We will supply all existing and future information to the Department of Justice for that specific objective and purpose,” she stated.
“Indictments are necessary.” All those accountable for this traitorous conspiracy against the American populace, regardless of their power or involvement at the time, must face consequences,” Gabbard asserted.

Societies Under Attack
On 27 April 1961, John F. Kennedy, in his address to the American Newspaper Publishers Association at a Bureau of Advertising dinner, famously stated that “we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths, and to secret proceedings”. He explained the reasons for his sentiments, adding: “there is little value in ensuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it … Our way of life is under attack”.
In Britain, likewise, there is mounting unease, even amongst Labour Party supporters. Close to 50% consider the Labour Party to be heading in the wrong direction, and a follow-up poll in early April revealed a crisis of confidence in the party’s policies. The vitriol extends to the population at large as a glance at X will reveal, with diatribes against Keir Starmer (based on broken promises), Rachel Reeves (for her withdrawal of support for the vulnerable and for imposing crippling new taxes on farms), Ed Miliband (on energy prices), Jess Phillips (for refusing to meet Oldham Council to discuss a rape gang inquiry), and Kim Leadbeater for pushing an Assisted Dying Bill that many experts consider to be denuded of safeguards.
And then there’s the shock of discovering four Labour MPs (Dame Angela Eagle, Chris Murray, Steve Race, and Sir Chris Bryant) meeting to discuss the “catastrophic” (Eagle’s word) ruling by the Supreme Court about biological sex. The Supreme Court’s Deputy President, Patrick Hodge, said, “The unanimous decision of this court is that the terms woman and sex in the Equality Act 2010 refer to a biological woman and biological sex”. When biological women represent 51% of the population and trans an average of 1%, with biological sex differences manifested across all five senses, Eagle’s sentiments may leave a high proportion of people, especially women, outraged. The presumption is that these politicians are deluded or challenged by the truth (hence references to the Chancellor as “Rachel from Accounts”) but something far more sinister may be at play.
Connecting the Dots
Steve Jobs, Apple’s co-founder, was probably correct when he stated that you can only connect the dots “looking backwards”, and if you study the backgrounds of many of the MPs who have been the object of extensive criticism, a common thread emerged namely that all are (or were) active members of the Fabian Society. Now, the objectives of this Society are clear to anyone researching the topic, but are concealed from view in official Labour Party publications. Could it be the adherence of prominent Labour MPs to Fabian ideals, many alien to and not revealed to the wider British public, that accounts for the unease felt by the British public?
Here are some initial facts. The Fabian Society was established in London in 1884 to subvert the existing order and establish a Socialist World Government. These aims were to be achieved through political control, control of education, destruction of the nation-state and its culture, an attack on biology, and the approval of eugenics, all to be achieved using a gradualist approach, as employed by the Roman General, Quintus Fabius Cunctator, who avoided a frontal attack on Hannibal’s army in the third century B.C. Here is a photo of the plaque commemorating its founding site at 17 Onsaburgh Street.

Equally, a policy of cloaking the Society’s objectives was clear from the first Fabian crest of a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

This gave way to the current logo of international Fabianism with a tortoise and the words, “When I strike, I strike hard”.

