Globalist suppression of EU Democracy:

WARSAW, Poland (AP) — Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk accused Russia on Wednesday of planning acts of sabotage worldwide that included “acts of air terror” against airlines.
Tusk spoke at a news conference in Warsaw alongside Ukrainian President Volodymr Zelenskyy.
“I will not go into details, I can only confirm the validity of fears that Russia was planning acts of air terror, not only against Poland, but against airlines around the world,” Tusk said.
The Kremlin has dismissed previous Western claims that Russia sponsored acts of sabotage and attacks in Europe.
Western security officials suspect Russian intelligence was behind a plot to put incendiary devices in packages on cargo planes headed to North America, including one that caught fire at a courier hub in Germany and another that ignited in a warehouse in England last year.
Late last year, Azerbaijan accused Russia of unintentionally shooting down an Azerbaijani airliner that crashed in Kazakhstan on Dec. 25, killing 38 people. Russian President Vladimir Putin apologized to his Azerbaijani counterpart for what he called a “tragic incident” following the crash, but stopped short of acknowledging that Moscow was responsible.
The pro-European Union government in Warsaw says that Russia is pursuing acts of hybrid war against Poland and other Western countries in retaliation for their support for Poland’s neighbor Ukraine in its struggle against Russia’s full-scale invasion.
The government has accused Russia, and its ally Belarus, of fomenting a migration crisis on the EU’s eastern border with Belarus in order to create chaos and division in the EU.
Last year, Poland’s foreign minister ordered the closure of one of three Russian consulates in the country in response to acts of sabotage, including arson attacks that he said were sponsored by Moscow.

AOC Gets MORE Bad News Hours After Learning of the DOJ Investigation:
A government accountability group is demanding that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) be the subject of an official investigation due to claims that she may have embezzled public monies for campaign-related costs. The Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) received a formal complaint from the nonpartisan watchdog group Americans for Public Trust (APT) on Tuesday, expressing concerns regarding a number of expenses included in Ocasio-Cortez’s fourth-quarter Members’ Representational Allowance (MRA).
Two particular payments from Ocasio-Cortez’s office account are highlighted in the complaint: $3,700 to “Juan D Gonzalez” and $850 to “Bombazo Dance Co Inc.”, both of which are classified as “training.” Allegations that public monies were improperly utilized for activities unrelated to legislative duties have been raised in response to the expenditures, which were revealed in the House’s Statement of Disbursements.
Potential infractions of both federal law and House ethics rules—which forbid using government funds for political purposes—are detailed in APT’s letter to the OCE. “House rules are clear: official resources cannot be used for political or campaign purposes and must be used for the conduct of official business,” the letter reads.
Additionally, the group cautions that “falsely certifying improper use, including campaign use, of official House funds carries criminal penalties.” When a social media user brought attention to the spending online, the uproar intensified.
Ocasio-Cortez retaliated on X (previously Twitter), denying the worries and declaring that they were “100% wrong.” This is an FEC filing; none of this is taxpayer money. Be outspoken yet incorrect about something else. Next time, try again.
Ocasio-Cortez’s remark, according to APT, was not only deceptive but also implied an admission of guilt. According to APT’s letter, “either she is unaware of the distinction between her campaign funds and MRA, or, more likely, she is aware that the expenses indicated were not for official business and ought to have been covered by her campaign.”
According to federal law, congressional appropriations must only be used for the intended purpose. Additionally, according to the House Ethics Manual, taxpayer funds cannot be used to finance political campaigns and must instead be set aside for “official and representational expenses.”
Serious consequences, including criminal prosecution, could follow violations of these regulations. Caitlin Sutherland, executive director of APT, is pleading with the OCE to conduct a thorough inquiry into whether Ocasio-Cortez misused public monies on a regular basis.
“Representative Ocasio-Cortez has made expenditures from her official office account that she herself contends should have been reported to the FEC, presumably because they were made for campaign purposes,” the letter reads.
“If it is revealed that Representative Ocasio-Cortez has demonstrated a pattern of using her taxpayer-funded MRA to pay her campaign expenses, we further request a full investigation be commenced by your office.”
The accusations are made at a time when Ocasio-Cortez is still a divisive figure in Congress and is regularly at the focus of discussions about campaign money and ethics. The progressive congresswoman’s financial activities, such as her attendance at the Met Gala and the related ethics investigation into the gifts she accepted, have already drawn criticism from House Republicans.
More political disputes over accountability and openness in Washington are probably going to be fueled by the most recent controversy. Beyond her social media response, Ocasio-Cortez’s office has not yet released an official statement regarding the ethics allegation.

