It’s official: The U.S. deficit is ballooning.
With the “Big Beautiful Bill” recently passing, the Treasury is on track to add another $3.3 trillion to the national debt. That’s on top of already record-breaking spending and an annual deficit set to top $2 trillion in 2025.
In a rational market, this would be cause for alarm. But in Washington, it’s business as usual: borrow, spend, repeat.
The Real Cost of Deficit Spending
The consequences of these fiscal fireworks are already visible:
Interest payments on the national debt are now one of the government’s largest expenses, topping $1 trillion a year, rivaling military spending.
Treasury auctions are softening. Demand is slipping, especially from foreign buyers. The Fed has stepped back. And that leaves more debt for the market to absorb at higher interest rates.
Confidence in the dollar is slipping. A 10%+ drop in the DXY in the first half of 2025 was the worst January–June performance in over 50 years.
More Spending, Fewer Options
The U.S. government is backed into a corner. It can’t raise taxes meaningfully without risking economic contraction. It can’t cut spending without political consequences. And it can’t stop issuing debt, not with bills like this flying through the legislature.
That leaves two levers: Print more money or inflate the debt away. And neither ends well for the dollar.

‘SUICIDE’ Watch — Ghislaine Just Dropped Unbelievable Bomb on The Clintons:
Ghislaine Maxwell, the disgraced partner-in-crime of pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, has dropped a political bombshell linking herself directly to the Clintons and their shady global empire. In a newly released two-day interview with the Justice Department, Maxwell admitted she played a “very central” role in launching the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) — with Epstein himself lurking in the background, trying to wedge his way in.
The revelations came after Trump Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche publicly released both the audio and transcript of Maxwell’s interview, vowing total transparency. “In the interest of transparency, @TheJusticeDept is releasing the complete transcript and audio of my proffer of Ms. Maxwell,” Blanche announced on social media, linking the files for the public to review.
Blanche stressed that nothing was hidden or scrubbed beyond victim names, which were redacted to protect identities. “The audio is divided into segments to reflect breaks during the interview. Some segments are shorter than others. Shorter segments are a result of audio tests and size limitations per recorded session. Except for the names of victims, every word is included. Nothing removed. Nothing hidden,” he said.
That’s when the most damning part surfaced. When pressed about her ties to the Clintons, Maxwell openly admitted she helped launch their flagship project, the Clinton Global Initiative. “You were part of the ramp-up or the startup of the Clinton Global Initiative?” Blanche asked.
Maxwell didn’t hesitate: “I would say very central to that, yes.” She explained that Epstein backed her involvement, while also hinting he tried to exploit the effort for his own gain. “\[Epstein] supported me to help them, but then I think he may have tried to use that to insert himself in some way, that would not have surprised me at all,” Maxwell said.
She added that Epstein often meddled and clashed with her. “And I know that he was annoying, in terms that I could catch him on the phone, and he wouldn’t always agree with what I wanted to do. And I was like, ‘It’s not your idea. I don’t really care what you think,’ but that didn’t go over so well.”
Maxwell admitted CGI was not her idea — the Clintons were behind the scheme. Her role was to bring in the people and resources needed to turn it into a global powerhouse. During the interview, she revealed that Bill Clinton and Epstein traveled together to Davos at least once, possibly twice.
Notably, Maxwell claimed she didn’t recall Clinton ever visiting Epstein’s infamous “pedo island” or his residences in New Mexico, Palm Beach, or New York — a denial that, given the Clintons’ long and suspicious ties to Epstein, is unlikely to silence critics.
Once again, the Clinton machine finds itself tethered to one of the most notorious criminal scandals of our time. Maxwell’s confession that she was “very central” to the Clinton Global Initiative — with Epstein lurking on the edges — raises serious questions about how deep the ties went, how much the Clintons knew, and why they’ve fought so hard to downplay those connections.
