SPIRITUAL:

 The Light of The World

The FATHER’s first words... “Let there be LIGHT” [stated 3 days before the Sun was created... So, this is not SUN-LIGHT]


Now lets hear RON TAYLOR:

The Gospel of the Apostle John is a little different. First of all, John uses metaphysical descriptions throughout his gospel.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

 – John 1:1

 

That is metaphysical. John also used the word “light” extensively in his Gospel.  If you read the verses in which John uses this word as if they were one passage, it tells the story of the purpose of Jesus coming to earth.  The Scriptural references are footnoted below.

 

“In him was life; and the life was the light of men.  And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.1  The same (John the Baptist) came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.  He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.  


That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.2  And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.  For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.  But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.3  


He was a burning and a shining light: and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light.4  Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.5  As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.6  Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world.  But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him.7  


Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.  While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light.8  I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.9”

 

As I searched for the word “light” in the Gospel of John, I noticed that it suddenly stopped at John 12:46. I thought that I had overlooked something. However, I discovered that chapter 13 begins with, “Now before the feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world ...”  At Passover the Light was snuffed out . . . temporarily.

 

Then the Beloved Apostle continues his theme of light in the Epistle of First John, noting that the darkness is past.

 

“This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.  But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin (I John 1:5,7).  


Again, a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shineth.  He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now.  He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him (I John 2:8-10).”

 

Resurrection Sunday is a time to be thankful and a time to praise God for the Lord Jesus.  Praise Him because the darkness is now past if we are walking in the Light.  Amen.

Since 2021, 123 churches have been burned, vandalized, or desecrated across Canada, and yet, the nightly news is silent. Just imagine the outcry if this were happening to synagogues or mosques.


You and I know why this is happening. Many of our neighbors still believe the lie of "215 hidden graves," a story fed by headlines that were never corrected. Even though excavations found nothing, the flames keep spreading.

Politicians who helped fuel the anger just shrugged when the bricks started flying. Their investigations have gone nowhere, letting nearly 100 culprits get away with it.


Prime Minister Carney calls himself a Catholic, but he won't say a word while sanctuaries smolder. And Minister Anandasangaree? He hasn't even bothered to visit a single ruined church.


A public inquiry will finally bring the truth to light. It's the only way to stop the rumors and make sure future attackers think twice. We need real justice, not more silence.


Our faith communities need us to stand up for them.

An apology would go a long way toward healing our congregations. It would prove that accountability still matters and that our freedom to worship is worth protecting. We can't wait any longer.

TRUMP: 

Democrats sue to block Trump executive order on mail-in ballot verification

 

Democrats filed suit against the Trump administration on Wednesday, aiming to kill an executive order that would require the U.S. Postal Service to send mail-in ballots only to verified American citizens. The lawsuit, backed by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer(D-NY), House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), the Democratic National Committee, and other party organizations, treats the most basic election integrity measure imaginable as an existential constitutional crisis.


The order's mechanism is straightforward. President Trump announced earlier this week that he directed Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin, along with the Social Security Administration, to create a list of verified U.S. citizens who are eligible to vote. The Postal Service would then send ballots only to those people.


That's the proposition Democrats are calling tyranny: confirming that voters are who they say they are before mailing them a ballot.

The Lawsuit and Its Architects


According to The Hill, prominent Democratic election lawyer Marc Elias wrote the complaint, and his language tells you everything about the strategy. This isn't a narrow legal challenge. It's a messaging vehicle dressed in constitutional clothing.

"Our Constitution's Framers anticipated this kind of desire for absolute power. They recognized the menace it would pose to ordered liberty and the ways in which it would corrode self-government like an acid."


Absolute power. Menace. Acid corroding self-government. All because the federal government wants to verify that people receiving ballots are, in fact, eligible to vote. Elias also argued in the complaint that the order "seeks to impose radical changes to the manner and conditions under which citizens may cast absentee or mail-in ballots" and that these changes "plainly exceed the President's lawful authority."


Schumer called the executive order "outlandish" and promised a courtroom victory:

"Senate Democrats have led the fight against Donald Trump's voter suppression efforts before and won. We will see him in court and we will beat him again."

Jeffries, for his part, declared that Trump's "unhinged efforts to rip away our rights will not prevail."


