TRUMP:

Trump’s $45 Million Parade Takes America Back to Glory—Here Are the Highlights

This is what honoring our troops is supposed to look like.

ree

President Trump just delivered a powerful tribute to the U.S. Army on its 250th anniversary—and it was nothing short of a spectacle.

The parade reportedly cost $45 million, and every second sent a message.

This is what honoring our troops is supposed to look like.

The celebration opened with a moment of unmistakable patriotism.

Standing tall beside First Lady Melania and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, President Trump held a firm salute during a stirring rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner as the national military parade began rolling through Washington.

It was a moment to remember and also a fitting way to mark President Trump’s 79th birthday.

ree

To kick off the ceremony, the parade honored the original gangsters of the U.S. Army, The Old Guard.

In 1775, the “shot heard round the world” was fired at Lexington and Concord, setting off a revolution that changed the course of history.

Thirteen colonies rose up, as farmers and frontiersmen became soldiers. They formed the Continental Army, won at Trenton, endured the harsh winter at Valley Forge, and ultimately forced the British surrender at Yorktown.

That was the birth of the United States of America 🇺🇸

ree

Then came the show from the skies.

The U.S. Army Parachute Team—the legendary Golden Knights—wowed the crowd with a midair performance.

This unit dives at over 120 mph, glides in perfect formation, deploys its canopies in sync, and lands with pinpoint precision.

They couldn’t hear the crowd, but they could see them waving from below.

ree

The parade also paid tribute to generations of American soldiers, from the Revolution to modern day.

In the Civil War, nearly 2 million soldiers fought to preserve the Union. Among them were five future presidents and the first-ever recipients of the Medal of Honor.

ree

Trump delivered multiple salutes throughout the parade, including one to Fort Bragg’s finest when the 82nd Airborne Ceremonial Band took the spotlight.

The 82nd earned the nickname “All Americans” because its soldiers came from every U.S. state. That unity is still represented today through their iconic AA patch.

ree

Later, President Trump rose to his feet to salute the U.S. Army Rangers.

The U.S. Army Rangers trace their roots back before the Revolution, emerging from colonial-era conflicts in the 1600s and 1700s.

After 9/11, they were among the first deployed in the global war on terror, leading missions under U.S. Army Special Operations Command. Today, they remain the Army’s premier direct-action raid force.

ree

A blast from the past stole the show as the iconic Sherman tank just rolled in.

The M4 Sherman was the cornerstone of U.S. military power in World War II. It was named by the British after Civil War General William Tecumseh Sherman and went on to become one of the most influential tank designs of the 20th century. Nearly 50,000 units were produced during the war, and the Sherman remained in active service all the way until 1957.

An unstoppable force—then and now.

ree

Trump’s celebration then put a spotlight on next-gen firepower, starting with the Army’s newest weapons.

Soldiers marched with the XM7 rifle and XM250 automatic rifle, both equipped with the XM157 optic. These advanced systems give troops greater accuracy, speed, and adaptability on the battlefield, designed to perform in high-pressure, fast-changing combat environments.

Next came the Infantry Squad Vehicle, a lightweight transport built for speed and agility across harsh terrain.

Rolling behind was the S-MET trailer, a robotic hauler built to carry heavy loads through difficult terrain without slowing soldiers down.

And overhead, a trio of small unmanned aerial systems—Ghost X, C-100, and X-10D—flew above the formation. These drones provide real-time intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, giving soldiers eyes in the sky and the upper hand in complex environments.

Together, these tools reflect a military that’s not just keeping up, but staying ahead.

ree

And then came the jaw-dropper.

The crowd watched in awe as a futuristic “ghost robot dog” rolled into view, straight out of a sci-fi film.

The robotic canine is one of the Army’s latest innovations. It’s used for reconnaissance and bomb detection missions in high-risk environments.

These robots are built for danger. They help reduce the risk to human and animal life in combat zones, with the ability to walk at 2 mph and sprint at nearly 7 mph.

Pretty cool, right?

ree

As the parade came to a close, one thing was clear: this wasn’t just about history. It was about pride, power, and progress.

The event reportedly cost around $45 million, but it was money well spent—a strong reminder of who we are, what we’ve fought for, and where we’re headed.

In a time when patriotism is too often taken for granted, this parade brought it front and center.

And for a couple of unforgettable hours in Washington, the country stood united, saluting those who serve, and those who still carry the mission forward.

ree

Thanks for reading! This post took time and care to put together, and I did my best to give this parade the coverage it deserved.

