MAKE A TAX-DEDUCTIBLE CONTRIBUTION

Prayer, the Church, and religious liberty are all under outrageous attack.

We're fighting in multiple federal appeals courts, defending churches that have been banned from even doing ministry in their community.

We're taking on the Left's war on our Christian faith. We're battling anti-Christian groups seeking to discriminate against Christians.

We're defending prayer and Christians in the military. And we're fighting in federal court to defend your right to pray. When radical Left-run states banned singing in church during the pandemic, we filed a lawsuit and won. We also helped win a major Supreme Court case protecting your right to go to church. We were built for this moment. But we urgently need your Tax-Deductible support.

Canada's legacy media is casting Conservatives as unpatriotic to shield Mark Carney from criticism. Harrison Faulkner examines why that narrative falls apart under scrutiny

The legacy media in Canada have now decided that the only way to keep covering for Mark Carney is to label the Conservative Party and the conservative movement in Canada as unpatriotic. Even by the low standards Canadians now have for the legacy media, this is somehow a new low.

Today, the mainstream media has decided to manufacture a "patriotism problem" among the right. Criticism of the Conservative Party is increasingly framed around questions of loyalty and patriotism rather than policy. The result is a political narrative that attempts to redefine who is allowed to claim the mantle of defending Canada. Harrison Faulkner argues that this must be rejected.

Harrison examines how this narrative has emerged, why it ignores Canada’s political history, and how conservatives are pushing back against accusations that they are somehow less committed to the country.

Who Gets to Decide Who Works for a Christian Ministry?

The First Amendment protects the right of a religious organization to hire people who share and live its faith.

Key Takeaways:

  • Faith-based organizations have several key legal protections that enable them to make employment decisions based on their religious convictions.

  • These protections apply to every faith-based institution, including churches, religious ministries, pro-life centers, and religious schools.

  • The freedom to hire people who share and live an organization’s faith is crucial for the flourishing and viability of every religious organization. If left unprotected, ministries can be driven out of the public square and extinguished from American life.

No organization can thrive without the right people. As the saying goes, personnel is policy. A steakhouse couldn’t function if its chefs were all vegetarian and refused to cook meat. An IT company couldn’t serve its customers if its technicians objected to using technology. A congressman couldn’t fulfill his goals if his entire staff sought to combat his agenda. As such, employers are generally free to hire (or not hire) staff based on the organization’s identity and mission.

While this concept is uncontroversial in secular spheres, it is too often contested when applied to religious groups. For instance, Catholic schools have been sued for expecting their employees to follow Catholic beliefs and teachings. Pro-life pregnancy centers have been told to hire abortion supporters. And Christian daycares have faced the loss of state funding for hiring those who share their beliefs about human sexuality.

However, under the church (or religious) autonomy doctrine, U.S. courts have made clear that the First Amendment protects the freedom of religious organizations to make personnel decisions in accordance with their faiths. Several opportunities exist today to reaffirm that protection for future generations.

What is the church autonomy doctrine?

The First Amendment protects the right to the free exercise of religion and prohibits government interference with ecclesiastical decisions. This has long been understood to include the freedom of religious organizations to make internal religious decisions free from undue government interference. Just after the Civil War, the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed that principle, saying if civil courts were to second-guess ecclesiastical decisions, it would “lead to the total subversion of such religious bodies” (Watson v. Jones, 1871).

This principle was again affirmed by the Supreme Court in the 1950s when it stated that religious institutions have the right “to decide for themselves, free from state interference, matters of church government as well as those of faith and doctrine” (Kedroff v. Saint Nicholas Cathedral, 1952). In other words, such organizations have autonomy on internal religious matters and can act without government interference. For example, a faith-based nonprofit should be free to hire only those who share the same core beliefs (often called co-religionists). While the precise scope of these protections is debated, this general principle has developed into what is known today as the church (or religious) autonomy doctrine.

Modern applications of the church autonomy doctrine apply to a wide range of activities but often center around employment disputes. While the broader church autonomy doctrine enables religious organizations to build teams of like-minded believers, some roles bring unique needs. In such instances, a key component of the doctrine comes into play: the ministerial exception.

What is the ministerial exception?

Churches need pastors to preach the Gospel. Religious schools need teachers. Those special “ministerial” roles are covered by the ministerial exception.

