Winnipeg police announce charges in alleged serial killings of four women:
Winnipeg police say they have charged a man with murder in the deaths of four women, all believed to be Indigenous, who were killed within weeks of each other last spring.
Jeremy Skibicki was initially charged in May with the first-degree murder of Rebecca Contois, a 24-year-old woman from O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi First Nation, also known as Crane River. After six months of investigation, police announced Thursday that they had charged the 35-year-old with the first-degree murder of three more women, in what are now considered alleged serial killings.
The other victims are Morgan Beatrice Harris, Mercedes Myran and a fourth woman who has yet to be identified.

💥 Lie #1: The war started on 24 February 2022 when Russia invaded Ukraine.
Before Ukraine’s President Volodmyr Zelensky quit negotiations with Russia to settle the war in Ukraine, he told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria on 20 March 2022, “I made a point that the war in Ukraine has been lasting for eight years. It’s not just some special military operation.” Zakaria had asked him “You have said recently that Ukraine perhaps will not be a member of NATO. You have admitted that. Could that — there are people who ask, could that concession, had you made it clearly and loudly earlier, could that have prevented this war?” Zelensky’s reply said that for Ukraine to make such a “concession” — unless some NATO countries would step up to provide “guarantees” to Ukraine’s winning this eight-year war — would be unacceptable to Ukrainians, because this war had started “eight years” earlier, and they wouldn’t accept now — after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022 — a “concession” of an indispensable part of what their military has been fighting for ever since long before that, going all the way back to 2014 — virtual if not official membership in NATO, so that American missiles can then become posted on Ukraine’s border only 317 miles away from Russia’s command center in The Kremlin. That has always been Ukraine’s goal throughout this eight-year war. And for Ukraine to “concede” it to Russia now would be for Ukraine to lose what they have been waging war for eight years in order to attain. He also told Zakaria that Ukrainians would never accept any concession to Russia on what was, before 2014, Ukrainian land: Crimea and Donbass: “Any compromises related to our territorial integrity and our sovereignty … We cannot concede to it.”
The NATO issue is part of that:
“NATO could be a source of guarantees for Ukraine, but we are not accepted as a member of NATO, so Ukraine has to seek for other security guarantees from individual countries, that could be NATO members. That is what we are proposing, a number of leaders of world countries could be the source of guarantees for Ukraine. They could be part of this circle of powerful countries. That is what we can talk about, security guarantees for Ukraine.”
His war in Ukraine is a war for “sovereignty” within the Ukraine that existed before 2014 and including Ukraine’s right to allow U.S.-or-allied missiles to be posted there within only a five-minute flight-time away from nuclear-annihilating The Kremlin.
He even said that “We are running out of time. You have to admit Ukraine into NATO right now.
We do not have much time. You have to accept Ukraine as a member of E.U. [as a stepping-stone to being allowed into NATO]”. In other words: Only as a temporary measure would he accept some NATO countries offering to provide “guarantees” to Ukraine’s winning this eight-year war — and he is holding the same goal now, that Ukraine’s Government has been pursuing ever since 2014: for U.S. missiles to be able to be placed in Ukraine and thus only a five-minute missile flight-time from The Kremlin. (During the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis, JFK refused to allow Soviet missiles to be placed 1,131 miles away from Washington DC.)

Here is why Russia’s invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022 could here be considered as legal under international law:
No one maintains that U.S. President John F. Kennedy lacked international legalauthorization to invade the Soviet Union if the Soviet Union were to place its nuclear-warheaded missiles in Cuba only 1,131 miles away from Washington DC. Everyone recognized that if the Soviet Union and Cuba were to do that, it would constitute an act of aggression against the United States, because those missiles would be so close to America’s command-center in DC as to enable a blitz nuclear attack by the Soviet Union so fast as to possibly prohibit America’s strategic command to recognize the attack in time to launch its own, retaliatory, missiles.
This is the principle, that any major world power possesses the national self-defense right to prohibit any bordering nation from allowing weaponry and forces of a major world power that is hostile to this major world power to be placed in that bordering nation.
Whereas Cuba is 1,131 miles away from DC, Ukraine is only 317 miles away from The Kremlin. Five minutes away from The Kremlin would be so close as to mean game-over for Russia, checkmate by the U.S.
JFK demanded from both Cuba and the Soviet Union, that there will NEVER be Soviet missiles placed in Cuba, and the Soviet Union then promised that they would comply with that national-security demand by the U.S.; thus, WW III was averted.
This time around, the aggressors were America and Ukraine; and Russia (facing an even bigger threat than America did in 1962) imposed the same demand as JFK did, but its enemies were/are determined and clear aggressor nations — they refused to comply.
