Canadian Official Responds to Reports of Unofficial Chinese Police Stations in Toronto:

The Chinese government has set up unofficial police “service stations” connected to the Fuzhou Public Security Bureau (PSB) throughout Canada.

At least three of the stations are located in the Greater Toronto Area, according to the Globe and Mail.

Through these extrajudicial entities located across the world, China claims they have been able to crack down on international crimes.

The police stations are set up to help Chinese citizens living abroad file local police reports and aid in other bureaucratic processes. According to Chinese state media, the “service stations” have also been involved in forcing alleged criminals to be sent back to China.

The organization Safeguard Defenders claims that over 230,000 people have been sent to China through these unofficial negotiations.

Chinese government officials have used tactics like recruiting family relatives, denying children a right to an education and other unscrupulous tactics to have alleged criminals return to the country.

Head of the PSB told state media outlet Xinhua that the department was involved in “efficient, high-quality and convenient services to overseas Chinese” and “cracking down on crimes and illegal activities involving this group.”

“It leaves legal Chinese residents abroad fully exposed to extra-legal targeting by the Chinese police, with little to none of the protection theoretically ensured under both national and international law,” said Safeguard Defenders. [the EPOCH Times]

A self-proclaimed Democrat said four jaw-dropping words about Ron DeSantis that sent Democrats into panic mode:

Ron DeSantis is facing his first re-election for Governor against Democrat Charlie Crist this fall.

Democrats were hoping to turn Hurricane Ian’s destruction into a political attack on DeSantis.

But a self-proclaimed Democrat said four jaw-dropping words about Ron DeSantis that sent Democrats into panic mode.

Hurricane Ian smashed into Florida’s west coast last week as a Category 4 storm, before slowly moving across the central part of the state and exiting off the upper east coast.

Ian’s slow drift across the state wreaked havoc, causing billions of dollars in property damage and leading to dozens of lost lives.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, DeSantis has been traveling across the state, visiting the worst-hit areas and meeting face-to-face with the residents who live there.

Of course, Democrats and the left-wing media are trying to use the crisis as a way to inflict political damage on Ron DeSantis.

Before the Hurricane even made landfall, POLITICO tried to politicize it by questioning the way DeSantis was preparing for the storm.

MSNBC host Joy Reid gloated over the damage and destruction caused by the storm because it meant DeSantis would have to request federal FEMA relief from Joe Biden.


DeSantis has mostly ignored the Left’s attempts to politicize the storm, instead choosing to focus his attention solely on leading the Sunshine State back to recovery.

But there’s no doubt that the timing of Hurricane Ian’s landfall will have some type of impact on Florida’s elections this fall.

And based on one video that just went viral, DeSantis’ leadership is apparently winning Democrat voters over to his side.

The video shows a self-proclaimed Democrat in Arcadia, Florida, expressing his support for Ron DeSantis in the aftermath of the storm.

“That gas is here in Arcadia,” the man began.

The gentleman stood next to another man, both apparently celebrating the arrival of gasoline to the area.

“I don’t know about the rest of y’all, but it’s here in Arcadia, so y’all know who we’re voting for,” the man continued.

“I don’t know about the rest of you motherf*ckers, but I’m voting for DeSantis, and I’m a Democrat,” he added. “So y’all can call him what the f*ck y’all want to call him.”

According to Director of Rapid Response for the DeSantis campaign, Christina Pushaw, the video was taken over the weekend in DeSoto County, which borders one of the areas most devastated by Hurricane Ian.

She also pointed out one major truth the video shows about Florida voters that has Charlie Crist panicking.

“I think this is more common than people realize,”Pushaw wrote. “He just said what a lot of Democrats are thinking to themselves.”

“He’s happy that the Governor visited his community in person,” Pushaw added.

Democrats were hoping to use Hurricane Ian as a political attack on DeSantis ahead of the Midterm elections.

But it’s not working, as the people in Florida are grateful to have a leader like DeSantis as Governor.

It is as if they never expected to be knocked out of power and have their control over the American people taken from them.

“Simmering tensions among congressional Democrats are rising to the surface as the party looks to secure a few more legislative victories in the final two-month sprint to the midterm elections.

Both chambers have jam-packed agendas as they enter the final policy-making month before the November midterm elections.

The House, which reconvenes on Tuesday, will not be in session in October so that lawmakers can head home to the campaign — leaving little time for legislating.

The Senate, which reassembled last week, is scheduled to be in session for part of next month, though it is unlikely they will use the extra days in Washington,” Yahoo reported, illustrating why the pressure is on Democrats who are running out of time to look reasonable and sane to the American people.

Media reports are showing that one Democrat in particular, who is retiring, US Rep. John Yarmuth, said the fragile state of American democracy has him.

Radical far-left North Carolina Democrat Rep. David Price, who held his position for a long time and is finally retiring, has even been dismayed with the Democrat Party, told media that he fears Democrats have done a poor job governing with inflation soaring and wages declining.

The impact of the Democrats’ failure to govern has Price feeling that Donald Trump’s working-class party will win back Congress, which is “a very alarming prospect for the country,” Price said.

Yarmuth revealed that the party is so fractured that some Democrat congressmen have nearly come to blows, according to a report from Martian Walsh for Conservative Brief.