EVENTS in Minnesota – Yesterday [14th June]

Councilman Jay Wegimont stormed out of a live meeting, missed a vote, and physically assaulted our Chairman,

@AnthonyDEllena, because he didn’t like being held accountable for his record. This was violent political retaliation. Charges have been filed.

Comments:

A sitting council member storming out of the building mid-session to physically confront someone is grounds for dismissal as well as criminal charges. Public elected officials are held to a high standard even in Rhode Island. The Town Council should act immediately and dismiss Jay Wegimont, unless Mr. Wegimont denies this event occurred. If that happens, he should be suspended pending an investigation and I encourage Mr. DEllena to press charges.

I am sure it is a criminal act for an elected representative to abuse or threaten to harm any Citizen. Council action should be swift and strong and send a message that this is unacceptable anywhere in Rhode Island and certainly in South Kingstown. GLOBAL:

No Climate, No Gender: Canada’s G7 Summit Agenda Shows Shift in Priorities:

This year’s agenda reflects a change influenced by Trump’s return to the White House and a renewed focus on the G7’s original mission, experts say.

WASHINGTON—When President Donald Trump joins world leaders at the Group of Seven (G7) summit in Canada on June 15, he’ll find a different agenda awaiting him. In a significant departure from recent years, the host nation is sidelining climate action and gender equality, issues that were once central to the summit’s mission.

This year’s gathering will prioritize issues such as energy security, artificial intelligence (AI), critical mineral supply chains, and global economic stability, reflecting a shift in priorities driven by Trump’s return to the White House and a renewed focus on the G7’s original mission, according to experts.

Trade tensions, heightened by recent U.S. tariffs, along with geopolitical crises like the Israel–Iran escalation, the Russia–Ukraine war, and the Gaza conflict, will also be key topics in the leaders’ discussions.

Many believe Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, as the host of this year’s summit, is adopting a pragmatic approach to ensure the meeting addresses the most pressing challenges that resonate with all member countries.

If topics such as climate change or gender are raised, leaders are unlikely to go beyond existing agreements or make new commitments, Paul Samson, head of the Centre for International Governance Innovation, a Canada-based think tank, told The Epoch Times.

Many organizations and even some countries are hoping for new commitments on gender and climate, he noted, “but it’s not going to happen at this table.”

The upcoming meeting, which marks the 50th anniversary of the G7, will be held in Kananaskis, Alberta, from June 15 to 17.

The group—which comprises the United States, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the European Union—represents more than half of global GDP.

“We applaud the back-to-basics approach the Canadians have taken on the G7, focusing on core economic issues and actionable issues where the G7 can have a meaningful, measurable impact,” a U.S. official told The Epoch Times.

Summit Agenda

Canada’s priorities for this year’s summit focus on three main areas. The first one is protecting communities and the world by addressing issues such as “foreign interference and transnational crime,” according to the agenda, and improving joint responses to wildfires.

The second priority is enhancing energy security and accelerating the use of AI and quantum technologies. This involves strengthening critical mineral supply chains.

Lastly, Canada aims to discuss future partnerships by increasing private investment in infrastructure, creating high-paying jobs, and opening dynamic markets.

“The G7 Leaders’ Summit in Kananaskis is a moment for Canada to work with reliable partners to meet challenges with unity, purpose, and force,” Carney said in a statement. “Canada is ready to lead.”

The leaders will focus on areas where common ground is possible, according to Samon, particularly around energy supply chains and how to power the AI and data revolution. Discussions may include joint projects, shared data centers, and ways to strengthen supply chains, possibly through partners like India.

The first Trump administration believed the G7 had strayed from its original mission by focusing too much on controversial issues, according to Caitlin Welsh, director of the Global Food and Water Security Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).

Welsh previously served on the National Security Council and National Economic Council during Trump’s first term.

Speaking at a recent CSIS press briefing, she said that this year’s agenda appears to align with the G7’s original mission of promoting global economic stability and growth.

“You can note the absence of terms like ‘climate change’ and ‘gender’ and other things from this leaders’ summit agenda,” she said. “This list of priorities conveys to me that Canada knows its audience.”

Trump’s First Canada Summit

The last time Canada hosted the G7 summit in 2018, during Trump’s first term, relations between then-Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Trump were notably strained. The summit in Charlevoix, Quebec, ended with heightened tensions over trade. Trump left early and declined to endorse the joint communiqué. It was the first time in G7 history that the final statement was not unanimously backed by all leaders.

A widely circulated photo from the 2018 summit captured the tension of the moment with Germany’s then-Chancellor Angela Merkel leaning over a table, speaking to Trump, who sat with his arms crossed, looking up at her.

ree

German Chancellor Angela Merkel speaks to President Donald Trump in front of other world leaders in Charlevoix, Canada, at the G7 summit on June 9, 2018.

