On February 3rd, the Christian Heritage Party of Canada will be defending the definition of a “woman” and political free speech in the Ontario Appeals Court.

We Need Your Help!


We are appealing the City of Hamilton’s rejection of our proposed ad on their public shelters, which reads, ‘Woman: An Adult Female’.

In their letter of rejection, they admitted that “the caption ‘Woman: an adult female’ states a simple definition that can be found in most dictionaries.”


However, they still rejected our ad because of political correctness and woke ideology.

Do you believe that any government should be allowed to censor this biological and biblical definition of “woman”? Should any government be allowed to silence Canadians who disagree with the government’s views?


This is a critical matter! CHP Canada had to legally challenge the City’s decision.

Having won a similar case in 2018, we were shocked when the lower court ruled in favour of the City’s decision to censor public expression of a definition found in most dictionaries.

Welcome back to Explain America. This is your host, Kyle Becker. Well, mass protests are striking the country once again ahead of a major election. The Democratic Party has no shame, but we all knew that. And these anti-ICE protests are covering up a much more insidious agenda. It has nothing to do with resisting mass deportations. It is all about corruption. And the Trump administration just cancelled a big part of that, and this is going to infuriate them even more. Now, you might recall that under the Department of Government Efficiency or DO, there were anti-Tesla protests, and radicals went around, and they burned a lot of Teslas.

 

They acted completely insane, and there was obviously some sort of organization behind it because when the Trump administration announced that they were going to start arresting some of these people, and they're going to track the money and start hitting them with criminal conspiracy and potentially terrorism charges, it came to a grinding halt. Now, here we are almost a year later, and we're seeing similar types of well, essentially a type of domestic terrorism that is driven by political violence.

 

And uh, we saw an ICE agent who recently had their finger bitten off, uh, in a deportation operation. And we have organizers attempting to interfere with these operations. And um two of them uh threaten the lives of ICE agents.

 

One of them by driving a vehicle straight at them, and in the other, reaching for a 9mm pistol, uh, during an arrest operation, and uh, this is getting to be quite precarious, and it all seems to be tied to corruption because this came shortly after Minnesota was exposed by undercover journalists and also uh investigations at an official level uh that they were uh guilty of setting up a huge slush fund worth approximately $9 billion and it was revolving around Somali immigrants.

 

So, I don't think that these two issues are separate; they're tied together, and uh, they're

using foreigners to set up a slush fund and to grow their political clout. So, what do we have now? Is another step forward by the Trump administration to cut off the left's gravy train.

 

The energy department is, uh, cutting off green new scam loans from the previous administration. And over the past year, the Energy Department reviewed the loan portfolios to ensure the responsible investment of taxpayer dollars, according to Energy Secretary Chris White. Now, in a statement, the department said it has eliminated about $9.5 billion dollars in financing for wind and solar projects and was replacing them with investments in natural gas and nuclear updates to make energy more affordable.


Now, the Trump administration has repealed funding for green projects under the Biden era. It cancelled 8 billion in grants in October, and uh, that supported hundreds of clean energy projects in 16 states. So the Democrats are angry that the federal government is cutting off their slush funds. That includes the green energy scam. USID, we saw, was hit hard under

DOE. And uh, there were other projects.

 

I mean Department of Education was essentially scrapped. It was busted down to almost nothing. They shuttered it. And of course, we saw the hysterical reaction to all of that. The Democratic Party, they really only cares about power. They don't really care about

principle. They don't care about people.

 

They really care about power. And it's sooner that you start shooting everything that they do through that rubric, the sooner you will understand what's behind their actions. But weigh in with your own thoughts about this. What do you think about the Trump administration cancelling more grants and loans? I love it. Save us money.

 

Let us decide how we want to spend it. and stop financing radical activists who have really nothing better to do but to sow chaos, discord and division in our country. I think enough is enough. It's got to be ended, and I think the Trump administration is well on its way. So, got to keep the momentum going in these 2026 midterms, or I think the American people are going to regret it. Trump admin wins court victory freeing ICE agents from Minnesota protest restrictions

The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a lower court ruling that blocked certain tactics against anti-ICE agitators in Minnesota



A federal appeals court sided with the Trump administration Monday in a ruling that blocks restrictions on tactics being used by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents while dealing with anti-ICE agitators in Minnesota. 



