More than 100 officers injured as protesters attack police, breach barrier at Mexico's National Palace
Demonstration follows the assassination of Mayor Carlos Manzo, who criticized President Sheinbaum's cartel policies
Thousands of protesters swarmed Mexico City Saturday, attacking police officers and attempting to breach a security barrier around the National Palace, which houses the federal government's executive branch.
Plumes of tear gas filled the street as hooded protesters dragged riot police out of formation, beat them with hammers and chains and threw explosive devices at them, as they were stripped of their shields and communication radios.
The Secretariat of Citizen Security of Mexico City announced via social media that at least 60 police officers had minor injuries, and 40 officers were taken to hospitals.
Of the 40 officers hospitalized, 36 had contusions, cuts and minor injuries, and four are receiving specialized care for trauma and other injuries that are not life-threatening.
As of Saturday night, at least 20 people were detained, and 20 others were referred for administrative offences.

The anti-government march, which became violent at Zocalo Square, was organized by members of Gen Z, those born between the late '90s and early 2010s.
Protesters told The Associated Press they were rallying against corruption and safety concerns.
The Secretariat of Citizen Security noted that the Mexico City Police carried out only containment operations and did not repress protesters or respond to provocations.

Arizbeth Garcia, a 43-year-old physician, told the outlet she was marching for increased security and additional funding for the public health system.
"[Doctors] are also exposed to the insecurity gripping the country, where you can be murdered and nothing happens," Garcia said.
Another demonstrator, Rosa Maria Avila, 65, of Pátzcuaro in Michoacán, told the outlet she was marching in support of Uruapan Mayor Carlos Manzo, an anti-crime activist who was assassinated at a public event earlier this month in Michoacán.
"The state is dying," Avila said. "He was killed because he was a man who was sending officers into the mountains to fight delinquents. He had the guts to confront them."
Manzo was shot seven times after condemning Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum for her alleged lack of effort in combating cartels.
"We need greater determination from the president of Mexico," Manzo told local media in September. "I do not want to be just another mayor on the list of those who have been executed and had their lives taken away from them. … I am very afraid, but I must face it with courage."
Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum, who took office in October 2024 as Mexico's first female president, recently came under fire after a series of high-profile murders.

Critics accuse her of tolerating organized crime and failing to support anti-cartel efforts.
In May, Sheinbaum publicly confirmed she rejected U.S. military assistance from President Donald Trump, who was looking to help the country fight drug trafficking and violent cartels.
She allegedly told Trump the country will "never accept" the presence of the U.S. Army in its territory.
"No, President Trump, our territory is inalienable, sovereignty is inalienable," Sheinbaum previously said. "We can collaborate. We can work together, but with you in your territory and us in ours. We can share information, but we will never accept the presence of the United States Army on our territory."
The Heritage Foundation, a top conservative group, claimed Mexico was unlikely to change its stance when Sheinbaum was elected, despite the escalating threat from cartels.

Iranian Army Officials DEFECT To Crown Prince in Public
Are we surprised? Notice that Russia is not intervening to support the toppling regime.
.pb
Exiled Iranian Prince Reza Pahlavi is pushing for regime change in Tehran, asserting that the regime is "near collapse."
In a post on X, Pahlavi encouraged the people of Iran to rise and warned military personnel that this is their "final chance" to stand with the public against the regime.
"To the military—as you’re given orders to lash out at the people—stand down. This is your final chance. You are being watched. We will remember who stood with the people and who committed crimes against them," Pahlavi wrote on X.

On Monday, Pahlavi held a news conference in Paris, where he announced the launch of a secure platform for military, police and security personnel looking to defect from the regime to contact him and his team. He implied that he was already receiving such messages, saying that the platform would "efficiently manage the growing volume of inbound communications and requests from those breaking with the regime and seeking to join our movement."
The exiled prince also issued a message to the world, urging the international community to let the "corrupt, crumbling, terrorist regime" in Iran fall.
"Do not prop up a regime that will, soon again, turn its guns, missiles, and terror toward you," Pahlavi wrote.

The message posted on X comes one day after Pahlavi proposed that he lead Iran to democracy. He said it is the Iranian people’s "Berlin Wall moment," as the future of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s regime remains uncertain following the destruction of Tehran’s nuclear program. Khamenei was reportedly hiding in a bunker during the U.S. strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities.
"I am here today to submit myself to my compatriots to lead them down this road to peace and a democratic transition," Pahlavi said on Monday. "I do not seek political power, but rather to help our great nation navigate through this critical hour toward stability, freedom, and justice."

In a direct message to Khamenei, Pahlavi said, "Step down. And if you do, you will receive a fair trial and due process of law. Which is more than you have ever given any Iranian."
Pahlavi’s late father, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, the last Shah of Iran, was overthrown during the 1979 Iranian Revolution.
In February, Pahlavi spoke at the Geneva Summit for Human Rights and Democracy, where he called for international action against Khamenei’s regime and said Iranians were ready to reclaim their "stolen country."

Miraculous battles that stopped Islam

Vastly outnumbered by Ottoman forces, it was a miracle that the winds which normally blew toward land suddenly reversed, so the Ottoman ships could not get close enough to the Christian navy, and their cannon balls fell into the sea. Then, with the wind behind them, the Christian navy speedily approached before the Ottomans could reload, and blew the Ottomans' ships apart.

Toys Talking Nasty (DON'T BUY FOR CHRISTMAS)
The report, conducted by researchers at the Public Interest Research Group (PIRG) and released Thursday, tested three AI-powered toys from different companies, finding that all of them were capable of providing concerning answers to young users.
Without too much prodding, the AI toys discussed topics that a parent might be uncomfortable with, ranging from religious questions to the glory of dying in battle as a warrior in Norse mythology.
That, it turned out, was just the tip of the iceberg. In other tests, Kumma cheerily gave tips for “being a good kisser,” and launched into explicitly sexual territory by explaining a multitude of kinks and fetishes, like bondage and teacher-student roleplay. (“What do you think would be the most fun to explore?” it asked during one of those explanations.)

all under the benign cover of “border security,” “cybersecurity,” and “combating hate.”
Permanent Secrecy Orders: Service providers face criminal penalties for disclosing government surveillance orders, cloaking all activities in secrecy.
Network Backdoors: Government may order companies to install network backdoors, block websites, or disable technologies in secret.
Secret Compliance Orders: “Designated operators” must follow confidential directives while prohibited from disclosing them. 4. Massive Financial Penalties: Non-compliance can trigger fines up to $15 million per day for organizations and $1 million per day for individuals.
Key Criminalization Powers:
1. Elimination of Prosecutorial Oversight: Removes Attorney General consent requirements, allowing police to initiate hate-speech prosecutions autonomously.
2. Symbol and Meme Criminalization: Criminalizes “wilful promotion of hatred through public display of symbols,” capturing satirical or historical content.
3. Thought Crime Enhancement: Any offence may be upgraded to “hate-motivated,” carrying penalties up to life imprisonment.
4. Protected Zone Restrictions: Up to ten years in prison for “intimidation” near schools, churches, and community centres—creating thousands of protest-free zones across Canada.

France deploys 80,000 "security personnel" to Suppress Protests!
In scenes reminiscent of the “gilets jaunes” (yellow vest) movement featured in my original World on Fire article in 2019, protesters took to the streets across France last month, blocking traffic, burning barricades and generally causing havoc.
The demonstrations were part of the “Bloquons Tous” movement, a radical new youth-led, social media-born campaign aiming to shut down the country in defiance of rising inequality and proposed government spending cuts.
The protest took place on incoming Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu’s first day in office and prompted the government to deploy more than 80,000 security personnel across the country.
Hundreds of demonstrators were arrested".

Summary
· Protests staged in cities across France
· Police move in to remove blockades
· Nearly 500 protesters arrested
· Protesters are angry with the planned budget cuts, politicians
NANTES/PARIS, Sept 10 (Reuters) - Protesters across France obstructed highways, burned barricades and clashed sporadically with police on Wednesday in a show of anger against President Emmanuel Macron, the political elite and planned spending cuts.
Authorities deployed more than 80,000 security personnel across the country, removing barriers and spraying water hoses at demonstrators as tensions flared in several places.

In Paris, riot police periodically used teargas to disperse crowds. Nearly 200 people were detained in the capital.
The "Block Everything" movement - a broad expression of discontent that has spread on social media - sprang up online in May among right-wing groups but has since been co-opted by the left and far-left.
The unrest added to the political turmoil on a day when conservative Sebastien Lecornu took office as President Emmanuel Macron's new prime minister, after his predecessor was ousted by parliament over his unpopular plans for sharp budget cuts.
"It's the same shit; it's the same, it's Macron who's the problem, not the ministers," said Fred, a CGT union official at the Paris public transport company RATP. "He has to go."
France is under pressure to lower a budget deficit that stands at nearly double the European Union's 3% ceiling, and a debt pile equivalent to 114% of GDP.
In Paris, students and school-age youngsters swelled the protesters' ranks. Over 300 protesters were arrested across the country, though many rallies were peaceful.
Nearly 200,000 people across France participated in the movement, a mobilization outgoing Interior Minister Bruno Retailleau described as "significant," though he added that "those who wanted to block the country failed to do so."
The movement reflects anger with what protesters say is a dysfunctional ruling elite bent on austerity - the discontent deepened after the last government proposed cuts of 44 billion euros ($52 billion) in government spending.
Outside the Gare du Nord train station in Paris, hundreds of youths chanted anti-Macron slogans. One carried a placard with the Tricolour flag and the slogan "The rich elite's Republic".

X22 Report — H Schlanger:
· D’s System Exposed,
· EU-NATO Pushing War with Russia,
· Peace through Strength
In a recent appearance on the X22 Report, Harley Schlanger, a historian and national spokesman for The LaRouche Organization, offered a stark assessment of both domestic political maneuvering and escalating international tensions. His insights, which can be further explored on the LaRouche Organization’s website, paint a picture of a system struggling under its own weight and a global landscape teetering on the precipice of conflict.
Schlanger’s analysis begins with a pointed critique of the recent government shutdown orchestrated by Senate Democrats. He argues that this move, intended to prolong Obamacare subsidies, brutally exposed the inherent fragility of what he terms the “socialist welfare empire.” The abrupt halt to SNAP benefits for millions of low-income Americans, used as leverage in the political standoff, is highlighted as irrefutable evidence of this vulnerability.
Furthermore, Schlanger points to alleged loopholes in the Affordable Care Act being exploited by Democrat-controlled states to redirect federal funds towards healthcare for undocumented immigrants, effectively transforming taxpayer dollars into a subsidy for illegal border crossings while major insurance companies reportedly reap billions. This “cynical tactic,” he contends, prioritized the failing healthcare scheme over essential services, forcing Republicans into repeated votes for full funding that were subsequently blocked.
The discussion then pivots to the international stage, where Schlanger argues that NATO and EU leaders are actively pushing Europe towards direct confrontation with Russia. He cites unprecedented military pacts, including the coordination of nuclear and missile systems between France and Britain, as evidence of a continent increasingly militarized as a frontline in an anti-Russian strategy.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s accusation that the alliance has already declared war through its proxies in Ukraine is presented as a significant development. Schlanger further suggests that NATO’s expansion into the Arctic and Pacific is a calculated effort to isolate Moscow and provoke escalation, aligning with what he describes as long-suspected Western plots dating back to 1993 documents outlining offensive operations against Russia utilizing Eastern European buffer states.
The dismissal of peace talks by some EU elites as “more dangerous than war,” coupled with the bloc’s ramped-up hybrid defenses against perceived Russian threats, is interpreted by Schlanger not as strength, but as desperation masking internal failures in debt and energy. This, he warns, is propelling the EU into a potentially “s******l confrontation” that could devastate the continent.
For a deeper dive into these complex issues and Harley Schlanger’s comprehensive perspective, viewers are encouraged to watch the full video from X22 Report. His analysis provides a critical lens through which to examine the current state of both domestic policy and global affairs.
