We received four pages of documents from the district attorney’s office in Butler County, Pennsylvania, detailing the extensive preparation of local police for the rally at which former President Trump was shot.Local Pennsylvania law enforcement has been more transparent about the Trump assassination attempt than the Biden-Harris administration, which is in full cover-up mode.
The preparation by local officials included sniper teams, counter-assault teams, and a quick response force.On August 9, in response to a separate open records request, we also obtained bodycam footage of the July 13 assassination events from the Butler Township Police Department.We received today’s records in response to July 26, 2024, Pennsylvania Right To Know Request for:
All records and documents related to President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign rally that was held in Butler, PA, on July 13, 2024, including but not limited to:
1) site security plans, risk or threat assessments, designation of security perimeters, plans for responding to suspicious activity or an active threat or attack, memoranda of understanding, or other documents establishing roles and responsibilities of federal agencies and state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) law enforcement partner agencies, and associated chains of command.
2) All audio/video/photographic recordings captured on body-worn cameras or other electronic devices in your possession.
Please provide records from July 1, 2024, to present.
Included with the documents were two photographs of Matthew Crooks, the shooter, who was killed by law enforcement snipers.

On July 9th, at 10:17 p.m., Sgt. Edward Lenz, Adams Township Police Department, Mars, PA, emails Richard Goldinger, with a “cc” To William Mayhugh, with the subject: “Butler ESU Deployment” Request/ Presidential Rally 7 /13/24”.
The email states:
Good evening Rich!I just want to ensure you have the information and details regarding the request for Butler ESU to assist this Saturday at the presidential candidate rally:
Butler Twp PD and the US Secret Service have requested our assistance at the rally. I have had several discussions with the USSS, and as of today they are requesting assistance from us with providing sniper/ overwatch support, counterassault teams, and a quick reaction force.
Our current plan is to provide 2 sniper elements, 2 mobile counterassault teams, and a quick reaction force.
· The sniper elements would provide overwatch for the rally and would work in conjunction with the secret service counter-sniper unit
· The counterassault teams would be dedicated teams that would respond to and address an attack directed at the presidential candidate inside of the venue, whether it be a coordinated attack with multiple assailants, or a single attacker.
· The quick response force would be dedicated to respond to and address any high-risk incidents occurring outside of the venue.
They would not respond to civil disturbances – this would be handled by uniformed members of PSP. The QRF would assist PSP at the request of incident commander, and upon the approval of the ESU commander.
This will be manpower intensive, and Beaver County ESU and Washington County SWAT have agreed to supplement with manpower – Beaver ESU is going to send their armor with 6-8 operators, and Washington County SWAT is going to send a sniper element along with 3-4 operators. The request for assistance will be officially made through Region 13.
Our current plan is to rally at 0900 for a briefing, and to be operational by 1100. As long as the timeline doesn’t shift, we should be releasing the assisting agencies by 1830, but I expect Butler ESU to remain operational until a majority of the farm snow grounds has been cleared.
We have a law enforcement walkthrough at the farm show Thursday at 1000 , and Bill is coming to that as well I believe.As always, if you have any questions let me know, and I will follow up with more information should anything in our plan change!