It may be disconcerting to read of a group that might seek to achieve political power in order to further objectives that are clear only to members and not to the majority of the public. So let us probe somewhat further by expanding on the points already mentioned. We will begin with the Fabian objective of gaining political power and instituting a New World Order.
Political Power and Push for a New World Order
Sweeping plans to transform British society would rely on controlling large swathes of the population, including the working class. So in 1893, less than ten years following the foundation of the Fabian Society, the Independent Labour Party (ILP) was founded under the leadership of Fabian Keir Hardie, at a Fabian conference in 1893 through the merging of over 70 local Fabian societies. In 1897, the Fabian Executive announced that the Fabian Society would capture and control the British natives “for its profit and their own good”. By 1913, Beatrice Webb, wife of early founding member Sidney Webb, could observe that the Fabian Society and the Independent Labour Party were well on the way to controlling the policy of Britain’s Labour and Socialist movement.
This history is not taught at school, but corroboration comes from the Fabian Society itself when it writes that “hundreds of Labour politicians are members of the society, including Labour leader Keir Starmer MP and more than half his shadow cabinet, as well as senior figures in devolved and local government.” Sir Keir Starmer, former serving member of the Fabian Executive (like Rachel Reeves), stated in his acceptance speech outside Downing Street on 4 July 2024 that “our country needs a bigger reset, a rediscovery of who we are”.
The use of the word “reset” merits a bit of unpacking.
In 2020, the World Economic Forum (WEF) and then-Prince Charles launched The Great Reset with backing from the United Nations (UN) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The foundation of the UN in 1945 owed much to Rockefeller, who one account described as a “Fabian Socialist”. If this is the case, it is not surprising that the British Fabian Society in the 1950s amended its principles, set down in the document known as the “Basis”, committing itself to the implementation of the Charter of the UN and the creation of “effective international institutions”, a means to achieving the wider objective to institute a New World Order.
With this objective in mind, in 1951, the Fabian Society established the Socialist International to co-ordinate international socialism, and the Socialist International soon after announced that “The ultimate objective of the parties of the Socialist International is nothing less than world government”. The objective of establishing re-emerged on British shores in 1964 in the Manifesto of the Fabian-created Labour Party, which stated, “For us world government is the final objective - and the United Nations the chosen instrument".
Where the IMF is concerned, note that this bankrolled the Fabian Society/Labour Party over decades, starting in 1946 when a loan of $4.34 billion was negotiated by Fabian economist John Maynard Keynes and facilitated by collaborator Harry Dexter White, who operated within the IMF as well as the US Treasury.
So, not only do the Fabian Society and the WEF share the same backers, but they also share similar objectives. A case in point is the Fabian objective to eliminate private ownership of land, one set down in the Fabian Society programme of 1887 known as 'The Basis', one that chimes with the WEF’s vision of a world in which people own nothing (yet improbably remain happy). In current-day terms, there are several attacks on private land ownership. One comes from the introduction of inheritance tax on farms, a policy of the Fabian Chancellor of the Exchequer, Rachel Reeves, which risks leading to the forced sale of privately-owned farmland. These risks could be avoided were savings made from the overseas aid budget controlled by Fabian Foreign Secretary David Lammy, but the Fabians within the Labour Party remain resolute in taking the money from British land-owners rather than overseas populations.
Other threats to land ownership come from an environment and energy policy that could see land appropriated for energy generation and re-wilding, with the driver and accelerator behind this being the so-called ‘climate catastrophe’ and (immigrant groups’?) need for more homes. You can read Labour’s plans, pushed by both Fabian Ed Miliband and Environment Secretary Steve Reed, a frequent speaker at Fabian conferences. And the control of land takes even more invidious turns, with a private Bill currently going through Parliament to control the 3,000 acres of the Malvern Hills.
Alarm bells have already started to ring since the Bill would not only provide powers to secure the commons (permitting the fencing off of areas now accessible, thereby reducing access) but also remove the ability of wards/parishes to elect their own trustees, all the while allowing increases beyond the current maximum in the local tax (the ‘precept’). It is estimated that £1m of local tax monies have been spent preparing the Bill and producing a sanitised message to the public, with no protests, it appears, from the Fabian former Home Secretary Dame Jacqui Smith of Malvern. Local access to the area could be under threat with investments flowing in for housing, with a new CEO of the Charity Commission sanctioning “contentious donations“ to charities. So keep an eye on developments, since actions here could set a dangerous precedent for other parts of Britain.
The Destruction of Culture
The Fabian objective of destroying the native culture has been a constant over the years. Bernard Shaw, a founding member, considered it “good statesmanship” to blow up every cathedral in the world. And 1960s Home Secretary and former Fabian Society chairman, Roy Jenkins, defined integration into Britain as "equal opportunity, accompanied by cultural diversity", a vision that de-prioritises indigenous culture. No surprises then that state-imposed “cultural diversity”, renamed 'multiculturalism', became the established policy of Fabian-Labour Governments.
This policy of state-enforced cultural diversity was closely linked with mass immigration. In the late 1990s, Tony Blair’s Fabian Labour regime embarked on a programme of systematic state-promoted mass immigration with the expressed aim of making British society "more multicultural", and the Fabian Blair-Brown governments of 1997-2010 introduced a wide range of pro-immigrant policies, including the systematic and deliberate facilitation of mass immigration to transform British society. Indeed, it has been said that the real agenda of Fabian-Labour policy was to change the ethnic and racial make-up of British society.
While the destruction of an entire nation's cultural identity is morally reprehensible, the forcible transformation of a population's ethnic and racial composition comes very close to the accepted definition of genocide. As reprehensible as it is, it links with the overarching aim to create a New World Order, with the destruction of the nation-state as a prerequisite.
The destruction of the status quo has been part of the Fabian ideology from the early days of Fabianism. It was portrayed in the ‘The Shaw Window’ (1910) designed by George Bernard Shaw and depicting Sidney Webb and George Bernard Shaw shattering the Earth to bits. Tony Blair revealed this stained-glass window in 2006 at the Shaw Library in the London School of Economics and Political Science, where it remains on permanent display. Bernard Shaw is the bearded man on the right in green.

