Democrat Leader Arrested After Admitting What He Did To Trump:

Just recently, a Democratic county chairman in North Carolina was taken into custody for allegedly stealing Trump signs off a roadside last week. Upon admitting to the theft of Trump campaign posters, which he then stored in his truck, Lowell Simon, the County Chair of Moore County, North Carolina, is challenged with two misdemeanor larceny charges. These accusations are brought against him because he admitted to the theft.

 

Moore, who is 68 years old, is also involved in the campaign for a seat in the House of Representatives of the state of North Carolina. It is troubling that the signs are said to have been stolen, especially when one considers the critical role that North Carolina plays as a swing state. According to the reports, the authorities saw Simon take down the banners before they pursued him to his flat and confronted him about the situation. Immediately following the occurrence, the Moore County Democratic Party made the announcement that Simon had resigned from his political post.

 

“The deputy, who was responding to an unrelated call at the time, later followed up at Simon’s residence, where the signs were found in his vehicle,” per a statement from the Sheriff’s office. After the signs were locating in Simon’s possession, they were confiscated and returned to the owner. “Simon admitted to removing the signs, which were then recovered and returned to their original owner,” he said.

 

In response to his resignation, the Moore County Democratic Party wrote on Facebook, “While we appreciate the hard work and dedication he has shown to the Democratic Party and the community, the Moore County Democratic Party cannot and will not condone the tampering of political signs or any other illegal activity. Mr. Simon has offered an apology for his actions, as well as his resignation, both of which have been accepted by the MCDP.”

 

Simon, however, made an effort to justify his conduct, stating that he thought the Trump placards were blocking other signs he had put up in favor of Democratic gubernatorial candidate Josh Stein. He clarified that he had been annoyed for months by the interference with his displays, including other Democratic-supporting banners.

 

“I’ve been telling people for years don’t touch opposition signs, but I was [mad],” he said, as reported by WRAL News, noting that his emotions got the better of him during the incident. “My worse angels got the better of me and I removed the signs,” he added. “I shouldn’t have done that. I didn’t do it in the stealth of night or anything. I did it when it was five o’clock in the afternoon.”

 

Simon maintained that the law has to be upheld, accepting that he must face consequences for his actions. “If people are going to break the law, myself included, there should be consequences,” he said. “But, the law should be applied equally. I understand that sometimes you catch the criminal and sometimes you don’t, but it has to be applied equally.”

Tyrus, a Fox News contributor and former professional wrestler, became a little teary-eyed during an interview with former President Donald Trump. Tyrus mentioned during the talk how they initially met on the set of Greg Gutfeld’s late-night show on Fox News.

 

Trump chatted with Tyrus, his wife, and his daughters following the performance. The Fox News anchor and legendary professional wrestler observed during this cordial conversation how Trump spoke to his kids as though he were their own grandfather, talking about his daughter’s horses and her own goals and objectives.

Tyrus said during the 30-minute discussion that Trump should implement a tax policy that would benefit law enforcement and military people if he were elected president next month.

Predictably, Hollywood has pushed back on the promotion of this film, fearing that it could boost fervor on the right and among independents, with Election Day just weeks away.

Prominent republican pollster John McLaughlin discussed these high-profile snubbing with the New York Post earlier this week, pointing to the radical left’s desire to silence anybody who defies their radical agenda. 

“Ronald Reagan was one of the most successful presidents in history. They’re trying to censor his success,” McLaughlin told the New York Post. 

 

The famous pollster then added, “Absolutely it’s liberal bias, Democratic bias … It’s big Tech, Big Media that doesn’t want to do something to help Donald Trump.”

As McLaughlin noted in his recent remarks, the radical Left will do anything to silence anybody who dares to step in the way of their radical agenda. 

Meanwhile, many on the left claim that Donald Trump and his supporters are responsible for the mass proliferation of so-called “misinformation.”

Justice at Risk: My Court Case over a Meme:

 

I am Eduard Pröls, the Campaign Director for Germany at CitizenGO. As you might remember, I have spent the past year fending off criminal charges thanks to my work defending and promoting our shared values. And today I'm writing to give you the latest updates.

 

The case went back to court this week and there is both good news and bad.

To recap the situation, last year a group of LGTB  -activists filed a criminal complaint accusing me of “Incitement of the people” because they objected to a meme I shared on CitizenGO’s Facebook page. The meme depicted pedophile activists using LGBT ideology as a trojan horse to make pedophilia accepted by society.

 

You only need to look at how children, not just in Germany, but across the world. They are being constantly targeted with obscenity and explicit materials designed to prematurely sexualize them in schools and across all sections of the media, in the name of ‘education,’ to realize that something is afoot.

The term ‘grooming’ is now frequently used by concerned commentators to describe this non-stop indoctrination of children. 

 

Despite the fact the meme was not posted on my personal social, but on CitizenGO Germany’s Facebook page as part of a global campaign, the prosecutor nonetheless decided that I should be held personally liable and that by sharing it, I was expressing the opinion that everyone who identifies as LGBT, is a pedophile!

