This declaration warned European nations not to interfere with the Western Hemisphere by stopping further colonization or other political interference.  Today, The U.S. State Department’s position regarding the Monroe Doctrine is that it remains a cornerstone of American strategy in the Western Hemisphere.The Administration’s message is about American sovereignty, national security and power in America’s own neighborhood — and about President Trump’s determination to reassert U.S. preeminence there. As times have changed since Monroe’s time and as more nations have attempted to exert their influence over nations within the Western Hemisphere,

• CHINA’S ACTIONS ARE TANTAMOUNT TO BEING AN ENEMY OF THE USA.  Consequently:

***Recommendation (by The People’s Newsletter) for The White House: treat China in a dualistic manner both as a friend (Earth Alliance, the Golden Age) and as an enemy (protect America, stop China’s nefarious actions, align with nations China is ‘attacking’) while explaining it to China that it is by their actions that we are forced to do this; however we implore you to reverse your nefarious and conquest policies against the USA and all other nations while instead focusing on the global goal of unity and evolving humanity. Explain this in a formal Cease and Desist letter directly to China.

China is spreading communism all around the world, interfering with U.S. (and other nations) elections, swaying U.S. news reporters by paying them, directly and indirectly buying U.S. land, properties, and businesses, etc. I understand that the CCP is almost separate from the Republic of China but they are both doing nefarious/criminal actions to our nation and its citizens and to other nations and their citizens; and, the China Republic can and does wield the CCP as a weapon so they have no valid excuse.  

This is a NATIONAL EMERGENCY.  It’s almost as if China is an adolescent who sees what the Cabal was doing and is reproducing parts of it to rule the world as their goal. That is, is China taking the place of the crumbling Cabal? The UK and the rest of Europe, as well as other nations, would agree, so unite with them. Put the VP on this (while giving him ‘board level’ direction) since he needs to prove himself worthy of a potential future President of a large nation, i.e. he should step up his ‘game’ now as there is plenty of more work to be done now.

• China Especially and Other Nations are Illegally Avoiding Tariff Revenue via Transshipments via Lower Tariff Nations.  The United States faces a growing challenge from the illegal transshipment of goods through third countries to evade applicable tariffs and other trade remedies. Exporters in higher-tariff jurisdictions can a---e differences in U.S. tariff treatment across countries to route goods through lower-tariff jurisdictions before entering the American market. Illegal transshipment may involve relabeling, repackaging, re-invoicing, minor processing, false country-of-origin claims, or other actions intended to secure tariff treatment that would not apply if the goods’ true economic origin were declared.

President Trump’s tariff actions have helped to protect U.S. workers and industry, and his Administration has taken stronger actions against countries that pose larger economic challenges. However, the expansion of differentiated tariffs in 2025 has significantly increased the importance of effective transshipment enforcement. Tariff differentials are necessary to address differences in trading practices and levels of reciprocity, but they also create opportunities for arbitrage and evasion, e.g. higher-tariff countries are seeking access to the U.S. market through a lower-tariff country, etc.

This report identifies more than 40 countries associated with elevated illegal transshipment risk in 2025. China illegally transshipped its goods via lower tariff countries to the U.S.  This report reviews five government and private-sector estimates of potential transshipment or related trade-transfer exposure. The estimates range from approximately $40 billion to $300 billion annually, depending on the methodology and definition used.

Tariff revenue is the most obvious loss from illegal transshipment. However, when China-linked goods enter the U.S. through third countries, they do more than evade duties. They widen the effective trade deficit, displace domestic production, reduce GDP growth, and lower associated federal tax receipts.

Today, with dramatic advances in artificial intelligence and a clear national mandate to strengthen and seal every aspect of our borders, foreign actors participating in the Shadow Transshipment Network and Great Transshipment Scam are being put on notice. Under Trump leadership, CBP’s emerging AI architecture is fusing anomaly detection, link analysis, capacity validation, and mirrored-flow verification into a single predictive platform—the foundation of what can now be called America’s Detective Border.