Since at least 2012, the U.S. Supreme Court has held that the church autonomy doctrine protects the freedom of religious organizations to make employment decisions for “ministerial” roles. In Hosanna-Tabor v. EEOC, the Court heard a lawsuit brought by a former teacher at a Lutheran school who taught a religion class and led chapel services. The teacher claimed she had been fired in violation of federal law. However, since the teacher qualified as a “minister,” the Court decided that it could not rule in her favor without violating the First Amendment. The school’s decision to fire the teacher was an “ecclesiastical decision” that cut to the core of its religious identity. As such, if the government were to involve itself in the internal governance of a church or religious organization like this, it would “depriv[e] the church of control over the selection of those who will personify its beliefs.”

In Hosanna-Tabor, the Court did not set a hard-and-fast rule for defining a minister. Instead, it relied on several key factors. These include the fact that the school saw the teacher as a minister and that her role required religious training and a formal call and commission to religious service. The Supreme Court clarified its definition of a minister in Our Lady of Guadalupe v. Morrissey-Berru (2020). Rather than being tied to simply a job title, a role is covered by the ministerial exception if it performs “vital religious duties.”

These rulings haven’t stopped religious organizations from continually being challenged in their employment decisions.

Who is protected by the church autonomy doctrine?

The church autonomy doctrine and the ministerial exception provide essential protections for every religious organization. Alliance Defending Freedom has stood with several of them in their efforts to hire individuals who will advance its religious mission and identity.

Churches

Some states have tried to compel churches like Calvary Road Baptist Church to hire people who don’t share their beliefs.

The Virginia Values Act, enacted in July 2020, compelled churches, religious schools, and Christian ministries to hire employees who do not share their stated beliefs on marriage, sexuality, and gender identity. While written under the guise of preventing discrimination, in reality, it would have forced the ministries to carry out their day-to-day work in ways that directly contradict their beliefs. The groups could face fines of up to $100,000 for each violation of the Act.

In response, a group of Virginia churches, schools, and a pregnancy center network challenged the law as a violation of their religious freedom and speech rights under Virginia’s constitution and RFRA statute in a case that was ultimately settled. As part of the agreement, Virginia officials conceded that all of the ministries, as religious organizations, are free to hire only “individuals who profess and live according to religious beliefs held by [the ministries], including beliefs on abortion, marriage, sexuality, sex, and gender.”

Virginia law protects religious organizations’ foundational right to operate consistent with their faiths.

Christian Ministries

Yakima Union Gospel Mission is a Christian nonprofit that helps people move from homelessness to wholeness.

Government officials may threaten a ministry’s right to hire only individuals who share and live out its religious beliefs. For example, despite desperately needing teachers to fill hundreds of vacancies, Chicago Public Schools excluded Moody Bible Institute from the city’s student teaching program because Moody hires only employees who agree with its statement of faith.

After being sued, Chicago Public Schools eventually agreed to allow Moody students into the program as part of a settlement and recognized Moody’s right to hire only coreligionists. Yakima Union Gospel Mission, a Christian homeless ministry in Yakima, Washington, is currently facing a similar situation.

In 2021, the Washington Supreme Court reinterpreted the state’s Law Against Discrimination (WLAD) and gutted its religious exemption. As a result, the Mission could face penalties for requiring all of its staff, not only those who legally qualify as ministers, to share the same core beliefs. Notably, Justice Alito remarked a few years ago in a similar case that the Washington court’s decision, by threatening to “extinguish [religious nonprofits] from participation in public life,” conflicted with the Constitution.

In January 2026, a panel of judges at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit ruled in the Mission’s favor.

They acknowledged that a religious institution may find that its mission of faith “is best served by hiring only employees who adhere to and follow its religious beliefs.” In other words, when every member of the team has the same core beliefs, the organization as a whole is more effective.

Such a decision is a matter of faith and internal governance. As such, the Mission was exempted from state “nondiscrimination” laws when hiring non-ministers for religious purposes. The Mission must be able to live out its faith-based identity at every level. This understanding of the church autonomy doctrine went beyond the ministerial exception by permitting the Mission to hire all staff, not just those who perform “vital religious duties,” with its religious values in mind.

In June 2026, the entire 9th Circuit voted to rehear the case en banc—which, in the 9th Circuit, means that a panel of 11 judges will consider the case instead of the usual three. As a result, the January decision is no longer in effect. However, the Mission’s case is still active and will be argued the week of September 28, 2026.

