It seems that’s true for congressional staff too.

Toxic and delusional

Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-SC 1) has seen her entire D.C. office turn over since November 1 as former staff members described a “toxic” work culture driven by a “delusional” boss.

Delusional is a very apt description of Mace who has gone from claiming (when running for election) to be a pro-life Republican to becoming the leading House spokesperson for abortion-on-demand.

No wonder her entire staff has deserted the ship.

 

In total, nine of Mace’s D.C. staffers have left her office in the span of a few short months.

All but one of those employees left on their own accord.

The lone exception to those who left Mace’s office on their own accord is now-former chief of staff Dan Hanlon.

 

Hanlon was fired on December 1 in a nasty split and has now filed to run against Mace in the GOP primary in her South Carolina district.

As for the rest of her former staff, they all simply quit. 

Those resignations include her deputy chief of staff Richard Chalkey, her legislative director Randal Meyer, communications director Will Hampson, a financial adviser, a staff assistant, two legislative assistants, and her military legislative assistant. 

According to The Daily Beast, there was good reason to leave.

 

A number of former Mace staffers described a “toxic” work environment.

But Mace’s new chief of staff, Lori Khatod, said the complete staff turnover is a “non-issue.”

“​​New coach, new team in the DC office,” Khatod wrote in a text message.

But multiple former staffers who spoke with The Daily Beast on the condition of anonymity told a very different story.

Claims that Mace is abusive.

“The member was abusive,” one former senior staffer told The Daily Beast.

The staffer specifically pointed to the frequency with which Mace would communicate with her staff, either over text, Signal, or Monday.com.

It is of note that Monday.com is an unauthorized software system Mace uses in her office.

This former staffer said Mace uses the software to “micromanage the office all day and into the night and early morning.”

 

“It was constant,” the former staffer said.

Another former senior staffer said Mace called them close to midnight on Christmas Eve and demanded to know why she wasn’t getting on TV more during the holiday week.

“If she needed us, we had to answer within eight minutes,” this staffer said, stating that the eight-minute timeframe was actually a “rule.”

“Nancy is delusional as a boss,” the former staffer went on. “She says nothing publicly without her consultants or senior staffers telling her to, but takes credit for everything. She’s a walking teleprompter.”

 

The former staffer also said Mace “has no idea what it actually means to be a member of Congress and is too scared and self-conscious to deal with other people, so she accomplished nothing.”

“All this is why pretty much every staffer and fellow member on the Hill thinks she’s a joke,” this ex-employee said. “Also a big reason why she’s only able to hire former George Santos staffers right now.”

But the worst thing Mace has done is to be toxic and delusional on the issue of life.

Joe Biden heard two words that are about to cost him the election:

Joe Biden unexpectedly finds himself trailing Donald Trump in the polls.

Democrats were sure the gatling gun of criminal trials and civil lawsuits they fired at Trump would doom his re-election campaign.


And Joe Biden heard two words that are about to cost him the election.

One of the big problems facing Joe Biden is a lack of voter enthusiasm among core Democrat constituencies like black and young voters.

But they say all politics is local.


And in the key swing state of Michigan, Joe Biden faces a very local problem of disillusioned Muslim voters. He carried Michigan by 150,000 votes in 2020. And he won about 69 percent of the Muslim vote.                                               

 

Michigan is home to hundreds of thousands of Muslim voters, and polls show just 13 percent approval rating among Arab voters for Biden.

That’s because Biden has so far resisted taking the pro-Hamas position of calling for a ceasefire in Israeli military operations to destroy the terrorist group following the October 7 attack.


Other than Biden, no one is more worried about this development than Biden’s fan boys and girls in the media.

CNN’s Erin Burnett spoke to former Obama staffer and CNN commentator Van Jones about the depth of the problem Biden faces.

 

A group of Muslim voters across swing states formed a group, “Abandon Biden, ceasefire now,” and will spend money on social media ads to convince Muslim voters to sit out the election in protest of Joe Biden not completely supporting Hamas’ position for a ceasefire.

 

Jones admitted it was significant.

“It probably will,” Jones said if this protest could help Donald Trump win a second term. “We have seen four years of Trump and we have seen four years of Biden and people don’t really see a difference between the presidents.”


Burnett relayed quotes to Jones from one voter who said that “he will not vote for Biden again even knowing that it may help Trump. He says Biden is ‘not somebody I can trust.’ How big of a problem is this for Biden right now, Van?”

