'Now it is war': Elon Musk and X sue advertisers over illegal boycott that allegedly cost the company billions.

CVS Health, Mars, and Unilever are among the companies named in the lawsuit.

XCEO Linda Yaccarino announced a lawsuit against advertisers after a House Judiciary Committee report revealed an illegal boycott against the company.


The report, titled "GARM's (Global Alliance for Responsible Media) Harm," detailed the work of the World Federation of Advertisers, which controls GARM and represents some of the world's largest companies and advertisers.


According to a report by the New York Post, the WFA controls 90% of global marketing spending, which amounts to $1 trillion per year and includes companies like Disney and Coca-Cola.

'The illegal behavior of these organizations and their executives cost X billions of dollars.'

 

In a post made directly on X, Yaccarino remarked, "I thought I had seen everything."

"The report disclosed that their investigation had found evidence of an illegal boycott against many companies, including X," the CEO continued.

Yaccarino then announced an antitrust lawsuit against GARM, the WFA, and GARM members CVS Health, Mars, Orsted, and Unilever.


"This is not a decision we took lightly, but it is a direct consequence of their actions," she added.

X owner Elon Musk shared Yaccarino's X post and simply added, "We tried peace for 2 years, now it is war."

Yaccarino boasted of X's growing numbers, noting that despite being an effective platform for advertisers and even surpassing requests made by GARM itself, the company still lost billions.

"The illegal behavior of these organizations and their executives cost X billions of dollars."

 

The CEO pointed out that the House committee obtained evidence that showed "GARM and its members directly organized boycotts and used other indirect tactics to target disfavored platforms, content creators, and news organizations in an effort to demonetize and, in effect, limit certain choices for consumers.'"

BlazeTV's James Poulos said that conflict between Musk and X's advertisers has been escalating for years, and now the reason for that has finally become clear.

 

"Rather than mild-mannered normies afraid of controversial content on X, advertisers operate as a cartel of far-left propagandists, reaping profits from taxpayers on government contracts while conspiring to silence free speech at odds with their radical ideologies."

Poulos added that the "ugly truth" about the matter is that "corporate cartels" have been revealed to have a stranglehold on online discourse and national politics.

 

"No group, whatever its beliefs, should wield such control over the bounds of our words and thoughts on the most fundamental issues. Fortunately, antitrust law offers a powerful tool to help protect us from that kind of silent digital coup against our constitutionally guaranteed rights and form of government," he concluded.

 

The House report also reportedly obtained internal emails from the advertising alliance that showed its head, Robert Rakowitz, allegedly bragging that X was "80% below revenue forecasts" since the company was targeted.

Rakowitz later claimed the email was a "self-effacing joke."

 

CVS Health, Orsted, Mars, and Unilever have not released public statements on the matter and did not respond to requests for comment from the New York Post or Fox News.

I can explain why Jodan Peterson's Appeal was Dismissed:

Rob McQueen can certainly help recruit speakers and possibly Xers.  He's the forager/garderner guy who was too busy to keep holding all day workshops at the Mormon Church on Baseline every month.  Also very deep into Social Credit economy at one time (the Douglas kind of a hundred years ago), just like the folks who helped us birth the Trading Post.

 

The court did not give a reason for its decision, and being the nation’s highest court, was Peterson’s last path of recourse after he lost his appeal in a lower court in January.   

I'll tell you why he lost his appeal.  I'll tell you why the Court would give no explanation.  It's because the College of Psychologists is a "Private Membership Association" [PMA], just like the Freemasons, Hell's Angel's clubhouse, Rotary and many other private entities.  They can make their own rules because they operate in the Private sector, not in the Public.  There's a huge difference legally.  Courts cannot interfere in any operation that is private unless there is criminal or life-threatening activity.

Corporate, Administrative and Political corruption are allied in a war against the public

It’s been quite a wild ride these last few weeks. The failed Trump assassination, the quiet coup and removal of Biden from the election, volatile financial markets, escalating riots in the UK, the failed coup in Venezuela, the acquittal and exoneration of the Coutts 4 regarding conspiracy, and of course the imminent threat of escalating wars in the Middle East and Ukraine.

In my last post, I explained that part of the counterfeit pandemic was a covert American military medical/scientific experiment, like so many in the past that were later revealed and confirmed. However, there is much more to the pandemic than medical experimentation.

 

Operation Warp Speed and the counterfeit pandemic were also used as a ruse to conceal its greater purpose -a war to defend the Deep State using the latest American Fifth Generation warfare technologies.

 

Who is behind this Military operation? Meet the Triumvirate

During my 15 years in elected office, I came to understand the disdain political parties have for people and the electorate. People are viewed with indignation and as bothersome, even though they legitimize the office the politician seeks.


