In the latest salvo against the controversial far-left movement known as Critical Race Theory (CRT),Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R) last week signed a bill that prevents local governmental bodies in his state from requiring workers to engage in “training or therapy that suggests an employee is inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive, whether consciously or unconsciously,” as The Hill reports.

The measure was passed by the state House by a vote of 31-25, and the state Senate approved the bill by a margin of 16-12.

Ducey heralded the development on Friday, declaring, “I am not going to waste public dollars on lessons that imply the superiority of any race and hinder free speech. House Bill 2906 goes a long way towards protecting Arizonans against divisive and regressive lessons. …Here in Arizona, we’re going to continue to be leaders on civics education and teach important lessons about our nation’s history.”

As a constituent in your riding, I am writing to express my outrage over the CRTC’s recent reversal of its 2019 wholesale internet rate decision. First the CRTC shut the door on mobile competition by denying MVNOs. Now CRTC chair and former Telus lobbyist Ian Scott has again favoured Big Telecom over consumers, which will result in those giant companies continuing to get rich on the backs of Canadians who already pay some of the highest internet prices in the world. The CRTC’s 2019 rate decision found that big telcos and cable companies broke its rate-setting rules and inflated wholesale costs for smaller competitors by hundreds of millions of dollars. This in turn drove up internet prices for all Canadians. The CRTC’s 2019 decision set new final rates based on careful review of more than five years’ worth of evidence and was upheld by the courts at all levels, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Scott’s May 2021 reversal of the 2019 rate decision completely ignores the CRTC’s own findings. Scott’s decisions and comments reveal a bias towards incumbent telecom companies and he has previously met inappropriately with their lobbyists. This reversal calls into question the CRTC’s credibility and neutrality. It makes a mockery of the government’s promise to lower telecom prices and ensure competitive choices for consumers. It is critical that the federal cabinet reinstate the evidence-based 2019 wholesale rates decision and remove Scott from his post to restore faith in the CRTC and deliver affordable internet prices for Canadians. The government needs to act immediately or prices will continue to rise because of this unacceptable decision. Scott’s private meetings with Big Telecom — during an open appeal with hundreds of millions of dollars at stake — is offside the CRTC’s own rules. In fact, the federal Cabinet fired another commissioner in 2017 for his two solo meetings with stakeholders with an interest in open files before the regulator.

There is no doubt Cabinet must #FireIanScott and restore the CRTC’s pro-consumer 2019 decision. If the 2019 decision is fully reinstated, we promise that internet prices will go down.

A group of medics from a Toronto children’s hospital have released a shocking paper which outlines its controversial position on child euthanasia. In the paper, published at the British Medical Journal, Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children revealed that in some cases, the young person’s parents will not be notified of the intention to end their own lives until after the death is confirmed.

“Usually, the family is intimately involved in this (end-of-life) decision-making process,” the pediatric doctors, administrators and ethicists noted in a Sept. 21 paper published in the BMJ. “If, however, a capable patient explicitly indicates that they do not want their family members involved in their decision-making, although health care providers may encourage the patient to reconsider and involve their family, ultimately the wishes of capable patients with respect to confidentiality must be respected.”

I remember reading a book exposing the work of the KGB back in the 80's and never forgot how some agents were assigned to identify the weakest points in our hydro system (hint; the towers located miles from roads and communities, deep in the bush, plus the obvious generating points like Niagara Falls). The Soviets also had moles and "security staff" who worked for provincial hydro companies (hint; Maurice Strong was CEO Ontario Hydro, then moved to BC Hydro before his notable career as a greenie after the reds dropped out of Russia). Our enemies figured it would not take much more than a few weeks of living without power and we'd accept the first ones who could restore it regardless of their politics. And that was before we turned everything over to computers!

Today, things are more complicated, and it is not just us who worry about enemies taking down the power grid. The globalists worry about that too!! Most power lines are not shielded from EMP waves, and most hydro companies are vulnerable to computer hackers. We could lose control of our lives, but so could they lose control of populations who do not have tv's and internet and phones. The globalists want controlled anarchy, not total irreparable chaos under their virtual Babylon. It does no good to have millions of stinking bodies spreading disease. So, they will need to beef up security and build backup systems much stronger than those which have recently gone down when 500 companies were blackmailed for ransom. What better excuse to mobilize the money and people they need than a few controlled breakdowns along the way? Meanwhile the amateurs, terrorists and survivalists also keep attacking because they can. Talk about confusing, eh? Welcome to the world of spies and counterspies.