Based on this false interpretation, I was therefore potentially guilty of spreading hate against the LGBT community and ought to be sentenced for committing a hate crime and incitement of the people.

 

I cannot tell you how utterly terrifying it is to suddenly be facing serious criminal allegations that usually result in a jail sentence simply for posting a meme in the course of your job. You can only imagine the sleepless nights and the stress. 

 

I couldn’t believe it when in February 2024, the local court at Kulmbach, Germany, actually followed the prosecutor’s flawed reasoning and, found me guilty, sentencing me to a monetary fine of €6,000 (approximately $9,000 CAD).

Obviously, we decided to appeal this case, not simply for my benefit but to defend everyone’s right to free speech and the appeal case was heard at Bayreuth regional court just over a week ago on Monday October 7, 2024.

 

Common sense prevailed when the judges there concluded that I did not commit any hate crime, as the attempts by some pedophiles to “normalize” pedophilia as part of the LGBT movement exist.

Both CitizenGO and I were naturally delighted by this acquittal!

 

However, it doesn’t end there. Yesterday the prosecutor announced that they are going to continue the attempted prosecution and take their case to a higher regional court to get my acquittal overturned. They seem absolutely determined to make an example out of me and set a legal precedent allowing people to be criminally pursued for nothing more than posting memes!

 

This means another six to eight months (or even more) of insecurity and fear about what the higher regional court will decide. More sleepless nights, more worries…

But I know that I have God on my side, and that I have you on my side!

 

Whereas “incitement of the people” used to be a very serious crime in the past, it is - not only in Germany - being used increasingly against everyone who disagrees with woke sentiments; especially those who resist the LGBT agenda.

Claiming “this is “hate speech” about whatever statement the radical left does not like, is having a chilling effect on free speech.

 

Categorizing legitimate political and social commentary and freedom of expression as ‘hate speech’ is now a common tactic used to silence people like you and I, especially if they are professing Christian beliefs and values.

Under the leadership of Governor Tim Walz, Minnesota has allocated state funds to support an organization offering wilderness excursions for children as young as 11, where they can openly discuss “qu**rness” with a transgender adult.

 

These trips are organized by Clean River Partners, which received $10,500 from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR).

The program in question, titled “Qu**r Unity, Environmental Education, and Recreation for Youth,” is designed to provide a supportive space for LGBTQ youth to explore both nature and their identities.

 

The initiative is led by Heron Mahr, who describes themselves as a “trans non-binary naturalist, youth educator, and community engagement professional” and uses “they/them” pronouns. Mahr, along with other adults, offers monthly outdoor activities in Northfield and Faribault.

 

According to promotional material on Instagram, the program’s goal is to allow LGBTQ youth to connect, learn new skills, and explore the intersection of nature and identity.

 

Mahr noted that parents are encouraged not to attend these events, explaining that the absence of parents helps participants build independence in the outdoors. “Ample adult supervision” is provided by Mahr, a student from Carleton College named Vio Csedrik, and occasional guest instructors.

 

Csedrik is a member of a drag organization at the college and works closely with the group. Mahr emphasized that the program is exclusively for middle and high school students who identify as gay or are questioning their identities.

When asked about parental involvement, Jennifer Tonko, the executive director of Clean River Partners, clarified to The Daily Wire that “parents aren’t banned from attending the program,” but that it is structured to cater primarily to youth.

 

She emphasized that the focus of the program is to foster “a sense of safety and belonging” in outdoor environments for LGBTQ+ youth, with sessions covering a range of outdoor skills such as trail navigation and plant identification.

Governor Walz has been a vocal advocate for LGBTQ+ rights throughout his career, recently taking part in an event organized by a group that promotes transgender issues among children.

In addition, parents of transgender children have voiced their support for Walz’s campaign alongside Vice President Kamala Harris.

 

A recent “Trans Families for Harris” event highlighted Walz as a consistent ally of the LGBTQ+ community, with one organizer praising his long-standing advocacy.

Both Governor Walz and his wife, Gwen Walz, have a history of supporting LGBTQ+ youth during their time as high school teachers. Tim Walz previously advised his school’s Gay-Straight Alliance, while Gwen Walz initiated discussions about s*xual orientation with students on the first day of school. Sounds like a great use of school time and resources…

 

Regarding the decision to fund Clean River Partners, a DNR spokesperson told The Daily Wire that the program was selected as part of the No Child Left Inside (NCLI) competitive grant program.

The project scored well in key areas such as program design, feasibility, and financial need. The spokesperson also clarified that “parents can participate” in the program if they choose to.

 

Minnesota is not alone in supporting programs of this nature. Earlier this month, The Daily Wire reported that the federal government is preparing to grant $50,000 to a similar organization based in Oregon, which also provides outdoor experiences for LGBTQ youth.

 

The Oregon-based group, Northwest Youth Corps, will use the funds to further its work in promoting inclusivity among gay youth.
