Law enforcement no-show reportedly abandoned roof due to heat, leaving Trump exposed to would-be assassin:
Sen. Josh Hawley says whistleblowers reported the abandoned rooftop, while Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene asks whether there was a plot to kill Trump.
Alaw enforcement officer assigned to guard the roof from which a would-be assassin fired at former President Donald J. Trump abandoned the post due to hot weather, U.S. Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) said July 22.
In a letter to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Hawley said whistleblowers who approached his office said a specific individual was assigned to guard the roof of Building 6 at the American Glass Research complex just north of the fairgrounds where Trump was shot July 13.
“There was supposed to be a law-enforcement presence on the roof that day,” Hawley wrote. “In fact, the whistleblower alleges that at least one individual was specifically assigned to the roof for the duration of the rally, but this person abandoned his or her post due to the hot weather.”
According to AccuWeather, the temperature in Butler on July 13 reached a high of 91 degrees.
The FBI said Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, of Bethel Park, Pa., shot Trump with an AR-15-style rifle from the roof of Building 6, about 130 yards from the podium where Trump was speaking to tens of thousands of supporters.
Only a perfectly timed turn of his head milliseconds before the bullet arrived prevented Trump from suffering a massive head wound and instant death. The bullet sliced across the top of Trump’s right ear, causing him to flinch and drop to the ground.

Multiple investigations launched since July 13 are seeking to determine how Crooks was allowed to access the roof and get six or more shots off before he was killed by a Secret Service counter-sniper.
Crooks was spotted by a local police counter-sniper and flagged as a suspicious person at 5:10 p.m., according to a report from Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), a member of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. The committee oversees the Secret Service, which is part of the Department of Homeland Security.
Two photos taken by the counter-sniper at 5:14 p.m. showed Crooks standing along a retaining wall on one end of Building 6. At 5:32 p.m., the counter-sniper spotted Crooks looking at his phone and using a range finder, ostensibly to estimate the distance to the Trump podium.
At 5:38 p.m., the counter-sniper informed his sniper group about Crooks. Two minutes later, he was told to “call in to command” regarding the suspicious person, according to Johnson’s July 21 report. At 5:41, he called the command center with a description of Crooks, who was “lurking around [the] AGR building.”
At 5:49 p.m., the counter-sniper sent the photos of Crooks to the Butler Emergency Services Unit command. A confirmation of receipt was not issued for six minutes, Johnson’s report said.

At 5:59 p.m., a Beaver County operator received confirmation that the command center, “which included Secret Service,” was aware of the messages and asked which direction Crooks was moving. At 6:05 p.m., the local counter-sniper reported that Crooks was moving northeast carrying a backpack.
Even though bystanders near Building 6 shouted that Crooks was shimmying up the slightly sloped roof with a rifle at least two minutes before shots were fired, neither police nor Secret Service ground teams intercepted him.
In a U.S. House hearing on Capitol Hill, Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle was repeatedly grilled about what time her agents determined that Crooks was no longer just suspicious but a direct threat to Trump and rally-goers. She eventually said it was mere “seconds” before Crooks fired the first shot.
Lawmakers from both sides of the aisle hammered at Cheatle to resign.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) asked whether a stand-down order was given in order to kill Trump.
"The people there knew that there was a danger, there was a threat to President Trump, and it was allowed to happen," Greene said. "Was there a stand-down order, Ms. Cheatle? Was there a conspiracy to kill President Trump?"
Cheatle replied: "Absolutely not."
Johnson said the director trotted out nothing but tired excuses.
“Cheatle is using ‘it’s only nine days out’ as an excuse for not having basic information that should have been known within hours,” Johnson wrote on X. “And we’re supposed to trust her investigation? Truly disgraceful.”

