God is expecting us to understand the times and the seasons. God is interested that His children will know the times and the seasons so they will be ready. First Chronicles 12 says, “...of the sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do.”


Sometimes in Israel, He revealed it more to a certain tribe. But for us, as Paul said, “There is no need for me to tell you, because you perfectly know.”

“Concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. For you yourself know perfectly.” How can you know perfectly if your church doesn’t teach it? How can you know perfectly if no one is telling you about it? The truth about God and His relationship with Israel has been completely revealed in the scope of the Bible. Like Paul wrote to the church in Thessaloniki, there is no need for us to be reminded of this, if we are students of the Bible.


Understanding the Times and the Seasons

In an age where the majority of churches do not deal with the subject of Bible prophecy, or study prophetic books like Daniel or Revelation, Paul highlights the importance of the subject in his letter to the church at Thessaloniki: Acts 17:1-2Now when they had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where there was a synagogue of the Jews. Then Paul, as his custom was, went in to them, and for three Sabbaths reasoned with them from the Scriptures.


Later in this chapter, we’re told that, because of the stir this caused in the city, Paul and Silas were “sent away by night.” By this we know that Paul’s visit to Thessaloniki lasted less than a month, and he would later write to them about what he taught them during his visit.


2 Thessalonians 2:1-5

Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things?


Though his visit to Thessaloniki was brief, Paul taught the infant church Bible prophecy. For this reason the church was aware that the coming of the Lord for His church was to be expected at all times, which is why he could say “that day” won’t overtake them by surprise, i.e., like a thief in the night.It is a sad truth today that only a small percentage of people who call themselves Christians know the lateness of the hour and are expectant of the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ (Titus 2:13).


While it is true no one is saved by their eschatology (the study of last days things), knowing what is coming does create in us an urgent burden for lost souls and a comfort in knowing that one day, in a twinkling of an eye, these bodies will be conformed to the image of His glorious body and we will forever be with the Lord (Philippians 3:21 and 1 Thessalonians 4:17, respectively).


Why would any Christian want to live without those things? How can any pastor avoid teaching those things when 27% of the Bible is prophecy? While there is much to be cautious of on the internet, it is also of a great benefit as it relates to our subject. If, for whatever reason, a pastor chooses to to skip prophetic portions of scripture, at least the people in the church can find truth online through a pastor who teaches the whole counsel of God.Matthew 24:44


Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.Expectancy of the Lord’s coming is at an all time low, which means we should be expecting Him to come for us one day soon!Even so, come quickly Lord Jesus,

TRUMP: 

Biden-pardoned Atlanta Fentanyl Trafficker arrested again on new federal drug charges

A 46-year-old Atlanta drug trafficker whose decade-long fentanyl sentence was commuted by former President Biden is back in federal custody, charged with hauling tens of kilograms of cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl across state lines.


Walter Lee Muhammad appeared in federal court in the Northern District of Georgia on Thursday, facing new charges of possession with intent to distribute controlled substances. Federal prosecutors say DEA agents watched Muhammad load bags of suspected narcotics into his BMW in Atlanta on August 5, then tracked him as he drove more than 330 miles to Greensboro, North Carolina. A K-9 unit from the Guilford County Sheriff's Office pulled Muhammad over and found 29 kilograms of suspected cocaine in the vehicle, the New York Post reported.


The next day, DEA agents searched Muhammad's Atlanta apartment and recovered seven kilograms of suspected heroin and two kilograms of suspected fentanyl. Federal prosecutors filed a criminal complaint that same day. Muhammad first appeared before a federal magistrate judge in North Carolina on August 13 before his transfer to Georgia. The U.S. Marshals Service is holding him.


Three prior drug convictions, and a presidential commutation

Muhammad's criminal record stretches back more than a quarter century. Prosecutors say he was convicted of conspiracy to distribute cocaine in August 1999, then convicted again of conspiracy to distribute marijuana in November 2010. In February 2020, he was convicted a third time, this time on federal charges of possession to distribute fentanyl, and received a decade-long sentence.


