WHITE LINEN:
In the Revelation chapter nineteen, the Church is described as a bride, “arrayed in fine linen, clean and white.”
What is the meaning of the white linen?In the visions of Ezekiel and Daniel, angels from Heaven were attired in linen. In the Old Testament, the only mention of white linen is the notation that the “Levites which were singers” were dressed in white linen (II Chronicles 5:12).The High Priest wore linen along with his other colorful robes.
But once a year, when he went into the Holy of Holies, he only wore linen (Leviticus 16:3-4). In the Tabernacle Samuel ministered before the Lord in a linen ephod (I Samuel 2:18).In the New Testament, seven angels came out of the Temple in Heaven, out from the presence of God, dressed in white linen (Revelation 15:6).
Fine linen was used throughout the Tabernacle and the Temple. It is the clothing of those who have been in the presence of God. From the Word of God we are told that linen garments are worn by priests and persons who come into the presence of the Most High God. It was also the dress of royalty and the wealthy.
Upon His death the body of the Lord Jesus, the Prince of Peace, was wrapped in linen.I believe this explains the garments of fine, white linen that are given to the Saints.
Praise God, when we get to Heaven we will receive these garments because Believers are a “royal priesthood” (I Peter 2:9) and will be clothed in royal, priestly garments.“Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.” – Revelation 19:7-8 (my emphasis)Even Satan recognizes and usurps the significance of white linen in his counterfeit royal city, Babylon.
But the Lord will destroy any attempt to counterfeit His purity. “The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!” – Revelation 18:15-16And there is more.
After the Saints received their garments of fine linen, clean and white, the Lord Jesus will return in majesty and victory, and we will be right behind Him on white horses. (L. A. Marzulli says that we get to keep the horses. We will see.)

Press Release: ARPA Canada Challenges London’s “Graphic Image” Bylaw as Unconstitutional Restriction on Pro-Life Expression:
The Association for Reformed Political Action (ARPA) Canada has initiated litigation against the City of London, Ontario, challenging the constitutionality and legality of a city bylaw that is designed to restrict pro-life speech.
The name of the bylaw is misleading. Called the “By-law to regulate the Delivery of Graphic Images in the City of London,” it defines “graphic image” only as an image of a fetus. This encompasses any image of a fetus, which would include, for example, an ultrasound photo of a healthy baby in the womb. The bylaw does not apply to any other kind of images, graphic or otherwise.
The bylaw was passed in May 2022, the first of its kind in Canada.
The bylaw was introduced in response to a petition by Pro-Choice London, an advocacy group. The Abortion Rights Coalition of Canada also wrote to City Council in support of a bylaw. The Director of Pro-Choice London, Deanna Ronson, is also a board member of the Abortion Rights Coalition of Canada.
City Council briefly considered a bylaw that would have defined “graphic image” more objectively as “a detailed pictorial image or series of images, containing potentially sensitive content that may cause or trigger a negative reaction to the health and wellbeing of any person at any scale,” but soon abandoned this definition in favour of one that exclusively targeted fetal imagery.
“ARPA Canada is a Christian, pro-life organization that uses ultrasound photos of pre-born children in its campaign materials when advocating for modest pro-life laws that most Canadians would support, such as restrictions on sex-selective abortion,” says Anna Nienhuis of ARPA Canada. “This bylaw threatens ARPA and its volunteers with significant financial penalties simply for sharing the pro-life message with an ultrasound photo.”
The bylaw forbids delivering a flyer with any image of a fetus to a private residence unless the flyer is placed in a sealed envelope with the warning that it “contains a Graphic Image that may be offensive or disturbing to some people.”
“The bylaw requires ARPA and its volunteers to mislead people about our message,” says John Sikkema, ARPA’s legal counsel.
“Ultrasound photos are a beautiful view of life in the womb, something I’ve hung on my fridge and shared with friends and family. They are not offensive or disturbing – labelling them as graphic images is misleading and inappropriate,” said Nienhuis, a mother of five.
ARPA Canada argues in its application to the Divisional Court that such compelled expression is a well-recognized violation of the Charter right to freedom of expression. They also argue that a municipality does not have the constitutional authority to regulate the distribution of literature based on the City’s judgment of what specific content, point of view, or subject matter is objectionable or offensive.
ARPA contends that the bylaw’s true nature and purpose is to suppress pro-life content. Last year, ARPA challenged the City of St. Catharines’ bylaw that was modelled after and nearly identical to the City of London’s bylaw. In response, St. Catharines repealed its bylaw in August 2024, rather than attempting to defend it in court.
ARPA is asking the Divisional Court in London to strike down the bylaw as unconstitutional, as a violation of the Charter rights to freedom of conscience and religion and freedom of expression, and as outside of the authority of a municipal government.

