It is easy to conclude from this verse that God was moving powerfully and uniquely in the early days of the church.
While that observation is accurate, it doesn’t mean He has stopped moving in equal measure today. That God continues to use His people to proclaim the gospel to a lost, broken world is the fulfillment of Jesus’s great commission. “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19).
Fast forward to our current day. Is God any less powerful to accomplish now what He did then? Certainly not! He is simply utilizing different means. Consider the power and utility of the technology available today. The Apostle Paul said that the faith of the first-century believer was spoken of throughout the whole world. Wouldn’t that be truer today since information now travels at the speed of light? God has provided a greater ability and efficiency to reach millions per hour, per preacher, per ministry!
The ability to have a truly anointed, Holy Spirit-empowered sermon go out around the world in real time is, in my opinion, proof positive that we are nearing the Last Days. My hope and belief is that if you have experienced Christ’s liberating gospel, then you, too, are ranked among those whose faith is spoken of throughout the whole world. Not because it is garnering attention based on your ability, but because your faith rests upon what Jesus accomplished through His suffering on the cross.
I leave you with this challenge: Ask God how you could be used to spread the gospel to a dying world, and then watch what He will do through you!

Toronto Police bent on Intimidating Journalists while pro-Hamas Activism goes Unchecked

In a recent radio interview, Mayor Olivia Chow hinted that the Toronto Police may be avoiding laying hate crime charges during the protests because of a high-ranking police lawyer.
On Friday’s episode of The Ezra Levant Show, Ezra discussed how the Toronto police have taken offence at an ad displayed on the Rebel News billboard truck.
Detailing how he grew up in Calgary, a city with a small Jewish population, before travelling to Toronto, home to a far larger number of Jewish residents, Ezra explained how there was once harmony in the city.
Jewish people could be found working as doctors and lawyers, even the great mayor, Mel Lastman, was Jewish. They worked alongside Italians in construction and got along well with the sizeable Greek population.
At least, that's what things seemed like growing up, he said.
Since October 7, 2023, when Hamas terrorists attacked Israel, the area of Toronto where most Jews live has seen unrelenting marches, protests and demonstrations, and even violent incidents.
“They would use words that might seem cryptic to ordinary Canadians, like ‘from the river to the sea,’ but that just means extinguishing all Jews within its geography, from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea,” Ezra explained.
“Globalize the intifada,” another common slogan from the pro-Hamas crowd, is based on an Arabic word meaning pogrom or a riot,” Ezra continued.
These atrocious ideas are now playing out in the West — like the attack at Australia's Bondi Beach, where two Muslim migrant terrorists shot dead 15 people at a Hanukkah celebration.
“We haven't had a massacre on that scale in Canada yet, but I fear it's only a matter of time,” warned Ezra.
Conversations about how a similar incident could happen in Canada, and what could be done to prevent it, have been happening in the city, including on the radio, where Mayor Olivia Chow hinted that the Toronto police may be avoiding laying hate crime charges during the protests because of a high-ranking police lawyer.

I haven't detailed our non-existent fishing industry the EU paid to destroy, or the farmers being paid NOT to produce food they could sell for more than they get paid to do nothing, don't even go there…
I haven't mentioned what it costs us to be asset-stripped like this, nor have I mentioned immigration, nor the risk to our security if control of our armed forces is passed to Brussels or Germany.
Find something that’s gone the other way, I’ve looked and I just can’t.