Pro-Life Organizations

An Illinois law forces Pregnancy Care Center of Rockford and the Diocese of Springfield to hire employees who violate their beliefs about the sanctity of life.

The Right to Life of Michigan and Pregnancy Care Center offer life-affirming education and care to women across the state. In order to do so, they need to hire people committed to their pro-life identity. However, the state’s nondiscrimination law was amended to redefine “sex” to include “the termination of a pregnancy.” Under this law, it would be illegal for Right to Life of Michigan and Pregnancy Resource Center to recruit and hire only those employees who share these organizations’ pro-life views and who agree to refrain from engaging in conduct contrary to those views.

In July 2026, a federal district court issued an opinion that blocks the law while the case proceeds.

The Pregnancy Care Center of Rockford is facing a similar threat to its religious liberty. An Illinois law forces religious organizations to hire employees who violate their religious beliefs on reproductive issues like abortion. The Center, along with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Springfield, IL, is challenging that law. While a district court dismissed their claim, the groups have appealed to the 7th Circuit.

Religious Schools

The Supreme Court’s most recent case addressing the contours of the church autonomy doctrine and the ministerial exception involved a religious school. However, challenges to schools’ freedom to hire staff that align with their religious values have persisted.

In July 2022, Michigan’s Supreme Court reinterpreted the state’s Civil Rights Act to cover sexual orientation and gender identity.

As a result, groups like the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish and its school would be forced to hire employees who live in direct opposition to their religious beliefs. And parents of the Catholic school would be unable to obtain an education for their children that aligns with their faith. The school and a group of parents sued state officials to prevent enforcement of the law against Sacred Heart Parish. In 2024, the 6th Circuit ruled that the case could proceed, and it is now being litigated.

The stakes of getting this right

The First Amendment protects one of the most basic truths about what it means to be human—that mankind is free to search for and discover God. In line with this principle, it safeguards the right of religious groups to preserve their faith-based identity.

But that freedom means little if religious organizations cannot form teams united by shared convictions. A ministry without staff who embrace its mission and values isn’t a ministry—it’s just an office.

This freedom is under threat today. It deserves to be defended—not as an abstract concept, but as the very foundation that allows faith-based organizations to remain, at their core, faithful.

TRUMP:

6,600 Non-Citizens Registered to Vote

New Jersey officials recently revealed that 6,600 non-citizens were registered to vote between 2023 and 2024 and 400 aliens voted in state elections! (I’m sure you agree that ONE is too many).

New Jersey’s debacle is only the latest proof that Non-Citizen Voting is REAL and can affect the outcome of our elections.

Imagine how many non-citizens have voted in other states that have similar “motor-voter” registration laws that AUTOMATICALLY register anyone who applies for or renews their driver’s license.

This raises a fundamental election integrity question that I have decided to ask all Judicial Watch supporters:

Should proof of U.S. citizenship be required to vote in federal elections?

Please click the button below to let me know your answer.

Formally compiling the views of supporters like you will help Judicial Watch raise the priority of this issue nationwide.

You see, most Americans are shocked to learn that voter registration generally relies on applicants to voluntarily reveal they are U.S. citizens.

It does not require an applicant to show documentary proof.

That’s right, the integrity of our elections operates on the honor system. We just take their word for it!

That leaves a GAPING HOLE in our voter registration system and opens the door for noncitizens to register and vote illegally just like in New Jersey.

In fact, it’s already happening across the country...

  • · MassachusettsOhio, and Virginia recently removed noncitizens from their voter rolls after finding that many had already voted.

  • · Since 2021, Texas has removed 6,300 noncitizens from its rolls — including 1,900 with voting histories — and Alabama removed 3,251 non-citizens.

  • · Topping it off, in 2019, Pennsylvania found more than 100,000non-citizens were registered to vote.

Critically, these are only the states we KNOW about...

There is every reason to believe more non-citizens and other ineligible residents could be voting illegally in U.S. elections.

Way back in 2005, the U.S. Government found over 3% of respondents for jury duty pulled from registered voter lists were non-citizens…that’s more than the margin in MANY tight federal elections — and we know there are far morenon-citizens in the USA today than there were 21 years ago!