One eclipse, two views
Yesterday brought another round of trade war turmoil. Just after midnight, the Trump administration’s global tariffs on aluminum and steel imports went into effect. The European Union hit back first, benefiting from the time difference, with levies on US$28-billion worth of U.S. metals and agricultural produce.
Hours later, Canada announced its own retaliatory tariffs on $29.8-billion of U.S. steel, aluminum and other goods. The U.S. President wasn’t pleased. He said his reciprocal levies on April 2 could go “a little beyond reciprocal.” Then he warned that “America is going to take back a lot of what was stolen from it by other countries.”
I’ve found myself losing sleep lately over Donald Trump’s grim threats. I stare at the ceiling and worry about the volatility, or that he will soon have designs on our cheese. But tonight, at least, I plan to make good use of this wretched insomnia. I’m going to head outside at an ungodly hour and look at a total lunar eclipse.
And if you live pretty much anywhere in the Western Hemisphere, you can join me. For the first time in three years, the Earth will line up perfectly between the sun and the moon, blocking out the solar light that reflects off the moon’s surface and immersing it in shadow.
To begin, the moon will enter the Earth’s penumbra, or the outer part of that shadow. There’ll be a subtle dimming effect; I might stay in bed for this part. But then, around 1:09 a.m. ET, it moves into the Earth’s central shadow, known as the umbra. At that point, it’ll start to look like some celestial being is taking bites out of the moon.
Those bites will progress from its bottom-left corner toward the top right. By 2:26 a.m. ET, the moon will be in the deepest part of the Earth’s shadow, and the total lunar eclipse will begin. But wait! Instead of being plunged into total darkness, the moon will turn an eerie reddish colour. That’s because the only light reaching its surface is from the edges of our atmosphere – everything other than the longest, reddest wavelengths is filtered out. As NASA says, with a surprisingly poetic flourish, “it’s as if all the world’s sunrises and sunsets are projected onto the moon.”
Skygazers have more than an hour to enjoy this projection, which could range from a vivid copper to a deep crimson, depending on weather and atmospheric conditions at the time. Around 3:30 a.m. ET, the moon will exit the Earth’s umbra, the red hue will start to fade, and the celestial bites will move in the opposite direction. By 4:48 a.m. ET, the partial eclipse will be over, and the lunar show ends altogether an hour after that.
At least, that’s what we’ll see. Blue Ghost – a robotic spacecraft that made a remarkably drama-free landing on the moon early this month – has a different view. The hippopotamus-sized lander will watch the Earth move in front of the sun, transforming for that hour into a colossal dark circle ringed in bright red.
For the past 11 days, Blue Ghost has been frantically conducting NASA science experiments and sending back data before the sun sets on its solar panels this weekend. The lander has already imaged a lunar sunrise; provided its camera is still working tonight, it’ll capture a solar eclipse from the moon’s vantage point.
But spare a thought for poor Athena, another lunar lander who, just days after Blue Ghost’s graceful touchdown, had a more ignominious descent. She overshot her mark near the moon’s south pole by 250 metres and toppled over. Athena ended up on her side, in a frigid crater, unable to charge her batteries. Girl, same.

Until recently, Turkey’s bid to join the European Union was firmly on ice.
Stalled in Brussels for years, Turkish officials were vocal about their disillusionment. The foreign minister groused that Europeans didn’t want Turkey in the club.
Now it’s moving back into the realms of the possible — thanks in no small part to President Donald Trump and his administration.
Trump’s upending of US foreign policy is giving Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan a renewed swagger, and prompting EU officials to rethink their alliances.
As the Trump administration threatens European security, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte reportedly urged EU leaders to increase engagement with fellow alliance member Turkey.
There’s a clear case to be made for closer ties.
Under Erdoğan’s more than two decades in power, Turkey has become one of the world’s top 20 economies, and has scored some diplomatic successes including brokering the Black Sea grain deal with Russia.
More pertinently, Turkish defense capabilities from drones to artillery shells have taken it into the ranks of global players. It has strategic air bases and NATO’s largest fleet of F-16 fighter jets after the US.
Turkish troops could even join any future peacekeeping mission in Ukraine, sources say.
That’s allowed Erdoğan to crow that European security without Turkey is “unthinkable.”
Still, the road to membership talks is rocky.
A judicial crackdown on dissent from business executives to opposition figures is worrying critics, including in Brussels. Ankara’s friendly ties with China and Russia raise further questions.
Turkey, though, sees the changed security calculus as helping its case for a customs union with the EU or visa-free travel, if not full-blown membership yet.
Erdoğan says that only Turkey “can save the EU from the deadlock it has fallen into.”