New Down Syndrome Information Law Introduced in Nova Scotia:
Knock London City Council off their High Horse... Go ARPA Go!
On February 28, Liberal MLA Iain Rankin introduced Bill 56: Harvey’s Law in Nova Scotia. If the name sounds familiar, that’s because another MLA (Keith Irving) introduced an identical bill back in 2021 and again in 2024. A similar bill, Harvey and Gurvir’s Law, was also introduced in Ontario in 2021.
Bill 56 would require the Minister of Health and Wellness to ensure that up-to-date, evidence-based information on Down syndrome is available to members of the public. This information must include elements such as life expectancy, cognitive and physical development, and education and psychosocial outcomes for people with Down syndrome. It would also include information about resources and supports available to those who have a family member with Down syndrome. Further, when a health professional communicates a prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome to expectant parents, they must give them the up-to-date information relating to Down syndrome.
Irving introduced this bill because of a local family’s difficulty getting balanced information after learning that their son, Harvey, had Down syndrome. Following the prenatal diagnosis, Harvey’s mother Sarah was referred for multiple tests. Throughout this process, she was told by various health professionals about things Harvey would be unable to do and questioned about why she would not get an abortion.
It was only through their own research that Harvey’s parents learned that their son would be able to thrive. Many of the things they were told Harvey would be unable to do were factually incorrect. Because of the challenges in accessing accurate information, and the desire to save other families from the same problem, Harvey’s mother began advocating for Harvey’s Law, first in Ontario and more recently in Nova Scotia.
In a culture that so readily aborts pre-born children with Down syndrome, Canadians need to change their mindset about children with a fetal abnormality. People need to know that children with Down syndrome are valued, live meaningful lives, and that there are supports for challenges that may arise.
Bill 56 would help to change the tone of conversations that parents have with their healthcare providers. Instead of giving a prenatal diagnosis negatively, doctors would be required to provide objective information about the life of people with Down syndrome and the supports available. It’s a step in the right direction, and we hope to see such a bill introduced in provincial legislatures across the country.