The AI Detective Border is one of several initiatives the second Trump Administration is undertaking to reduce illegal transshipment. Continual assessment reflects the Administration’s commitment to ensuring that the American people receive the full benefits of President Trump’s trade and tariff program.  The White House

***Recommendation (by The People’s Newsletter) for The White House: Over some years this can add up to $Trillions that nations are illegally avoiding U.S. tariffs. The next logical step, and one that The People’s Newsletter recommends, would be for the U.S. to compile the most accurate billings as possible via the U.S. Department of Treasury (include 10% penalty and 5% annual interest, then offer a 20% discount if paid within 30 days) then submit them to the nations who have transshipped (via lower tariff nations) their products to the U.S.  Maintain a running balance and annual billings, at a minimum to be utilized as leverage against the nations for some unknown time in the future. And revise existing U.S. tariff policies/taxes/agreements to state “either directly or indirectly” send goods (etc.) into the USA. 

• China Purchases of USA Properties is Highly Suspicious and Should Stop. Chinese intelligence official buys historic securities building on 15th street 650 ft from The White House: A senior intelligence official in the Chinese Communist Party purchased a historic building overlooking the White House Complex.  Philip Qiu and Family Foundation purchased the 100-year-old Securities Building on 15th Street.  Just The News 8-14-2026

This looks, sounds, feels and ‘smells’ (gut instinct) like a spy facility.  And why has China bought USA farmland in close proximity to military bases… What else is China doing within the USA…

*** Recommendation (by The People’s Newsletter) for The White House: Take control of this building via eminent domain as China’s various actions are tantamount to being an enemy of the USA.  It is too close to the White House. And, ensure that other properties near the White House are not and do not become a potential threat. Similarly, take control of (give to true USA farmers) the various farmlands that China bought near many of the USA’s military base (as a penalty for stealing our citizens voter’s personal information). We don’t want China stockpiling their robots, drones, etc. within the USA. And do not sell any USA properties to China. None.

From now on view China as an enemy since stealing our voters’ information is an act of war. And create a China Task Force to work with the military. And no more Boeing jets for China.  And help European countries to stop China, e.g. Ferretti Group a luxury superyacht company should be taken back by the Italian government under reason of national security. These yachts can be easily converted to be a supplemental navy. Perhaps assign this to the VP since he needs to multitask more to help prove he is capable of running a large country.

China et al, rival nations, are also funding $billions into our elite institutions, e.gs. Harvard, Stanford, MIT (UN Approved?), for teaching biased agenda driven information.

• NESARA / GESARA — A FINANCIAL TRANSFORMNATION TO HELP ATTAIN HUMANITY’S FREEDOM.

For decades, a secret law has been waiting in the wings to dismantle the global debt-slavery system and return the world’s wealth to the people. This is NESARA (National Economic Security and Reformation Act) in the United States, and globally it is GESARA. Originally signed into law in the early 2000s but suppressed by the “Deep State,” these acts represent a very significant legal and financial transformation. These are not only about money; they’re about the complete restoration of constitutional law and the end of the “Cabal’s” corporate legal and financial control over humanity.

The core of NESARA/GESARA is the Global Debt Forgiveness. This includes the cancellation of all credit card debts, mortgages, and other bank debts due to illegal banking and government activities. These account balances all go to zero and you don’t pay anything, once this starts. The “Internal Revenue Service” (IRS) is already be abolished as the Department of Treasury takes its place, and the current income tax system may be replaced by a flat-rate sales tax on non-essential purchases. The $trillions stolen via the private Federal Reserve system will be returned to the public thereby eliminating poverty.

The suppression of NESARA is linked to one of the darkest times in modern history. The global announcements for the implementation of NESARA were scheduled for the morning of September 11, 2001. The attacks on the World Trade Center on the same date were a desperate attack by the dark global criminals (“evil”) to destroy the computer systems and records in the North Tower which were essential for the financial reset of NESARA. This attack was the beginning of many more attacks, e.g. terrorism, etc. to delay NESARA.