UN Panelist to Pro-Lifers: ‘I hate these people’:
I have an urgent update for you from our team of young pro-life delegates at the United Nations, and the news isn’t good – in fact, it’s worse than what I was expecting.
Our team is on the ground at the 69th Session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), doing everything we can to speak up for the rights of unborn children, but we’re getting shutdown ...
And on the level of basic human curtesy, it’s been downright insulting.
We’ve been attending many of the side events at the conference, putting reasonable and respectful questions to the pro-abortion panelists, and our team has been heckled, jeered, and even told to sit down and stop talking like they’re misbehaving, naughty children.
I knew we were entering hostile territory, but I didn’t think they’d try to censor us in such a bold and disrespectful way.
This sort of treatment is completely unacceptable, let alone at an international institution like the United Nations, which is why our presence here matters more than ever.

Our Pro-life team is having at an impact in the halls of power at the United Nations.
Our delegates are on the frontlines, and over the past four days, they’ve been challenging ideologies, engaging in critical discussions, and ensuring that the voices of the unborn are heard.
And despite the continued attempts to stop us from defending life, women, and the traditional family, our team is not backing down.
Here’s another interesting story you won’t hear about in the mainstream media.
At a UN event hosted by the German mission, titled “Feminism for the Win: Strategies to Defy and Defeat Anti-Feminist Movements,” panelists from Germany, Poland, Argentina, and the U.S. criticized conservative movements, calling them “neo-fascist” and “authoritarian,” with little evidence to back these claims.
The panel even suggested controversial strategies like creating “databases” of anti-feminist incidents and using “insults” to challenge opposition.
Can you believe this?
When CLC’s Director of Education and Advocacy, Josie Luetke, asked the panel about the rights of the unborn, one panelist dismissed the question as “stupid” and called the term “unborn” propaganda.
Later, our delegate Liana, raised concerns about authoritarianism on the left, particularly regarding abortion, but was met with hostility, including attendees taking photos and refusing to answer.
The same panelist further declared, “I hate these people,” and called for debates to be filled with insults, exposing the extreme tone of the discussion.
How’s that for “progressive tolerance”?!
Afterward, Josie had the opportunity to engage with this delegate, asking a simple, yet profound question, “do you hate me?”
This exchange emphasized the stark contrast between the pro-life ethic of respectful dialogue and the hostile rhetoric on display at the event.
By the way, that was all on Day 1!
On Day 2, our team made even more waves.
In a panel titled “Turning Pushback into Progress,” Nordic ministers lamented the growing "backlash" against gender ideology and sexual and reproductive rights.
One of the speakers, Finland’s State Secretary Laura Rissanen, invoked the words of U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres, stating that "the patriarchy is back, and back with a vengeance."
In response, Liana stepped up again, asking a powerful question about the ethical implications of using public funds to finance controversial policies like abortion.
This was a crucial moment, as it underscored the growing concern over coercive diplomacy—using financial influence to push policies that go against the traditional values of many nations.
On Day 3, in an event hosted by the notorious Canadian pro-abortion lobby organization, Action Canada for Sexual Health, one of our delegates (Kyle) was actually asked to leave the room for simply identifying himself as a delegate for Campaign Life Coalition and taking notes! This coming from an organization that the Canadian taxpayer has been bankrolling for years thanks to Trudeau’s funding priorities.
Our delegates were also present at the event titled “Digital Solutions for Gender Equality and SRHR,” where they heard disturbing discussions about using digital platforms to teach children about sexuality, abortion, and contraceptives—often undermining the role of parents in educating their children.
One panelist even made a startling admission that I never thought I’d hear someone would say out loud.
The panelist admitted to having an “obsession” with teaching children about these topics, highlighting how progressive agendas are targeting vulnerable populations.
Once again, our delegates stood firm, raising concerns about the dangers of this radical educational push – and we’re not done yet.
We’re hosting our own event today to expose the ugly truth about the dangers of anti-pro-life “bubble” zones.
The event is titled “Abortion Bubble Zones & Their Impact on Civil Rights, Women’s Health, & Preborn Lives.”
We have some wonderful speakers who’ll be joining our Ruth Robert, CLC’s Atlantic Region Coordinator: Fr. Calvin Robinson, a world-famous media personality and political adviser, and Enza Rattenni, the former executive director of Aid to Women and the St. Jospeh’s Centre of Hope for Women.
That’s happening in just a couple of hours from now, so we’ll be extra busy today.
As you can see, our delegates are not only attending but challenging the narratives being pushed at the highest levels.
They are holding panelists accountable and giving a voice to those who are often silenced—especially the unborn, but they can’t do this alone.
Your support helps us continue sending passionate, pro-life advocates to these international events, where they are making a difference in shaping global policies.
Despite these impressive strides made by our delegates – we're still 57% short of our fundraising goal of $30,617 – that will cover the costs of travel, accommodation and meals for our team of 10 in Manhattan.

The raw materials needed to make fentanyl are shipped in from China and make it to the West Coast ports in Vancouver. From there the fentanyl is made and distributed all over Canada and throughout the United States even making its way down to Mexico.