We are pursuing the next steps in preparation for litigation.Were there others involved in the assassination attempt on Trump? If not, then why would the FBI use the excuse of protecting someone’s right to a fair trial to hide records on the FBI’s and Secret Service’s inexcusable failures to protect Trump from being nearly assassinated. Soros Spends $117 Million to Elect, Control Leftist County ProsecutorsOne reason our streets aren’t safe is the soft-on-crime prosecutors supported by George Soros. Our Corruption Chronicles blog reports.
In a scheme to promote a radical leftwing overhaul of the U.S. justice system, billionaire George Soros has spent about $117 million in the last few years to elect then control dozens of liberal county prosecutors throughout the nation, a new report reveals.
Once elected the prosecutors, typically known as district attorneys who represent the government in criminal cases, meet regularly with representatives from Soros-funded nonprofits that coordinate and manage the chief officials responsible for upholding and enforcing the law in their respective districts.
The Soros machine orders prosecutors to practice leftist policies that are soft on crime, target police and political opponents. The district attorneys are also directed not to enforce certain laws such as those protecting children from chemical castration and genital mutilation, procedures justified by the left as “life-saving gender-affirming” for transgender individuals.
The extraordinary details of the robust Soros effort to overhaul the nation’s justice system by embedding leftist prosecutors throughout the country were uncovered during a year-long investigation by the Media Research Center (MRS). Dedicated to documenting and combating the falsehoods and censorship of the news media, the Washington D.C.-based group examined thousands of pages of documents that show a “shocking level” of control by the Soros-funded nonprofits over many county prosecutors.
“The Soros machine sets their policies and priorities, staffs their offices with hand-picked leftists, dictates media narratives, lobbies government officials and perverts the American justice system,” the MRC probe found. The investigation determined that the Soros enterprise dedicated at least $40 million to help elect 126 prosecutors and an additional $77,663,316 to the leftist nonprofits that issue their marching orders once they are in office.
MRC used public records requests to obtain 7,785 pages of internal communications from dozens of Soros-backed prosecutors and examined official files as well as electronic mail, text messages, chats, and other communications. The documents expose how the Hungarian billionaire’s groups directed the liberal prosecutors to manipulate laws involving drugs, abortion, illegal immigration, election integrity, capital punishment and even childhood sex changes.
One of the key groups directing the local prosecutors is Fair and Justice Prosecution (FJP), a nonprofit committed to promoting a justice system grounded in fairness, equity and compassion. “Great strides have been made in promoting justice reforms that recognize that prior ‘tough on crime’ and incarceration-driven practices have not always resulted in safer or healthier communities,” according to FJP.
The group is a sponsored project of the Tides Center, another Soros-funded conglomerate dedicated to advancing social justice. “FJP held at least 51 private meetings and published 33 formal statements and pledges that contained signatures from prosecutors within its network between 2021 and 2022 alone,” the MRC report
Examples include 508 communications—emails, virtual meetings, in-person conversations—between San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin’s office and FJP during an 18-month period, averaging at least one communication a day. Five county prosecutors in Texas worked so closely that they created a shared group chat to strategize on refusing to enforce statutes that ran afoul of their leftist political views. Combined, the elected officials represent over seven million Texans and the documents reviewed by MRC show they strategized to undermine political opponents, including the state’s Republican attorney general.
“At least 30 percent of the U.S. population currently lives under the boot of the Soros prosecutors who were pressured to sign pledges vowing to adhere to various Soros priorities,” the report says, adding that the “Soros machine” arranged dozens of joint statements and pledges signed by 123 of the 126 prosecutors vowing to adhere to the leftist billionaire’s priorities.
Besides embedding like-minded county prosecutors nationwide, the records obtained by MRC show that Soros also spent at least $35 million to support anti-police groups and causes in one year alone after George Floyd’s death. His beloved FJP defended the violence and racial unrest triggered by the Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Antifa movements, accusing the American criminal justice system of being systematically racist. Soros’s Open Society Foundations (OSF) also dedicated $220 million for racial justice and black empowerment in the aftermath of Floyd’s death.