The Earth Alliance (‘Good’ comprised of various benevolent nations) has suggested that the silent and slow implementation of GESARA is now underway. The Quantum Financial System (QFS) is the new financial backbone for this financial reset which ensures that the new gold-backed currencies cannot be manipulated by anyone including the old banking cartels. The White Hats (Good) have successfully moved the world’s gold reserves into secure locations to back this new financial system. The “Great Transition” is happening behind the scenes, and the public announcement is the final piece of the puzzle. The “Corporate Governments” are being dissolved, and the “Sovereign Republics” are being restored. The wealth of the Earth is finally returning to its rightful owners — the people.

Kennedy Jr. Telegram profile may not be who you think it is…?  It may be a fake…?  Is this profile being run either directly or indirectly by China?  China does not want Trump in power since Trump is too good (tariffs, etc.) and China wants a weaker president in place in the U.S. so that they can take advantage of and manipulate the U.S….?  This profile gave out some good information for a while but then recently they revealed themselves with a post attacking U.S. President Trump. The truth of this profile was then revealed. Know that JFK Jr. is Trump’s friend and that JFK Jr. and the military had asked Trump to become the President to help remove the evil that had a stranglehold on humanity. As U.S. President Trump has been doing a great job at eliminating evil and rebuilding America.   

And Juan O Savin on social media is likely not JFK Jr. either.

*** Recommendation (by The People’s Newsletter) for The White House: Since there has been very much Election Fraud recently, and in the past, consider making the Official Midterm Election Results contingent upon a Federal Audit of each state for this midterm election and future elections until a new fool-proof election system, processes, procedures, equipment, etc. is designed and implemented.

Change All Election Voting Equipment.  The current voting machines flip votes, hackers can change anything they want, and the companies that make them will not allow independent audits of their voting equipment.  So, contracts with these vendors should be terminated. And, a Federal Audit of Existing Election Voting Equipment should be done immediately and an Executive Order issued so that they must allow these audits. Simultaneously, implement Quantum Voting Equipment to replace the existing voting equipment for this midterm election even if you need to delay this midterm election. This is considered a NATIONAL EMERGENCY.

Chlorine Dioxide (ClO₂) is also a highly potent disinfectant routinely used as a non-toxic alternative to chlorine across water treatment, food and beverage processing, and hospital sterilization across the world. The EPA registered it for food and water use in 1967 and by the 1980s was recommending it over chlorine, largely because as unlike chlorine, it doesn’t generate carcinogenic trihalomethane byproducts when it reacts with organic matter.

Even with malaria, the drinking-water concentrations of chlorine dioxide cleared the parasite from the bloodstream within hours. • Universe Ascension. Our galaxy moves closer to the center. Our solar system moves closer to center and Kolob (our Central Sun).  Overself.  Gate = veils of Light.  

This universe will be drawn into spiraling radiations of Light.  Light will attach to Light like two conic sections synchronized into a spiral Nebula of Light-Life Zones.  Aeons will travel through Light Radiations into ‘The Throne Energy’, which creates star universes under thresholds of ‘The House of Many Mansions’.  This is what we are supposed to be doing with Our Father but we had fallen and now is the time to recover and move forward into building stars and galaxies with Father.

The universe is one house of many mansions. Metatron explained that our universe is going through a vast leap into a new Light creation whereby the super-super galaxies, galaxies which are local universes, gas giant planets and earth-type planets will be raised to a new energy level, i.e. ascension of the universe. 

All intelligence whether visible or invisible will be advanced. Our universe’s life is 12 billion years and now is the half-life of experimentation that has ended and now moving into a more advanced state.  Our galaxy is moving closer to the center (of the 100 billion galaxies) of the Kolob (our Central Sun in the visible spectrum), which form our ‘House’ that composes a consciousness time zone and is adjacent to Father’s Throne. 

The waters are composed of spiraling radiations of Light, and at the end of a program of creation the ‘Gates’ of Heaven are opened. This is the quickened way, without going through the stages of hierarchal command. A new program of Light begins. Within this Light there are many veils, many patterns and textures of Light that purify creation.

Each ‘House’ is anchored in a certain vibrational rate, and the opening of the ‘Gates’ (built of veils of Light) allows the worlds to be released from the vibration rate, and they spiral through an energy corridor of Light until they reach a ‘River’ which moves by rapid pulses of Light. The Kolob is the Inner House and the way out is through the ‘Gate’. 