President Joe Biden posted a shocking letter on social media announcing he was ending his re-election campaign.
Democrats and their media allies ramped up the pressure on him to drop out so another nominee could step in after his cognitive decline was exposed in the first debate.
Biden was losing the race before the debate and that sealed his fate.
Post-debate polling showed him sliding in the swing states with Democrat-leaning states starting to come into play.
Biden endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris to replace him on the ticket.
Most of the party soon fell in line behind her.
She quickly secured enough delegates to become the presumptive nominee.
Harris has the backing of most of the powerbrokers in the Democrat Party like former President Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, and former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).
But the most influential newspaper on the Left gave Harris a vote of no confidence.
The New York Times editorial board came out in favor of a competition for the Democrat Presidential nomination rather than handing it to Harris.
“Choosing Ms. Harris would be a reasonable path for Democrats to take; she has been Mr. Biden’s running mate, and while no votes were cast for her as a presidential candidate in primaries, the president’s voters expected her to be on the ticket in November,” the editorial board wrote.
Democrats are head over heels with Harris now because she’s not Joe Biden.
Kamala Harris isn’t the candidate that Democrats think
The editors noted the problems that have plagued Harris since she ran for President in 2020.
“Nonetheless, party delegates should have a voice in a decision of this consequence. There are other qualified Democrats who could take on Mr. Trump and win, and picking a candidate without a real contest is how the party got into a position of anointing a standard-bearer that large majorities of Democrats and independents had profound concerns about,” the editorial board stated.
Harris is the most unpopular Vice President in modern history.
She was polling in the low single digits with Democrat Primary voters in December 2019 when she dropped out of the race before voting began.
“While the hour is late, there is still time to put leading candidates through a process of public scrutiny before the party’s nominating convention begins on Aug. 19, to inform the choice of a nominee and to build public support,” the editorial board implored.
Harris was the subject of speculation coming into this year that she might get replaced by Biden as his running mate because she was such a disaster as Vice President.
She would have replaced Biden last year if Democrats had any confidence in her ability to win.
The dream candidates Democrats had hoped might step in for Biden like Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and California Governor Gavin Newsom passed on competing against Harris, likely not for fear of Harris’ ability but due to the shortened time they’d have to stand up a campaign.
Those politicians know, after all, the odds are in their favor that Harris will fail miserably, giving them a chance to run again in 2028 on their terms.
Democrats got their wish in getting rid of Biden but now there’s little confidence among many on the Left that his replacement will fare any better.

(Reuters) -Vice President Kamala Harris opened up a marginal two-percentage-point lead over Republican Donald Trump after President Joe Biden ended his re-election campaign and passed the torch to her, a Reuters/Ipsos poll found.
That compares with a marginal two-point deficit Biden faced against Trump in last week's poll before his Sunday exit from the race.
The new poll, conducted on Monday and Tuesday, followed both the Republican National Convention where Trump on Thursday formally accepted the nomination and Biden's announcement on Sunday he was leaving the race and endorsing Harris.
Harris, whose campaign says she has secured the Democratic nomination, led Trump 44% to 42% in the national poll, a difference within the 3-percentage-point margin of error.
Harris and Trump were tied at 44% in a July 15-16 poll, and Trump led by one percentage point in a July 1-2 poll, both within the same margin of error.
While nationwide surveys give important signals of American support for political candidates, a handful of competitive states typically tilt the balance in the U.S. Electoral College, which ultimately decides who wins a presidential election.
A pollster with Trump's campaign played down any polling showing an increase in Harris' support, arguing that she was likely to see a temporary rise in popularity because of widespread media coverage of her new candidacy.
"That bump is likely to start showing itself over the next few days and will last for a while," pollster Tony Fabrizio said in a memo circulated to reporters by Trump's campaign.
Candidates often expect a bump after formally accepting their party's nomination at stage-managed, televised conventions such as the one that Trump had last week. But the poll showed no sign of that.
Bump or not, the most recent Reuters/Ipsos poll underscored the rationale for Biden dropping out of the race and for Harris replacing him on the ticket.
HARRIS SEEN AS SHARPER THAN BIDEN, TRUMP
Some 56% of registered voters agreed with a statement that Harris, 59, was "mentally sharp and able to deal with challenges," compared to 49% who said the same of Trump, 78.
Only 22% of voters assessed Biden that way.
Biden, 81, ended his reelection effort after a debate with Trump in which he often stammered and failed to aggressively challenge attacks by Trump that included falsehoods.
Some 80% of Democratic voters said they viewed Biden favorably, compared to 91% who said the same of Harris. Three quarters of Democratic voters said they agreed with a statement that the party and voters should get behind Harris now, with only a quarter saying multiple candidates should compete for the party's nomination.
When voters in the survey were shown a hypothetical ballot that included independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Harris led Trump 42% to 38%, an advantage outside the margin of error. Kennedy, favored by 8% of voters in the poll, has yet to qualify for the ballot in many states ahead of the Nov. 5 election.
Harris campaigned in the critical battleground state of Wisconsin on Tuesday. She won support from major party figures and attention has since turned to who she will pick as her running mate.
Many respondents in the Reuters/Ipsos poll said they knew nothing about the Democrats seen as potential picks to join Harris' ticket. About one in four registered voters said they had never heard of U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, a former Democratic presidential candidate who had the highest favorability rating - 37% - of the potential Harris running mates in the poll.
One in three had not heard of California Governor Gavin Newsom, with about the same share saying they looked on him favorably. Half of registered voters in the poll had never heard of Arizona Senator Mark Kelly and two thirds knew nothing of Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear.
The poll, which was conducted online, surveyed 1,241 U.S. adults nationwide, including 1,018 registered voters.

