Former U.S. president Donald Trump says a large group of federal agents “raided and occupied” his home in Mar-a-Lago, Florida last night and broke into his safe.
The circumstances of the search were not immediately clear, though the Justice Department has been actively investigating the discovery of classified information in 15 boxes of records that were taken to Trump’s Florida residence after he left the White House. Justice Department spokesperson Dena Iverson declined to comment on the search, including about whether Attorney General Merrick Garland had personally authorized the search.
The action marks a dramatic escalation in law enforcement scrutiny of Trump and comes as he has been laying the groundwork to make another bid for president.

Donald Trump's daughter-in law, commenting on Monday's FBI raid at the ex-president's Mar-a-Lago, suggested the timing of the action is a major part of its purpose -- she said it was bluntly aimed at inflicting political damage on Trump as the onetime president is poised to make another run for the high office official.
Appearing on Fox News, Lara Trump, wife of Trump's son Eric, said the records search by FBI agents came as a shock to Trump.
She joined in a chorus of prominent figures lambasting the search, calling it an attempt to damage him politically ahead of imminent plans to run again.
They are terrified he's going to announce any day that he's running for president in 2024 and this is a very convenient way to just throw a little more mud on Donald Trump as though they haven't already done enough.
Trump has yet to officially announce his plans for 2024, many analysts, observers and prominent Republicans have suggested it's highly likely that he will run. Many have assumed he might be waiting until the midterm elections in November, when Republicans are hoping to reclaim control of one or both chambers of Congress.

"But what they are trying to do is to make Trump so damaged, such damaged goods, that Democrats and Republicans look for primary alternatives – and all of a sudden, they see virtue in Mike Pence or Ron DeSantis. Not that they're fomenting it. Those people are being used, but they're being used to try to generate a primary fight against Trump, because the Democrats feel that's the only way they can win."
Morris, a former adviser for Democrat President Bill Clinton and Trump, told host Rob Schmitt that Monday's raid is evidence Democrats will go to political lengths Republicans would never resort to.
"I feel blessed with the ability to comment on this particularly insightful way because I'm probably the only person in American politics who was set so close to a Democratic and a Republican president while they were in office, or during the crucial days before their election campaigns," Morris said. If President Joe Biden decides not to run for re-election in 2024, is Vice President Kamala Harris next in line as the Democratic Party’s standard-bearer?
Not necessarily, a group of panelists said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week.”
Host George Stephanopoulos started by broaching the possibility that Biden decides to step aside at the end of his term. According to the RealClearPolitics polling average, Biden’s job approval rating was hovering under 40 percent as of Sunday, and he will be 81 years old in 2024.
“I think he should not run,” said liberal activist Yvette Simpson, CEO of Democracy in Action, according to Fox News. “I mean, you know, his numbers are really low, overwhelmingly the poll came out that Democrats don’t want him to run.
“When folks rallied around him to be the president, the expectation [was] he wouldn’t run again, that he would empower someone to run. Who that person would be, I don’t know,” she added?
Simpson’s comments prompted Stephanopoulos to ask about Harris. ‘
“You don’t say Kamala Harris is the heir apparent?” he asked.
Harris “should be” the heir apparent, Simpson replied, but the Biden administration has not done a good job of setting her up to be.

Huge multi-national companies like Amazon and Apple are paying their employees to abort babies.

For these international CEOs, staying in line with the murderous Abortion Lobby is more important than protecting innocent unborn babies.
You and I must show them their bottom line is hurt more by promoting abortion than standing with the billions of people who believe in the right to life.
Amazon and Apple are some of the largest and most profitable companies in the world.
And they could use that power and influence to promote a culture of life and family values.