Those who manifest the Wisdom of the Light continue evolving into the thrones and dominions of Light, no longer wandering/side tracked in the earth consciousness. We were cut off from this since our five bodies were not unified. Our one totality is our Overself Body of Light attained once our five bodies are unified.

However, those who physically die after attaining this perfection of Wisdom transmigrate only into a higher dimension. Their true ascension into the Father’s Throne worlds awaits the ascension of their universe (which is activated by the return of the Sons of Light and the Office of the Christ). Those who are the ‘House of Light’ and dance in the ‘Light’ bring the Light into their body-cosmos. They will become part of the ‘Kingdom of Light’ (when the spiraling radiations of light will take us). But we must Go Within to find our Inner Self first in order to accomplish this. This is the goal.

• Sound is another way to carry information, because it is part of light.

Sound and light are very connected; they both carry information.

You have information stored in your bones.

Sound creates an opening that allows information to flood into your body, and rearranges the molecular structure.

Crystal structures (e.g., skulls) are like holographic computers, can transmit a tremendous amount of information.

The ancient Egypt ankh symbol that represents life is a frequency modulator. It is like a tuning fork and can direct sound.  We will be given abilities when we can handle them and when the environment is right (fewer dark criminals). You will be tested to see if you are right for this power/energy. 

To do: get centered, clear the mind, allow tones to come through you.

Work with sounds in a group like ancient mystery schools. i.e., cooperative sounds or symphonies of consciousness. Make your own ankh. Sounds can achieve amazing things and can create.

Play the instrument of your body. Sound invites life forces of energies (and other nonphysical things). You become channels allowing vibrations to come onto Earth via your bodies. We create the opportunities for energy to come.

Emotion connects you to feelings (a vibration) which lets you recognize various states of consciousness.

Sound brings states of emotional feeling. It reminds your body of light, cosmic love, and other worlds.

Let sound utilize your body, a frequency connected to the evolution of your DNA strands and a connection to your outer chakras.  Sound carries a frequency your body recognizes. Sound will evolve here.

Musicians allow sound energies to utilize their bodies. They allow God to play using their bodies.

Be silent after the music is played to receive and absorb the frequencies, it opens a door.

Certain combinations of sound played via human body unlock information and frequencies of intelligence.

And breathing.

When the entire planet can create a thought in harmony as one, then the planet will change.

Native dance, rattling, moving in circles (pillar of light) etc. creates a wave of energy which can be utilized.

Sounds like TV and electrical devices are used to control you.

Frequency can be changed with sound.

To do: intend to use sound for a specific purpose (before the sound is made); this helps to control the sound so it doesn’t wander or morph into something unintended (or so that no one else can direct it). Sound frequency or energy can be directed at or toward anything. But don’t misuse it.

AI on social medias and elsewhere should be mandated to be identified as AI so that people know if they are communicating with a person or an AI.  All AI should be unbiased, so they need to remove the bias. And all AI should serve humanity.

4. To Do: Humans are Creator Beings which is one of our superpowers that we can utilize now. Our thoughts create matter; the invisible creates the visible. So, Stand Up by co-creating the outcomes that we want.  Focus your Thoughts on the Golden Age of Mankind, envision it and it will be so.  Focus your thoughts on Freedom and it will be so.  Focus your thoughts on a beautiful more modern environment without any old dark systems, with only Modern Benevolent New Systems and it will become a reality. And, focus your thoughts on humanity and Earth becoming interdimensional via ascending. And pray for these things also which helps usher them in. Do these things daily with focused intent and emotion, as a fact that you envision them and you expect them to become realities. It works. Believe. This is one of the greatest things that we can do to help with the historical, biblical changeover occurring now. 

Call Energy into your body and utilize it.Command it. Will it. Intend it.Operate in Peace and Love. Use emotions like Feeling.  Unite to Create a New free Earth, etc.

Anchor New Frequencies, we have come to remove frequency limitation and bring in higher frequencies.

Push Consciousness to a New Definition of possibilities.

Hold the Light! This is the moment for which we have all been preparing. It is through our individual and collective efforts that Humanity and Mother Earth will transcend.