And, as if to signal that this destruction will operate by stealth, the then-Fabian crest of a wolf in sheep’s clothing, appears close by. Should we be surprised that in 2025, few impediments are placed in the way of mass immigration by the Home Secretary, Fabian Yvette Cooper and her Minister for Border Security and Asylum, Dame Angela Eagle, former Chair of the Fabian Society at Oxford University?
The destruction is not limited to native ethnicity but also to programmes with a basis, very arguably, in eugenics. This is the focus of our next section.
Eugenics
In the early 1900s, a few prominent members of the Society, including Sidney and Beatrice Webb, George Bernard Shaw, and H.G. Wells, supported a eugenic approach to social policy. Sidney Webb, for example, asserted, "No consistent eugenist can be a ‘laissez-faire’ individualist unless he throws up the game in despair. He must interfere, interfere, interfere!" And he and Beatrice Webb in 1911, in their book The Prevention of Destitution, devoted a chapter to eugenics, arguing that this was a valid approach to the reduction of poverty.
As if this is not shocking enough, Shaw, briefly a lecturer at the Eugenic Education Society, wrote that “nothing but a eugenic religion can save our civilisation from the fate that has overtaken all previous civilisations”, and in 1933 he suggested that chemists should develop a “humane” poison gas for the extermination of those he regarded as social parasites. Should we be surprised that the very likely Fabian MP, Kim Leadbeater, is promoting the Assisted Dying Bill, which, in committee stage, rejected 300 safeguards? Two other proponents on this committee, the only two with ministerial portfolios, were Fabian Sarah Sackman MP (Minister for Courts and Legal Services) and Stephen Kinnock (Minister for Care), a likely Fabian.
Transhumanism
The biological engineering of humans is another recurring Fabian theme. Bertrand Russell, a Fabian, stated in 1952 in his book The Impact of Science on Society:
Diet, injections, and injunctions will combine from a very early age to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious criticism of the powers-that-be will become psychologically impossible. Even if all are miserable, all will believe themselves happy because the government will tell them that they are so.
Aldous Huxley (1894-1963) was also a Fabian and best known for his 1932 book Brave New World, which describes a dystopian future where humans are biologically engineered.

His brother, Julian Huxley (1887-1975), likewise a Fabian, was also the first Director-General of UNESCO, President of the Eugenics Society, and responsible for coining the term ‘transhumanism’. Indeed, he founded the UN-affiliated International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN), which has been described as using environmentalism as a cover for initiatives concerning transhumanism and genetic engineering.

And, where transhumanism is concerned, the transgender agenda is regarded by some commentators as a precursor to it. Martine Rothblatt, for example, has written in the 2011 book From Transgender to Transhuman: a Manifesto on the Freedom of Form, that “in transcending biology, technology offers an explosion of sexual identities ... [and] human identities ... [leading to] transhumanism ... [and] hybrid human-computer species”. Is it possible that the hostile reaction of Dame Angela Eagle to the Supreme Court’s ruling that the term woman in the Equality Act 2010 refers to a biological woman has its origin in the fear that this interpretation could disrupt and derail the Fabian transhumanist agenda? Is this why at the time of going to press, Sir Keir Starmer paraphrased the ruling as referring to the fact that “a woman is an adult female”, omitting any reference to the Court’s all-important references to the biological origins of that female?
Fabians in Britain
In 2021, The Fabian Society published ‘The Road Ahead’, written by then-opposition Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer. The report is full of generalities, but there are some startling statements. Climate change is presented as a given, with an assertion that climate change denial is “utterly discredited” and an assertion that “Nationalism represents an attempt to divide people from one another”. Do we see here the weaving of a fake narrative (climate change) and an attempt to destroy the nation-state through a false critique of nationalism? There is also a commitment to “restore honesty, decency and transparency in public life”.
Now, in 2025, what are we to make of this now with a Cabinet in which half its members are Fabians? With government officers resisting public inquiries into rape gangs and imposing financial measures on farmers that have met with despair across the farming community, we might look in vain for evidence of “decency”. And with many election pledges by the Labour leader pre-election broken on coming to power, we might take pledges to “restore honesty” with a big pinch of salt. And with Labour's support of an Assisted Dying Bill that is denuded of vital safeguards and that could offer a long and painful death, signs of “decency” are in short supply. Perhaps we should take these pledges as relics of the wolf in sheep’s clothing crest and just assume that something contrary to the meaning of these principles is intended.
And these contradictions give rise to the strong sense of unease experienced in Britain today. For, this may have its roots not just in the vagaries of politicians, but in what transpires to be a concerted effort by Fabians, in and out of government, to fulfil an agenda, one known to them but not the public. And the numbers following this hidden agenda are huge, with over half (over 140) of Labour MPs and half the Cabinet being confirmed Fabians. These include:
Sir Keir Starmer,
Chancellor Rachel Reeves (both previously on the Fabian Executive Committee),
Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner,
Yvette Cooper (Home Secretary),
Ed Miliband (Secretary for Energy Security and Net Zero),
Wes Streeting (Secretary for Health and Social Care),
Liz Kendall (Secretary for Work and Pensions),
Dame Angela Eagle (Minister of State for Border Security and Asylum),
Hilary Benn (Secretary for N Ireland),
Sir Chris Bryant (Minister of State for Data Protection and Telecoms and the Creative Industries and also chair of the Parliamentary Standards Committee),
Lucy Powell (Leader of the House), and
Sarah Sackman (Minister for Courts and Legal Services).
Other Fabians may include all those speaking at Fabian events, including Lisa Nandy (Secretary for Culture, Media and Sport), and those with portfolios for:
Europe (Stephen Doughty),
Housing (Matthew Pennycook),
Local Government (Jim McMahon),
Business and Trade (Jonathan Reynolds),
Safeguarding and Violence Against Women and Girls (Jess Phillips), and
Janet Daby (Minister for Children and Families).
Outside the House of Commons, we find Dame Margaret Hodge MP, Peter Mandelson, as well as Harriet Harman and Sadiq Khan as Fabians, with the last named being former vice-presidents of the Fabian Society. Note that all Prime Ministers of the Labour Party have been Fabians, and Fabians are also found amongst senior figures in devolved and local governments.
Transparency and Debate Needed
Only a small proportion of the MPs named above have declared their affiliation with the Fabian Society, and even if they were to do so, the majority of people are unlikely to appreciate the hidden agendas involved. Now that it is nearly 150 years since the establishment of the Fabian Society, it is time that the wolf in sheep’s clothing be exposed, and that a national debate be initiated. As part of this, perhaps, questions could be posed regarding whether the Fabians in the UK Government are guilty of malfeasance/misfeasance and/or nonfeasance of public office, and if so, in which type of courts cases could best be heard.
Until then, accuracy demands that the party in office be known as the ‘Fabian-Labour Party’ and that the public learn the lessons of history, including the impact the Fabians have had in Soviet Russia, Communist China, Fascist Italy and Germany, and modern-day Australia.
Ignorance is far from bliss, and nothing less than the truth will set us free.