Ripping away rights. Voter suppression. Unhinged. The rhetorical escalation is as predictable as it is revealing. None of these statements engages with the substance of the order. Not one Democratic leader quoted in the complaint or in public statements explained why verifying citizenship before mailing a ballot is unreasonable. They skipped the argument entirely and went straight to apocalyptic framing.

What the Order Actually Does


Strip away the hysteria, and the executive order does something that most Americans, when asked plainly, would consider common sense. It directs federal agencies to compile a list of verified citizens eligible to vote and limits the Postal Service to sending ballots to those individuals.


This is not a poll tax. It is not a literacy test. It does not prevent a single eligible American from casting a ballot. It prevents ballots from being mailed to people who aren't eligible to receive them. The distinction matters, and Democrats know it, which is why they refuse to engage with it directly.


The left's position on voter verification has become genuinely difficult to articulate without exposing the contradiction at its core. They claim to support secure elections. They claim to oppose fraud. But every single mechanism proposed to verify that voters are citizens, that ballots reach the right people, that rolls are accurate, gets branded as suppression. At some point, the pattern speaks for itself.


The Legal Backdrop

Democrats have reason for confidence in the court, and conservatives should be clear-eyed about the terrain. After the president issued an executive order last year seeking to overhaul elections, federal judges ruled it was likely unconstitutional. That history gives the left both a legal precedent and a talking point.


But prior judicial skepticism toward one order does not automatically invalidate a differently constructed one. The question before the courts will be whether the federal government can use existing agency infrastructure to verify citizenship for ballot distribution. That is a narrower and more defensible proposition than a wholesale election overhaul, and it deserves to be adjudicated on its own merits rather than dismissed by reference to a prior ruling.


The Mail-In Voting Irony

Democrats and their allies in the press have spent years noting that Trump himself votes by mail. He cast his ballot that way in a Florida special election last month. The implication is supposed to be hypocrisy: he votes by mail but wants to restrict it.


The argument collapses on contact. Trump is a verified U.S. citizen casting a ballot in his state of residence. His executive order would not prevent him, or anyone like him, from voting by mail. It would ensure that the system sending out those ballots knows who is eligible to receive one. The fact that Trump uses mail-in voting and still wants the process verified is not a contradiction. It is the entire point.


What Democrats Are Really Fighting

Every election cycle, the same dynamic plays out. Republicans propose verification. Democrats call it suppression. The media amplifies the suppression framing. Courts weigh in. And the underlying question never gets answered honestly: why would anyone oppose confirming that ballots go only to eligible voters?


The arguments offered are always procedural or constitutional, never substantive. It's always about executive overreach, or disenfranchisement in the abstract, or the specter of eligible voters somehow falling through the cracks. What it never is, curiously, is a straightforward defense of mailing ballots to unverified recipients.

Because that argument can't survive daylight.


Schumer promises a court victory. Jeffries promises resistance. Elias promises constitutional grandeur. What none of them promise is a better system for making sure that only eligible citizens receive and cast ballots. That silence is the tell. They are not fighting for voting rights. They are fighting against verification. Those are not the same thing, no matter how many times they pretend otherwise.

Nineteen-year-old dies of Meningitis B within 48 hours after initial Symptoms Mimicked a common chill

Jack Bolam, 19, felt cold before heading to work on a Thursday evening. By Saturday afternoon, he was dead.


The culprit was meningitis B, a bacterial infection that tore through his body so fast his family barely had time to process what was happening, Delta News reported.

His mother, Joanne Bolam, 49, is now sharing her son's story as a warning to other parents. Her message is simple and devastating: there were almost no signs. "There was no warning, no rash and no symptoms other than him feeling cold."


Jack had gone to work at his retail job at 5:50 p.m. on January 30, 2025. Less than an hour later, he called his sister, feeling dizzy, and asked to be picked up. By 8 p.m., he was vomiting. Then the seizures started. His family called emergency services, and he was admitted to the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle-upon-Tyne by 9 p.m. Within two hours, he was in the Intensive Care Unit. Doctors told the family he was not responding to treatment.


Jack was pronounced dead at 2:05 p.m. on Saturday, February 1. His family turned off life support the following day.