I just talked to a good Christian friend (who doesn't have time to read my emails) and he didn't know about the prophecies about Trump that have come true. All he knew about Trump was what little our media passed on. Typical Canadian.
When I was manager of a small radio station just outside Sudbury, I had to remove a feature called My Favorite Editorial because the union complained to my boss. When I moved to manage another station in Kapuskasing I was asked to remove my Talk Show host because the Liberal MP didn't like her views. "Canada's news voice" Larry Henderson told me about similar things happening to him when he was anchor at CBC, then CTV, and editor of Canada's foremost Catholic Newspaper.
The censorship and influence on media is much more blatant today. I just read how our Provincial Government has directed LCBO, Ontario Lottery Corp, and some others, to allocate $100 million for newspaper advertising. Journalists already get $300 million from the Liberals. They don't have to write what they are told. Just drop what's not being said by legacy news networks and news services like Canadian Press, Associated Press, Reuters etc.

So, who the heck is/has been running the country?
Answer: The US Military with Trump as Commander-in-Chief has been in charge ever since Trump handed over Presidential Authority before his 2017 Inauguration. At that time a stranglehold over the US long held by the three City States of the Vatican (Religion), UK Crown London City (financial) and Washington DC US Inc. (military) was released.
Actually a Constitutional Crisis in the US has been ongoing since 1913 when the Deep State Cabal changed the Constitution in order to take over US taxpayer dollars by forming their own privately owned Federal Reserve and IRS.
Since 10 October, 2000 the US as a nation has been back to be legally functioning under their original Constitution of the Republic of the United States of America, although it was not publicly known. That happened only because of a lot of hard and dangerous work done by certain generals in the US Military since President Kennedy’s murder.
The US has also been under Common Law, but the courts, due to their loyalty to the Deep State Cabal, have continued to destroy concepts of the original US Constitution with the Cabal’s British Admiralty Law (Law of the Water).
Finally seventeen years later by 2017 after Trump was inaugurated US President and with backing of the BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa), plus in coordination with the White Hat Military Alliance of what was to become 209 nations, Trump turned over the Deep State Cabal’s privately owned US Inc. Presidential powers to the US Military.
Trump was then installed as Commander-in-Chief of the US Military, which was also over the Global Military Alliance. It was the first step of The Plan to restore, not only to people in the US, but to People of the World, the Freedom concepts engrained in the original US Constitution.
In the 2020 Election vote count the Deep State Cabal Democratic Party (with support of the UK Crown, Vatican and communist parties of several nations including the Chinese Communist Party) outright changed Trump votes to Biden through a ton of Voter Fraud issues that were backed by their Dominion Voting Machines run out of a CIA headquarters in Germany.
All of which was verified by a US Military Super Computer called The Kraken during the 2020 Election vote count of official watermarked ballots. The official vote count verified that Trump won the 2020 election by an over 80% vote in all but two states.
Ever since two cases concerning 2020 Voter Fraud have been before the Supreme Court – the Brunson Case which asked if Congress had investigated allegations of 2020 voter fraud before they certified the election and another brought by Sidney Powell based on those results tallied by the Military Kraken Super Computer on official 2020 Election watermarked ballots.
A positive SCOTUS decision on either or both cases would dissolve the Biden Administration and all of Congress – opening the door for a Military takeover until new elections could be held.
That was likely the reason why, with Biden obviously gone or at least debilitated for the last seven days, SCOTUS ignored requests for Kamala Harris to be sworn in as President.