Pakistani Defendant confirms Iran gave him names of Trump, Biden, and Haley as Assassination Targets

By
A Pakistani businessman sat in a Brooklyn federal courtroom this week and confirmed, without apparent emotion, that he traveled to the United States to hire killers on behalf of Iran's Revolutionary Guard. The targets his handler named: Donald Trump, Joe Biden, and Nikki Haley.
Potential targets of the 2024 scheme included now-President Donald Trump, then-President Joe Biden, and former presidential candidate and ex-U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, the man told jurors at his attempted terrorism trial in New York. The supposed hit men he paid were undercover FBI agents. The whole operation collapsed before a single shot was fired.
An FBI special agent showed the courtroom in Brooklyn the images posted by Merchant, who is standing trial on charges of attempting to commit an act of terrorism and engaging in a murder-for-hire plot. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of life in prison.
The Assignment
Merchant, 47, had a roughly 20-year banking career in Pakistan before pivoting into a range of businesses. He openly has two families, one in Pakistan and the other in Iran, where he said he was introduced around the end of 2022 to a Revolutionary Guard intelligence operative.
to CBS News, Merchant testified that his periodic visits to the U.S. for his garment business piqued the interest of his Revolutionary Guard contact, who trained him on countersurveillance techniques. What started as hawala discussions escalated quickly. The handler's instructions grew darker with each exchange.
Merchant said the handler told him to seek U.S. residents interested in working for Iran. Then came another assignment: look for a criminal to arrange protests, steal things, do some money laundering, "and maybe have somebody murdered."
He did not tell me exactly who it is, but he told me — he named three people: Donald Trump, Joe Biden and Nikki Haley.
That was Merchant's testimony, delivered through an Urdu interpreter, describing the moment his handler laid out the target list. He did not hesitate when the prosecutor confirmed the purpose of his trip.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Nina Gupta asked him directly:
You traveled to the United States for the purpose of hiring Mafia members to kill a politician, correct?
"That's right," Merchant replied, his demeanor as matter-of-fact as his testimony was unusual.
The Duress Defense
Merchant's courtroom strategy rests on compulsion. He says he was not a willing operative. He says his family was threatened. He says he had no real choice.
My family was under threat, and I had to do this. I was not wanting to do this so willingly.
Merchant said he "had no other option" than to play along because the handler had indicated that he knew who Merchant's Iranian relatives were and where they lived. He even reported back to his Revolutionary Guard contact, sending observations, fake ones, Merchant said, tucked into a book shipped to Iran through a series of intermediaries.
He also claims he expected to get caught. Merchant said he had anticipated getting arrested before anyone was killed, intended to cooperate with the U.S. government, and had hoped that would help him get a green card.
Prosecutors are not buying it. In a court filing this week, prosecutors noted that Merchant didn't seek out law enforcement to help with his purported predicament before he was arrested. Prosecutors also said that in his FBI interviews, Merchant "neglected to mention any facts that could have supported" an argument that he acted under duress.
U.S. authorities were on to him. The supposed hit men he paid were actually undercover FBI agents, and he was arrested on July 12, 2024, a day before an unrelated attempt on Trump's life in Butler, Pennsylvania. Merchant did sit for voluntary FBI interviews, but he ultimately ended up with a trial, not a cooperation deal.
A man who says he planned to cooperate with authorities, yet never mentioned duress during his interviews, researched rally locations, sketched a shooting plot, and handed $5,000 to supposed killers. The defense is asking jurors to hold two incompatible things at once.
The "Super-Spy" Moment
Merchant told jurors that he didn't think agents would believe his story, because their questions suggested "they think that I'm some type of super-spy." His defense lawyer, Avraham Moskowitz, leaned into it.
"And are you a super-spy?" Moskowitz asked.
"No. Absolutely not," Merchant replied.
Perhaps not. But he was trained in countersurveillance by a designated foreign terrorist organization, routed intelligence reports through intermediaries to Tehran, and personally paid men he believed were contract killers. The jury will decide what that makes him.
The Backdrop No One Can Ignore
The trial is unfolding amid the less than week-old Iran war, which killed Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in a strike that Trump summed up as "I got him before he got me." Jurors are instructed to ignore news pertaining to the case.
Good luck with that instruction. The courtroom drama in Brooklyn is inseparable from the wider picture: a regime that denied plotting to kill American officials while, according to federal prosecutors, tasking an operative to do exactly that. The U.S. deems the Revolutionary Guard a "foreign terrorist organization." Formally called the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the force has been prominent in Iran under Khamenei.
When Merchant was indicted in 2024, then-FBI Director Christopher Wray said the case was "straight out of the Iranian regime's playbook." Then-Attorney General Merrick Garland portrayed it as an example of "Iran's lethal plotting against Americans."
The Iranian government has denied plotting to kill Trump or other U.S. officials. They denied it while their Revolutionary Guard, according to testimony now on the record in a federal court, named Trump, Biden, and Haley as assassination candidates to a recruited operative who then researched Trump rally locations and drew up a shooting plan.
Let that sink in.
What This Case Confirms
The left spent years insisting that concerns about Iranian hostility toward American leadership were overstated, that diplomacy and sanctions relief were the path forward, and that talking to Tehran would reduce the threat. The Merchant trial is a direct rebuttal delivered under oath in a federal courtroom.
Iran's regime was not moderating. It was recruiting. It was training. It was naming targets. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which the U.S. government formally designated a foreign terrorist organization, was running a murder-for-hire operation against sitting and former American officials while the diplomatic community debated the finer points of engagement.
Authorities said Asif Merchant plotted with Iran to kill U.S. politicians in 2024, illustrating Iran's threats against the United States that stretched back years before Trump launched strikes against the country beginning Saturday.
The Iran that supposedly just needed the right incentives to come to the table was simultaneously handing a Pakistani banker a target list with three names on it. The same regime now faces the military consequences of that posture. The trial in Brooklyn is the paper trail of what that regime actually was.
Merchant faces life in prison. The man who gave him his orders is dead.

