Verse(s) for today:
Strength and honour are her clothing; And she shall rejoice in time to come. She openeth her mouth with wisdom; And in her tongue is the law of kindness.
Proverbs 31:25-26 KJV
Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
John 14:1-3 KJV
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
1 Corinthians 3:16 KJV
Thought(s) for the Day:
Clarence Thomas’ attackers just got some very bad news:
Democrats have been on a crusade to take down Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.
The attacks have only escalated in recent times.
But Thomas’ attackers just got some very bad news.
Democrats and their media allies have long hated Clarence Thomas going back to his days in the Reagan administration.
They attempted to “Bork” him during his Senate confirmation hearing in 1991, and most recently they have attempted to mire him in investigations.
Several hit pieces have attempted to paint Thomas as some bought-off judge based on gifts from billionaire Harlan Crow.
Thomas and Crow have been friends for 30 years, and Thomas abided by all disclosure rules.
Nevertheless, the attacks against him persist.
But one of the groups attempting to smear Thomas just got exposed in the most absurd way.
A nonprofit group called Fix the Court accidentally sent over its donor list to right-leaning news outlet the Washington Examiner.
The forms showed that Fix the Court was receiving dark money from liberal billionaires opposed to Thomas and other conservative justices.
There were “only two foundations”
Responding to a request from Washington Examiner reporter Gabe Kaminsky, Fix the Court executive director Gabe Roth accidentally sent over the wrong tax form which included his funding sources.
Roth pleaded to Kaminsky, “I mean, basically, I’ve tried to donate money; I have failed…I tried to raise money; I have failed. I have only two foundations that give me money, and if their names become public, they’re never going to talk to me again, and Fix the Court is over. My screwup this morning probably cost me my job…I really just don’t know what to do here…[I] just f*cked up in a minute.”
Not “average Americans”
In April 2022, Roth said during an interview that Fix the Court’s funding came from “average Americans.”
Kaminsky contacted attorneys to confirm he was permitted to publish the accidental disclosures from Roth.
Alan Dye, a partner at Webster, Chamberlain & Bean, told Kaminsky, “There’s certainly nothing illegal…It’s a mistake. It’s been made before by a lot of organizations. Over disclosure is not a crime. There’s nothing wrong with over disclosure. Under disclosure would be penalized.”
It turns out that the Left’s vendetta against Thomas just exposed their dark money plots against him.
The attacks against Thomas are not organic, and that was confirmed by this embarrassing blunder.
This was the basis for Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Senator Bernie Sanders to call for ethics probes and impeachment hearings against Justice Thomas.
Democrats were playing a dirty game, and they got caught.

SHOCKER:
List of everyone guilty in the Durham Report:
https://the-kash-foundation.revv.co/mb-bwl?amount=
The Durham Report reveals what we knew all along - Russiagate is a political crime syndicate, the FBI rigged our elections, and they unlawfully targeted President Trump. The FBI launched the investigation with ZERO justification. Even CNN has to report that on their fake news website. It was 5 years ago that I led the House investigation into Russiagate with Devin Nunes. Our report from then says the exact same thing as the Durham Report. The FBI had ZERO justification for going after President Trump. But for 5 years, the fake news media lied to the American public. Make no mistake: The DOJ and FBI conspired with the fake news media to bury the truth. America cannot let this happen again. After serving under President Trump, I created the Kash Foundation. The Kash Foundation provides legal aid to veterans, American-first patriots, and whistle-blowers fighting to expose the Deep State corruption. We fund litigation grants for individuals who have been wronged, release documentation exposing government corruption, and call out each government operator that betrayed their oath of office. I am on a mission to defeat the Government Gangsters who robbed the American people of justice. Now more than ever, I am counting on your support. Can you help me raise $45,000 for the Kash Foundation? Your support will aid those fighting the Deep State corruption. Please send an urgent donation of $250, $100, $35, or even $10 today. The investigation is the punishment. It allows the media to coordinate with government gangsters to smear your reputation and rig elections. The DOJ has unlimited resources while you have to fight in court for potentially years. It bankrupts America. It has to stop. We are going to put an end to it. You won’t hear this anywhere else. Here is my biggest concern and criticism of the Durham Report. Where are the charges? Who is being charged with this conspiracy to defraud America? Why has he allowed a two-tier system of justice to carry on? It's a criminal cover-up of the crime, and there’s a long list of conspirators… FBI - Guilty DOJ - Guilty IC - Guilty Comey - Guilty McCabe - Guilty Strzok - Guilty Lisa Page - Guilty FISA Judges - Guilty Rosenstein - Guilty Chris Wray - Guilty Gina Haspel - Guilty Sally Yates - Guilty Lisa Monaco - Guilty John Carlin - Guilty Michael Sussman - Guilty Christopher Steele - Guilty Stephan Halper - Guilty Fusion GPS - Guilty Mark Elias - Guilty Clinton - Guilty Bruce Ohr - Guilty Nellie Ohr - Guilty James Clapper- Guilty John Brenna- Guilty Fake News- Guilty The American People - Robbed of Justice The Kash Foundation is on a mission to end the Deep State and eliminate the traitors to our country. But I can’t do it alone. Justice will only be served if we fight for it together. Please help me raise $45,000 in the next 48 hours to fund the legal battles of whistleblowers, veterans, and America-first patriots working to expose the Deep State. [Kash Patel]