The same is largely true with the administrative state or the public institutions; disdain and even contempt for the people the institution serves. Stalin had a similar disdain for the public in the former USSR, and coined the term “useful idiots” to describe them.

 

It is also true in my experience that both the political and administrative state views themselves and their wealthy corporate partners as the rightful owners and beneficiaries of the State. There are many names that have been coined to describe this corrupt state: the Cabal, the Deep State, and the Blob. What is clear is the public is excluded from this Triumvirate of corruption.

 

There are far too many people, businesses, and institutions in this Deep State to name them all, but the establishment political parties are key players.

The key institutions and administrative collaborators are military, intelligence, and law enforcement agencies such as DHS, CIA, FBI, DoD, State Dept, MI5 & MI6, the Five Eyes, CDC, FDA, etc.


Some of the main business people and their corporations BlackRock and Vanguard, Bill Gates, Zuckerburg, WEF, Microsoft, Apple, and Rockefeller, to name just a few.

 

Who is the Deep State’s enemy?

All those who are awake to this new configuration of power or attempt to oppose and disrupt their hegemony are the enemies of the Triumvirate. Some are nation states such as Russia, China, Iran, and the BRICS alliance, as well as smaller states that are attempting to free themselves from their economic grip such as Hungary, Slovakia, Syria, Venezuela and a growing number of African states.

 

Key political leaders and figures are also on the enemy list. Chief among them are Trump and Putin, but also others such as Orban, Fico, and Maduro, who face regime change through colour revolutions and assassinations.


There is also a large demographics who are viewed as an enemy of the Deep State and chief among those are people of faith. This is why we have seen a great push forward by the transgender movement, the burning of Churches, and the arrest of Pastors.

 

In addition, those who live in the rural areas and continue to earn a living from the lands and remain largely self-reliant and independent of the state pose a threat and danger as they resist the control and exploitation by the Deep State.

 

In Canada, it was these two demographics that created the Truckers Convoy, which is why they were so viciously falsely targeted as an insurrection and attempt to overthrow democracy, but also subjected to the 5th Gen weapons of propaganda, censorship, financial sanctions, and lawfare.

 

Fifth Generation Warfare

Many people may be unaware of what 5th Gen warfare is, or how it is used, and I would encourage people to become more familiar with this phrase.

 

5th Gen warfare uses non-kinetic weapons to destroy your adversary rather than conventional weapons such as bombs, missiles, and tanks. 5th Gen warfare relies on the weaponization of propaganda, public opinion, censorship, bioweapons and biotechnologies, AI, computer viruses, and economic or financial seizures and sanctions that exploit people’s dependence and reliance on the internet for everything, to paralyse, confuse, and instill fear into the enemy.

 

Many of you will have heard the phrase ‘mass psychosis transformation’, which is also a 5th Gen warfare technique.

5th Gen warfare techniques/weapons are designed to exploit those who are largely dependent on technology for their knowledge, entertainment, social interactions and upon government for their financial wellbeing.

 

Covid and the mRNA jabs -a military operation

The counterfeit pandemic and Operation Warp Speed were indeed a military operation conducted by American military/intelligence in collaboration and allied with their other two partners in the Triumvirate; political parties and corporations.

 

Their primary targets were Donald Trump and the economies of Russia and China, and the disruption of the BRICS alliance. The secondary target was those demographics that support Donald Trump, Christians, and rural people.

 

As with any military operation, collateral damage was expected to be significant, but the loss of life was viewed as beneficial to the Deep State, as many of the elderly had been already fully exploited.

 

We saw during COVID, the Deep State use these 5th Gen warfare weapons to convince people to accept closures of their businesses, isolation, lockdowns, and accept having unknown products injected into them. The Deep State created a pandemic of fear out of thin air and without a shred of evidence.

 

While we do not have complete certainty on the long-term damage resulting from Operation Warp Speed, we do know that excess mortality across all age groups and demographics, increasing infertility, and a spike in chronic illnesses continue in the C19 vaccinated group.

 

However, the entire operation also created an extensive and complete DNA dataset of for future use by the Deep State.

 

Why a military operation?

The greed and corruption of the Deep State has exposed America’s economy and financial markets as a Ponzi scheme that will collapse if not remedied quickly.

 

The rise and growth of the BRICS alliance is an external threat to the Western debt economy. Their rising economic productivity and mutual trade without the need for US$ is destabilizing America’s debt economy and markets, while Donald Trump also posed an internal and existential threat.


These circumstances, coupled with the American loss of conventional military superiority, has placed the Triumvirate of greed, control, and corruption in an exceptionally vulnerable position.

 

Operation Warp Speed and the COVID pandemic was an undeclared act of war to protect the Deep State from their own destruction.