The Amalekites (DANGER)
This is a good video, and I advise you to watch it without reading the summary on the webpage. You'd lose the emotion and excitement in the conversation. The video will inform your heart as well as your head. (But it's OK to stop after the first 45 minutes)

I have a vested interest in this video, because Don Brooks and I have spent a lot of time studying the secret society that infiltrates and impersonates every Eastern power since Babylon (Remember the statue and the two legs that were the Roman/Byzantine empires down to the knees.)
I have to ask myself (and you), does it make sense that the Amalekites, described by these prophets and others such as Jonathan Cahn, these Amalekites are the same people we describe in our videos as the Radhanites? (* SEE FOLLOWING ARTICLE.) If so, then we have not seen the end of them yet. They may disappear for a while but they will resurface like an evil resurrection to spawn the Anti-Christ.

If Haman in the Book of Esther is a picture of the Ayatollah just blown up with his family in Iran, then we have to have a modern day Esther, who Don and I say in our latest video is Erika Kirk (fulfilling Kim Clement's prophecy of ten years ago). Esther, hid her Jewish identity until she privately persuaded the Persian King to kill Haman. Erika has likewise covered up her true feelings and Jewish blood, and met privately with Trump the day he gave his State of the Union address, followed by a surprise attack on Iran. That makes Benjamin Netanyahu the equivalent of Esther's protector Mordecai. Just sayin'.
I wouldn't be surprised to find out some day that Erika has had communications with the PM of Israel all along. After all, she and Charlie Kirk have been accused of shilling for Israel (where they met). More like shilling for God who has been angrily out to destroy the Amalekites (Radhanites) for ages. They're the 1% of the 1% who own most of the western world, pretending to worship your god while secretly honouring the name of Allah.

How many Canadians believe "Conspiracies"?
chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://static1.squarespace.com/static/6450265301129e5dbabfe8a2/t/699872a19fde1679c052ce08/1771598497448/MEO_Conspiracies-Brief_Final.pdf?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email
A recent study has exposed the battle between the government and independent media for control of the prevailing narrative among Canadian citizens.

