The Ontario government under Premier Doug Ford has just unveiled an “optional” digital ID.
The government of Ontario is beginning to introduce digital provincial credentials in a phased manner, starting with the Ontario photo card, issued to Ontario residents who do not have a driver’s license.
Announced in a press release issued by the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement on Friday, the move is meant to “strengthen digital security and give people more choice and convenience,” while also being more cost-effective.
“Digital credentials would support a more seamless and connected customer experience while providing an added layer of security by reducing the risk of lost or stolen identification and identity theft,” read the release.
The Province will begin consultations on developing digital credentials in late 2026 and thereafter a digital version of the Ontario photo card will be introduced as a use case test. It will provide official proof of identification and can be used for basic transactions like opening a bank account or accessing services that require ID.
Based on learnings in this first phase, the Province intends to introduce digital driver’s licences and health cards, all of which can be stored on mobile devices and used to access services online or in person.
Alongside the introduction of digital credentials, the Province is also planning on introducing legislation in 2027 that would “protect Ontarians’ right to obtain and use only physical identification,” with digital credentials being strictly optional.
Ontario will join other provinces that already offer digital ID including Alberta, Quebec and British Columbia.

Democrats rush 10,000 poll monitors into battleground states

Democrats are rushing thousands of trained poll watchers into battleground states ahead of the midterms, citing interference fears the White House calls unnecessary.
State Democratic parties have trained an estimated 10,000 volunteers to monitor polling places on Election Day in Ohio, North Carolina, Georgia, and Michigan. Voting-rights groups are stacking still more bodies at the doors.
Common Cause has trained around 16,000 additional volunteers. A coalition of roughly 300 organizations has trained tens of thousands more. Local election officials are already bracing for crowded sidewalks and possible confrontations outside the polls.
The drive is not a quiet civic exercise. Democratic leaders frame it as armor against federal interference, voter intimidation, seized equipment, and a president they say may reject the outcome. The White House says that story is fear without a warrant.
Schumer’s summer warning set the tone
In July, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer announced that Democrats were preparing for potential attempts by the president to interfere with the November midterms. He pointed to scenarios that included voter intimidation and challenges to election results.
Democratic National Committee vice chair Jane Kleeb told the Associated Press the party was preparing for circumstances it has never had to deal with. Organizers have talked through possibilities that include immigration agents near polling places or authorities trying to seize ballots or voting machines.
The Trump administration has denied plans to deploy ICE agents to polling stations. Administration officials have said there are no plans to send immigration agents or troops to polling sites.
White House spokeswoman Lauren Bis accused Democrats of creating unnecessary fears about election security. That clash, panic on one side, a denial on the other, now sits at the center of the monitoring surge Daily Mail described.
Himes states the party’s working assumption
Congressman Jim Himes, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, put the posture in plain language on October 21.
"We're making the assumption that the president is not going to accept the results of what looks to be a very challenging election for him and his party."
That is not a finding. It is a pre-election premise. Democrats are building a field operation around the idea that a hard night for their opponents will not end at the tally.
Republicans are not sitting out the same map. The Republican National Committee says it has recruited nearly 22,000 poll workers and is organizing poll watchers in competitive districts. Both parties are flooding the zone. The difference is the story each side tells about why.
Justice Department plans its largest watch operation
The Justice Department is preparing its largest-ever election monitoring effort, with about 1,000 department staff expected to observe voting nationwide. Officials insist the monitors will comply with federal law and will not interfere with voting.
Democrats still cast federal presence as a threat. The department casts it as routine enforcement of the rules. Voters get both messages at once, plus a thicket of party volunteers and outside groups at the same doors.
Some local election officials worry the sheer number of observers could create confusion outside polling stations. That risk does not require a conspiracy theory. It only requires too many people with clipboards in the same small space.
Alaska’s name fight becomes a national flashpoint
Democrats also point to a Justice Department lawsuit over Alaska’s Senate race as proof of hardball. The case centers on Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan’s re-election fight against Democrat Mary Peltola and Independent candidate Daniel J. Sullivan Jr.