That’s why Judicial Watch is holding states accountable by compelling them to follow federal law and clean their voter rolls of ineligible voters (including non-citizens)...

Thanks to the support of patriotic Americans like you, our lawsuits and legal actions have already led to the removal of nearly 7 MILLION ineligible names from voter rolls across the country.

But our work has only begun. Our research indicates as many as 17 MILLION inaccurate or ineligible registrations may still be on voter rolls nationwide.

Your survey answers today will help us demonstrate strong public support to close gaping holes in election security that make it easier for non-citizens to register and vote.

For fair and honest elections,

Tom FittonPresidentJudicial Watch

P.S. New Jersey just revealed the state registered 6,600 noncitizens to vote, and hundreds ended up voting in their state election. This was allowed to happen because of a GAPING HOLE which doesn’t require proof of citizenship to register to vote...we just take people’s word for it!

Do you think proof of U.S. citizenship should be required to be registered to vote?

Bernie Sanders declines to back socialist Francesca Hong in Wisconsin governor's race

By

Sen. Bernie Sanders publicly refused to endorse Democratic Socialist of America member Francesca Hong's Wisconsin gubernatorial bid, and the reaction from political observers was swift and pointed.

Sanders, the Vermont independent who built a national brand on democratic socialism, told Pod Save America host Jon Favreau on Wednesday that he does not expect to back Hong ahead of the state's Democratic primary. Asked directly whether he would endorse her, Sanders offered a flat three-word answer.

"I don't think so," Sanders said. He then added a lukewarm assessment of the candidate he met years ago during a Wisconsin visit.

"I met Francesca a couple of years ago. I was in Wisconsin, and she seems very, very nice, but again this is a race I'm just not that familiar with."

Sanders also said his operation has "not gotten involved in many governors' races." But that explanation fell apart almost immediately under scrutiny from reporters and political operatives who pointed to his recent track record.

Sanders endorsed in Maine, including a candidate with serious baggage

Washington Free Beacon reporter Chuck Ross noted on X that Sanders' stated rationale did not hold up against his own endorsement history. Sanders recently backed Troy Jackson's gubernatorial campaign in Maine. Before that, he endorsed Graham Platner, a Maine Senate candidate who was later replaced by Jackson after what Fox News Digital described as resurfaced Reddit posts and "political baggage."

"Bernie says he's not backing Francesca Hong because he's focused on the Senate. Yet he's endorsed in mayoral races, House races, and Troy Jackson's failed governor race in Maine. That's how whacky Hong is."

Ross's point was blunt: if Sanders has time for mayoral races, House races, and a failed gubernatorial bid in Maine, the "not familiar" excuse rings hollow. The more plausible read, shared widely on social media, is that Sanders sees Hong as a liability, even by his own standards.

Politico reporter Will Steakin kept it shorter: "Says a lot."

Hong's record gave Sanders plenty of reasons to keep his distance

Hong, a DSA member and self-described democratic socialist in the Wisconsin state legislature, has drawn national attention for positions that would test even the most progressive electorates. She has previously called for abolishing police and eliminating the U.S. Senate. In recent interviews ahead of the primary, she tried to walk back both positions, a familiar pattern for far-left candidates who discover that campaign slogans make poor general-election platforms.

A quote from Hong about "canceling Thanksgiving" also went viral, drawing additional scrutiny. Republican Tom Tiffany, her likely general-election opponent, seized on that moment through his campaign's X account.

"Well, I guess even Bernie enjoys celebrating Thanksgiving at one of his three houses."

Hong faces three opponents in the Democratic primary, Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley, former Wisconsin Department of Administration secretary Joel Brennan, and state Sen. Kelda Roys. Polls suggest Hong is likely to win the primary comfortably, though no specific survey data, pollster names, or margins were cited in reporting on the race. Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., appeared at a Hong campaign rally in Milwaukee on Aug. 2.

Conservative voices framed the snub as a measure of how far left Hong stands

Jerry Ponio, legislative director for Americans for Prosperity in Wisconsin, posted on X that Sanders endorsed a candidate with serious personal controversies in Maine but would not touch Hong. Conservative commentator Stephen L. Miller made a similar comparison, contrasting Sanders' willingness to stand behind Platner despite his baggage with his refusal to vouch for Hong.

Turning Point Action's Brandon Maly put it plainly on X:

"Francesca Hong, who is a Socialist candidate for Governor of Wisconsin is too radical...even for Bernie Sanders."