The survey was administered to 1,459 Canadians between October 30 and November 7, 2025. The most prominent theory in terms of awareness concerned health threats, mostly centred around COVID-19. The claim is that the threat was highly exaggerated in order to expand government powers over Canadians and push an untested vaccine intended to harm them. Sixty-three percent of respondents said they were aware of this theory, while only 13 percent said they believed it was true.
The claim most widely believed was the idea that schools are indoctrinating children with radical gender ideology without the knowledge or consent of parents or guardians through programs such as SOGI (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity). According to the survey, 54% of respondents were aware of this claim, while 21% said they believed it was true.
The second most widely believed claim is the idea that elites control the media or that public opinion is manipulated through state-funded media. These claims suggest that mainstream outlets such as CBC or CTV are controlled or biased in favour of governments and powerful actors behind the scenes, often said to be influenced by corporations, the World Economic Forum (WEF), or other elite groups. Polling suggests that 47% of respondents are aware of this claim, while 16% say they believe it.
The five least prominent, though still notable, “conspiracy theories” identified in the study were election fraud, the deep state, digital ID, intentional wildfires, and the climate hoax. Each had about 8% of respondents reporting belief in the claim, with awareness ranging from 46% to 29%.
Unsurprisingly, the social media platform X was the dominant platform for engagement with these ideas, accounting for 70% of the likes and hosting the largest share of posts about them. Users of X were significantly more aware of these claims and were also the most likely to endorse them.

Declassified Documents Link U.S. Bioweapons Program to Lyme Disease Outbreak

Exclusive: Military released 282,800 radioactive ticks, suppressed co-infection research for 40 years
An extensive investigation based on declassified government documents and previously suppressed scientific research has uncovered compelling evidence that U.S. biological weapons programs contributed to the emergence of Lyme disease, which now affects hundreds of thousands of Americans annually.
The investigation reveals a pattern of concealment spanning six decades, including the systematic suppression of critical medical research and the release of nearly 300,000 radioactive ticks across Virginia to study how the disease-carrying insects would spread.