The saga of RINOs (Republicans in Name Only) trying to clutch their pearls in the face of Donald Trump’s national success is long. As soon as Donald Trump announced his candidacy in 2015, the “buttoned up” Republicans who were appalled that a political outsider would throw their hat in the ring were crying and wailing.
There was literally a push from powerful Republicans like Mitt Romney — the ringleader of RINOS, some would say — to have the establishment do whatever it could to thwart the Trump campaign. These schemes just weren’t enough to overcome the overwhelming grassroots support Donald Trump had to win the nomination and eventually the general election against Hillary Clinton.
While Donald Trump has enjoyed a lot more support this cycle compared to 2016, there’s still a handful of Republican betrayers who are trying to be a thorn in the side of Donald Trump, even if they are powerless and are just trying to go down swinging in anger that Donald Trump reshaped their “precious” Bush-era GOP.
Another Day, More RINO Crying About Trump on Leftist Mainstream Media
In a recent appearance on MSNBC’s Deadline: White House, former Republican Congressman David Jolly shared his deep concerns about the possibility of his daughter growing up under a second Trump presidency. Jolly, who represented Florida’s 13th Congressional District, expressed his unease during a discussion with host Nicolle Wallace, highlighting the stark divisions that continue to define the political landscape.
Jolly, now a vocal critic of Donald Trump and the GOP, recounted a telling moment with his young daughter. Despite not fully understanding politics, she expressed support for Vice President Kamala Harris, casually stating, “I’m on her team,” even though she couldn’t quite explain why. Jolly reflected on how this simple, innocent declaration supposedly demonstrates a broader sentiment among Americans who feel disillusioned by Trump’s divisive rhetoric and behavior.
“This is what’s making it so difficult for Trump to regain the broad support he once had,” Jolly remarked. “A lot of people see him as divisive, they’re fatigued by his constant controversies, and they genuinely view him as a threat to democracy. But this is 2024, not 2016. The country has seen a Biden-Harris administration that’s focused on building an economy that benefits everyone, expanding access to healthcare and education, and representing America on the world stage with decency and strength.”
Jolly pointed out that these tangible efforts from the current administration have created a coalition of voters who, while not necessarily aligned with a specific ideology, are increasingly united by their aversion to Trump. “They may not be able to label the ideology, but they know it doesn’t offend them. And at the heart of it all, the real issue for them is Donald Trump,” he added.
Jolly’s journey from Republican lawmaker to staunch Trump critic is well-known. He officially left the Republican Party in 2018, citing his discomfort with the party’s unwavering support for Trump and his belief that Democrats should take control of the House of Representatives. Since then, he has consistently used his platform to voice concerns about Trump’s impact on the country.
“Back in 2017 or 2018, when our daughter was just born, I remember sitting with Brian Williams and saying I hoped Trump would be out of office before she was old enough to even know who he was. Now we’re living in that reality, trying to shield our children from the chaos and division. We’re holding onto the hope that they might grow up knowing a President Harris, not a President Trump. And that’s a sentiment shared by millions of Americans who simply don’t want Donald Trump leading this country again,” Jolly added.
The RINO Race Refuses To Go Extinct
This is a prime example of how RINOs who are completely irrelevent these days are just desperate to go down swinging at Trump in anger that they aren’t welcome in the modern conservative movement.
This election is no different. While there’s far fewer RINOs in 2024 in the Republican Party than in 2016, they still want to do what they can to get in Trump’s way and prevent him from winning another term in the White House. It’s clutching pearls like it’s 2016 all over again.
Why else would you be a “Republican For Harris” when Kamala Harris is one of the most anti-conservative politicians around. She’s literally sold herself to the radical “progressive” movement in exchange for relevancy and success on the national stage.
Oh, that’s right. That’s exactly what those establishment RINOs do too. Sell themselves to the Washington, D.C. machine just to stay in the limelight as long as they can. Shameful.