FBI Still Hiding Biden Twitter Censorship Records
We were in court this week for a hearing ordered by U.S. District Judge Sparkle L. Sooknanan in our FOIA lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice for “Twitter Files” records concerning Hunter Biden’s laptop and other censorship. The only issue remaining in the lawsuit is the FBI’s continued hiding of records documenting two meetings between Twitter and the Biden FBI.
We filed the April 2023 lawsuit against the Justice Department, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence after the FBI failed to respond to a December 2022 FOIA request for the records of any FBI official and key Twitter employees between June 2020 and December 2022 (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:23-cv-01163)).
The lawsuit references Yoel Roth, Vijaya Gadde, and Jim Baker, who were prominent in internal discussions at Twitter about censoring the New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story, as journalist Matt Taibbi revealed in the December 2022 release of the “Twitter Files.”
It is frustrating beyond belief for us to have to go to federal court for basic information on Biden’s abuse of the FBI, using Twitter to censor and monitor Americans.
Earlier this year, FBI Director Kash Patel committed the FBI to a “new era” of transparency:
The FBI is entering a new era—one that will be defined by integrity, accountability, and the unwavering pursuit of justice. There will be no cover-ups, no missing documents, and no stone left unturned — and anyone from the prior or current Bureau who undermines this will be swiftly pursued. If there are gaps, we will find them. If records have been hidden, we will uncover them. And we will bring everything we find to the DOJ to be fully assessed and transparently disseminated to the American people as it should be. The oath we take is to the Constitution, and under my leadership, that promise will be upheld without compromise.
Through FOIA and other direct litigation, we continue to investigate and litigate the broad range of censorship that had been imposed upon tens of millions of Americans.
In November 2024, we uncovered records from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) revealing an extensive effort by government and non-government entities to monitor and censor social media posts on fraud during the 2020 election.
In June 2024, heavily redacted Homeland Security records from a Judicial Watch FOIA lawsuit showed state election officials in the days before and after the 2020 election flagging online content deemed “misinformation” and sending it to the Center for Internet Security (CIS), a DHS-funded nonprofit, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), which is a division of DHS, the Election Integrity Partnership (EIP), which was created to flag online election content for censorship and suppression, and others.
In December 2023, Homeland Security records from the same lawsuit showed a close collaboration between its Cybersecurity and Information Security Agency (CISA) and the leftist Election Integrity Partnership (EIP) to engage in “real-time narrative tracking” on all major social media platforms in the days leading up to the 2020 election.
In November 2023, we uncovered Homeland Security records that showed the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) communicating during the 2020 election campaign with the Election Integrity Partnership (EIP). The CISA records showed government involvement in the EIP pressure on Google, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and other platforms to censor “disinformation.”
In September 2022, we sued the Secretary of State of the State of California for having YouTube censor a Judicial Watch election integrity video. In March 2025, Judicial Watch asked the Supreme Court of the United States to review the case.
In July 2021, we uncovered records from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which revealed that Facebook coordinated closely with the CDC to control the Covid narrative and “misinformation” and that over $3.5 million in free advertising was given to the CDC by social media companies.
In May 2021, we revealed documents showing that Iowa state officials pressured social media companies Twitter and Facebook to censor posts about the 2020 election.
In April 2021, records from the Office of the Secretary of State of California revealed how state officials pressured social media companies (Twitter, Facebook, Google (YouTube)) to censor posts about the 2020 election. Included in these records were “misinformation briefings” emails that were compiled by communications firm SKDK, which lists Biden for President as their top client of 2020. The records show how the state agency successfully pressured YouTube to censor a Judicial Watch video concerning mail-in voting and a Judicial Watch lawsuit settlement about California voter roll clean up.

Bribed USAID Official Helps Minority Businesses Get $550 Million in Contracts
The United States Agency for International Development has been in the news lately as President Trump’s administration exposes its use as a cash cow for the Left. Now there’s news of outright bribery at the agency, as our Corruption Chronicles blog reveals.
In yet another case that demonstrates the deep-rooted corruption at the dismantled United States Agency for International Development (USAID) , a contracting officer at the scandal-plagued State Department offshoot has pleaded guilty to bribery of a public official for running a decade-long scheme involving over half a billion dollars in contracts. The criminal operation was facilitated by a government program that helps socially and economically disadvantaged businesses by giving them lucrative federal contracting opportunities through “set-asides and solo-source” contracts exclusively available to minorities and women without a competitive bidding process. All the parties involved in this criminal enterprise, including the veteran USAID employee, are minorities.
It is important to note that the mainstream media, which collectively expressed outrage when President Trump dismantled USAID, has failed to report on the pervasive fraud that has long gripped the foreign aid agency and still ignores cases like this that support the administration’s move. Only a few local Maryland news outlets covered this huge bribery operation because the perpetrators were from the Baltimore area. The corrupt USAID contracting officer, Roderick Watson, is from Woodstock, which is just west of Baltimore.
Federal prosecutors say he received over a million dollars in bribes in exchange for using his position as a trusted overseer of taxpayer money to direct 14 prime federal contracts to his three buddies, Walter Barnes, a certified Small Business Administration (SBA) minority business owner, Darryl Britt another minority business owner and Paul Young, a subcontractor of the men’s companies. Barnes has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bribery of a public official and securities fraud. Britt has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bribery of a public official and Young has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bribery of a public official.
“The defendants sought to enrich themselves at the expense of American taxpayers through bribery and fraud,” said Matthew R. Galeotti, head of the Department of Justice (DOJ) criminal division. “Their scheme violated the public trust by corrupting the federal government’s procurement process. Anybody who cares about good and effective government should be concerned about the waste, fraud, and abuse in government agencies, including USAID.” Galeotti added that those who engage in bribery schemes to exploit the U.S. Small Business Administration’s vital economic programs for small businesses— whether individuals or corporations acting through them—will be held to account.
The U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland, where the case is being tried, emphasized that Watson was entrusted to serve the interests of the American people and his criminal actions for his own personal gain undermine the integrity of public institutions. “Public trust is the hallmark of our nation’s values, so corruption within a federal government agency is intolerable” the U.S. Attorney, Kelly O. Hayes, said.
The elaborate scheme began in 2013 when Watson, while a USAID contracting officer, made a deal with Britt to steer government contracts his way in exchange for bribes. Britt’s company, Apprio, benefitted from the special minority exception and therefore did not receive much scrutiny but when it graduated from the program and was no longer eligible to be a prime business for new contracts with USAID under the initiative, they brought Barnes onboard. His minority-owned company, Vistant, shifted to the prime contractor that cashed in thanks to Watson’s influence between 2018 and 2022.
Britt and Barnes concealed the bribes—cash, computers, cellular phones, jobs for relatives, down payments on two residential mortgages—by passing them through Young, the president of another subcontractor to the men’s businesses. Watson helped his accomplices by manipulating the procurement process at USAID by, among other things, recommending their companies to other agency decisionmakers for noncompetitive contracts, disclosing sensitive procurement information, providing positive performance evaluations, and approving increased funding and security clearances.
“Watson exploited his position at USAID to line his pockets with bribes in exchange for more than $550 million in contracts,” according to Guy Ficco, chief of the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation (IRS-CI). “While he helped three company owners and presidents bypass the fair bidding process, he was showered with cash and lavish gifts.”
Judicial Watch has for years exposed inherent fraud, waste, and corruption at USAID. Most recently, we sued the agency for records involving $27 million in Gaza grants that went to “Miscellaneous Foreign Awardees.” The Biden administration claimed the recipients could not be disclosed because the agency’s workers could be put at risk by Israel. The involvement of employees of the U.S.-backed United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) in the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas attack on Israel underscores the importance of transparency in who receives American taxpayer dollars and how the money is spent.