Fox News Digital reached out to both the Hong campaign and Sanders' office for comment. Neither response was reported.

Walking back "abolish the police" does not erase the record

Hong's last-minute repositioning on policing and the Senate follows a well-worn playbook: stake out radical positions to build a base, then sand down the edges once a broader electorate is watching. Sanders, whatever his faults, has spent decades refusing to moderate his own rhetoric. That he looked at Hong and decided she was not worth the political risk tells voters everything they need to know about where she actually stands, and how far outside the mainstream that is.

When Bernie Sanders thinks you are too much trouble to endorse, the problem is not Bernie Sanders.

Patrick Bestall’s INPUT:

4 Hells

This is an educational video about four different words that all ended up being called Hell in many translations of the bible.  However, the author (or AI) failed to include reference to Maccabees soldiers praying for God to forgive their dead who committed suicide.

Also, there is no reference to Purgatory which is a tangent to that Jewish practice.  And there is no reference to how the Pharisees and Sadducees had very different opinions on the question of life after death.

And finally, there is no reference to the "many mansions" which should be treated as "places of rest", especially if they sleep.  The video does include Paradise, although it's not on the map because it's part of Heaven.

DRUTHERS Absurdities

• Canada Post may be surviving on taxpayer life support— but it still has funds to pay for feminizing nose jobs! Under agreements signed June 18, 2026, the plan reimburses 80% of eligible gender-affirming-care expenses, subject to a $15,000 lifetime limit. While provincial plans generally fund approved genital and chest surgeries, Canada Life—the postal plan’s administrator—lists facial feminization or masculinization surgeries, Adam’s apple reduction, laser hair removal, hair transplants, liposuction, body-contouring procedures, pectoral implants (and more) among treatments covered under their workplace plans

• Canada lost a record 120,000+ people to emigration last year—the largest outflow in Canadian history and nearly double the number from a decade ago. And the country isn’t just losing residents; it’s losing some of its highest-bracket taxpayers too. A Bank of Canada staff paper estimates that at least 40% of Canadians whose earning ability would place them in the top 1% now live outside the country.

• The Fraser Institute estimates that the average Canadian family’s tax burden consumes 42.3% of its income.

The Ethiopian Bible

It's one of the few bibles which I haven't read.  The Ethiopian bible includes the Book(s) of Enoch which I have read, and don't recommend unless you like reading Shakespeare or the Science of Mind (over 3 inches thick).  But since Mel Gibson started talking about it, and countless YouTube videos followed, I thought I better give it a shot to dissuade you from wasting your time.

Let's start with a little bit of history.

When all the 2nd generation Christian bishops within a day's riding distance of the Mediterranean Sea came together to agree on the tenants of the faith, they quickly and easily agreed on what would become the Bible.   At least 90% - 95% of it.  Because nobody argued against the gospels and letters you're familiar with.  If there was the least bit of debate about a book, it became "Apocryphal", excluded from Protestant bibles by the Reformers, but still segregated as "Apocryphal" in Catholic or Orthodox bibles.  That's the short story.  The long story includes all kinds of minor sects and cults who had their personal favorite writings which didn't get included.  Sort of like all the weird videos you'll see on the internet today, each with it's own unique "hidden truth exposed".

So, the Ethiopian Bible was only accepted by the Ethiopians, a people who never knew Jesus.

It contained the Book(s) of Enoch which says that Satan is the privileged Chief Prosecutor in God's Court, as if God approves of evil instead of just using it for His purposes.   Sounds like the teaching of the globalist Luciferians.

The Ethiopian bible also denied the Second Coming of Christ to save the world.  It says Jesus is waiting for mankind to build a Utopia good enough for him before he comes back.  Sounds like The idealism of Plato, Marx and the UN.

The Ethiopian Bible appeals to conspiracy buffs, who swear there's something exciting hidden under the ice of Antarctica.

Let me tell you, if there's anything down under it's the same thing that my bible describes this way:

Revelation 20:1-3Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven with the key to the Abyss, holding in his hand a great chain. / He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. / And he threw him into the Abyss, shut it, and sealed it over him, so that he could not deceive the nations until the thousand years were complete. After that, he must be released for a brief period of time.

Luke 8:31And the demons kept begging Jesus not to order them to go into the Abyss.