CIA Deployed Infected Ticks Against Cuba
Declassified documents and testimony from a CIA operative describe the 1962 deployment of infected ticks against Cuban sugarcane workers as part of Operation Mongoose, the Kennedy administration’s effort to destabilize Fidel Castro’s regime.
The operative, now in his seventies, told researchers that the “strangest thing he ever did was drop infected ticks on Cuban sugarcane workers” using C-123 transport aircraft flying nighttime missions “almost skimming the surface of the Caribbean to avoid Cuban radar.”
After returning from Cuba, the operative’s four-month-old son developed life-threatening fever requiring emergency surgery. His CIA commander advised him to “burn all the clothes you took to Cuba. Burn everything,” indicating contamination concerns.
The deployment was canceled when “Cuba’s shifting winds made accurate payload delivery difficult,” according to the operative’s account.
Massive Domestic Tick Experiments
Between 1966 and 1969, the U.S. military released 282,800 lone star ticks made radioactive with Carbon-14 across Virginia sites along bird migration routes. The radioactive marking allowed researchers to track the ticks’ spread using Geiger counters over several years.
Before these experiments, lone star ticks were not found above the Mason-Dixon Line. Within years of the Virginia releases, they had established populations on Long Island for the first time. Two tick experts consulted about these releases said they “were aghast” and “you’d never be able to do that now.”
The Swiss Agent Cover-Up
In 2014, researchers discovered extensive unpublished materials in the garage of deceased scientist Willy Burgdorfer, who identified the bacterium that causes Lyme disease. The materials revealed that Burgdorfer had found a second pathogen called “Swiss Agent” in Lyme patient blood samples from Connecticut and Long Island in the late 1970s.
Blood from Lyme patients showed “very strong reactions” to Swiss Agent testing, but this finding was completely omitted from Burgdorfer’s landmark 1982 study that identified the Lyme disease bacterium. The suppression of this research for over 40 years may have contributed to treatment failures in chronic Lyme patients.
Dr. Jorge Benach and Dr. Allen Steere, co-authors of the 1982 study, now acknowledge that Swiss Agent research “should be done” because “public health concerns warrant a closer look.”
Project 112: The Hidden Bioweapons Expansion
Defense Secretary Robert McNamara authorized Project 112 in 1962, creating what researchers describe as a bioweapons program “almost as large and secretive as the Manhattan Project.” The program involved 134 scheduled tests from 1962-1974 with production facilities capable of breeding 100 million infected mosquitoes monthly and 50 million fleas weekly.
The program’s existence was “categorically denied by the military” until 2000, when a CBS News investigation forced acknowledgment. Documents show the program involved “every branch of the U.S. armed services and intelligence agencies” with testing sites spanning multiple countries.
Operation Big Itch in 1954 successfully deployed 670,000 fleas from cluster bombs, proving arthropods could survive aerial deployment and “soon attached themselves to hosts.” The test validated bioweapons capable of covering “a battalion-sized target area and disrupt operations for up to one day.”
The Plum Island Connection
Plum Island Animal Disease Center sits just 13 miles from Lyme, Connecticut, where the disease was first identified. From 1952-1969, the facility was managed by the Army Chemical Corps for biological warfare research before transfer to the Department of Agriculture.
The facility “frequently conducted its experiments out of doors” with acknowledged containment failures where “test animals mingled with wild deer, test birds with wild birds.” Richard Endris maintained “over 200,000 soft and hard ticks of varying species in tick nurseries on Plum Island, personally collected from locations as far away as Cameroon, Africa.”
Wildlife regularly moved between Plum Island and the mainland. “Deer from Lyme regularly swam to Plum Island, and local birds flew there to feed on insects,” creating direct pathways for laboratory pathogens to reach wild populations.
Disease Emergence Timeline
The Long Island Sound region experienced an unprecedented outbreak of tick-borne diseases beginning in 1968:
· 1968: First Eastern U.S. human babesiosis cases appear on Nantucket
· 1968: Rocky Mountain spotted fever appears in Cape Cod region
· 1970: Hundreds of Rocky Mountain spotted fever cases documented on Long Island
· 1972: First 51 documented Lyme arthritis cases in Old Lyme, Connecticut
“By the 1990s, the eastern end of Long Island had by far the greatest concentration of Lyme disease,” according to one analysis. “If you drew a circle around the area of the world heavily impacted by Lyme disease, the center of that circle was Plum Island.”
Burgdorfer’s Cryptic Admissions
Willy Burgdorfer, who discovered the Lyme disease bacterium in 1982, spent most of his career developing tick-borne biological weapons before transitioning to civilian research. In 2013 video testimony, he confirmed participation in bioweapons research and “insinuated there had been an accidental release of some sort.”
After cameras stopped rolling, “Willy told us with a smile, ‘I didn’t tell you everything.’ But try as we might, we couldn’t get him to say more.” Before his death in 2014, he left a note stating “I wondered why somebody didn’t do something.”
In 2007, when documentary filmmakers attempted to interview Burgdorfer, a government scientist “pounded on the door” demanding to “sit in on this interview,” indicating ongoing official concern about his potential disclosures.
Pattern of Institutional Concealment
The investigation identified systematic concealment behaviors spanning multiple decades:
· Project 112 denied for 50 years despite extensive documentation
· Swiss Agent research suppressed despite public health relevance
· Relevant documents kept classified long after security justifications expired
· Congressional investigation requirements resisted
· Laboratory origin questions characterized as “conspiracy theories”
Comparison with Recent Cases
The analysis performed also compared institutional responses across three laboratory leak investigations: the U.S. Lyme case, Chinese SARS-CoV-2 origins, and Spain’s recent African swine fever outbreak. All three cases showed identical patterns regardless of the political system under which they occurred:
· Initial cooperation followed by systematic obstruction
· Evidence suppression or restricted access
· Promotion of alternative explanations deflecting from laboratories
· Attacks on investigator credibility rather than addressing evidence
· Preference for self-investigation over independent oversight
The Spanish case involved an €8.8 billion pork industry and an investigation conducted exclusively by Spanish institutions despite the outbreak occurring 150 meters from an African swine fever virus research facility.
Congressional Investigation Continues
In 2019, the House passed an amendment requiring the Pentagon to investigate whether the military “experimented with ticks and other insects regarding use as a biological weapon between the years of 1950 and 1975” and whether any were “released outside of any laboratory by accident or experiment design.”
The amendment was inspired by “a number of books and articles suggesting that significant research had been done at U.S. government facilities including Fort Detrick, Maryland, and Plum Island, New York, to turn ticks and other insects into bioweapons.”
Scientific Assessment
While Lyme disease bacteria existed naturally for thousands of years, the investigation concludes laboratory activities likely contributed to the current epidemic. Ancient pathogen presence doesn’t exclude laboratory enhancement or acceleration of natural processes.
The evidence suggests multiple possible scenarios:
· Laboratory enhancement of natural pathogens (45% probability)
· Laboratory accident with environmental establishment (25% probability)
· Pure natural origin (25% probability)