Jones responded by telling Burnett that the nickname Biden picked up on the Left, “Genocide Joe,” is a massive hurdle to overcome.

 

“It’s a big problem for him right now,” Jones added. “There are four syllables that are aimed at him. ‘Genocide Joe.’ That is becoming something you’re hearing from the younger people, the younger voters in the Arab American community.”

Joe Biden won 75 percent of the vote in the majority Muslim city of Dearborn, Michigan.

The 2024 election is expected to be close.


And any dip in turnout among groups where Democrats are counting on running up big margins could prove fatal to Biden’s re-election prospects.

Trump likely won the 2020 election after all:

After extensive analysis using raw survey data coupled with mail-in vote totals, we concluded that mail-in voter fraud almost certainly changed the 2020 election outcome in all six crucial swing states.

 

According to the legacy news networks, social media platforms, various deep state actors, and other corrupt institutions, the 2020 election was the safest and most secure in history and anyone who questioned Joe Biden’s victory was a wacky “election denier.”

That has been the dominant narrative for the past three years, which has produced a chilling effect and caused many to forgo conducting a deep dive concerning whether the 2020 election really was as safe and secure as we have been told it was.

 

It is incumbent upon the 50 states to ensure that their voting systems are as safe and secure as possible. We still have time to make necessary changes.

In reality, the 2020 election was most likely marred by widespread mail-in voting fraud. And even worse, the extensive mail-in voter fraud almost certainly tipped the election in favor of Joe Biden.

In other words, had rampant mail-in voter fraud been prevented in the 2020 election, Donald Trump would have won the Electoral College and been re-elected to a second term.

 

At this point, you may be wondering how I can be so sure that the 2020 election was tainted by mail-in voter fraud. The answer is simple: The voters have told us so.

In late 2023, the Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports conducted a simple survey to gauge the degree of voter fraud in the 2020 election. We asked 1,085 voters who participated in the 2020 election about their voting behaviors three years prior. To our surprise, the results showed that at least one in five mail-in voters admitted to committing ballot fraud in the 2020 election.

 

Our findings caused quite a stir in the media, especially among those who suspected the 2020 election was not completely secure due to the dubious changes to voting rules state officials unconstitutionally imposed under the cover of COVID-19.

Shortly after the poll was released, former President Trump called it “the most important poll released in the last 20 years” and “the biggest story of the year.”

Eventually, we began to wonder if we could apply the poll results to publicly available election data to determine whether mail-in voter fraud impacted the outcome of the election. This was no easy task.


After extensive analysis using the raw survey data provided by Rasmussen coupled with state-based and other reputable sources documenting mail-in vote totals, we concluded that mail-in voter fraud almost certainly changed the 2020 election outcome in all six of the crucial swing states.

 

This is all laid out in great detail in the Heartland Institute’s latest policy study, aptly titled “Who Really Won the 2020 Election?” (Spoiler alert: not Joe Biden.)

Here are just a few of the main takeaways:

Upon further analysis of the Rasmussen survey data, we found that more than one in four mail-in voters (28.2%, to be precise) admitted to committing at least one kind of election fraud in the 2020 election.


Under multiple scenarios, with differing rates of mail-in voter fraud taken into account, our results indicate that Trump would have won the Electoral College in the 2020 election had fraudulent mail-in ballots not been counted.

Even if the level of fraud detected in the Heartland/Rasmussen survey substantially overstated mail-in voter fraud by multiple orders of magnitude, Trump would likely still have won the 2020 election.

 

According to the official 2020 election results, Biden defeated Trump in the Electoral College 306 to 232. The national vote tally was similarly lopsided, with Biden receiving approximately 81 million votes to Trump’s 74 million votes.

In almost all the hypothetical scenarios we lay out, Trump would have won enough Electoral College votes to defeat Biden soundly.

But the 2020 election, like most recent national elections, was ultimately decided in the swing states.

In 2020, Biden won each of the six swing states by fewer than 20,000 votes, a tiny margin in the context of the overall vote.

 

But here’s the rub: When we extrapolated for mail-in voter fraud in the six crucial swing states, using state-specific mail-in voter data and accounting for a variety of fraud rates (from the 28% level all the way down to the 1% level), the Electoral College vote changed considerably.

In almost all the hypothetical scenarios we lay out, Trump would have won enough Electoral College votes to defeat Biden soundly. In other words, Biden’s Electoral College victory, although seemingly large, was predicated on razor-thin margins in all six of the swing states.