That sentence ended early. On December 12, 2024, Biden commuted Muhammad's punishment as part of a mass commutation covering 1,498 federal prisoners. Prosecutors have not publicly detailed what criteria the Biden administration used to include Muhammad on that list.

Fewer than two years later, according to the federal complaint, Muhammad was back in business, loading suspected drugs into a car and driving them across state lines.


DEA calls it a squandered "second chance"

Jae W. Chung, Special Agent in Charge of the DEA's Atlanta Field Division, did not hold back in a press release announcing the arrest:

"Despite receiving a second chance, this defendant returned to trafficking fentanyl and putting lives at risk."


The quantities involved are not small-time. Twenty-nine kilograms of suspected cocaine, seven kilograms of suspected heroin, and two kilograms of suspected fentanyl add up to a haul that federal authorities treat as a major trafficking operation. Two kilograms of fentanyl alone can contain millions of potentially lethal doses, depending on purity.

Muhammad is expected to appear again in federal court in the Northern District of Georgia at a later date. His legal representation has not been publicly identified. The narcotics seized have been described only as "suspected", lab confirmation has not been announced.


Four drug cases in 27 years tell a clear story

Across four separate federal drug cases spanning from 1999 to the present, Muhammad's record reads like a case study in recidivism. Cocaine in the late 1990s. Marijuana in 2010. Fentanyl in 2020. And now, prosecutors allege, cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl together.


Biden's December 2024 mass commutation drew criticism at the time for its scale, 1,498 prisoners freed in a single action. Muhammad's re-arrest hands critics a concrete example of the downstream risk that comes with sweeping clemency decisions made without apparent regard for individual criminal histories.


Clemency is a legitimate presidential power. But when a three-time convicted drug trafficker walks out of prison early and allegedly picks up right where he left off, the question isn't whether mercy was offered, it's whether anyone bothered to check the file first.

House Ethics Committee opens probe into Rep. Jimmy Gomez over alleged sexual contact with staffer

The House Ethics Committee is investigating Rep. Jimmy Gomez, a California Democrat, for alleged inappropriate sexual contact with a House staffer, an inquiry that follows his own admission that he cheated on his wife.


Gomez, 51, faces an early-stage ethics investigation tied to an incident in which he allegedly kissed a congressional aide roughly two decades his junior at a party in Washington. The encounter reportedly took place in August 2023 in the backyard of then-Rep. Eric Swalwell's D.C. residence. Gomez did not publicly address the matter until months after the New York Post published an exposé on April 18 detailing the incident.


In June, Gomez issued a statement to CNN acknowledging what he called "personal mistakes outside my marriage." He characterized the conduct as consensual and insisted it broke no laws or House ethics rules. The Ethics Committee's investigation suggests the panel is not so sure.


Gomez stayed quiet for months after the Post report

The timeline tells its own story. The alleged kiss happened in August 2023. The Post reported it in April. Gomez said nothing publicly for roughly six weeks after the exposé, then offered a carefully worded statement to CNN in June.

In that statement, Fox News reported, Gomez said:


"Years ago, I made personal mistakes outside my marriage that have caused real pain to my wife and family. Although my actions were consensual in nature and haven't violated the law or House ethics rules, that doesn't diminish the impact that these mistakes have made on those I care about the most."


He added a separate apology directed at his wife, family, friends, and constituents. But the statement stopped well short of addressing the Ethics Committee's central concern, the power dynamic between a sitting congressman and a much younger House staffer.

The unnamed staffer's identity, specific role, and whether she filed a formal complaint remain unclear. So does the precise scope of the committee's inquiry, whether it is limited to the August 2023 kissing incident or covers a broader pattern of conduct.


Capitol Hill's misconduct problem keeps growing

Gomez is hardly an isolated case. The Washington Examiner reported that the House Ethics Committee has conducted 20 investigations into allegations of sexual misconduct by House members since 2017, with 15 public matters listed. Three House members resigned earlier this year alone over ethics violations: Swalwell, whose D.C. home served as the backdrop for the Gomez incident, along with Reps. Tony Gonzales and Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick.


Rep. Chuck Edwards, a North Carolina Republican, previously faced a similar Ethics Committee investigation for sexual harassment of staffers and dropped his re-election bid in the aftermath. The bipartisan nature of these cases makes one thing plain: Congress has a recurring problem with members who treat staffers as something other than employees.


House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries distanced himself from the matter when asked. "I have not had any conversation with him, and I'm unaware of whether he's under an investigation or not," Jeffries said.

That non-answer is worth noting. Democratic leadership offered no public defense of Gomez and no call for accountability, just silence dressed up as ignorance.


Gomez's defense rests on a single word: "consensual"

Gomez's entire public posture hinges on his claim that whatever happened was consensual. He has not denied the underlying conduct. He has not disputed the Post's reporting. He has simply insisted that no law or ethics rule was broken.


But "consensual" does a lot of heavy lifting when one party is a 51-year-old congressman and the other is a House staffer two decades younger, working in a building where career advancement depends on the favor of elected members. The Ethics Committee exists precisely because Congress recognized that the usual rules of the workplace apply even, especially, to its own members. A boss kissing a subordinate at a party does not become a private matter simply because the boss says so.


The committee has not announced formal findings or disciplinary action. The investigation remains at an early stage. But the gap between Gomez's framing and the committee's decision to open a probe speaks for itself.


Swalwell's name surfaces again

Eric Swalwell's role in this episode appears limited to owning the house where the incident took place. He is not described as a subject of the Ethics Committee investigation. But his name surfacing in yet another controversy, after his own resignation from Congress earlier this year, adds another layer to a story that already reads like a case study in Washington's insular culture.


Whether Swalwell knew what happened in his backyard, or whether the party itself raised any red flags, remains among the unanswered questions in this case.


Open questions the Ethics Committee must answer

Several critical gaps remain in the public record. The committee has not released the full text of its referral or described the specific conduct under review. The staffer's identity and role have not been disclosed. It is unknown whether she filed a formal complaint or whether the investigation was triggered by the Post's reporting alone.


Gomez has not said whether he will cooperate fully with the probe, nor has he indicated any intention to step aside or recuse himself from committee work while the investigation proceeds. His public statements so far amount to an apology to his family and a legal disclaimer, not an accounting of what happened.


When a congressman admits to an extramarital relationship with a staffer half his age and his party's leadership claims not to know anything about it, the system is not working the way voters were promised it would. The Ethics Committee now has a chance to prove otherwise, or to confirm what most Americans already suspect about how Washington polices its own.

They said the paper wasn't balanced so they retracted it. You can't declare a paper unfixable if you never told the author what needed fixing. This is not how science is supposed to work.

1.    The retraction notice states that the institution’s request for retraction was motivated by “concerns about misinterpretation of the paper by others” and that this “is not in keeping with COPE guidance for retraction.” Can you identify which COPE guideline(s) the journal believes were actually violated, and quote the specific language from the paper that triggered each?

2.    You state the discussion “includes misinformation.” Could you please identify the precise false or misleading statements, and the specific citations that were “misleadingly cited,” including what each cited source actually says versus what the paper claimed? If the concern is emphasis or balance rather than factual accuracy, could you confirm that no specific factual error has been identified?

3.    The corresponding author has stated—and the retraction notice confirms—that she proposed specific revisions, including adding a section on vaccine effectiveness, to address the journal’s concerns, and that these were dismissed as “insufficient.” If the paper was correctable, why was the author never given specific direction on what would constitute a compliant revision? If it was not correctable, can you identify what specific defect made correction impossible rather than merely difficult?

Summary

The BMJ decisions on what papers survive in their journal are not being determined by objective criteria (COPE guidelines); they are being determined by whether the paper is consistent with the beliefs of the editors. If you violate that, they retract your paper.

This is not science. This is public advocacy.

And of course, they will not be held accountable and will not consent to discuss the retraction in a public forum.

They will likely ignore my request for an explanation.

