Though brilliant, the oldest son of the late ambassador to Greece was prone to seizures and hopelessly crippled. One day young Prince Constantine said to his little American friend, “My sister and I have been talking about you, and we have decided that you must be the favorite pupil of Jesus.” “What do you mean?” the boy asked sadly. The prince replied, “Well, you know how it is. In school, the best pupil is always given the hardest problem to solve. God gave you the hardest problem of all, so you must be His favorite pupil.” What problem faces you today? It may be something minor, but tomorrow may bring something seemingly insurmountable.

We would be wise if we viewed our trials as temporary things refining us for heaven and working for us “a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.” (2 Corinthians 4:17) Remember, our present hardships will soon be swallowed up by our Father’s eternal joy. Saying no to Gender Ideology got Enoch imprisoned:

How would you feel if someone told you you are not allowed to come to work just because you behaved in accordance with your religious belief?

This is exactly what happened to Irish teacher Enoch Burke, it is exactly what is happening to more and more people in the West.

Tomorrow it could happen to anyone.

“I can be a Christian in Mountjoy Prison or I can be a pagan acceptor of transgenderism outside it,” Burke told the High Court. "I will never leave Mountjoy Prison if in leaving that prison I must violate my well-informed conscience, and my religious beliefs and deny my God,” he said.

In May, the school's director where Enoch Burke worked as a teacher told him that he should address a transgender student by a new name and with the pronoun “they”.

Mr Burke refused and claimed several times against the madness of recognizing an ideological imposition like "gender" as a reality. In response, he was suspended pending the outcome of a disciplinary meeting in September. As he refused to accept the unjust punishment, he was eventually arrested at the school and jailed for contempt of court.

Our hearts break for Enoch's family. Enoch is a Christian devout, one of ten siblings from a deeply religious evangelical family, a human whose freedom of conscience has been trampled on. He is in jail because of laws that force citizens to accept transgenderism.

Enoch Burke is correct when he says: “Transgenderism is against my Christian belief. It is contrary to the scriptures, contrary to the ethos of the Church of Ireland and of my school.” What he hasn’t said, is that it also goes against good science and medicine.

As we turn our outrage into action, this moment requires us to recognize a painful truth: what happened is not an oddity. We’ve seen it before.

· A couple of months ago In UK, Maureen Martin – a Christian woman aged 56 – was been fired from her job for expressing an opinion based on her religious beliefs.

· Last year, Finnish parliamentarian Päivi Räsänen was facing jail for posting a Bible verse on her personal Twitter account

· Even one of our CitizenGO campaigners, Caroline Farrow from the UK, has been dragged to the High Court and subjected to a temporary injunction for the perceived offense of ‘misgendering’, which was deemed as potential harassment.

· As I am writing this, another similar case has appeared in the headlines, demonstrating the witch hunt transgenderism is causing: Kevin Lister, a 59 year-old math teacher in a Swindon School, has been sacked after refusing to affirm a pupil’s gender change.

All of them are victims in a society that prohibits Christians from expressing their opinions, if they are contrary to the ideological LGBT, transgender, and the radical Left’s mainstream.

You and me may also be victims in any country, at any time, since the transgender insanity is quickly spreading around.

So, it’s time to stand up for freedom of conscience before we all are forced to get down our knees in the name of the new “religion” of gender ideology and transgenderism.

Now, Enoch’s family are set out to demand justice. And there will be many more attacks on them, especially from the media that is already trying to headline them as some sort of crazy, religious people that are just making trouble.

And all this is happening as the Irish Minister for Justice, Helen McEntee, is preparing an updated hate-speech bill to be brought to the legislature, “to make it easier to secure prosecutions and convictions for crimes motivated by hate”.

If we don't stand up for Enoch's freedom, the transgender ideology will continue dehumanizing society and terrorizing Christians in Ireland, Canada, everywhere.

It's time to "exit the system":

This is more than coincidence, me getting these emails all the same week from 3 different sources. Yes, I'm already taking steps. See the attached poster for the next Trading Post meeting on Oct. 19 at the Lambeth Legion Hall.


When it comes to exiting the system how do you even start? Frankly speaking, I'm not entirely sure. But I do know this: I started my journey to 'exit' by first surrounding myself with men and women like Roger Bannister. And who is Roger Bannister? Well, in 1954 Bannister did what many believed was impossible: He broke the '4-minute barrier' by running a mile in less than 4 minutes. This was a feat which doctors then believed would kill you.

Now, here's why I'm telling you this: After Roger PROVED the impossible was possible, some 1,663 athletes have broken the 4 minute barrier since. And recently, in Basecamp, we had a member break a '4-minute freedom mile'. His name is Barry Cousins and he is a bonafide Roger Bannister type — because he grew a salad from seeds in just seven days from his kitchen. And he documented this liberating (and mouth-watering) performance in an online workshop for Basecamp members. What's more: He's even about to share how you can make sixty cent loaves of sourdough bread. Both are feats in personal freedom that mask mandating grocery stores probably prefer you don't know about. Bottom line: Barry — like Bannister — is proving what's possible. And in this case, Barry has given me — and other Base-campers — the belief that food independence AND life without the grocery store IS possible. Now, sure, growing your own salad and making your own bread isn't going to make you a free man or woman overnight. No way. But it'll move you 2 steps closer to living life without depending on a system that discriminates. And that is invaluable IF you are a man or woman with true Canadian values. And my hope is that, in time, you and I will meet enough men and women like Barry who prove that exiting the system is — in fact — TOTALLY possible. Now let's keep moving,