 

We know for a fact that each of the six swing states changed its election rules in the months leading up to the 2020 election to allow for mass mail-in voting based on inaccurate state voter registration rolls. We also know that several of these states made it easy for mail-in voting fraud to be committed by eliminating common-sense guardrails like signature verification and permitting shady election practices to take place like ballot harvesting.

 

So, it stands to reason that these unprecedented last-minute changes to voting procedures likely resulted in a flood of fraudulent ballots being counted. It also stands to reason that widespread mail-in voter fraud in the 2020 election disproportionately benefitted Joe Biden, seeing that he received more than twice as many mail-in votes as Trump.

When considering all these factors, it seems obvious that Biden’s 2020 victory was aided and abetted by rampant mail-in voter fraud. But as they say, what’s done is done.

 

It does no good to cry over spilled milk or shady elections.

With less than nine months before the 2024 presidential election, however, we must ensure that this does not happen again. It is incumbent upon the 50 states to ensure that their voting systems are as safe and secure as possible. We still have time to make necessary changes.

Going forward, will enough states do the right thing?

Or, like so many other things in today’s upside-down world, is the quaint American tradition of free and fair elections a vestige of the past?

Rand Paul perfectly sums up Biden confusion in one brilliant line:

Sen. Rand Paul summed up in a brilliant tweet a confused moment that perfectly summarizes Joe Biden’s term as president of the United States.

 

In the same press briefing in which Biden defended his suspect memory, he managed to confuse the president of Egypt with Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

“My memory is fine,” the 81-year-old president said. “I’m the most qualified person in this country to be President of the United States and finish the job I started.”

A few moments later, while discussing the Israel-Hamas war, Biden said he worked with the president of Mexico to help send aid into Gaza.

 

“As you know, initially, the president of Mexico, Sisi, did not want to open up the gate to allow humanitarian material to get in [to Gaza],” he said. “I talked to him. I convinced him to open the gate.”

Biden was talking about Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, not the president of Mexico, which prompted Sen. Paul to tweet: “Gonna build a wall with Gaza and make Mexico pay for it and boy are they gonna be confused.”

In what proved to be a busy news day, special counsel Robert Hur announced on Thursday his investigation found that Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials” kept in unsecured locations, but the Justice Department would not criminally prosecute Biden even though his actions presented “serious risks to national security.”

 

Perhaps more damning, Hur described the 81-year-old president’s memory as “hazy,” “fuzzy,” “faulty,” “poor” and having “significant limitations.” Even more troubling, the report said Biden could not recall when he was vice president or “even within several years when his son Beau died.”

 

The report seemed to confirm what many Americans suspected, and Biden later tried to deny, which is that he is suffering from serious cognitive decline.

Missing Station Tower:

Okay, I'm switching sides; I finally believe in aliens. That's literally the only explanation here. Who took the TOWER? WHERE did it go? How did they do it?

How does that happen without aliens?

A landscaping crew went out to do some work on WJLX's property on Friday, make sure the tower had a good base, only to find out that the tower was just ... gone. Completely gone. There were wires everywhere, but the tower, which was used for WJLX's AM station, had vanished.

'I have tried all weekend to figure it out, and I just can't,' [WJLX station general manager Brett] Elmore told the TV station.

'I have been in the radio business, around it all my life and then in it professionally for 26 years, and I can say I have never heard of anything like this,' he added. 'I can say I've seen it all now.'

Elmore took to Facebook before word could get out and rumors begin to circulate (you know, ones about aliens).

I'm absolutely flabbergasted by this. Like, is someone cashing in on the metal for this thing? How are they hiding it? Is it in another dimension we've never heard of being guarded by aliens right there in Jasper, Alabama? This is so puzzling.


By the way, whoever did this could face up to 10 years in prison, so it's kind of a big deal and it better have been worth it. It's a federal crime to tamper with a federally-licensed facility, as Mr. Elmore notes above.

And if it was aliens, well, apparently they don't like oldies music, because that's what they just took from us!

WJLX was able to get approval from the FCC to send their signal out "by other means," so listeners will still be able to pick up those great oldies.

And let’s not forget the $495,478 to Syracuse University to explore the “online dynamics of misinformation,” focusing on how to manipulate online narratives.

 

The targeting of specific demographics, including rural and indigenous communities, military veterans, and older adults, as particularly susceptible to “misinformation,” is condescending and manipulative. It’s clear the Biden administration views these groups not as citizens to be respected but as targets for their propaganda machines, funded by a whopping $750,000 grant to MIT-led researchers.