Subject: The Ethiopian Bible

 

It's one of the few bibles which I haven't read.  The Ethiopian bible includes the Book(s) of Enoch which I have read, and don't recommend unless you like reading Shakespeare or the Science of Mind (over 3 inches thick).  But since Mel Gibson started talking about it, and countless YouTube videos followed, I thought I better give it a shot to dissuade you from wasting your time.  

 

Let's start with a little bit of history.

 

When all the 2nd generation Christian bishops within a day's riding distance of the Mediterranean Sea came together to agree on the tenants of the faith, they quickly and easily agreed on what would become the Bible.   At least 90% - 95% of it. 


Because nobody argued against the gospels and letters you're familiar with.  If there was the least bit of debate about a book, it became "Apocryphal", excluded from Protestant bibles by the Reformers, but still segregated as "Apocryphal" in Catholic or Orthodox bibles.  That's the short story. 


The long story includes all kinds of minor sects and cults who had their personal favorite writings which didn't get included.  Sort of like all the weird videos you'll see on the internet today, each with it's own unique "hidden truth exposed".  

 

So, the Ethiopian Bible was only accepted by the Ethiopians, a people who never knew Jesus.

 

It contained the Book(s) of Enoch which says that Satan is the privileged Chief Prosecutor in God's Court, as if God approves of evil instead of just using it for His purposes.   Sounds like the teaching of the globalist Luciferians.

 

The Ethiopian bible also denied the Second Coming of Christ to save the world.  It says Jesus is waiting for mankind to build a Utopia good enough for him before he comes back.  Sounds like The idealism of Plato, Marx and the UN. 

 

The Ethiopian Bible appeals to conspiracy buffs, who swear there's something exciting hidden under the ice of Antarctica. 

Let me tell you, if there's anything down under it's the same thing that my bible describes this way:

 

Revelation 20:1-3 Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven with the key to the Abyss, holding in his hand a great chain. / He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. / And he threw him into the Abyss, shut it, and sealed it over him, so that he could not deceive the nations until the thousand years were complete. After that, he must be released for a brief period of time.

 

Luke 8:31 And the demons kept begging Jesus not to order them to go into the Abyss.

 

Other than that, the best conspiracy theory posits that the earth's mantle has some thin spots which could cause the thick ice to form giant under-ice warm-water caves.  The elite love underground cities, and in this case, under-ice cities. That explains the secret trips to Antarctica.

 

So there.  Hope I spoiled it for you, and you can get past the fascination kids have for magicians and secrets.  God bless the Ethiopian clergy who love Jesus as we know him.  Let me know if I missed anything.

Typically, materials that are electrically conductive are interpreted for fine-grained materials, like silts and clays, or can be interpreted for water with high salinity. Materials that are electrically resistive are interpreted for coarse-grained materials, like sands and gravels.

· The interpretation of AEM data is supported by information that describes the physical characteristics of the rocks. Existing information from well completion reports, electromagnetic geophysical (resistivity) logs, water quality reports and water level reports are used to do obtain this information.

· The AEM method can image the subsurface to depths of up to about 1,000 feet, depending on the electrical properties of the subsurface materials.


HEALTH

 

People can be "grounded" by walking barefoot to pick up energy from the earth.  Some people are more sensitive than others.  Some earth is more charged than others. 

 

Ancient China first discovered the Yin and Yang of the earth's electromagnetic currents.  Homes were built so beds were in alliance with local streams of energy.  People would be more rested.  Acupuncture alters the electromagnetic streams that flow through the body, thus relieving pain and promoting energy in specific organs and glands.


OCCULT

 

In Europe Ley Lines were mapped  of electromagnetic currents to locate where underground streams intersected.  Convection stones would be placed upright over these lines, tapping the force fields for the benefit of humans who were sensitive to them.  Such humans could do water "dousing", psychic reading, and other mystical practices.  "Tree huggers" can also pick up energy transmitted through the roots of certain trees.  Such trees are popular for making totem poles and pagan gods.

 

Magnetic Hills, and other geomagnetic vortex phenomena are places with high concentrations of geomagnetic energy, so powerful that they disturb what we call gravity.  Such areas also feed energy to ghostly and demonic apparitions.