 

What to expect in the short term?

It is unlikely that Americans will have an election this year. Events that are not yet known will determine the next steps taken in this war by the Deep State, but here are some scenarios and events to watch for.


September and October appear to be key months as the Ukraine and Middle East conflicts converge with the USA election and the onset of a new respiratory flu season.

 

First the assassination attempt on Trump and the "putsch" to remove Biden is unraveling. Many figures are taking the fall, including Secret Service Director Cheatle and President Biden. We can expect to see VP Harris become President before November, as Biden will likely be forced to exit prematurely to complete the putsch.

 

Secondly, Americans have been conditioned to accept martial law to defend democracy and their security. The COVID pandemic experiments are clear evidence that most Canadians and Americans will forsake their liberties for security.

 

The WHO and Public Health Agencies are escalating the unfounded fears of both the Bird Flu and Monkey Pox, and more mRNA vaccines have already been “authorized” for both.


Ukranian and Israeli economies are in tatters, and their wars are not going well. The Deep State will seek to expand the war against Hezbollah in Lebanon, and against Russia in Ukraine.


These three preceding events will have strong impacts on the American economy and finances and will dictate how the Deep State will respond.

 

However, it is probable that the fear of Bird Flu/Monkey Pox may become escalated and declared a pandemic causing new lockdowns. In any or all of these scenarios, democracy will likely have to be defended by either delaying the election or having mail-in ballots only, and if this happens, Trump will lose.

 

If, for some reason, the Deep State cannot ensure a Trump election loss, then violence (like so many other CIA-sponsored colour revolutions or the current UK riots) is likely to result, as divisions are stoked between the people of Americas’ heartland and those in the urban cities.

 

The solution

There is only one thing the Deep State fear and that they cannot defeat: peaceful, non-violent civil disobedience.

Biden comes out of hiding to prove he’s completely insane:

The president has gone out of the public eye. The Democrats want nothing more than to put him away for good.

And Biden came out of hiding to prove he’s completely insane.

President Biden once again raised eyebrows on Thursday, appearing visibly confused during his only public event of the week.

 

At 81, Biden has faced mounting criticism about his mental fitness, and this latest episode only adds fuel to the fire.

After ending his campaign for a second term on July 21, following a rebellion from fellow Democrats over concerns about his cognitive abilities, Biden has continued to insist that he is capable of leading the nation.


Yet, his increasingly sparse schedule tells a different story. During a White House celebration honoring the Texas Rangers’ World Series win, Biden wrapped up the event by accepting a personalized jersey and cowboy boots from the team.

 

But instead of confidently concluding the event, Biden seemed lost, asking, “All right, what am I doing now?”

A military aide had to step in to collect the gifts, with Biden awkwardly joking, “Are you stealing my jersey?” Even after hosting numerous events in the East Room before, the president seemed disoriented, standing aimlessly and gesturing in confusion as he awaited instructions.

 

It wasn’t until an emcee prompted the audience to remain seated as Biden departed that he finally made his exit, attempting to inject some energy into the moment with a mock-jogging motion.


After greeting two young children, Biden gave a military-style salute to the Dallas-Fort Worth team, but the moment did little to quell the growing concerns about his ability to serve as commander-in-chief.

 

Calls for Biden to resign have grown louder, even within his own party. House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) didn’t mince words, stating,


“If Joe Biden is not fit to run for president, he is not fit to serve as president. He must resign the office immediately.” Similarly, Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D-Wash.) voiced her doubts, saying, “Americans deserve to feel their president is fit enough to do the job.”

 

Adding to the skepticism, Biden had no public events scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.

On Thursday evening, he was slated to make a closed-door visit to his former campaign headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, before retreating to his vacation home for a long weekend.

 

Biden’s exit as the Democratic nominee came after relentless pressure from party leaders, spurred by his disastrous June 27 debate against former President Donald Trump, where Biden’s confusion and indecipherable remarks, including his baffling claim that he “beat Medicare,” shocked viewers.

 

Vice President Kamala Harris has since taken over as the Democratic nominee, enjoying a surge in the polls.

However, her lead over Trump in the RealClearPolitics average has done little to satisfy critics, who point out that Harris has yet to face real scrutiny, having avoided interviews since her nomination. As the November election approaches, Republicans argue that this lack of transparency is allowing Harris an unearned “honeymoon” period.

 

Despite the growing unease, Biden’s aides remain adamant that he is still capable of leading the country.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has even claimed that Biden could serve a full second term, while his physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, continues to assert that Biden’s mental acuity is “excellent.”

Trump’s life in Danger after Secret Terrorist Plot Foiled:

Donald Trump is no stranger to assassination attempts. But things might not be getting any better.