The leading reason for this opposition is crime. A staggering 49% of those polled cited crime as their top concern, with 28% emphasizing that illegal immigration opens the door for criminals and terrorists.
Additionally, 26% pointed out the economic and healthcare burdens, while 16% are concerned about dangerous individuals entering the country, and 5% worry about drugs and dealers flooding in.
“Overall, these numbers reflect the fact that voters see America as both a nation of immigrants and a nation of laws,” said RMG Research president Scott Rasmussen. He added that voters understand the desire to come to America but are furious with the federal government for enabling and encouraging illegal immigration.
In a separate poll, an overwhelming 75% said they support sending U.S. troops to “challenge drug cartels and secure the border.” This figure has surged since President Biden took office, including 90% of Republicans and 62% of Democrats.
These findings align with several other polls showing that the American public views the situation at the border as an invasion. A Rasmussen Reports poll found nearly two-thirds agree with that assessment, while 70% see border security as a critical national security issue, and 72% acknowledge the ongoing crisis.
Texas has been at the forefront of this issue, reframing the debate by introducing the concept of an invasion, with 55 counties declaring it as such and 60 issuing disaster declarations due to the border crisis.
Support for building a border wall, a hallmark policy of former President Donald Trump, remains strong.
A Monmouth University Polling Institute report found that a majority support the construction of a border wall, a project that Biden terminated on his first day in office.
Concerns over illegal immigration have reached new heights under Biden’s administration. The Monmouth report revealed that over 80% of those polled view illegal immigration as a “very serious (61%) or somewhat serious (23%) problem.”
The frustration is particularly palpable in Texas. A University of Texas/Texas Politics Project poll found a majority of Texans, including Hispanics and Blacks, favor building a wall and taking strong border security measures. Additionally, Texas Democrats are increasingly gravitating toward Trump’s policies.
In total, 65% of Texas voters back the state’s efforts to build its own wall and barriers, with 57% supporting the installation of marine buoys in the Rio Grande River and 66% advocating for deploying additional state police and military resources to the border.
A majority of Hispanic Texas voters, 56%, disapprove of Biden’s handling of immigration and border security, the UT/TPP poll revealed.
Another UT/TPP poll found overwhelming support for Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s border security initiatives under Operation Lone Star, including the installation of marine barriers, construction of a border wall, deployment of additional resources, and the busing of illegal immigrants northward.
These findings mirror those from The Center Square Voters’ Voice polls conducted with Noble Predictive Insights. One poll found that 82% of Americans are concerned about border security, with 50% believing the situation has worsened under the Biden-Harris administration.
Another poll from March found that 62% of voters think the U.S. is heading in the wrong direction under Biden and Harris, with illegal immigration nearly tying inflation as the top concern.
The American public is also increasingly in favor of states taking the reins on border security, supporting Texas and other states in their efforts to protect their borders as the federal government fails to do so.