Alaska’s Supreme Court previously ruled that Daniel J. Sullivan Jr. could remain on the ballot despite sharing a name with the incumbent. The Justice Department argues the similar names could confuse voters and potentially affect the outcome.
The department wants certification blocked if the incumbent loses and an investigation finds that votes cast for the other Sullivan may have changed the result. NAACP leaders and voting-rights groups have questioned the legal basis for that federal move. The administration says it is protecting election integrity.
President Trump told reporters on Friday that he personally directed the department to bring the case.
"I'm the one that said do it."
The race is among those that could help decide Senate control. A ballot with two Sullivans is not an abstract dispute. It is a concrete chance for voter mix-ups, which is why the department framed the filing as an integrity fight rather than a partisan stunt.
Numbers keep climbing while trust keeps falling
Add it up. State Democratic parties claim about 10,000 trained volunteers. Common Cause adds roughly 16,000. A 300-group coalition claims tens of thousands more. The RNC cites nearly 22,000 poll workers. The Justice Department plans about 1,000 staff observers.
Election Day will not lack for eyes. It may lack for calm. Democrats spent months telling their base to expect intimidation, seized gear, and a rejected result. The White House answered that the fear itself is the product.
Poll watching is legal when it stays inside the lines. So is federal monitoring that follows the statute. What is not healthy is a major party training an army of volunteers on the working theory that the other side will trash the count before a single precinct reports.
Voters in Ohio, North Carolina, Georgia, Michigan, and Alaska will walk into that atmosphere. They will meet party watchers, outside volunteers, and federal observers who all say they are there for clean elections. The public test is whether those forces keep order, or manufacture the chaos they claim to prevent.
Election integrity is a rulebook, not a panic button. Parties that assume bad faith before the first ballot is counted make honest counting harder, not safer.

According to researchers, the facility produces over 50 tons of vegetables annually, equivalent to approximately four hectares of traditional farmland. AI controls lighting, water, nutrients and temperature, allowing lettuce to be harvested every 35 days — more than 10 times yearly.
The technology also reportedly cuts growing and breeding cycles for crops such as wheat and soybeans by at least 50%.

Iranian and Houthi Cord Cutters Could Unplug Communications

The next blow in a Middle East war may not come from a missile. It may come from a rusty freighter dragging its anchor across the seabed.
The world knows the Strait of Hormuz as a gateway for oil tankers. Soon, however, the world’s population may suddenly discover another kind of traffic beneath those waters: the fiber-optic cables that connect Gulf nations to international networks.
Lying on the floor of the Persian Gulf are fiber-optic cables no thicker than a garden hose. They carry the bank transfers, oil trades, cloud data, phone calls, and government traffic of some of the richest nations on earth.
Most people have never heard of these cables. That is exactly what makes them dangerous. Iran’s military has warned it could sever them if the United States or Israel strikes the Islamic Republic again.
This report will tell you what lies beneath the water, how easily it could be cut, and who would pay the price.
Iran’s Warning to President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu
Iran has prepared detailed plans to attack undersea communications cables in the Persian Gulf if the United States and Israel strike the country again, according to two senior Iranian security officials who spoke to Reuters on Friday.
The officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity, gave few specifics and would not say how or where such attacks might be carried out. One revealed a key part of the strategy: Iran would try to block repairs after any attack, deliberately prolonging the disruption to internet and other communications.
“If Iran is attacked, there will be no more red lines ... from undersea cables to military bases, including covert ones,” the official said. He warned Washington not to “play with fire,” claiming Iran had full access to the cables and could easily destroy them. |
The threats echo earlier warnings from Iranian officials that the region’s undersea cables could become targets in any renewed conflict if diplomacy with Washington collapses. On October 19, IRGC spokesman Hossein Mohebi reportedly said seven major cables pass through the Strait and described them as among the Guard’s “new targets.” Two days later, another senior Guard official warned that the cables could be targeted if Iranian infrastructure came under attack.
The Hidden Arteries of the Internet
Roughly 95 to 99 percent of data crossing between continents travels through undersea cables, not satellites. When you send an email from Dubai to London or a bank in Kuwait settles a trade in New York, the signal almost certainly rides pulses of light through glass fiber on the ocean floor.
