Democracy is under threat in our Ontario School Boards with the tyrannical actions of Education Minister Paul Calandra and the introduction of Bill 33. This Bill allows the Minister of Education to take “control and charge over the board generally with respect to any matter in any way affecting the board’s affairs.”

Mr. Calandra says he is open to “eliminating trustees” in all School Boards, who are currently chosen by, and accountable to, the people of Ontario. Mr. Calandra claims that “the governance structure is based on a system that is outdated and old and that needs to be modernized, and we’re going to do that work.”

To date, five Ontario School Boards have already been taken over by the province under the excuse of financial mismanagement. These are now being run by unelected bureaucrats, with their elected trustees shut out. If Bill 33 passes, every School Board could face a similar fate under any excuse whatsoever.

For over 175 years, school boards in Ontario have been governed by democratically elected trustees who are accountable directly to the people and parents of the region they serve. This venerable heritage is about to be wiped away by the Doug Ford government. There are 72 school boards in Ontario, including all public and Catholic systems in English and French. Every single one is at risk of elimination under Bill 33.

Parents need to be able to influence local school policies and rid classrooms of harmful ideologies by applying pressure to their locally-elected school trustees. Only through holding trustees’ feet to the fire, and by electing more principled trustees, can we be sure to make our voices heard at the local school board level.

Premier Danielle Smith has taken a step in the right direction. Following the lead of New Brunswick and Saskatchewan, she has committed the province of Alberta to protecting the rights of parents in the area of gender ideology.

Parental consent will be required before any student under age 16 can change his or her name or gender pronouns in school. In addition, sex-change surgeries will be forbidden for minors under age 18, and puberty blockers and hormone therapies will be banned for minors under age 16.

But will Premier Smith take the next logical step – by protecting parental rights in the area of abortion?

In a recent poll, Alberta residents are calling on Premier Smith to go even further. They were asked: “Should parental rights include parental consent for a minor child seeking an abortion?”

The results were crystal-clear: 62% of Albertans agree that parental consent or notification should be required, while only 30% disagree with the need for parental consent or notification in the area of abortion.

Currently, parental consent is required for other medical procedures and treatments – including the administration of simple headache medication. A child cannot even go on a field trip without parental consent! And yet, as it stands now, parents are being kept in the dark if their daughter is found pregnant and referred to an abortion-butcher for invasive and often risky surgery, or handed free abortion pills which also have high rates of serious complications.

Pro-abortion school counsellors and medical personnel are exerting undue influence over vulnerable girls, leading them into a deadly decision they will regret for the rest of their lives. It is difficult for a young person to see all the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual harms that go along with choosing abortion. They need their parents’ guidance, perspective, and moral direction.

We need to urge Premier Smith and her UCP government to require parental consent for abortion in any new legislation or policies that protect the rights of Alberta parents.

The Liberal government of Susan Holt has placed a target on the next generation of New Brunswickers.

Within just three weeks of the 2024 provincial election, Premier Holt eliminated the protections of Regulation 84-20, a rule that had prevented taxpayer dollars from going towards abortion procedures at private clinics. Now money-making abortion businesses are free to set up shop anywhere in the province to ply their barbaric trade at taxpayers’ expense.

Premier Holt has also re-classified the surgical abortion procedure as “minor surgery” instead of “major surgery”. This murderous act, which was previously restricted to three hospitals in the province, may now be performed in scores of community health clinics, bringing the killing of preborn babies home to our towns and villages. Furthermore, by reclassifying abortion as a “minor surgery,”

Ms. Holt has put women at heightened risk of harm and death by removing the medical safeguards that exist for “major surgeries”. Complications can and do occur during surgical abortion procedures – such as hemorrhaging or sepsis. Local clinics do not have the staff or equipment to handle such emergencies.

In addition, the Holt Liberals have implemented a revised Policy 713 in the province’s school systems. Now biological boys, if they simply “identify” as female, must be allowed to dominate girls’ sports and have full, unquestioning access to girls’ locker rooms and washrooms. This affront to basic human rights will put every girl at risk of bullies and predators within our schools.

Furthermore, the gender-transitioning of children will not require parental consent. Children can pick their own gender, name, and pronouns under the influence of pro-trans counsellors and teachers. In addition, pro-LGBT clubs have now been mandated for every school, and parental consent is not required for participation.

These changes are putting the lives and futures of New Brunswick children and youth at risk.

There's a little-known line in Alberta’s Education Act that is proving to be a grave threat to democracy in the province.

Astonishingly, Section 90 empowers a majority of trustees on any school board to literally “un-elect” their colleagues, thereby reversing the results of democratic elections and nullifying the people’s votes. It says the following:

“If a person is disqualified under section 87 or 88 from remaining as a trustee of the board, the person shall immediately resign.”

In Red Deer, this anti-democracy provision was weaponized by woke trustees to continue frustrating parental rights and push an anti-family agenda.

This came to the forefront when, on November 14, 2023, Monique LaGrange, a duly-elected trustee in the Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools (RDCRS) was ousted from her position by her colleagues for criticizing LGBT indoctrination in schools.

At the start of the 2023 school year, Ms. LaGrange shared a post on social media comparing the LGBT indoctrination we see in Canada’s classrooms to the Nazi-era ideological indoctrination of children throughout German schools.

Monique’s fellow trustees, woke as they are, were incensed by the fact that someone would dare to question the brainwashing of children in the schools with transgender and homosexual ideology, so they began a campaign to cancel her.

First, they tried to silence Ms. Lagrange by imposing unreasonable “sanctions” on her, but that wasn’t enough.

The next step was to weaponize Section 90 of the Education Act to undemocratically remove her from office.

By doing so, this group of self-appointed overlords overturned the will of the people who voted to have Ms. LaGrange represent them in the RDCRS. What these anti-democratic trustees did, in essence, was to un-elect Monique.

This move sets a dangerous precedent that could be followed by other left-wing trustees in Alberta who want to silence political opponents with whom they disagree.

Here in Canada, though, it’s the people who are supposed to choose their elected representatives, and it’s the people who vote them out of power – not some elite, private clique.

Albertans have always cherished democratic freedom, and that’s why Section 90 is such an affront to our core values.

On November 20, 2024, an unelected adjudicator from the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario fined the Mayor and Township Council of Emo, Ontario $15,000. Their crime? In 2020, the Council decided in a 3-2 vote that they did not want to celebrate LGBT “pride month” or fly an LGBT flag. They turned down an LGBT activist group’s request to do so. The Mayor, Harold McQuaker, expressed this fact: “There’s no flag being flown for the other side of the coin… There’s no flags being flown for the straight people.”

It wasn’t that the Township voted to condemn “LGBT pride”. They didn’t say a single negative word about homosexual or transgender-identifying people! In fact, the Township has an official “Declaration of Equality” specifically affirming the “dignity and worth” of all people – including those who identify as LGBT. The Township merely voted against elevating LGBT lifestyles above everything else. And, for that, the Tribunal cast the Mayor and his fellow Councillors as haters and bigots!

One unelected kangaroo court adjudicator wants to take away the democratic right of elected representatives to vote for the will of their constituents. This pseudo-judge is trying to force duly elected municipal politicians to vote according to the Tribunal’s woke agenda instead of the citizens’ agenda. Clearly, the Tribunal wants to force the public celebration of homosexuality and transgenderism. That is not only absurd, it is immoral and unconscionable!

Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau, whose government legalized homosexuality in 1969, commented: “Take this thing on homosexuality… I think that what’s done in private between adults doesn’t concern the Criminal Code. When it becomes public this is a different matter, or when it relates to minors this is a different matter.” (Emphasis added). Even Trudeau Senior would have agreed with the Township of Emo!

We can’t allow an unelected Tribunal to dictate to elected officials what they should say or how they should vote. This should be recognized for the danger it poses to everyone – both on the political Right and on the political Left: It is the demolition of democracy!

U.S. Ambassador Pete Hoekstra’s expletive-laced tirade toward Ontario’s trade representative was “absolutely unacceptable” and “unbecoming of an ambassador,” said Premier Doug Ford on Wednesday.

It comes days after Hoekstra was seen in a heated rant toward David Paterson, Ontario’s trade representative, at a Canadian American Business Council event in Ottawa on Monday, multiple witnesses told CBC News. Sources at the event spoke with CBC News on the condition that they not be named.

The heated exchange, allegedly laced with f-bombs, mentioned Ford by name and appeared to have been spurred by Ontario’s anti-tariff ad that ran on television in the U.S. until Monday — something that has infuriated U.S. President Donald Trump.

While Ford doubled down that the ad was “the right thing to do,” he urged Hoekstra to apologize to Paterson and get negotiations back on track.

“Pete [Hoekstra], you've got to call Dave [Paterson] up and apologize. It’s simple,” said Ford at an unrelated news conference Wednesday. “I get heated sometimes, but just call the guy up and bury the hatchet.”

U.S. President Donald Trump called an Ontario government ad using Ronald Reagan talking about tariffs ‘fake’ saying it misrepresents the speech. For The National, CBC’s Ashley Fraser breaks down how it compares and why Trump’s so upset.

Ford said the ad was his way of fighting back against multiple attacks by Trump toward Ontario and Canada.

“What do they expect me to do? Sit back and roll over like every other person in the world?” he said, adding the video was “successful” with over 11.4 billion impressions.

“So why doesn't the president start being nice? Play nice in the sandbox to his biggest customer in the entire world and everything's hunky dory," Ford said.

The intention of the ad was not to “poke the president,” but to start a conversation and “wake up the Democrats,” Ford said.

The ad features an anti-tariff speech by former U.S. president Ronald Reagan, which Ford said is a stance the well-known Republican leader spoke about on several occasions.

“Ronald Reagan is telling the truth. A tariff on Canada is a tax on the American people,” he said.

Judy Note: The TV Cartoon “Simpsons” could have predicted it right. They had an episode claiming that on Thurs. 30 Oct. 2025 everything would stop: Internet, phones, computers, even satellites would go dead. Within hours the World disconnected.

In America chaos spread fast: Banks closed, stores accepted only cash, ATMs failed, news stations went blank. Airports shut down as flights grounded without navigation. Traffic lights died and highways became war zones.

Did the Simpsons get it right? Trump must have watched the episode and put contingency plans in place. We’ll see how everything rolls out today Thurs. 30 Oct. 2025.

Next Sat. 1 Nov. Trump’s Three D Chess Game will be over. Israeli-bribed traitors were headed to the gallows – bankers, politicians, Global Elites. Those Global Elites’ US Corporation which had stolen US Taxpayer monies since the 1800s, will be officially dissolved. Though, in reality it had been bankrupt and functioning on a fiat US Dollar since the Nixon Era.

By Fri. 24 Oct. 2025 the East Wing of the White House had been largely torn down so Trump could build his new $30 million Ballroom with donated monies. With destruction of the East Wing came the loss of the Pentagon alignment that hooked up the Cabal privately owned IRS to the Pentagon.

D.C.’s underground sensors went wild. Electromagnetic fluctuations, radar interference, and inexplicable wildlife shifts around the Ellipse confirmed the rupture of the Masonic Pentagram that defined Washington DC streets.