 

The NSF’s lame excuses and claims of transparency are laughable. Their so-called “media strategy” and deliberate avoidance of conservative media outlets reveal a deep-seated bias and a clear intention to deceive the American public about their true intentions.

 

This is a wake-up call for every American who values freedom of speech and the truth. We cannot let the Biden administration get away with using our money to fund their censorship and propaganda tools. It’s time to stand up, speak out, and demand accountability for these un-American activities. The future of our free speech and our country depends on it.

Just over a year ago, on a Sunday afternoon, my husband read a little book to me while I prepared lunch and puttered around the kitchen.

That book, while it described Canada's Fall beauty from Nova Scotia to BC, mainly chronicled the power of prayer meetings experienced by the author, from coast to coast across Canada.

The book began with the author decrying the lack of prayer in the church corporate in Canada and the need for effectual fervent prayer. People turned out by the hundreds and thousands for prayer meetings once they knew he was going to be in a particular city.

 

The book, 'Times of Refreshing: 10,000 Miles of Miracle Through Canada', was written by J Edwin Orr in 1936. He was a Baptist minister and a professor who promoted church revival and renewal.

​According to Wikipedia, he was born in Belfast in 1912. He studied Technology, worked as a baker, became an evangelist (in Australia, China, Canada & US - 19 y/o), went back to school and became an ordained minister (32 y/o), served as a chaplain in the US army (33-35 y/o) and at 35 years old, went back to school at Oxford University to gain his Ph.D. with his thesis being The Great Awakening of 1859. ​

 

In 1951(when he was 39 y/o), he was one of the five founding members of Campus Crusade for Christ. By 1966 (age 55) he became a professor of World Missions at Fuller Theological Seminary.

Edwin Orr never stopped learning and being interested in life. He became a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, the American Geographical Society, the Royal Historical Society and the Royal Society of Literature.

Edwin Orr impacted Canada with his fervent prayers and prayer meetings.

Influential Praying Methodists

What does Eaton Square, Massey Ferguson Tractors, Massey Hall and Shelbourne Street Methodist Church have to do with prayer?

The men associated with these businesses /church, were devout Christians who prayed and unashamedly practiced their piety in all walks of life.

Timothy Eaton

Eaton Square is named after Timothy Eaton who was a Methodist businessman of Toronto. He built a multi-million-dollar department store (now defunct) in Toronto, at Yonge and Bloor Streets.

He was an elder in the Elm Street Methodist Church, who enjoyed attending evangelistic revival meetings. He believed that people can experience the close presence of God only through the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

He fastidiously 'Remembered the Sabbath Day to keep it holy' and was such a strict Sabbatarian that in 1897, he opposed the introduction of streetcars on Sundays.

 

He also believed that people can be persuaded to live differently if Christians modeled 'proper' Christian behaviour. In other words, Christians ought to make Christianity attractive by their pervasive lifestyle evangelism.

Timothy Eaton was a praying man.

The Massey & Harris Families

The Massey and Harris families were pioneers in the farm machinery business. The very FIRST combine in the world, was developed by the Massey family.

​Massey Ferguson Tractors was established by Hart Almerrin Massey, and made world famous by his sons Chester Daniel, and Walter Edward Massey.

Walter Edward Massey was a Bible teacher in the Methodist church and led the Young Men's Bible League. He believed that personal regeneration began with individual change and not societal change.

 

Massey Hall in Toronto, was one way the Massey family gave back to the community through the arts.

The Massey company merged with the Harris company to become the Massey-Harris company, before being merged with the Ferguson company of England. It is now known as the Massey-Ferguson company.

Walter Massey was a praying man.

John Harris

John Harris was born in 1841 and died in 1887 when he was just 46 years old. He was the brain and driving force of his father's company which produced agricultural equipment.

He was born in Beamsville, southern Ontario, and moved to Brantford where their farm machinery factory had been established.

His creative mind was always innovating and improving farm equipment. One such innovation was in the self-binding harvester, known as the Little Brantford Beauty, which was very popular already in the 1880s.

 

John and his father started the farm equipment manufacturing business in 1857. By 1877 they had already moved their plant into larger facilities twice. By 1879, they were exporting machinery to Manitoba.

John was a devout Baptist who had entertained ideas of becoming a minister. Instead, he led one of the largest Bible studies in Brantford. He was president of the YMCA when it was truly Christian, and enjoyed talking about spiritual matters with his employees both on off the job.