And now, Trump’s life is in danger after a secret terrorist attempt was foiled.

 

In a disturbing revelation, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced on Tuesday that Asif Merchant, a 46-year-old Pakistani national, has been charged in connection with a plot to assassinate a prominent U.S. politician or government official on American soil.


While the DOJ press release did not explicitly name the intended target, a U.S. official briefed on the matter told CNN that the plot likely targeted 2024 GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump and other current and former U.S. officials.

 

This horrific development sheds light on the dangerous intersection of foreign influence, terrorism, and attempts to undermine U.S. democracy. The fact that this plot involves a foreign national with close ties to Iran is especially concerning, given Iran’s history of hostility toward the United States and its leaders.


According to the DOJ, Merchant arrived in the United States in April 2024, after spending time in Iran. Upon his arrival, he immediately sought out a contact he believed could assist him in executing the assassination plot.


Unbeknownst to Merchant, this individual, identified only as a confidential source (CS), reported Merchant’s intentions to law enforcement, ultimately becoming a key figure in foiling the plot.

 

In a meeting in New York, Merchant laid out his chilling plan to the CS, explaining that the opportunity he was offering was not a one-time deal but would be ongoing. He ominously used a “finger gun” gesture to indicate that the opportunity involved killing, a gesture that left little doubt about the seriousness of his intentions.


Merchant’s conversation with the CS became increasingly explicit, as he began discussing potential assassination scenarios and quizzed the CS on how they would carry out the murder under different circumstances.

Merchant acknowledged the high level of security surrounding the target but seemed undeterred, determined to see his plan through.

 

Merchant also revealed his intent to leave the United States after the killing and instructed the CS on how they would communicate using code words. This sophisticated level of planning and the use of code words demonstrates the calculated nature of the plot and the lengths to which Merchant and his handlers were willing to go to achieve their deadly goals.


In mid-June, Merchant took his plot a step further by meeting with individuals he believed to be hitmen, but who were, in fact, undercover law enforcement officers.

 

During the meeting, he detailed his desire for three services: theft of documents, arranging protests at political rallies, and the assassination of a “political person.” He informed the undercover officers that instructions on who to kill would be delivered in late August or early September.


On June 21, Merchant paid a $5,000 advance to the supposed hitmen, cementing his commitment to the plot. It was clear that Merchant believed he was on the cusp of executing a high-profile assassination that would send shockwaves through the nation.

 

However, thanks to the diligent work of the FBI and other law enforcement agencies, Merchant’s plot was thwarted. Just before he could leave the United States on July 12, as planned, Merchant was arrested by law enforcement agents.


His capture was a critical victory for American security and a clear message to foreign actors that their attempts to influence or destabilize the United States will not go unanswered.

 

Attorney General Merrick Garland emphasized the gravity of the situation, stating, “For years, the Justice Department has been working aggressively to counter Iran’s brazen and unrelenting efforts to retaliate against American public officials for the killing of Iranian General Soleimani.


The Justice Department will spare no resource to disrupt and hold accountable those who would seek to carry out Iran’s lethal plotting against American citizens and will not tolerate attempts by an authoritarian regime to target American public officials and endanger America’s national security.”


FBI Director Christopher Wray echoed these sentiments, labeling the plot as “straight out of the Iranian playbook” and affirming that any foreign-directed plot to kill a public official or U.S. citizen would be met with the full force of the FBI.

 

The arrest of Asif Merchant comes on the heels of a terrifying incident on July 13, when an attempted assassination of Donald Trump took place during a rally in Pennsylvania. The gunman, Thomas Matthew Crooks, was killed by law enforcement after he opened fire, injuring Trump and two others, and killing a father who was protecting his family.


The connection between this assassination attempt and Merchant’s plot, though not explicitly stated by authorities, raises serious questions about the level of coordination and influence foreign actors may have in these heinous acts.

 

This series of events is a stark reminder of the threats facing the United States from hostile foreign actors and the lengths they will go to disrupt American democracy and harm its leaders.


The involvement of individuals with ties to Iran is particularly alarming, given the nation’s track record of sponsoring terrorism and its deep-seated enmity toward the U.S.

The Biden administration must take these threats seriously and work tirelessly to ensure that American citizens and public officials are protected from such plots.

 

The events that have unfolded should serve as a wake-up call to the dangers posed by foreign influence and the importance of maintaining a strong, vigilant defense against those who seek to do harm.


In a time of increasing global tensions, it is imperative that the United States remains steadfast in its commitment to protecting its people and its democracy from those who wish to see it fail.


The foiling of Merchant’s plot is a victory, but it also serves as a reminder that the battle against foreign interference and terrorism is far from over.