Thousands marched from Bryant Park to the Federal Plaza, joining anti-Israel radicals near the ICE building. A large police presence responded to potential violence, a consequence of previous clashes with 80 arrests.
Many masked attendees displayed support for Mexico, Gaza, and designated terrorist groups like Hezbollah and Hamas.

One person, who dragged a ripped up and dirtied American flag, told Rebel News:
“We need to be clear about what America is. A person who comes to this land from Europe—as a colonizer—is not American. The people who live on this land, they call them migrants. Despite rising tensions overnight, unlike other US cities, no riots occurred, and the crowd dispersed. One man critical of the protesters described them as "f*cking freeloaders."

A Raven Removes an Israeli Flag and Signs from the Sun:
I don't like AI-produced videos as much as human productions, but they have a place for the discerning to recognize important information. Here's five minutes (or fifteen minutes if you want to join in with the prayers) worth watching: a raven actually attacking and removing an Israeli flag (ravens were used by God in the bible), and the sun looking freaky strange (the "miracle of the sun" happened in Fatima Portugal in 1917).
If you also watch the video in my email of June 15 (below) you'll understand, scientifically, how the sun can actually be causing such phenomena, and how such electromagnetic energy disturbances can cause aggressive behavior in all life on earth, including ravens.
I have a theory that's borrowed from the video and book Don and I started writing after 2012. What if Iran is due for a regime change as prophesied in Jeremiah 49, because there are millions of former Muslims who converted to Christ. Erdogan in Turkey will only see it as an opportunity to rebuild the Ottoman Empire.
He could make a deal where Iran shares power with the Turks (enter the Caliphate) and he blesses Israel sharing power with the Saudis (enter NEOM). Why not? Peace for everyone. Turkey tolerates Christians. The Saudis already have a deal with Israel to build a neutral state on their soil next to the mountain where Moses met God, a city state which has room enough for all nine million Jews living in America.
There will be freedom of religion in NEOM.

In the second hour, Stan Deyo explains in plain language some shocking science regarding the sun and its effect on our weather and human behavior (including wars). He links it to biblical prophecy.
However, he has a poor understanding of Orthodox Church thinking which dominates Russia. Russians see their destiny is to defeat Islam. Their concern is with Europe. He also has a poor understanding of the millions of Christians in Iran who expect the fulfillment of Jeremiah 49 when God puts his throne in "Elam" (western Iran).
In the booklet we wrote over ten years ago, Don Brooks and I predicted that the Turkish Muslim armies will be chased into Syria (which they control since ISIS took over this year), chased by Russian Christian armies, and then Damascus is blown up with a nuclear bomb.

Rep. Wesley Hunt Delivers a Mic-Drop Comeback to Bill Maher’s Trump Parade Insult:
You’ll want to watch this again and again.
Bill Maher just got steamrolled on his own show.
For years, he’s called January 6 an “insurrection” without pushback. But not this time.
Rep. Wesley Hunt came locked and loaded.
Maher called Trump’s military parade “vaguely fascist.” What happened next was glorious.
Hunt unleashed his military pride and made Maher eat his own words.
By the end, Maher had no choice but to back down… and thank Hunt for his service.
It’s one of those moments you’ll want to watch again and again.
In case you weren’t aware, Rep. Hunt is a West Point graduate and former Army Apache helicopter pilot, who flew combat missions in Iraq and earned the rank of Captain before entering politics.
He’s served as the Republican Rep. for Texas’s 38th District since 2023.
On Friday night, Rep. Hunt appeared on Real Time with Bill Maher—and delivered a knockout moment.
Maher said, “Do I think it was a good idea to have a parade? No, but if you’re going to have a vaguely fascist parade, do it right.”
“You know what I saw?” Hunt responded. “I saw the President salute the Corps of Cadets as they walked past him. I watched him salute the 75th Ranger Regiment as they walked past him.
I sat there and watched the fireworks behind the Washington Monument. And you know what I thought? ‘Damn. That’s absolutely outstanding.’ And it’s far better than Joe Biden checking his watch when bodies were being returned to Dover.”
Liberal guest Paul Begala tried to interrupt: “Okay, wait a minute.”
But Hunt pushed through. “Hold on,” he continued. “This is a contrast that we were talking about on why you lost, because we are talking about a man who’s talking about patriotism. And in parades like that, when I was growing up, I served because I used to go to these parades and watch my dad participate in them.”
“I saw the Blackhawks landing. I visited my sister at West Point. I said, ‘By God, I want to serve this country, too.’ And so the dichotomy of what we’re seeing with President Trump and his patriotism—saluting the flag, actually making an effort—whether you like it or agree with the execution, the effort is there. That’s all we want to see.”
Maher had no reasonable comeback. He was forced to retreat and ended up thanking Hunt for his service.

Hunt wasn’t done, though. Paul Begala claimed Trump “pisses on our veterans”—then got shut down when Hunt raised this one important fact.
Paul Begala: “Trump pisses on our veterans and our military every day.”
Wesley Hunt: “No, he does not.”
Paul Begala: “Yes, he does.”
Wesley Hunt: “If that’s the case—December, January, and February saw the highest military recruiting numbers we’ve seen in years. Why is that?
“You can say what you want, but I’ve served. And the people in my ranks overwhelmingly look at President Trump and say, ‘If I want someone to defend us and put us in harm’s way if necessary, I’d absolutely take Trump over Joe Biden.’”
Begala: “Why does he stab him in the back?”
Wesley Hunt: “Well then, if that’s the case, then why do we have record recruiting right now?”
Begala learned the hard way: you don’t trash Trump’s military support in front of someone who’s actually worn the uniform.
Maher usually refers to January 6 as an “insurrection” without pushback. It’s happened a thousand times, but not today. Rep. Hunt rose to the moment and asked, “How do you have an insurrection with no guns?”
He added:
“That’s like making coffee with no beans.”
“One person was killed that day—it was Ashli Babbitt. She was a white, unarmed woman killed by a Black Capitol Police officer. Imagine if that had been the other way around.”
Maher tried pointing to the cops injured on J6—but Hunt flipped the script, saying the ‘Summer of Love’ is where people were really getting hurt, where riots across 200 cities left more than 22 people dead.
“Alright, okay, alright,” Maher muttered back.
TRANSLATION: “Get me out of here.”
Hunt ended the night with a bang when Whoopi Goldberg’s name entered the conversation.
Earlier this week, Goldberg claimed that being a black person in America in 2025 is no better than living in Iran.