Why does ANYONE allege that allowing the United States to place its missiles only 317 miles (a 5-minute missile-flight away) from The Kremlin would not constitute aggression by the U.S. and Ukraine against Russia? Allowing Ukraine into NATO would grant the Governments of U.S. and Ukraine a right to place U.S. missiles 317 miles from The Kremlin — something that no rational Government of Russia would ever allow to happen. As Russia’s Government has said, this issue of permanentlyexcluding Ukraine from NATO is “a matter of life and death” for Russia. And THAT is the reason it is.
The Cuban-Missile-Crisis precedent acknowledged that Russia now has a national-defense right to demand that Ukraine NEVER be allowed into NATO. This is what U.S., its NATO anti-Russian military alliance, and the existing Ukrainian Government, refuse to acknowledge.
On 17 December 2021, Russia demanded, from both the U.S. and its anti-Russian military alliance NATO, promises in writing, that Ukraine WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO NATO. On 7 January 2022, America and its NATO aggression-alliance both said no.

💥 Tragedy in China #1.
The first story in this week’s report is international news. After locking citizens in a building that eventually set fire, killing several people, Chinese citizens are now revolting against the CCP-led government. Without a hint of irony, Justin Trudeau made public comments about the Chinese’s right to protest after defending his use of the emergencies act to stifleprotests in Canada. Granted, sealing citizens inside of their buildings in an attempt at COVID zero is clearly not comparable to what happened in Ottawa. Still, Trudeau’s selectivity of leadership principles is growing tiresome. Whether he is tripling the carbon tax on citizens while jet-setting around the globe or pointing the finger at warmongers while selling billions in arms to Saudi Arabia, the lack of shame and introspection is typical of an elitist. I suppose we should be happy that Trudeau is saying anything about the actions of the Chinese against their people. This level of COVID-Justified oppression, including breaking into citizens’ houses and murdering their pets in the streets, has been going on since 2020 without a peep from our PM.
💥 Western Gives Up Vaccine Mandates #2.
Western University finally relented their vaccine mandate for students in a somewhat predictable outcome. What began as a mandatory process for a return to school was pushed into the new year amid pressure from students and lawyers. In my view, Western buckled to public pressure but wanted to end the mandate on their terms. So, pushing back the mandate allowed them to act as though a change in science was at the root of the drop. “Based on the latest consultation with our medical experts and local public health, we are revoking our vaccination policy and will no longer require students, employees, and visitors to be vaccinated to come to campus.” If Western University conducted policy based on science and not ideology, they would’ve recognized that the connection between young men and myocarditis is the only highly-publicized COVID vaccine side-effect that is non-controversial; The most recent study indicating such significant risk ironically coming out of Ontario (via JAMA). This was a case of unions designed to protect professors dictating the ‘science’- not a reasonable precaution taken for the safety of students. Prioritizing feelings of safety in adults at the cost of student (and parent) autonomy is a disturbing trend we allowed throughout the pandemic.
💥 Unvaccinated Citizens Causing Vaccine Side Effects? #3.
Speaking of vaccine controversy, one of the most insane takes on vaccine side effects was recently published in NIH’s National Library of Medicine.The paper’s author claims that fear of vaccine side-effects stoked by anti-vaxxers is causing reported side-effects in proximity to COVID-19 vaccinations. The author writes, “it is highly likely that many apparent side effects seen shortly after a subject has received a vaccine could be the result of restricted or congested blood flow from blood vessel or arterial constriction caused by emotional distress or placebo based on fear around vaccines.”
Everyone has an opinion on COVID vaccines ranging from being 100% safe and effective to being a modern medical genocide. But I hope we can all collectively see how patently absurd this take is on reported side effects and speak out against such insane junk science. During a time when ‘gaslighting’ is at an all-time high of misuse, this author takes the phrase to its extreme.
💥 Internet Censorship Bill Moves Forward: #4
In a 10-4 vote, the Canadian senate is pushing bill C-11 forward without various suggested adjustments that would’ve squashed the initiative. I wish I had more details to report to you, but media coverage of this critical update is non-existent. Blacklocks released the initial report, and mainstream media unsurprisingly refuses to pick up the story.
💥Bill-124 Challenge Tabled: #5
Doug Ford’s controversial bill that caps the wage increases of various healthcare workers was challenged as unconstitutional in an Ontario court. For those unfamiliar with 124, the bill imposes a 1% pay cap on collective bargaining for healthcare sector workers. If the bill reversal stands, it won’t be cheap. Financial Accountability Office of Ontario (FAO) estimates that a court defeat could cost the province $8.4 billion between 2022-23 and 2026-27.
💥 Tory and Toronto Call for Help: #6
The City of Toronto calls for a bailout from the Provincial and Federal governments to cover a $703M budgetary shortfall, most of which Tory is pinning on COVID challenges. Toronto is likely to be in good company regarding extreme fiscal adjustments in the wake of:
· record inflation,
· skyrocketing development costs, and
· knee-jerk reactions to the COVID pandemic.