Satellites can’t replace them. Even the newest low-orbit constellations carry only a sliver of what a single modern cable moves. They are useful for emergencies and remote areas, but they cannot carry a nation’s banking, cloud computing, and streaming traffic.
In deep water, a cable is little more than glass fiber wrapped in plastic and steel. Nearshore, it is armored and often buried because that is where ship anchors and fishing nets do their damage.
Not every Gulf nation is equally exposed:
· Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar sit deep inside the Gulf and are the most exposed. Their backup is overland fiber through Saudi Arabia, which means their internet would increasingly depend on Riyadh’s networks and goodwill.
· The UAE is better protected. Its key cable hub is Fujairah, on the Gulf of Oman coast outside the strait, and many major intercontinental cables land there or in Oman.
· Iran itself relies partly on Gulf cables. Cutting them would wound its own connectivity, a point that suggests the threat is partly a bargaining chip.
Easy to Cut, Hard to Fix
The Persian Gulf averages only about 50 meters deep. That puts its cables within reach of combat divers, small submarines, and dragged anchors. Iran’s Revolutionary Guard navy has trained frogmen and operates small Ghadir-class submarines built for shallow coastal waters.
Sabotage doesn’t require high technology. Many cable breaks worldwide result from ships dragging their anchors, making it hard to assign blame. Deniability is part of the appeal.
The real damage comes after the cut. Only a few dozen cable-repair ships exist worldwide. In peacetime, a repair takes days to weeks. In a war zone, insurers, crews, and governments may refuse to send ships until the shooting stops. A cut that would be a nuisance in peacetime could last for months.
Weaponizing the Wire: Iran’s Asymmetric Threat
In recent rhetoric, senior officials from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) signaled a strategy targeting regional data nodes, cloud hubs, and underwater lines if conflict escalates with the U.S. or Israel.
Why target cables? Asymmetric leverage.
By threatening the digital infrastructure powering Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha, Tehran signals to neighboring Gulf capitals that supporting foreign military operations could cost their economies hundreds of billions in digital disruption.
Vulnerability Across the Gulf
What Happens When the Cables Go Dark?
A cut to the Hormuz cable would most likely cause a crippling slowdown rather than a total blackout. Carriers spread traffic across multiple cables and overland routes, so when some fail, the rest become congested. Expect sluggish connections, frozen video calls, failed transactions, and outages at peak hours. Smaller carriers that depend on just one or two cables would suffer most.
The damage would ripple far beyond web browsing, because the Gulf states have bet their futures on becoming digital and financial powerhouses:
· Financial stoppages. Dubai, Bahrain, and Doha are banking and trading hubs wired to London, New York, and Asia. Interbank payment messaging over SWIFT, currency exchange, regional stock trading, oil and gas deals, and letters of credit all run on data. Delays and failed transactions would hit every one of them.
· Cloud and AI under strain. Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Oracle operate cloud regions in the Gulf, and the UAE and Saudi Arabia are building enormous AI data center campuses. Cut off from the outside world, these regions could continue operating locally even as their links abroad slow or fail, stalling corporate operations and government services. Every attack would also raise the risk premium on future investment.
· Logistics and energy delays. Port clearance, tanker scheduling, and terminal tracking depend on constant connectivity. Energy trade could be disrupted even while shipping lanes stay physically open.
· Daily life. Gulf governments have moved IDs, visas, utilities, and banking online. Anything that relies on servers abroad would slow down or stop working.
· The U.S. military. The Fifth Fleet in Bahrain and U.S. bases in Qatar and Kuwait rely mainly on military satellites, but commercial links support logistics and daily operations.
· The repair trap. A cable repair normally takes weeks, with industry estimates often running from 30 to 45 days from fault to fix. In a war zone threatened by mines and anti-ship missiles, repair ships may be unable to get insurance or permission to work, and a cut could drag on for months.
One caution: the main Europe-to-Asia internet highways don’t run through Hormuz. A cut there would be a Gulf crisis, not a global internet emergency. The bigger global threat in a Hormuz conflict remains oil, since roughly a fifth of the world’s supply passes through the strait. For the internet, the far more dangerous waterway lies on the other side of Arabia.