“Yarmuth allegedly witnessed “moderate” Rep. John Garamendi (D-NY) and far-left Rep. Mark Pocan (D-WI) in a heated argument that looked like it could end in violence over how to enact Biden’s radical agenda.

“John was basically telling Mark to get his head out of his ass,” Yarmuth said of the argument. “He was saying, ‘You’re not accomplishing anything, you’re stupid.’ ”

A report from Yahoo News details infighting between moderates and progressives in the Democratic Party.

Moderates are pushing hard for a vote on a police reform bill and progressives are not interested in it — leaving the more moderate members worried it will cost them votes in November.

“Centrist House Democrats are expected to push hard for a vote on policing legislation that has been delayed twice because of disagreements with House liberals. Pelosi punted a vote on the public safety bills last month. Liberals had opposed increases for police funding across the country given the outcry over violence by police against minority communities. But centrists running in tough races against the backdrop of Republicans decrying rising crime rates want to pass legislation that would provide more money for police,” the report added.

Democrats are also struggling with how to handle rising gas prices in the country.

“As prices at the pump trend up nationwide, the Biden administration is scrambling to shelter Democrats from consumer frustration, laying blame on oil company opportunism and threatening new restrictions on the industry,” the Washington Post reported.

“The renewed attention on the cost of fuel comes as gas prices have jumped in recent days by as much as 60 cents per gallon in some regions, posing a political challenge for Democrats. A decline in prices that stretched for 99 days helped to improve their prospects in next month’s midterm elections, during which control of Congress and several key governorships is at stake,” the report continued. Russia to jab new soldiers?

(LifeSiteNews) – Russia will force all of its 300,000 citizens who were recently mobilized to fight in the Russia-Ukraine war to receive COVID vaccines, according to Russian news outlets. Since Russians face 10 years in prison if they attempt to evade military service, avoiding mandatory vaccination by extension could be punished by imprisonment as well.

“In other words, Russia has just adopted one of the world’s strictest coercive injection policies,” writes Moscow-based writer Edward Slavsquat who broke the story.

Russia’s Defense Ministry already made receiving COVID vaccines mandatory for all military personnel, including conscripts, in June 2021. Now, it has been confirmed by Russian news outlets that the 300,000 citizens that are being mobilized now to fight in Ukraine will also face forced vaccination.

“In Russia, compulsory immunization extends to all categories of military personnel, including those called up as part of the mobilization,” says one source. Other media outlets confirmed that conscripts in the regions of Rostov and Tatarstan will be forced to receive COVID vaccines.

Some form of compulsory vaccination was introduced in every Region of Russia in the fall of 2021, with varying degrees of enforcement and thoroughness. However, these mandates were usually tied to one’s employment status, meaning that the worst penalty for someone refusing the COVID shot was losing one’s job.


With these new vaccine mandates being tied to mandatory conscription, Russians who are called to military service face a decade in prison for refusing the injections.

Russia’s population appears to be relatively skeptical toward COVID jabs, and despite the vaccine mandates only around 52% of Russian citizens have been “fully vaccinated” up until today, according to statista.com. This means that the country’s COVID-19 vaccination rate is among the lowest in Europe. [LifeSite News]

Nordstream 2 will be used:

Supplies are possible through the undamaged string of the pipeline, according to Aleksander Novak.

Russia is able to supply gas to the European Union through a string of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline that that was not damaged by the recent sabotage, Deputy Prime Minister Aleksander Novak has told RIA Novosti.

The former energy minister described the attempts to destroy Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 as deliberate.

“Unfortunately, due to sabotage, one string [of Nord Stream 2] was damaged, and an examination is required to make further decisions on the fate of the string,” Novak explained.

“As for the second string, it is ready, fully built, and if the necessary legal decisions are made by our European colleagues regarding the certification and removal of restrictions, I think Russia could provide appropriate supplies through this string of the gas pipeline in a short time,” he said.

The Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 pipelines abruptly lost pressure on September 26, following a series of powerful underwater explosions off the Danish island of Bornholm. The incident caused massive gas leaks, with large volumes entering the sea. The ruptures are widely considered to be the result of sabotage, carried out by an unknown party.

The deputy premier also said that neither the operator of the Nord Stream project, nor Gazprom or industrial regulator Rostekhnadzor, were allowed to investigate the incidents on the pipelines, adding that an objective probe requires the participation of Russian professionals.

Earlier this week, the operators of the two gas pipelines said they were unable to inspect the damaged sections because of restrictions imposed by the Danish and Swedish authorities.

Nord Stream 2 AG, the Switzerland-based operator, said on Tuesday it would examine the condition of the leaking pipelines once a police investigation of the “crime scene” is completed and a cordon is lifted. Later Nord Stream AG, operator of the older Nord Stream 1 pipeline, said it had been told by Danish authorities that receiving the necessary permits to carry out an inspection could take over 20 working days.

Meanwhile, unnamed sources told CNN that Washington is considering offering to use its most advanced underwater sound reading capabilities to analyse audio recordings from around the time of the Nord Stream gas pipelines’ apparent sabotage.

Russia earlier called rupturing of the pipelines a terrorist attack. While those behind it have not yet been identified, Moscow has suggested the US was to blame.