CSIS experts believe such drama is unlikely in 2025.

“For most European leaders, the political incentives really aren’t there to sort of manufacture a confrontation with Trump,” Max Bergmann, director of the Europe, Russia, and Eurasia Program at the CSIS, said during the briefing.

As seen in recent months, most leaders are expected to take a cordial approach similar to their one-on-one meetings with Trump at the White House, he said.

China Looms Large

China will be a central focus at the summit.

Leaders are expected to express concerns over rising tensions in the East and South China Seas and China’s ongoing military build-up. As in past years, they will likely emphasize what the G7 has said is the need for “peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait.”

According to Samon, China will be an underlying theme across the summit’s discussions, even if not named in the final communiqué. He noted that key agenda items like transnational crime, critical minerals, and advanced technologies are designed to counter the Chinese regime’s growing global influence.

Meanwhile, Carney’s interactions with Trump will draw close attention, particularly amid trade tensions. The United States recently doubled tariffs on steel and aluminum, citing the flood of low-cost Chinese metals into global markets.

Trump has also pressed Canada and Mexico on fentanyl trafficking and suggested Canada should become the 51st U.S. state to get free “golden dome” protection—a proposed multilayered defense system.

In contrast to the retaliatory measures of previous years, Carney has adopted a measured approach, exempting certain products from counter-tariffs to protect Canadian businesses and consumers from rising costs. He is also engaged in direct talks with Trump to finalize a trade agreement, according to the Canadian media.

While no deal has been finalized, it remains to be seen whether an agreement will be reached before Carney and Trump meet one-on-one on the summit’s sidelines.

What is Happening in Israel, and Iran:

What is happening in Israel & Iran is not only an Historical Event, but is also Biblical as we see the hand of God at work.

Watch this video…by Amir Tsarfati regarding live report…this morning [Sunday].

Now I will report more once June 16th has passed.

God bless, and be praying for Israel that many will come to the Messiah,

Brian Plum…keep looking up

PS... Me [Don]

If my understanding of The Metaphor of the raising of LAZARAS is correct... Here is something to THINK about!

When word cam to Jesus that LAZARUS was ill and that He should come right away... Scripture states that Jesus TARRIED two more days.

In II Peter, he states that a day unto the LORD is 1,000 years and 1,000 years as a Day... So two days is 2,000 years... that would mean we are getting CLOSE to LAZARUS [ISRAEL] called to LIFE.

ree

Now add what we know about End-Times... ISRAEL will experience 3 ½ years of “Jacob’s TROUBLES...

Since we are using the ROMAN CALENDAR Jesus was born in 4-BC

He was Rejected by His OWN when Pilot offered a CHOICE JESUS or BARABUS... ISRAEL chose BARABUS stating... “We will NOT have that man [JESUS] Rule over US... Daniel had already stated that “He came unto His own and his own received him NOT”!

So, follow this reasoning...

Since Jesus was 33 ½ when Crucified Minus the 4-BC discrepancy equals 29.

Therefore it is likely 2029 that LAZARUS [ISRAEL] is to be Called back to LIFE.

Wow! 3 ½ years of Jacob’s TROUBLES could be starting right now... Remember Scripture tells us that at the end of Jacob’s Troubles, All ISRAEL turns to CHRIST [Messiah] in ONE DAY... however in these 3 ½ years 2/3rds of ISRAEL will die... Remember the Holocaust [Hitler] took out 1/3 of ISRAEL... Jacob’s TROUBLES will take out 2/3rds of ISRAEL [Twice as much as Hitler’s Holocaust]!

2029 is 3 ½ years away... has ISRAEL stumbled into JACOB’s TROUBLES?... the next 3 ½ years will Tell the TRUTH of this understanding.

PLEASE PRAY for ISRAEL and that the Prince-of-PEACE come to Jerusalem quickly!

Don

What is the time of Jacob’s trouble?

The phrase the time of Jacob’s trouble comes from Jeremiah 30:7, which says, “Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it” (KJV). It is our view that the time of Jacob’s trouble corresponds to the seven-year tribulation of the end times... [My opinion: first 3 ½ years Anti-Christ comes in on a Platform of PEACE... then suffers a Mortal Wound... the send 3 ½ years are his anger focused on ISRAEL!

I believe that this period is just beginning]In the previous verses of Jeremiah 30, the Lord is speaking to Jeremiah the prophet about Judah and Israel (Jeremiah 30:3–4). In verse 3, the Lord promises that, one day in the future, He will bring both Judah and Israel back to the land He had promised their forefathers. But their return will involve many distresses: “How awful that day will be!”

