The great preacher and author A. W. Tozer wrote, “When God made the human soul in His own image, He did so that we might act according to that Divine nature.” Only humans are created according to God’s own image. Neither angels nor animals can claim that distinction. Part of bearing God’s image means we have the sovereign ability to make choices. 

 

In Deuteronomy 30:19-20, God spoke through Moses to the children of Israel, saying, “I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; that you may love the Lord your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days.”

We all have been given the agency and capacity to choose many different things in our lives. For instance, we can choose to either go to the mountains or the beach. We choose what we want for lunch, whether that be a hot dog or a hamburger. But we can also make moral choices that will lead to life or death, good or evil, blessing or cursing. Therefore, we are not preprogrammed or doomed to a particular fate because God has built us with the ability to make choices. Why is that important? Because God created us with personhood and personality so that we can relate to Him, and He to us, unlike anything else He created. That’s how precious we are in His sight. 

 

So, the question remains, what will you do with the ability to choose that God has placed inside you? I encourage you today to make God-honoring choices that lead to blessing and goodness. Choose life!

These credentials allow them access into the DoW buildings, which includes the Pentagon. And the press is outraged! How dare they have to be accompanied throughout the facilities by an escort! And how it is unthinkable that they have to acknowledge that there will be consequences for leakers of classified or sensitive information (not the journalists, but the employees of the DoW)!

 

At this point in time, only OANN has signed the memo, and therefore OANN is the only Pentagon press corps member. Good on them!

Well, I read the various news articles carefully (there is not a link available to the actual memo - which is weird) and am not outraged. It all seems very… sensible to me.

Satan’s Century [1917 – 2017]

Thank you Phil for sending me [Patrick] quotes from the book which discussed the Fatima prophecy of Russia spreading her errors after 2017 and also the vision of Pope Leo in 1886 when God said He would give Satan one hundred years to test the church.  

 

As I have said for years, I believe that the century was 1917 to 2017 and I am now convinced even more since I have AI to assist in my search for evidence.  

 

I now believe that "the Church" God was talking about was both the Church in Russia and the Roman Church.  The latter has certainly been tested by the reforms of Vatican II and infiltration by Freemasons, homosexuals and communists while the Russian Orthodox was completely conquered.  The Roman church had great crusaders like ratings winner Bishop Sheen and Fr. Peyton who preached in stadiums like Billy Graham and impacted Hollywood even more so.  And a great pope, St. John Paul II who gave us a Catechism free of progressive thinking.

Meanwhile the Orthodox Church succumbed to Communism completely.  The bonds were broken in 2018 when the Russian Orthodox Church broke communion with the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople over a dispute about governance of the Church in Ukraine.  Here's how AI describes it:
