The 8 Doctrines American Megachurches Quietly Removed
— And the Moment Each One Disappeared
What happened to the doctrines that once shaped American megachurch preaching? This documentary examines 8 Christian doctrines American megachurches have quietly stopped emphasizing — and the approximate moments when each one disappeared from the pulpit. The American megachurch has grown dramatically in size, technology, production quality, and cultural influence. But this documentary asks a deeper question: What exactly are hundreds of thousands of people gathering to hear? We examine the historical development of the American megachurch, from the evangelistic tradition of the twentieth century to the rise of the church growth and seeker-sensitive movements. We also examine how the pursuit of accessibility and attendance changed the way certain doctrines were preached.
The eight doctrines explored are:
1. The Reality of Hell — and why preaching about eternal judgment became increasingly rare.
2. The Sinfulness of Sin — and how theological language shifted toward “brokenness” and personal struggles.
3. The Exclusivity of Christ — the historic Christian claim that salvation is found through Jesus Christ alone.
4. Repentance — the biblical call to turn from sin and surrender to Christ.
5. The Authority and Sufficiency of Scripture — and the rise of topical, therapeutic preaching.
6. The Cost of Discipleship — what Jesus meant when He called His followers to carry the cross.
7. Biblical Sexuality and Marriage — and the growing silence surrounding historic Christian teaching.
8. The Second Coming and Final Judgment — the doctrine that once shaped the early Christian understanding of eternity and accountability.
But this is not simply a story about decline. The script ultimately asks whether these doctrines can be recovered — and points to Revelation 3 as a call to wake up, remember, hold fast, and repent. The message is one of genuine hope: healthy biblical Christianity is not about having the biggest building or largest crowd. It is about making disciples.

The Supreme Court of Canada will hear the federal government's appeal regarding the use of the Emergencies Act, which was previously ruled unreasonable by lower courts. This appeal follows the government's assertion that the courts applied incorrect principles in their decisions.
Supreme Court to Review Trudeau's Use of Emergencies Act Against Freedom Convoy
Summary: [ChatGPT]
Canada's Supreme Court has agreed to hear the federal government's appeal over the Trudeau government's controversial use of the Emergencies Act to shut down the 2022 Freedom Convoy protests.
Two federal courts have already ruled against the government, finding that invoking the extraordinary emergency powers was unreasonable and that the protests did not constitute a national security threat.
The Trudeau government maintains that its actions were necessary, proportionate and justified by the circumstances at the time. Civil liberties organizations argue that freezing bank accounts and restricting protests represented a dangerous overreach of government authority.
Although a federal inquiry previously supported invoking the Act, the courts reached a different conclusion.
The central question: How far can a Canadian government go in suspending ordinary freedoms during a national crisis?
The Supreme Court hearing is expected in 2027, with no date yet announced. Its eventual ruling could establish an important precedent for civil liberties and government emergency powers.
Prime Minister Mark Carney said Ottawa will not budge from its goal of keeping immigration intake numbers “sustainable,” and that the federal government is working to reach those levels with the provinces. He also said Alberta could be offered more authority over immigration similar to Quebec’s 1991 deal, after a referendum vote where about 53% of Albertans supported more provincial control.
Alberta's Immigration Referendum — Main Points
BLOG SUMMARY | Based on CBC News reporting [ChatGPT]
Alberta Wants Greater Control Over Immigration — But What Would That Mean?
Premier Danielle Smith's UCP government put forward a referendum asking Albertans whether their province should have greater control over immigration, reduce immigration to sustainable levels, prioritize skilled workers, and give Albertans first consideration for new jobs.
Seven key points
1. Greater provincial control: Alberta wants more authority over immigration decisions currently shared with Ottawa, with federal law taking precedence.
2. Rapid population growth: Alberta gained approximately 600,000 residents between July 2021 and July 2026, including 408,000 through international migration. The province's population exceeded five million.
3. Pressure on public services: The Alberta government argues that rapid immigration has strained housing, health care, education, infrastructure and taxpayer-funded services.
4. Albertans first for jobs: The government wants to prioritize existing Alberta workers and attract skilled immigrants to fill genuine labour shortages. However, it has not clearly defined who qualifies as an "Albertan" for employment preference.
5. Immigration already declining: Ottawa has reduced immigration targets, and Alberta's population growth has slowed. Immigration to Alberta in the first quarter of 2026 was approximately 18% lower than a year earlier.
6. Legal and economic concerns: Critics warn that employment preferences could conflict with Charter equality protections, while reduced immigration could create labour shortages and financial difficulties for universities and businesses.
7. The referendum's implications: A YES vote would express support for Alberta seeking greater immigration authority, potentially resembling Quebec's arrangement. It would not automatically transfer federal immigration powers to the province.
Bottom line for the blog
Alberta's immigration debate raises a fundamental question: Should Ottawa determine immigration levels when provincial governments must provide much of the housing, health care, education and infrastructure needed to accommodate newcomers?
Supporters argue that Alberta needs greater control to protect jobs and public services. Critics question how the proposed changes would work legally and whether they could discourage workers and investment.
The CBC article explains the proposal but does not establish what specific immigration limits or employment rules Alberta would ultimately implement.

Taxpayers. Support whenever possible
Senators are not elected and serve until retirement, yet they can defeat bills that the people have approved in the House of Commons. This is a terrible, undemocratic way of governance and must be abolished.
And the beat goes on !
Alberta Premier Danielle Smith, left, speaks during a news conference on a planned referendum in Calgary on May 22. One of the questions Albertans will vote on is whether they support the Government of Alberta working with other provinces to amend the Constitution to abolish the federal Senate. Court Orders CIA to Begin Producing January 6 Records by November 16
Federal Court Orders CIA to Release January 6 Records
According to an October 2026 report by Judicial Watch, a conservative government watchdog organization, a federal judge has ordered the CIA to begin releasing records concerning its activities during the January 6, 2021, Capitol events.
U.S. District Judge Jia Cobb ordered the agency to begin producing documents by November 16, 2026, rejecting its proposal to delay disclosure until May 2027.
Judicial Watch reports that ATF records it previously obtained revealed that two CIA bomb technicians assisted at a pipe-bomb scene, while several CIA detection-dog teams were on standby. The organization is seeking additional documents concerning CIA personnel, operational support, communications, and after-action reports.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton accused the CIA of years of secrecy and obstruction, arguing that Americans deserve answers about the agency's involvement.
The central question raised by Judicial Watch: What exactly was the CIA doing in Washington on January 6, and why has obtaining these records taken so long?
The court order requires the production of responsive, non-exempt records but does not establish wrongdoing by the CIA.
Mamdani ally Brad Lander claims Israeli forces held him during West Bank olive harvest
By
Mamdani-backed House hopeful Brad Lander says the Israeli military detained him during a West Bank olive harvest, casting the episode as proof occupation is criminal.
Progressive congressional candidate Brad Lander announced on X that he had been held by the Israel Defense Forces alongside rabbis and volunteers while picking olives near Nehalim in the West Bank. He framed the stop as simple farm work meeting military force and called the occupation itself a crime under international law.
Fox News Digital reported the claim from the former New York City comptroller, who scored an upset primary win this year against Rep. Dan Goldman and carries the backing of New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani. Lander is all but assured of a general-election victory in the heavily Democratic 10th District and a seat in Congress next year.
Rabbis for Human Rights posted that Israeli police detained Lander and others for standing with Palestinians during the olive harvest. The group shared a photo of Lander and a video carrying his remarks from the scene.
Lander wrote that the group was simply harvesting olives and that the hold had no lawful basis he recognized. He left no doubt about the political point he wanted voters to hear.
"I’ve been detained by the IDF, along with a group of rabbis & volunteers. We were simply harvesting olives in a grove near Nehalim in the West Bank. The occupation is a crime under international law. Harvesting olives isn’t a crime under any law I know,"
In the accompanying video he added another line that put the land claim front and center.
"The Palestinians whose land this is have a right to harvest it in peace,"
Brief hold, quick release, campaign timing
The Washington Examiner reported that Lander was briefly detained by the Israeli military in a Palestinian village and released shortly afterward. He disclosed the short detention himself in the same X post that launched the story.
Lander traveled to the West Bank late in his campaign to hear Palestinians describe violence from Israeli settlers and released interview videos from the trip. The detention claim arrived as the final stretch of that effort, giving a House hopeful headed to Washington a ready-made confrontation narrative with a key U.S. ally.
No official Israeli statement, charges, or legal basis for the stop appeared in the available accounts. Fox News Digital reached out to Lander’s campaign and Mamdani’s office for comment; neither response was reported.
Lander is Jewish and a former member of the Democratic Socialists of America. He left the DSA in 2023 after members held a rally the day after the Oct. 7 Hamas attacks. That exit has not kept him from the same activist lane that treats Israeli security measures as the core offense.
Mamdani’s own record on Israel has already drawn sharp pushback, including when Israeli leaders condemned his rhetoric aimed at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Mamdani slate keeps testing police and borders
Lander is not the only Mamdani-backed primary winner advertising a clash with law enforcement. Socialist candidate Darializa Avila Chevalier defeated Congressional Hispanic Caucus Chairman Adriano Espaillat and said she was knocked to the ground by NYPD officers during a Bronx protest this month against federal immigration authorities who shot an illegal immigrant.
The pattern is familiar: candidates who rise with Mamdani’s anti-establishment brand then present themselves as victims of the very police and security forces that protect orderly streets and secure borders. New Yorkers already see the same orbit shaping statewide fights, as when critics branded Hochul a Mamdani tool over the mayor’s growing pull.
Federal officials have also faulted the Mamdani-Hochul approach on immigration enforcement. DHS called out New York for skipping thousands of ICE detainers, a record that leaves criminal illegal immigrants on the street while progressive politicians travel abroad to highlight other causes.
Lander’s West Bank stop fits the same priorities. He described olive harvesting as peaceful solidarity and the Israeli presence as the crime. He offered no parallel concern for the hostages, the rocket fire, or the Oct. 7 massacre that still defines the conflict for most Americans who support Israel’s right to defend itself.
Oct. 7 memory meets activist calendar
Mamdani has repeatedly turned dates tied to the Hamas attacks into platforms for criticizing Israel. He drew fury for remarks that treated the anniversary as an opening to attack the Jewish state rather than mourn its dead.
At a separate October 7 vigil, protesters branded him a traitor while he stood silent. The mayor’s silence then and Lander’s loud framing now send the same signal: the activist left treats Israeli self-defense as the problem to be protested, filmed, and litigated in American primaries.
Lander’s district will not punish that stance. The 10th is so heavily Democratic that the primary was the real election. Voters who wanted a Goldman-style Democrat already lost. The next Congress will seat a Mamdani-aligned progressive who used a disputed West Bank grove and a brief Israeli stop as campaign content.
American support for Israel has long rested on shared democratic interests and the simple right of a nation under attack to protect its people. Progressive candidates who fly in for olive harvests and fly out with detention posts are free to make that argument. Voters are free to notice what they choose to harvest and what they choose to ignore.
When the loudest new voices heading to Congress treat an ally’s security forces as the villain and illegal immigration enforcement as the next protest target, the costs land on the taxpayers and communities left to live with the results.

Americans who moved to Europe to escape Trump are learning that socialism isn’t all that great
Summary: [ChatGPT]
FLEEING TRUMP'S AMERICA — ONLY TO REGRET IT!
Some liberal Americans who moved to Europe following Donald Trump's re-election are discovering that the grass isn't always greener across the Atlantic.
According to a Wired magazine report, several Americans expressed disappointment with European life, citing lower wages, higher taxes, expensive housing, healthcare frustrations, government bureaucracy, and cultural differences.
One American living in Britain complained that supposedly “free” healthcare came with substantial taxes and immigration surcharges. Others missed America's higher disposable incomes, everyday conveniences, friendly attitudes, and opportunities for advancement.
An American who moved to Germany eventually returned home, saying he missed freedom of speech, friendlier people, and the ease of everyday American life. He admitted he may have overreacted by leaving.
Economist Daniel Di Martino acknowledged that Europe offers certain advantages, including lower crime in some countries, but argued that Americans often underestimate the economic benefits of living in the United States.
BOTTOM LINE: For these disillusioned expatriates, escaping Trump did not necessarily mean finding a better life. Their experiences offer a reminder that America's freedoms, opportunities, and standard of living are sometimes appreciated most after leaving them behind.

Dan’s Daily Briefing — October 22, 2026
BrightNews.ai was checked for alternative Canadian-policy, energy and cultural leads. None was sufficiently consequential and independently verified to replace today’s five.
1. Ottawa and Ontario launch nearly C$9-billion industrial plan
Facts: Prime Minister Mark Carney and Premier Doug Ford announced a joint industrial-support plan on October 21in response to American tariffs.
It includes C$3.55 billion federally and C$1.67 billion provincially for a steel action fund, C$2.5 billion for automotive-production upgrades and C$1 billion from each government for infrastructure serving Northern Ontario’s Ring of Fire. The broader package is valued at approximately C$9 billion. canada.ca
Why it matters to Dan: Steel, automotive manufacturing and critical minerals directly affect Ontario employment, energy infrastructure and Canadian economic independence. The Ring of Fire component could also supply domestic minerals for vehicles, defence systems and grid equipment.
The conservative concern is execution: governments should finance enabling infrastructure and commercially viable modernization—not keep uncompetitive facilities alive indefinitely because closing them photographs badly. Track private investment attracted, production created and permanent jobs preserved per public dollar.
2. Congressional Republicans push back against Trump’s Russia policy
Facts: Twenty-two American lawmakers—including five Republicans—have urged Trump to enforce the Russia sanctions law after he waived important provisions and permitted increased Russian diesel exports.
House Speaker Mike Johnson and Republican Representative Brian Fitzpatrick have also raised concerns. Congress could challenge the policy through investigations, defence legislation or spending conditions after the November 3 midterms. reuters.com
Why it matters to Dan: This is an important conservative objection to Trump coming from inside his own coalition. Negotiating flexibility is legitimate, but concessions should purchase verifiable movement from Moscow.
For Canada, prolonged Russian energy access affects global petroleum markets and Arctic security. Constitutional checks also matter regardless of who occupies the White House; transferring broad sanctions and tariff discretion to a president becomes less attractive when that president uses it differently than Congress intended.
3. Critical PHP vulnerabilities force public websites offline
Facts: Governments, hospitals and schools took websites offline on October 21 after researchers disclosed two critical vulnerabilities affecting PHP, a programming language used across a large portion of the internet.
European cybersecurity authorities assigned one vulnerability a severity score of 9.2 out of 10 and warned that it could allow attackers to execute code without authentication. Attacks were beginning to emerge while organizations deployed patches and temporary firewall protections. reuters.com
Important distinction: Many sites were shut down preventively. Their unavailability does not itself prove that they were successfully breached.
Why it matters to Dan: Preparedness now includes maintaining access when a hospital, municipal or corporate portal suddenly disappears. Keep essential phone numbers, procedures and current contact lists somewhere other than a webpage.
For media operations, identify PHP-dependent internal tools, confirm patch ownership, preserve offline workflow instructions and test immutable backups. A backup that nobody has restored is less a recovery plan than a digital expression of hope.
4. Survey finds a widening Christian and political divide over empathy
Facts: PRRI’s 2026 American Values Survey found that 68% of Americans regard empathy as foundational to a healthy society, down from 80% in its 2025 survey.
Agreement stood at 84% among Democrats, 70% among independents and 54% among Republicans. Among white evangelical Protestants, 48% selected the pro-empathy statement; the alternative warned that empathy can become dangerous when it leads society away from “God’s truth.” More than 5,500 adults participated between August 20 and September 7. prri.org
Why it matters to Dan: The question creates a somewhat forced choice: biblical truth and compassion are not opposites. Christ demonstrated profound mercy without pretending that every belief or action was equally true.
Conservatives are right that emotion alone cannot determine law or erase responsibility. Christians should nevertheless be wary when distrust of emotional manipulation hardens into suspicion of empathy itself. Compassion needs truth and judgment; truth without love rapidly becomes a weapon wearing a church name tag.
5. Meta creates non-voting shares to help finance its AI expansion
Facts: Meta reported US$64.6 billion in third-quarter revenue, 26% above the prior year. Its Muse AI agent has passed 10 million users, with the company saying roughly 25% use it daily.
Meta expects 2026 capital expenditures of US$135–145 billion. Its board approved a publicly traded Class C non-voting share that can be used for financing and acquisitions without reducing Mark Zuckerberg’s voting control. investor.atmeta.com
Why it matters to Dan: Muse is moving agentic AI into the mainstream even after the Toronto incident in which it disclosed a seller’s home address. Adoption is growing faster than the governance habits needed to control it.
For your AI work, this reinforces the need for approval gates, restricted permissions and complete action logs. Financially, the new shares expose investors to Meta’s AI upside without corresponding voting power—a corporate arrangement resembling “your money is very welcome; your opinion has been placed in a tasteful waiting room.”

Dr. Trozzi’s Guide to Influenza Prevention
“Influenza season is upon us, and big pharma has lots of mistakes to sell you. So I want to inform you with important facts about influenza. Influenza is a viral infectious disease, that generally has an incubation period of 1–4 days. That means there is a 1 to 4 day interval between contracting the illness until the symptoms begin. The illness has an abrupt onset of fever, chills, muscle aches, headache, fatigue and respiratory symptoms, predominantly a dry cough.
Influenza vaccines actually increase one’s risk of influenza infections, the new mRNA “vaccine” mFLUSIVA is a genetic toxin like the covid-19 shots, the prescription medicine tamiflu is a failure with side effects, but Elderberry extract is a phenomenal natural and safe treatment that reduces influenza from one week of sickness, down to two days on average.
Prevention is best achieved by maintaining a healthy immune system, optimizing your vitamin D levels, and basic hygiene such as: hand washing, avoiding inhalation from infected persons who are coughing or sneezing, and self-isolating when sick during the infectious period to avoid giving influenza to others.
BC Teen Defies School Ultimatum
In an interview with Rebel News, 16-year-old Isaac Simpson explains why he refuses to take down videos exposing his school’s reconciliation programming, even if it means being barred from returning to class. Simpson says he is being denied the opportunity to return to class unless he removes his YouTube video called “Lies and Reconciliation,” which exposed some of the propaganda that was pushed on students during his school’s Truth and Reconciliation Day programming.
Simpson, a Grade 11 student enrolled in a Vancouver Lower Mainland school’s film and television program, decided to put his filmmaking skills to use after growing frustrated with what he was being taught about Canada’s history, often unbeknownst to parents.
From a masked Black Lives Matter advocate telling students about truth, to another virtual speaker telling the youth to embrace discussions of “land back,” to a disturbing exaggerated illustration depicting Catholic nuns and an RCMP officer forcibly tearing Indigenous children from their mothers, Simpson’s video gives parents a rare look inside the classroom.
Simpson said: “They were just telling you what to think, not how to think.” His decision to expose the material came at a cost. After initially being suspended for what the school described as a period of “pause and reflection,” Simpson and his parents attended a meeting with school officials that the teen likened to an interrogation. Simpson documented that experience in a second video posted to his YouTube channel, Isaac Simpson’s Flying Circus. Both videos have since been gaining attention online.
Now, Simpson says he has been told he cannot return to school unless the videos come down. He refuses to comply. “I’m not taking it down because, you know, I stand by what I said,” Simpson explained.
For Simpson, the issue is bigger than his suspension. Currently, “parents have no way of figuring out what is being taught in schools,” he said.

The Charlie Ward Show — World Debt: Just Paper, Elon Musk’s Mega Merger, Spiritual Wonder Boy Fund
In today’s rapidly changing geopolitical and financial landscape, understanding the forces that shape our world has never been more critical. A recent discussion from The Charlie Ward Show dives deeply into current global financial instability, emphasizing the enormous world debt figures that many fear but which are essentially based on unbacked paper money. As citizens look for answers amidst economic uncertainty, examining the fundamental mechanics of modern currency and monetary policy reveals fascinating insights into how the global financial architecture operates today.
At the core of many contemporary economic debates is the concept of debt as a paper illusion. The discussion highlights that astronomical global debt figures are based merely on paper and not real assets, especially since currencies are no longer backed by gold. This reality questions the legitimacy and permanence of such debts, potentially heralding a reset that could nullify vast sums virtually overnight. In economic terms, it underscores the fragility and artificiality of fiat money systems, prompting many individuals and institutions to rethink long-term wealth preservation strategies.
Beyond pure economics, the conversation broadens to touch upon sovereignty and election influence. The critique of foreign influence on national elections, particularly regarding how nations navigate international alliances and endorsements, raises questions about true national autonomy. It suggests that financial dependencies and geopolitical influence play a massive role in shaping leadership, potentially challenging the traditional view of how independent democracies function in an interconnected world.
Governance models also come under scrutiny when comparing different political systems. The contrast between China’s restricted, meritocratic voting system and Western broad suffrage is presented not just as a cultural difference, but as a factor in governance efficiency. This comparison sparks ongoing debates about public participation, institutional competence, and the structural challenges facing modern democratic societies.
In the realm of modern enterprise, corporate monopolies and innovation frequently collide with regulatory frameworks. Proposals involving industry-leading companies, such as potential mergers between high-tech pioneers like Tesla and SpaceX, highlight tensions between innovation-driven business conglomeration and anti-monopoly regulations. These developments allude to the regulatory hurdles that forward-thinking enterprises face when shaping futuristic industries, reflecting ongoing debates over market power and fair economic competition.
Cultural and societal dynamics also weave their way into these multifaceted discussions. High-profile events, such as the legal scrutiny surrounding public figures like the Russell Brand trial, are often framed within wider societal debates about delayed allegations and their underlying motivations. Observers frequently question the timing and purpose of such high-profile accusations, raising broader issues about power dynamics, justice transparency, and the influence of public perception in the digital age.
Perhaps the most intriguing portion of the discussion centers on massive financial trusts and a potential global reset. The introduction of custodians managing enormous trusts worth staggering sums indicates preparations for fundamental shifts in the international monetary framework. The implication is that these substantial funds could eventually play a role in refinancing or restructuring the global economy, marking a pivotal moment with profound geopolitical and economic consequences for everyday citizens.
Throughout these wide-ranging topics, a common thread emerges regarding alternative narratives versus mainstream media. The video emphasizes that conventional news outlets often overlook these deeper macroeconomic currents, encouraging viewers to seek alternative sources for unfiltered perspectives. This trend reflects a growing widespread distrust in traditional media and highlights the rising demand for independent analysis that challenges accepted narratives through alternative research and insider commentary. To explore these complex themes in greater detail and gain a broader perspective on current global events, watch the full video from The Charlie Ward Show for further insights and information.

Daniel Brooks INPUTS:

Anyone can read it. The outcomes with the most studies behind them are not exotic. They are oxidative stress, DNA damage, male infertility, lipid peroxidation, cognitive decline, cancers, low sperm quality, brain cancer, headache, sleep disorders and fatigue.