(Jeremiah 30:7). It will be “the time of Jacob’s trouble”—Jacob being a synecdoche for all the nation of Israel. Verse 5 describes Jacob’s trouble as a time of great fear and trembling. Verse 6 describes it in terms of the pains of childbirth, indicating a time of agony. But there is hope for the people of Israel, for the Lord promises He will save them.

Even though this is “the time of Jacob’s distress” (NASB), and even though “in all history there has never been such a time of terror” (Jeremiah 30:7, NLT), God will deliver His people. In Jeremiah 30:10–11 the Lord references the blessings that will come after the time of Jacob’s trouble: “‘I will surely save you out of a distant place, your descendants from the land of their exile. Jacob will again have peace and security, and no one will make him afraid.

I am with you and will save you,’ declares the Lord.”As part of the deliverance He provides from the time of Jacob’s trouble, the Lord says He will destroy the nations who held Judah and Israel in captivity, and He will never again allow Jacob to be completely destroyed. The Lord also describes this as a time of discipline for His people. He says of Jacob, “Though I completely destroy all the nations among which I scatter you, I will not completely destroy you.

I will discipline you but only with justice; I will not let you go entirely unpunished.”Jeremiah 30:7 says, “That day is great, so that none is like it.” The only time period that fits this description is the end-times tribulation. This time is unparalleled in history.Like Jeremiah, Jesus described the tribulation as a unique time of suffering, speaking of “great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again” (Matthew 24:21).

The Lord also used some of the same imagery as Jeremiah. In Matthew 24:6–8, He said the appearance of false christs, wars and rumors of wars, famines, and earthquakes are “the beginning of birth pains.”Paul, too, described the tribulation using the simile of birth pains. First Thessalonians 5:3 says, “While people are saying, ‘Peace and safety,’ destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.” This event follows the rapture and the removal of the church in 1 Thessalonians 4:13–18.

These “birth pains” are described in detail in Revelation 6—12. One purpose of the tribulation—“the time of Jacob’s trouble”—is to bring Israel back to the Lord (see Jeremiah 30:22Hosea 6:1–2Zechariah 12:10).

The time of Jacob’s trouble demonstrates that God keeps His promises, judges sin, and saves those who trust in Christ. In the end times, God will pour His judgment on a wicked world, and this seven-year tribulation, from Israel’s point of view, is the time of Jacob’s trouble.  [My Opinion... The seven years that many refer to are not necessarily consecutive 7-years... they are referred to as 3 ½ and 3 ½. Is it possible that the Ministry of JESUS for 3 ½ years was the Peaceful years of a PLATFORM of PEACE that we know as PAX ROMANUS]

In this time, God purges His chosen people of the wicked and unbelieving, but “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved; for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be deliverance, as the Lord has said, even among the survivors whom the Lord calls” (Joel 2:32; cf. Romans 10:13). After that time of Jacob’s trouble is a time of peace, as the Lord Himself sets up His kingdom on earth for 1,000 years (Revelation 20:1–6; cf. Isaiah 11).

NOTE: it is when ALL ISRAEL turns to CHRIST that the KING arrives and sets up 1,000 Rule on Planet EARTH!

There are many thoughts of what the Last days will look like... what I have just presented is my understanding of God’s Word... Please let me know what you think!

Blessings:

Don

Israel has put Its Existence on the Line:

Trump, in his diligent efforts to establish peace, is correct that keeping the United States in a position of power is how other nations are muscled into conformance.

Convincing some Islamic nations and terror groups to constrain their martyr complex is not simple to accomplish without inflicting pain.

And the only way some believe that can happen is if they are deprived of the means to build their weapons of war – cut off their cash.

Act 4 Canada overview:

As bombs devastated Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, Secretary of State Marco Rubio issued a statement that Israel’s strike was “unilateral.” We, sitting thousands of miles away, are apt to pontificate on whether or not Israel’s action was justified.

Witnessing the Escalation of Anti-Semitism around the World

Witnessing the escalation of anti-Semitism around the world, even in our supposedly equal rights-minded America (and here I speak as a Christian of Jewish heritage), it’s worth considering how Israel must assess their imminent danger. Surrounded and consistently battered by missile attacks from multiple fronts over time – Yemen, Lebanon, Syria, Iran (launching 300 ballistic missiles at Israel last year alone) and its funded proxies Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, etc. – all express their intent to eradicate Israel.

No one wants war, but it’s about time to realize that Jews in Israel (and now elsewhere around the world) are recognizing that serious threats against them have intensified beyond being able to sit tight and wait for the next bombardment.