The ruling by the three-judge panel 8th US Circuit Court of Appeals put a stay on a lower court ruling that prevented officers from arresting, detaining, pepper-spraying or retaliating against protesters in Minneapolis without probable cause, as anti-ICE agitators continue to confront authorities carrying out enforcement operations. 


"We accessed and viewed the same videos the district court did," the appeals court said in the ruling. "What they show is observers and protesters engaging in a wide range of conduct, some of it peaceful but much of it not. They also show federal agents responding in various ways."



Monday's ruling grants a "FULL STAY," U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi said.

Carney made a sudden U-turn, saying that Canada has “no intention” of pursuing a free trade agreement with China, and that Canada respects its commitment to the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement, which requires the three countries to “notify the others ahead of time if they want to pursue a free trade agreement with a non-market country — like China.” This attracted the attention of US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, who pointed out that Carney’s “about-face” after striking a deal with China was connected to Trump’s threat of 100% tariffs against Canada. Bessent stated:

“The Canadians, a few months ago, joined the U.S. in putting high steel tariffs on China because the Chinese are dumping….The Europeans have done the same thing. And it looks like that Prime Minister Carney may have done some kind of about-face.”

Carney’s previous plan to answer questions to the media the day after his speech in Davos was abruptly cancelled, citing a “scheduling issue.”

Meanwhile, as Carney has backpedalled for now, his globalist, elitist agenda is clear, and its implications are worrying for Canada’s economy, as well as for its freedoms and self-reliance. Although he parades self-reliance as a reason to distance Canada from its US neighbour, Carney should not consider China to be an acceptable alternative. Yet China as a trade partner has been the Liberals’ goal during the tenures of Pierre Trudeau, Justin Trudeau, and now Mark Carney, and it won’t vanish because of Trump’s opposition. At best, it will go temporarily dormant.

Governor Walz Now Cooperating with President Trump?

Trump will act eventually, but as of right now, the optics are in his favour.

Trump announces he is sending Tom Homan to Minnesota, then shortly after, Walz called and says he wants to work with Trump about deporting the criminal illegal aliens in their possession.


I’m not sure what made Walz do a 180 overnight, but something changed.

My guess is that Walz does not actually want to work with Trump, and this is some sort of ruse by the Dems. They are not just going to roll over and let Trump deport their illegals and expose their fraud. They are up to something.


I’m not going to believe Walz actually capitulated to Trump until Walz gets up on a podium and tells his constituents to stand down and stop obstructing federal law enforcement.


Until then, it’s just lip service.

I see people suggesting that the Signal chat leaks are what made Walz throw in the towel, and I just don’t see it.


Walz and the Minnesota Dems stole $100+ billion from the taxpayers and imported illegal voters to cheat in elections. There’s no cutting deals at this point. They are already fully committed to their treasonous plot and insurrection against the federal government.

And if Walz was actually giving in to Trump, wouldn’t the rest of the Democrats be mad at him right now? Shouldn’t they be freaking out if Walz is going to turn on them and help Trump? How the other Dems respond to this will be extremely telling.


In addition, just yesterday, Walz was talking about Anne Frank, comparing Minnesota to N**i Germany, and suggesting Trump was Hitler and ICE was the Gestapo. Then Walz woke up this morning and decided he was going to work with the people he just called N***s less than 24 hours ago?


It doesn’t add up.

I don’t think Walz and the Dems are giving up, even in the slightest.

I think they are just saying they are going to cooperate with Trump, in exchange for less federal agents in Minnesota.


But I don’t believe they actually intend to cooperate with Trump, and Trump knows it.

Trump says he just had a “very good” conversation with Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey.

“Lots of progress is being made”.


Homan will be there tomorrow [Tuesday].

Not sure what the play is, but Trump holds all the cards. It’s just a matter of how he wants to play them.

“Trump is Hitler, ICE are the Gestapo, this is N**i Germany, Somalians are Anne Frank.”