Expert Reactions
“Treatment strategies for diseases caused by genetically modified organisms may be different than treatments for naturally occurring pathogens,” according to biological weapons researcher Kris Newby, whose book “Bitten” sparked renewed interest in the laboratory origin theory.
The CDC is reportedly using molecular techniques to analyze 30,000 blood samples from people suspected of tick-borne illnesses, potentially validating Burgdorfer’s suppressed Swiss Agent findings decades later.
Implications for Public Health
If laboratory-modified pathogens contributed to Lyme disease emergence, current treatment protocols may be inadequate. The systematic suppression of Swiss Agent co-infection research may have directly contributed to chronic illness patterns observed in Lyme patients.
“Knowledge of which diseases got out in which locations will save lives and research dollars,” according to researchers pushing for declassification of decades-old military documents.
Government Response
The Department of War has not responded to requests for comment about the specific allegations. Previous statements have emphasized that biological research has been “purely defensive in nature, focusing on diagnostics, preventives and treatments for BW infections” since 1969.
The Department of Agriculture maintains that “Lyme disease was never a topic of research at Plum Island,” though this denial was contradicted in 1993 when Newsday uncovered classified documents proving biological warfare research had occurred at the facility.
The Bottom Line
The investigation reveals that voluntary transparency approaches consistently fail when institutions face potential accountability for biological security incidents. Whether through accidental release, environmental testing, or enhancement of natural transmission, the extensive evidence suggests laboratory activities contributed to America’s Lyme disease epidemic.
The case demonstrates that effective biological security requires institutional structures prioritizing transparency and public health over institutional self-protection, regardless of political system.
This investigation is based on 41 primary sources, including declassified government documents, CIA operative testimony, and scientific research using an AI-enhanced biological weapons verification framework. The complete analysis is available as a comprehensive technical report appended below..

The Free Speech Crisis in Canada:

The Free Speech Crisis in Canada:
Why We Must Abolish Human Rights Tribunals
Canada is standing at a crossroads. The very institutions that were meant to protect our fundamental freedoms have now become instruments of ideological control. The so-called “Human Rights Tribunals”—once envisioned as safeguards against genuine discrimination—have been weaponized into a social-justice enforcement arm of the bureaucracy.
Our constitutional rights to free expression, conscience, and democratic debate are now subject to the approval of unelected commissioners policing citizens’ beliefs.
This is not hyperbole. This is happening.
⚖️ The Barry Neufeld Case:
A Chilling Warning to All Canadians
When former school board trustee Barry Neufeld criticized the SOGI 123 curriculum—a controversial gender ideology program introduced into British Columbia schools—he did not commit hate speech. He expressed a viewpoint shared by countless parents across the country who believe that schools should not be socially engineering children’s identities.
For speaking those truths, a tribunal ordered him to pay $750,000 to LGBTQ teachers for “discrimination.”No due process. No democratic oversight.Just bureaucratic punishment for dissent.
If a lifelong educator can be financially destroyed for expressing concerns about what children are taught, what does that mean for parents, journalists, or elected officials?
🚨 Human Rights Tribunals Are Not Protecting Rights—They’re Abolishing Them
The Neufeld case exposes a structural rot. The tribunals have drifted from defending individuals from genuine harms to defending ideas from scrutiny.
Here’s what’s happening:
· Suppression of Free Speech: Criticizing government-approved ideologies is now treated as hate speech. Debate is replaced with enforcement.
· Expansion of “Discrimination”: Bureaucrats have redefined discrimination from action (denying service/employment) to thoughtcrime (voicing forbidden opinions).
· Erosion of Democracy: Elected representatives and ordinary citizens can be silenced or punished for expressing moral, scientific, or religious disagreements with state orthodoxy.
· Selective Justice: These tribunals protect certain ideologies and groups at the expense of others, fracturing the very foundation of universal human rights.
🛑 Enough Is Enough: Abolish the Human Rights Tribunals
The Free Speech Union (FSU Canada) has launched a petition to abolish human rights tribunals in Canada. This is not a symbolic gesture—it’s a practical demand for legislative courage.
We call on Parliament and provincial legislatures to either abolish these tribunals outright or reform them so dramatically that they can never again serve as instruments for punishing lawful expression.
These unelected bodies must never have the power to bankrupt citizens for their opinions.
If you believe in restoring a Canada where debate is free, truth can be spoken, and our children can be taught without coercion, then we urge you—sign the petition now.
It takes less than two minutes, but it will send a powerful message:Canadians will no longer accept bureaucratic tyranny disguised as “human rights.”
🧭Our Duty as Parents and Citizens
The Concerned Parents Association of London & Area (CPAL) was founded to defend truth, biological reality, and the natural rights of parents in education. We have watched, with alarm, the steady replacement of reasoned debate with enforced ideology in our schools, institutions, and tribunals.
If we stay silent, the cost will be borne by our children—not just in curriculum, but in the breakdown of the very principles that built this country.
Freedom of speech is not a partisan issue. It’s a Canadian issue. It’s the foundation on which everything else stands.
📣 Take Action
1. Sign the Petition: Click here to add your name.
2. Share this Article: Post it across your networks, email lists, and community forums.
3. Speak Out: Write to your MP and MPP. Ask where they stand on defending free expression.
Canada’s democracy does not die all at once.It erodes when free citizens are too afraid to speak. That ends now!