Other than that, the best conspiracy theory posits that the earth's mantle has some thin spots which could cause the thick ice to form giant under-ice warm-water caves.  The elite love underground cities, and in this case, under-ice cities. That explains the secret trips to Antarctica.

So there.  Hope I spoiled it for you, and you can get past the fascination kids have for magicians and secrets.  God bless the Ethiopian clergy who love Jesus as we know him.  Let me know if I missed anything.

.pb w tx to Jason who drew my attention to the Ethiopian Bible videos.

PS - I just looked at another video  which uses the Ethiopian Bible to claim what "the Church removed" (No, all the bishops east and west, north and south just didn't want to include it.  There's a difference.)

I quote the transcript:

10:06

10 minutes, 6 seconds

The soul is asked in effect, did you preserve or did you distort the record of what was true in your time? This fourth category appears nowhere in the Western Bible's description of judgment.

That's a lie.  Read the 23rd chapter of Matthew.  Read John 12:47-48.  They speak of judgement for those who distort the holy truths of the Old Testament and other words of Jesus, basis of the New Testament.

An Open Letter to the United States Senate

Rob Cunningham

Rob Cunningham | KUWL.show@KuwlShow

You’re Fired

An Open Letter to the United States Senate

By any reasonable measure, public confidence in the United States Senate is near zero.

To millions of Americans, delay has become indistinguishable from dysfunction. Procedural maneuvering has become a substitute for leadership. Critical legislation waits while confidence in you erodes to a bad joke.

Your decision to leave Washington for recess without first resolving the fate of the CLARITY Act is, for 83% of Americans in support of passage, yet another symbol of a political class captured and detached from the urgency of the moment.

Whether one supports or opposes the legislation is almost beside the point.

Leadership means deciding.

  1. Not hiding.

  2. Not delaying.

  3. Not governing by perpetual postponement.

History rarely remembers excuses. It remembers decisions.

John Thune, every member of Senate leadership, and every senator who chose delay over decisive action, understand We the American people hold nothing but contempt for you.

Government exists to serve the Republic.

Not itself.

Questions Every American Should Be Asking

  • What is an Operation?A coordinated effort undertaken to achieve a defined objective.

  • What is Continuity of Government (COG)?A collection of emergency constitutional and governmental continuity plans intended to preserve the functioning of the United States during catastrophic events.

  • What is LOWM?The Law of War Manual (LOWM) is the U.S. Department of Defense’s comprehensive manual describing the principles, rules, and customary international law governing the conduct of armed conflict by U.S. military forces. It serves as doctrinal guidance on topics including military necessity, distinction, proportionality, command responsibility, occupation, detention, cyber operations, and the legal framework applicable during armed conflict. It does not itself create new law, but explains how the Department of War interprets and applies existing law.

  • What is the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ)?The federal legal code governing members of the U.S. Armed Forces and matters of nation security no matter who is charged.

  • What is Sovereignty? The supreme authority of a nation to govern itself without external control.

  • What is Sedition? In U.S. law, specific criminal offenses related to inciting or conspiring against lawful government authority.

  • What is Slavery? The condition in which people are deprived of liberty and compelled to serve others through coercion.

  • What is Liberty? The freedom to live, speak, work, worship, and pursue opportunity under the protection of law.

  • What is Infiltration? The act of entering or influencing an organization covertly to shape or undermine its activities.

  • What is Ignorance?A lack of knowledge – which may be innocent or willful.

  • What is Propaganda?Information presented primarily to persuade or influence opinion, often emphasizing selective facts or emotional appeals.

  • What is Reformation?Fundamental institutional correction through lawful change.

  • What is Liberation? The restoration of freedom from unjust restraint or oppression.

The Real IssueThe greatest threat to our constitutional republic is not vigorous disagreement.

It is institutional capture and paralysis by foreign & domestic influence.

When elected officials repeatedly avoid difficult decisions, confidence in representative government evaporates.

Americans expect Congress to debate openly, vote publicly, and accept accountability for the consequences.

Accountability

Every senator takes an oath to support and defend the Constitution.

That oath carries responsibilities beyond party affiliation, donors, media appearances, or lust for control.

Thomas Jefferson warned that liberty depends upon an informed people.

Free citizens must think independently.

Question assumptions.

Demand transparency.

No office is above scrutiny.