These economic challenges will worsen with federal policies like the tripling of the carbon tax, which will increase the cost of every product, service, and project for which Canadian taxpayers are responsible. It’s a clear example of the shortsightedness and myopic legislative blunders that plagues all levels of our government, and it will always be the taxpayers who shoulder the burden. It’s basic agency theory. Regardless of the outcomes of their policies, politicians and officials who collect their paychecks (plus raises and bonuses) do not have the proper incentive structure to protect citizens. Suppose politicians were paid a % of the local economy, and their compensation went up or down based on the health of such local economies. In that case, I can assure you vastly different decisions would’ve been made over the past 2.5 years.
💥 Smith’s Sovereignty Act: #7
Alberta Premier Danielle Smith has proposed legislation allowing independent decision-making by the Province. If put into law, The Alberta Government could pass motions declaring that a particular existing or anticipated federal law or policy is unconstitutional or “otherwise harmful to Albertans.” An example that Smith has referenced is lifting Federal energy or climate policy which prevents Albertans from accessing industry:
· resources,
· business, and
· profits.
Smith’s bill quickly garnered criticism from the usual suspects. Some believe the proposed law is “constitutionally vulnerable, imbues too much executive power, and contravenes the separation of federal and provincial powers.” In Smith’s view, that’s the point. Her intent is to gain the authority necessary to act in the best interest of Albertan’s without Ottawa meddling in their affairs. Considering the limitations the Feds place on energy production as well as their recent encroachment on hunting firearms, Smith is likely to get civilian support for this move.
💥 Concerning Excess Mortality Rates: #8
According to Statistics Canada’s Excess Mortality Report, young people are continuing to die from yet unknown causes. Between March 2020 and July 9th, 2022, there were 6536 excess deaths between the ages of 0-44 in Canada. From March 2020 until November 28th, 2022, there were roughly 850 COVID deaths in the same age bracket. So, what are young people dying from if not from COVID-19? This seems like the type of question the current Government would race to find an answer to, but as of now, we only have unproven theories. Considering we are racing toward 6000 non-pandemic related excess deaths in the youngest available age bracket, you’d think this matter would be at the top of the news cycle as well as at the forefront of Federal Government initiatives. Clearly it isn’t. I don’t have anything else to say on the matter for now as information is limited, but Canadians deserve to know our young people are dying and the cause is unknown.

FBI has detained a former NSA employee attempting to provide confidentialdocuments to Russian foreign service members:
According to federal court filings, the FBI detained and charged a man from Colorado Springs with attempting to provide confidential documents to the Russian foreign service.
According to a report by CBS News, the 30-year-old Jareh Sebastian Dalke was due to appear in federal court in Denver on Thursday afternoon on allegations of trying to give a foreign official or agent access to information about national defense.
Although he was charged last month, court records weren't released to the public until this week. They claim Dalke exchanged cash for confidential data and transmitted them to an "FBI Online Covert Employee." Dalke thought the FBI agent was a representative of a foreign nation.
He is charged with trying to provide top secret information to the Russian SVR, or Foreign Intelligence Service.
According to the FBI, Dalke was a former employee of the U.S. National Security Agency and a volunteer with the Colorado Rangers, a reserve law enforcement organization. Court records indicate that Dalke identified himself as a lieutenant and commander of the Colorado Rangers' digital crimes division in his resume.
Dalke had been connected to the Colorado Rangers' reserve force, which comprises little over 70 reserve officers, according to Colonel Ronald M. Abramson, agency chief for the Colorado Rangers. [American Digest Media]
The agent joined the Rangers in 2019 after completing a thorough background investigation and psychiatric test: "We are enormously disappointed in the allegations, but we have to wait for the federal process to run its course," he told CBS News Colorado.
He claimed that everyone is learning about this at the same time as his agency. Dalke has been placed on leave while the matter is being resolved.
According to Abramson, Dalke claimed to be a lieutenant in their digital crimes unit, but there is no such unit. Dalke, he continued, is a sergeant who oversees a small group of reserve officers. Dalke was stationed in Colorado Springs and had previously worked for the police departments in Monument and Woodland Park.
Dalke allegedly sought out a person he believed to be a Russian agent in his interactions with the FBI's undercover agent, saying he "recently learned that my heritage ties back to your country, which is part of why I have come to you."
He reportedly explained his reasoning for wanting to share documents from the NSA and at least two other American federal agencies, saying he "questioned our role in damage to the world in the past and by a mixture of curiosity for secrets and a desire to cause change."
According to court filings, some of the information Dalke is suspected of providing was unclassified, while other information was marked "secret" and "top secret." Some of them are specifically marked "NOFORN," which means that distributing them to people who are not U.S. citizens is against the law.
According to the FBI, the NSA conducted an internal assessment to identify who had access to the documents supplied to the undercover FBI agent, and it found that Dalke was the only employee.
If found guilty, Dalke could be sentenced to death or life in prison. As of Thursday, neither the FBI nor the U.S. Attorney's Office would return the media's request for comment on the situation.