Supreme Court issues scathing order to Joe Biden:
There’s no doubt the Biden administration has abused its power. Now they’re feeling the heat. Because the Supreme Court issued this scathing order to Joe Biden. Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch used a declaration in a case over the Title 42 public health order to provide a critical review of how civil liberties were violated during the COVID era — and the lessons that America can learn from it.
“One lesson might be this: Fear and the desire for safety are powerful forces. They can lead to a clamor for action—almost any action—as long as someone does something to address a perceived threat,” the justice wrote.
“A leader or an expert who claims he can fix everything, if only we do exactly as he says, can prove an irresistible force. We do not need to confront a bayonet, we need only a nudge, before we willingly abandon the nicety of requiring laws to be adopted by our legislative representatives and accept rule by decree.”
Gorsuch was writing as the Supreme Court dismissed a pending case over the termination of the Title 42 public health order, which was used to expedite the deportation of migrants at the southern border between March 2020 and May of this year. It came to an end with the end of the COVID-19 national emergency.
While Gorsuch focused on the legal wrangling that had followed Title 42, he then turned his attention to the pandemic’s overall response, writing that the case…
“illustrates the disruption we have experienced over the last three years in how our laws are made and our freedoms are observed.” He then provided examples of how the United States may have “experienced the greatest intrusions on civil liberties in this country’s peacetime history.”
“Executive officials across the country issued emergency decrees on a breathtaking scale. Governors and local leaders imposed lockdown orders forcing people to remain in their homes. They shuttered businesses and schools, public and private. They closed churches even as they allowed casinos and other favored businesses to carry on. They threatened violators not just with civil penalties but with criminal sanctions too,” he continued.
“They surveilled church parking lots, recorded license plates, and issued notices warning that attendance at even outdoor services satisfying all state social-distancing and hygiene requirements could amount to criminal conduct. They divided cities and neighborhoods into color-coded zones, forced individuals to fight for their freedoms in court on emergency timetables, and then changed their color-coded schemes when defeat in court seemed imminent,” he said.
At the federal level, he emphasized not only immigration decrees but also vaccine mandates, landlord-tenant relations regulation, and pressure on social media corporations to remove “misinformation.”
He then even turned the spotlight on the courts:
“In some cases, like this one, courts even allowed themselves to be used to perpetuate emergency public-health decrees for collateral purposes, itself a form of emergency-lawmaking-by-litigation.”
He said that another lesson from the pandemic is:
“The concentration of power in the hands of so few may be efficient and sometimes popular. But it does not tend toward sound government.”
Gorsuch’s attack on the power-hungry elite’s attempts to take over American’s lives during the COVID pandemic is laudable. But his application of the principle to Title 42 is little misguided at best. During the pandemic, Trump used Title 42 to defend our border not only from illegal immigrants with COVID, but also drug cartels with weapons and deadly drugs. Though his excoriation of would-be dictators using COVID to control American citizens’ lives is correct, it does not logically extend to non-citizens. Are Americans somehow losing their rights because they dare to enforce our national border and sovereignty? While Biden, Cuomo, Fauci, and all of their ilk deserve derision for trying to co-opt our lives, Trump does not for trying to enforce our laws.

Donald Trump got the worst news of his life from this former ally:
Former President Trump is full steam ahead on reclaiming his position in the White House. But he might never get the chance. Because Donald Trump got the worst news of his life from this former ally.
Trump has been blindsided with lawsuits from every direction.
Of course, most of the cases, like the Soros DA Alvin Bragg’s case in New York, are political hit jobs. It’s not about prosecuting crimes and ensuring the rights and protection of the innocent, it’s about gumming up Trump’s campaign to make him less effective at getting his message out. But a former Trump ally is saying that Trump should watch his back over one case in particular.
Ty Cobb, a former White House counsel for President Donald Trump, believes the former president will be convicted in the federal criminal investigation into his handling of sensitive materials and would eventually go to prison as a result.
Cobb made the comments during a CNN interview while addressing the case, which he feels is nearing completion with upcoming indictments. “I think that this case is ready to go,” he said.
“I think there is a possibility that the obstruction case may be broadened to go ahead and include the Espionage Act and counts and the possession, illegal possession of the classified documents, given the extent that, and solely because of the fact that Trump keeps lying about what the law is.”
Cobb noted that a new report indicated that some “16 different government officials reminded him of the process” that he needed to take to declassify information and that the former president “totally ignored that and believed that the mere fact he took them declassifies them. It’s not the law.”
Cobb was asked whether prosecutors could also expand the charges against Trump from obstruction of justice to crimes under the espionage act, to which Cobb said:
“[I] would not necessarily expand the case to try to prove the Espionage Act piece of it because there’s so much evidence of guilty knowledge on the espionage piece that all they really have to do is show that Trump moved these documents at various times when DOJ was either demanding them or actually present, that he filed falsely with the Justice Department, had his lawyers file falsely with the Justice Department and affidavit to the effect that not existed, which was shattered by the documents that they then discovered after the search.”
Cobb thinks the obstruction element of the case was solid, adding,
“I do think he’ll go to jail on it.”
Cobb believes that the criminal charges filed by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg will have little impact on Trump’s political fortunes, but that federal law enforcement going after Trump will be a different story.
“Independents, they may not have thought much of the events in New York with Alvin Bragg. I think some have focused in a little bit more on the Carroll case,” he said.
“But everybody will be watching if the feds come after him, and the feds are coming, and I think they’re coming fast.”
Of course, none of Cobb’s assertions can be completely trusted.
Just last year, he peddled countless Democrat talking points in a CBS news interview, including the idea that Trump “gave aid and comfort to the insurrectionists” on January 6th all while calling him a “deeply wounded narcissist” who acted in a “criminal” manner.
Not exactly an objective and unbiased source, but these are the types of lawyers Trump is up against in any criminal case. Watch Cobbs full statement below: [The Federalist Wire]