Yesterday commenter Cassander linked to a bracing discussion of the Trump campaign and the presidential race generally, featuring Tucker with Dave Smith. Smith, a rabid libertarian, had some extremely sensible things to say, along with the usual libertarian twaddle about everyone doing their own thing. I encourage all Trump supporters to give it a listen, with your critical thinking caps on. You may not—I hope—agree with all of it, but both Tucker and Smith make numerous trenchant observations.
Among Smith’s key points:
· Trump needs to run an anti-establishment campaign. You know—like in 2016. Stop doing very dumb things like, attacking Joe Rogan? Why? Anti-establishment types are on your side. Your base loves those types. Instead, Smith argues, Trump he seems to be running a “me too” campaign in many respects, especially with regard to war.
· Embrace his anti-war base. Americans don’t want war and they don’t like genocide—knock it off with the pro-genocide stuff! Threatening to deport the majority of Americans who happen to abhor genocide—labeling them as somehow “anti-semites”—is a very dumb thing to say. Americans aren’t that dumb, and that talk turns them off. As it should. Embracing the genocidal fringe elements who want to conduct a censorial search and destroy campaign across America is not the way to goose the turnout that you need. A me-tooist embrace of censorship is a losing issue.
OK, as I wrote yesterday, Trump has been running an ambiguous campaign, in which he seems to speak out of both corners of his mouth—a trick nobody ever seems to pull off convincingly. He seems to think that he can fool more people by leaving them scratching their heads over what he really stands for. For example:
I encourage Netanyahu to stop killing all those people for God’s sake, even if they are only Palestinians—but, hey, go for the victory.
I want to be friendly with Iran. Maybe.
C’mon, which is it? What would you do to stop the genocide—or would you do anything beyond offering “encouragement”? You’re running for POTUS, for God’s sake, for CinC. Enough of the coded lingo. Yes, these are complex issues, but surely there are better, more effective, ways to talk about them than the way Trump has gone about it. Who was it that said something about vomiting the lukewarm out of his mouth? Well, Smith and Tucker had a lot to say about that. Trump seems to have forgotten that it was his seeming straight talk that got him elected before. I would add that the impression of being a straight talker is what can goose the turnout among leaners—and a Trump victory, now as in the past, will be about turnout.
Smith also said something that I harped on in the recent past, and it brings us back to Trump’s me-tooist flirtation with censorship of normal Americans for the donor class. In addition to running an anti-war campaign, Trump should be making a huge issue about government and big tech/media censorship. Instead he has almost nothing to say about that huge issue and even promises to implement it—for his preferred donors. This, even though big tech/media censorship affects him and his base more than anyone else. What’s up with that? How hard can it be to identify an issue like that that will resonate with lots of people? How hard can it be to avoid identifying yourself with such fundamentally un-American ideas?
Something that neither Smith nor Tucker bring up—perhaps because of their libertarianism. A week or so ago I listened to a long interview with Tulsi. I wrote here about what an effective communicator she is, and especially when she talks about issues that appear to be genuinely close to her heart. Like families and not using drugs and surgery on children to enhance their cross dressing experiences. I get that people are suspicious of her based on her past, but she does actually appear to have some identifiable convictions that she’s not afraid to enunciate.
Those convictions just happen to put her where normal people live, and so far she hasn’t wavered. In a two hour interview, Tulsi repeatedly returned to the issue that she’s been all over for years now—the whole T agenda. Back a week or so ago I urged that bringing Tulsi on as the face of the Trump campaign for social issues generally would be a very smart move—even with her somewhat checkered past. Bringing her on board for debate prep is a good first step, but Trump needs more of that type of communication out front and center.
Speaking of which.

Tucker and Smith had a good exchange on the Dem meme of “weird”, contrasting the real world weirdness of Kama Sutra and Tim—kissing your spouse with a mask on, shaking your spouse’s hand—with the normality of Trump and Vance.
That was all good, but here’s Gorsuch—who does write some excellent opinions—once again siding with Sotomayor and her gang. How weird is it for a highly educated adult male, husband, and father of daughters to vote for forcing women to allow men into their locker rooms and bathrooms? It’s very weird. It’s every bit as weird as any of the stuff KS and Tim have done. And that should tell you all you need to know about the danger of allowing libertarians like Gorsuch into critical decision-making positions. I suggest unleashing Tulsi on Gorsuch. She could find a way to do it even though he was a Trump appointee.

Compared to others I served with, I think my time in the Corps was rather unremarkable. I deployed to Iraq, did my duty, and I’m proud of my service. But I was lucky. There were some scary moments, but it wasn’t like you’d see in the movies.
My time in the Corps was nothing compared to the sacrifices made by generations of Marines that came before me - and a lot in my own generation. We ask so much of our men and women deployed around the globe. And they do it with honor and humility.
That’s what keeps me going every single day. Our veterans and servicemen, young and old, need to know we have their backs.

1) President Trump signed an executive order that basically declared a State of Emergency in every area – giving the President Authority to take down these Elites across the planet.

3) The 850th Military Battalion from the Arizona National Guard was mobilized with all 800 personnel and sent to GITMO for a 9 monthly deployment to help guard — 40 Prisoners? Apparently the last insane President regulated that all Nation Guard Units to deploy for 1 year every 3 years — which completely destroys any one’s ability to find a job in the National Guard. Hey boss – I can work for you only 2 years out of 3 years? Speculation within the 850th MP’s is that the US is preparing for a huge influx of prisoners into GITMO that are very well off as the base also just received $800 Million Dollars to rebuild not only the Base Housing but the prison itself.
4) Over 200 Elite CEO’s in America resigned immediately following the signing of the State of Emergency Act signed by the President.