A young man with everything ahead of him

Jack Bolam was not fragile. He played rugby three times a week. He hit the gym four times a week. He held two jobs: one as a store assistant at Home Bargains, the other as a food team leader at Newcastle FC's St. James' Park. He was the son of Joanne and Stephen Bolam, 51, and brother to Ellie, 24, and Libby, 17.


All of his vaccinations were up to date.

His mother's anguish over that fact is palpable: "He played rugby three times a week, went to the gym four times a week. How did this happen? He had all his vaccines."

That question haunts. Current vaccines do not cover all strains of bacterial meningitis, a reality Joanne now confronts daily. She does not understand why, and frankly, most parents wouldn't either.


The timeline every parent should read

What makes this case so alarming is the speed. Joanne recounted the evening in detail, and the progression from "bit of a chill" to induced coma took roughly three hours:

  • 5:50 p.m.: Jack leaves for work.

  • 6:40 p.m.: Calls his sister, says he feels dizzy.

  • 6:50 p.m.: Home, tucked into bed with tea, says he's freezing.

  • 8:00 p.m.: Vomiting begins.

  • Shortly after: Convulsions start. Family calls 999.

  • 9:00 p.m.: Admitted to Royal Victoria Infirmary.

  • 10:00 p.m.: Consultant tells Joanne to get her husband there immediately.

  • 11:00 p.m.: Jack is in the ICU, not responding to treatment.


The last words Jack spoke to his mother were ordinary. She had told him that since he was home early, he could have his tea early. He replied, "Aye, I'm pleased." Then the convulsions began.


 

A mother's warning

Joanne is now speaking out amid a reported outbreak of meningitis in Kent, England. Her plea to other parents is not complicated, but it carries the weight of a family that has been broken by loss.


"I just want other parents to be aware even if there's no obvious symptoms at first. You know your child and if something isn't right."

She described the aftermath plainly. Friends filled their home for weeks. Jack's best friend flew in from Australia. The family functions, but differently now. "How we live now is completely different. People say it will get easier but it doesn't."


There is a broader point here that extends beyond one family's grief. Parents trust that a fully vaccinated child is protected. In most cases, they are. But meningitis B remains a gap in that protection, one that moves faster than almost any parent could reasonably detect. A chill. A bit of dizziness. The kind of thing you hand someone a blanket and a cup of tea for.

The study shows unambiguously that the COVID vaccines were unsafe when they were first rolled out (and likely still unsafe).

The fact that regulators don’t acknowledge what is now obvious (that they screwed up) is clear evidence that they cannot be trusted.

Females were 72% more likely than men to report an adverse event

The German dataset—and similar Nordic datasets—show that about 72% of all reported serious adverse events (SAEs) occurred in women.

That can’t happen by statistical bad luck. There is no other way to explain this other than an unsafe vaccine.

So when officials claim “the vaccines were equally safe across demographics,” that statement is flatly false.


The consistency of the female over‑representation, across years and continents, proves that the signal is immunobiological—real, not sociological.

The SAE rate was also strongly BRAND dependent. If the vaccines are all safe, there shouldn’t be a significant brand dependency (unless there was distribution bias).

Here is the full AI analysis where all the possible confounders (age, distribution, reporting compliance, brand) are all examined.

No other viable explanation fits the data.


In short, this study makes it very clear that people were CLEARLY given unsafe vaccines and not a single public health entity anywhere in the world is acknowledging the error (except in Florida, USA).

READ THAT AGAIN “Something else people don’t know is that start in the mid-1980s, there was a federal district court judge in New Jersey, who entered a consent decree that Republicans could not be poll watchers. So from mid-80’s until 2020, Republicans were not allowed to be poll watchers on these national elections.


And what happened was that judge eventually died and the Democrats, the DNC, they had to go get that injunction renewed every 5-8 years, something along those lines.


And when that judge died, he was replaced by an Obama judge, and they went back to that judge and they said, we want this consent decree in place making so Republicans cannot be poll watchers and cannot be a part of this process.


And he said, what in the heck are you talking about? This is absolutely so unconstitutional. And he refused to renew that consent decree. He refused to renew that injunction.


So 2020 was one of the first years that we had professional Republican poll watchers in these elections to see what was going on in Atlanta, in Detroit, in Milwaukee, in, you know, in Philadelphia. It was the first time we were able to really see what was going on in these polling places.