Consider that Iran has consistently lied about its nuclear development. The UN watchdog, IAEA, stated some five hours before Israel launched the attack that Iran had NOT complied with “obligations” for the first time in 20 years, elevating the threat in the eyes of Israel’s leadership. It’s been less than a century since the horrors of the Holocaust, and less than two years since the heinous acts of October 7 by Hamas, supported by the average Gazan.

Jews are raised on remembrance. That’s what Passover is all about, recalling the Exodus, the miracles of God’s deliverance from slavery, a shadow of the coming Messiah. And Jews worldwide learned that they cannot twiddle their thumbs while others broker peace, however passionately, when one of the main participants believes it is their duty to lie to infidels. There is then no basis for sincere parley.

We are the Great Satan to Iran

President Trump has been genuinely working hard to bring Iran to the table, but it will not comply unless it is brought to its knees economically. Steve Bannon has suggested pressure be applied to Iran by restricting its only avenue to revenue – blockading Iran’s oil shipments that mostly supply China.

Global connectedness is inextricable in the modern world, unlike even a hundred years ago when Axis powers were beginning to gain traction in their individual countries. Islamic nations that focus on destroying the West have no real interest in trading with the United States. We are the Great Satan to them. However much we and Israel prefer peaceful negotiations, Israel understands that it is targeted for annihilation by many of its neighbors, and it is assessing the situation differently than we in the USA, because we are half a world away.

Prime Minister Netanyahu put it this way in his address to his nation and the world:

The hardest decision any leader has to make is to thwart a danger before it is fully materialized. Nearly a century ago, facing the Nazis, a generation of leaders failed to act in time. They were paralyzed by the horrors of World War I. They were determined to avoid war at all costs.

… “Failure to act resulted in World War II, the deadliest war in history. It claimed the lives of 60 million, including 6 million Jews, a third of my people. After that war, the Jewish people and the Jewish state vowed, never again.

Well, never again is now. Today, Israel has shown that we have learned the lessons of history. When enemies vow to destroy you, believe them.”

Israel has taken the initiative to neutralize enemy nuclear research facilities, as it has before, believing the need to survive outweighs the foot dragging of Iran, just as Hamas continues to do, using each hiatus in aggression to re-arm.

May it be a reminder that when Netanyahu warned of regional states’ nuclear advancement over the last couple of decades, that’s when Israel took preemptive action to remove a nuclear reactor in Syria (2007), and launch a major cyber attack in 2010, forcing Iran to retool. More than once, and after the JCPOA was in effect, Iran denied its capacity to enrich uranium, and impeded UN inspectors to garner the truth.

And what did Obama and Biden do? Illicitly and deceitfully fill Iran’s coffers in order to bring the Middle East to the brink of war. Israel, looking out for itself, will not stand by and allow the terror regimes to wipe it off the face of the earth. Global mayhem has been sown by previous puppet administrations that purposely flooded this country with invaders, doing the war machine’s bidding by supplying arms and cash to rogue, corrupt nations that hate us and Israel.

Israel took the measures it deemed necessary to save itself amid a Table Set by another Evil Axis

For those who doubt Trump should celebrate the Army’s 250th anniversary: He’s doing what’s necessary in a volatile atmosphere, demonstrating America’s resolve and readiness to stand as a bulwark against our enemies, putting America First. He must not be underestimated for having foresight amid negotiations with mendacious participants. Keeping his focus wide, Trump knows that finances are core to being able to wage war.

Israel took the measures it deemed necessary to save itself amid a table set by another evil Axis, including sympathizers and traitors here in the United States. As Israel is boxed-in by Islamic enemies and terrorist proxies, we are surrounded and infiltrated by CCP and its proxies on the world’s macro-scale. Israel has acted to keep itself safe, and we must act immediately at home to remove the threat by deporting illegals, rounding up and incarcerating enemy operatives and combatants within our borders.

Putting this in a way that everyday Americans might appreciate… how many are priming their weapons to defend their families and homes if the No Kings anti-ICE rioters, planning to tear-up the streets of dozens, possibly hundreds of cities this weekend, land on their front lawn? Would they believe they are in imminent danger and, if the rioters threaten them with bodily harm, would they shoot first?

Jews have learned their, our, lesson the hard way.

About Alpheus

The name Alpheus is of Greek origin and has multiple meanings. In Greek mythology, Alpheus was a river god associated with the river Alpheus in Peloponnese. The name is derived from the Greek word "alphein" which means "to wash" or "to cleanse." As a result, the name Alpheus is often associated with purity, cleansing, and the power of water. It can also symbolize strength and resilience, as water is often seen as a force that can shape and overcome obstacles.