Don’t Forget About the Houthi Threat in the Red Sea
Further south in the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait, roughly 15% to 20% of all global web traffic passes through a narrow underwater corridor. Some 15 to 17 major cables squeeze through the Bab el-Mandeb strait between Yemen and Djibouti, then run up the Red Sea to Egypt. This corridor carries most of the data flowing between Europe and Asia. Cutting it would hit India, Pakistan, East Africa, the Gulf, and Europe all at once.
The Houthis have no known capability for deep-sea sabotage. Their power is cruder. They can disable ships whose anchors then tear across cables, and they can make repairs too dangerous or legally complicated to attempt. In 2024, Houthi-linked channels circulated cable maps with implied threats, while the group officially denied any plan to attack them.
How likely is a deliberate Houthi campaign? Historically, less likely than feared. The cables serve Saudi Arabia, with which the Houthis have negotiated, as well as Iran’s Asian partners and Yemen itself. A deliberate cut would invite fierce retaliation. Collateral damage from attacks on shipping has been the more realistic danger. The odds rise sharply if Iran is attacked and calls on its allies to apply pressure.
The Two-Front Squeeze
The nightmare scenario is coordination: Iran severing undersea cables in the Strait of Hormuz while the Houthis cut cables in the Strait of Bab el-Mandeb. Saudi Arabia’s digital lifelines would be squeezed from both ends. Overland routes through Saudi Arabia would become the last bridge.
International treaties dating back to 1884 forbid cutting submarine cables, but they offer little protection in wartime. In the modern world, a nation can be wounded without a single building destroyed. The next war in the Middle East may be measured not only by oil prices and casualties but also by frozen screens and failed transactions.
The Risk is Disruption and Delay
If cables were damaged in either chokepoint, people would not necessarily lose all internet access. More likely, some connections would slow down, cloud services or communications might become unreliable, and businesses could face delays and higher costs as operators shifted traffic to backup routes.
The dangers are greater if several cables are damaged at once or repair vessels cannot work safely. A cable may be repairable, but a conflict zone can make the repair itself difficult. Technology companies have already been seeking alternative land routes amid regional insecurity, a sign that the risk of conflict can exact economic costs even before another cable is cut.
Modern conflict can reach far beyond the battlefield. Oil moves across the surface; data moves beneath it. The world has already seen the damage inflicted by disruptions in the supply of oil, natural gas, fertilizer, and other commodities. We can expect more disruptions and inflation if data networks are severely disrupted. Damage to either network can impose costs on countries and businesses far from the point of attack.
Be prepared for major disruptions if President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu attack Iran again after Israel’s Knesset elections on October 27 and the U.S. midterm elections on November 3. Like wounded bears, defeated politicians can be very dangerous.

As it turns out, the Electric Universe can shed some light on this complex phenomenon, while neither supporting nor decrying it. Although the EU Model can provide better explanations for many of the phenomena attributed to UFOs, it doesn’t preclude alien visitation. In fact, it can accommodate many ideas dismissed by orthodox science, while not resting on them.
Moreover, from a plasma cosmology perspective—a connected, living universe—we might expect to see our own galaxy, let alone the wider universe, teeming with life.

Certain sovereign families of Asia and Europe had pooled their assets into a series of very complex and secretive off-ledger private banking trust accounts that by 1576, was overseen by the Black Pope at the Vatican Bank. The monies were borrowed by the Pope from the Chinese Elders under the intention they were to be used for humanitarian projects to help the world for the better. Reality was the monies had always been fraudulently abused by a corrupt global banking system led by the Black Pope since it’s inception in 1576.
The global monetary system overseen by the Vatican Bank and it’s Black Pope, was being run out of a central bank in England controlled by the Rothschilds family. Baron Nathan Mayer Rothschild once declared, “I care not what puppet is placed upon the throne of England to rule the Empire. By the mid-to-late 1700’s of Eastern Europe these dark forces had gained complete control of the planet’s wealth by secretively taking over world assists through an invisible web of usury and fiat finance. The Cabal’s influence upon greedy global leaders led to domination over the world’s military, diplomacy, education, science and media systems.