 

Unfortunately, his life was cut short by a double affliction of tuberculosis and malaria at age 46. The firm merged with Massey to become Massey-Harris until it was merged with Ferguson to become Massey-Ferguson.

John Harris was a praying man.

Sir Joseph Flavelle

Joseph Flavelle was the son of an alcoholic father and a devout Methodist mother. His first foray into business was the purchase of a flour and feed mill in Peterborough.

His motto which hung on his office wall was taken from Romans 12:11 - Not slothful in business, Fervent in spirit, Serving the Lord.

 

Both Joseph and his mother belonged to the Temperance Movement which abhorred the use of alcohol because of its devastating effects on the community. Joseph moved to Toronto to develop another business.

After he arrived in Toronto, he wrote to his wife in March 1817, "One of my earliest acts was to go to our Father and consecrate myself, my new business, my whole affairs to Him".

 

In June, when he finally decided to make Toronto his home, he told his wife Clara, “I bow my head darling, bow yours with mine and pray The Father that we may leave it better and purer than when we came, because we have walked in righteousness and Truth.”

 

He was a produce merchant who entered into various partnerships with other businessmen. D Gunn, Flavelle and Company was a merger of his produce business with the sale of pork products. It generated much wealth.

Next, he took over management of a meat-packing business. He innovated and improved every aspect of the bacon business until it became one of most profitable bacon businesses in Canada, with almost exclusive exports to the British market.

 

In the late 1890s and early 1900s, Flavelle experienced much of God's favour and blessing so that he sat on various Boards as a director or vice-president.

Flavelle engaged in church related community service, and also expanded his service into education and healthcare.

Many wealthy businessmen attended Toronto's Sherbourne Street Methodist Church. It was the wealthiest Methodist Church in Canada and was nicknamed, 'The Millionaires' Church'.

 

This was not a church which preached the prosperity gospel, but a church where men believed the Bible, believed God, believed in the power of prayer, of living a holy life - even in business, and giving back to God by serving others.

George Albertus Cox* , also from Peterborough, was one of his temperance associates who worshipped at the same church as he did. George left for Toronto around the same as Joseph did, becoming a leader in the life insurance and financial and banking industry. He eventually became a Senator in the Canadian Government.

 

These businessmen trusted each other and sat on the boards of each others businesses. Both Cox and Flavelle worked with the Massey family, especially in promoting the CCM brand (Canada Cycle and Motor), which Walter Massey owned.

In case you don't know the CCM brand, Walter Massey merged four bike manufacturing companies and expanded into making ice skates. The CCM brand is still recognized internationally for its hockey and bicycle trademarks.

This group of men were disparagingly called the 'Peterborough Methodist mafia' because they supported each others' businesses, sat on each other's boards, worshipped at the same church and had Godly influence in the city.

 

Flavelle served as the perennial Sunday School Superintendent, eschewed vices, dressed humbly, and with his other millionaire colleagues, donated generously to a variety of Methodist and other community causes.

Flavelle believed that stewardship was an obligation which he, and other wealthy, privileged Christians should exhibit... that they should lead by example through a life of service to the community.

 

He not only practiced what he believed, but encouraged young businessmen to practice three principles - to work hard; to refrain from material pleasures; and to think of profit in their business as a by-product of good business practices.

He was disappointed in the changes to traditional Methodism which resulted from the merger with the Congregational and Presbyterian Churches to become he United Church. He thought that Methodism was 'diluted' in the process and did not live up to the hopes of the founders.

Joseph Flavelle was a praying man.

What's the Point?

I have learnt that God is no respecter of persons... that in Him, there is neither Jew nor Greek, Baptist or Methodist, Anglican or Presbyterian.

His Word is absolute:

If MY PEOPLE who are called by MY NAME, humble themselves and pray, and seek MY face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and forgive their sin and heal their land - 2 Chronicles 7:14.

We all need to pray!

Migrants get Preference in Canada too:

Trudeau spending HUNDREDS of MILLIONS to house homeless migrants.

The federal government is now spending hundreds of millions of dollars to house asylum seekers and migrants entering Canada at record levels. The Trudeau government has already been doing this for years and using your money to house migrants in hotel rooms. But the government has no plans to curb their entry into Canada and enforce our immigration laws.

 

The first responsibility of a government is to look out for the needs of their own people, not asylum seekers from other countries. Canadians are continuing to struggle just to make ends meet. Home ownership is out of sight for most in this country and just paying for food is a struggle for many. So instead of burning your money on housing asylum seekers and migrants, why don’t they put a stop to this?