In 1871 this Cabal created the Corporation of the US to work under orders of the world monetary organizations: International Monetary Fund, World Trade Organization, Bank of International Settlements, North American Union, Council on Foreign Relations, Committee of 300 and the Trilateral Commission.
They discarded the US Constitution, manipulated funds of Central Banks across the globe and eventually formed the US Federal Reserve to continue their plunder of global assets.
The privately owned US Incorporated, US Federal Reserve and US Treasury were designed to conform to dictates of those loyal to Masonic Orders such as Skull and Bones, institutions like London’s Crown Temple and the Vatican, plus private families of European Royalty, the Bilderbergs, George Soros, Rothschilds, Carnagies and Rockefellers. Among their ranks were powerful church, government, political, education and business people, bankers, European royals, Vatican hierarchy and former N--i mind control experts brought into the US, Canada and Australia after World War II upon formation of the CIA.
The most influential of their Cabal organizations was the privately owned US Federal Reserve. The Fed had functioned as the primary creator of world reserve currency since the 1944 Bretton Woods Conference at the end of World War II. The practice of charging US citizens interest for use of their own money depleted US gold reserves to where none existed in Fort Knox and eventually created the Petro Dollar. Allowing easy credit soon led to a global economy that functioned on currency that was backed by nothing.
The 1999 NESARA Act – the National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act, also known as the National Economic Security and Reformation Act – was formed to correct the situation. NESARA came about from a 1993 ruling of the US Supreme Court after 30 years of lawsuits by the Farmers Union. By the year 2000 and to avoid a global monetary crisis, an urgent need for a reset of world currencies became apparent. Beginning in 2007 and running through 2015, all countries of the globe except for the US, had joined asset-backed currency of a newly-formed BRICS Alliance. BRICS was an acronym representing the nations of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. In retaliation to the world’s main reserve currency of the fiat US Dollar, the BRICS system supported a country’s currency through it’s natural resources, oil, gold, silver, copper and other precious metals.
This led to a proposed Global Currency Reset of the BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) – a complicated process concerning a revaluation of world currencies that included removal of the Federal Reserve and certain global elites, along with their Khazarian mafia, from control of the global monetary system.
The reset would also restore a new US Republic that functioned under NESARA law and within concepts of the original Constitution. US citizens would finally be given their own gold-backed currency, along with much needed changes in the US tax and banking systems.
On April 26 2016 the Global Currency Reset began playing out when China formally launched a return to the gold standard through the BRICS system. Completion of the GCR rollout across the world was first scheduled to occur the latter part of May of 2016. By this same time the Cabal would have bankrupted themselves, plus because of that bankruptcy, their privately owned US Federal Reserve Dollar would likely no longer be accepted for world trade.
The history of that process included formation of the new US Republic, integration of the Federal Reserve into the US Treasury and changes in the US tax system. Initially there would be a revalue of 20 different currencies including the Iraqi Dinar, Vietnamese Dong, Zimbabwe Zim, Indian Ruphia and Iranian Rial. Reval of other world currencies was expected to quickly follow.
The revaluation rates were said funded in part by gold of the Chinese Royal Dragon families and by $800 trillion in US taxpayer monies illegally taken by the Federal Reserve during the Bush Administration, then confiscated during a 1992 Federal Reserve Audit. Another source of funds was $3.8 trillion gained through a negotiated agreement with Soviet Secretary General Mikhail Gorbachev during the fall of the Soviet Union. The $3.8 trillion had also been illegally held by the Federal Reserve.
It was found through an intensive investigation that Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court John Roberts and President Bush Sr. had worked together to steal $9.1 trillion of USA taxpayers’ funds from the US Treasury. The Mastermind behind this heist by Roberts and Bush was said to be Henry Kissinger.
By midday on Friday 21st March 2008, John Roberts’ control of the US Treasury had been terminated by a majority vote of the other USA Supreme Court Justices. Three of the Assistant Justices were discovered to have been conspiring with Bush and Roberts in administering the $9.1 trillion Treasury theft.
