Executives and upper management positions in the federal government were paid over $190 million in bonuses during the pandemic year of 2021, an Inquiry of Ministry tabled in the house of commons shows.

According to Blacklocks Reporter, the largest payout went to 295 executives that made up 96 percent of upper management at the department of justice; $17.9 million was allocated among them.

A total of $5.5 million went to the managers at the Office of the Governor General’s Secretary, the Communications Security Establishment, Economic Development for Québec, Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario, and Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre.

At 23 other federal departments, 95 percent of the top staff, executives, or those with qualifications above executive received bonuses. This included the departments of heritage, finance, fisheries, foreign affairs, indigenous services, infrastructure, justice, public safety, public works, and transport.

“Canada has a world class public service with employees committed to providing the highest level of service to Canadians,” Treasury Board President Mona Fortier wrote in the inquiry. “In fact, Canada’s public service is regularly recognized globally for its quality and effectiveness.”

The bonuses were referred to as “performance pay.” Fortier said such incentive plans are common among Canadian private and public sector company executives. The inquiry did not provide details about which individuals received Payments. [Don Brooks]

Woman Dies INSTANTLY After Booster:💥

A woman in Canada collapsed and died just moments after receiving a COVID booster shot, as the adverse reactions to the jabs continue to pile up.

Carol Pearce, who was described as “perfectly healthy” and as having “no medical issues at all,” died inside Shoppers Drug Mart mere minutes after receiving the injection.

“My beautiful Mother’s life was taken yesterday by the COVID BOOSTER SHOT!” her daughter Stephanie Foster on Facebook.

“She was happy and perfectly healthy! Spent yesterday morning visiting me at my house up until her appointment time. She left for her appointment happy and energetic!”

Foster said that her mother had texted her to let her know she was waiting 15 minutes after getting the shot before leaving the store, and in this time she passed.

“My mom text me right after she got the shot to let me know she was waiting the 15 min and I text her back. It was right after then that they say ‘she dropped dead before she hit the floor’ in Shoppers Drug Mart!!!!! That is what the docs have told us.”

Following the incident, a customer was recorded asking a pharmacist at the Canadian drug store about the side effects of the COVID vaccine. The pharmacist fails to mention that a woman had literally been killed by the experimental injections.

Loblaw Companies, Shoppers’ parent company, has refused to comment on the matter. They expressed they “would very much like to ensure accurate information is out there, however we can’t provide any information due to privacy,” and pointed all questions about what happened to that woman to the Saskatchewan Health Authority and the Ministry of Health for further comment.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority, meanwhile, has said if a patient experiences an adverse vaccine reaction “immunizing staff and physicians have a legal obligation to report the event to the medical health officer,” pointing to the province’s website for “Reporting Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFIs).”

Here’s the disturbing part:“There were zero deaths due to immunization reported in Saskatchewan,” the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health said in their statement, adding, “The Saskatchewan coroner’s service has investigated this instance and determined that the person died from natural causes.”

Surely the ministry of health doesn’t expect people to buy their claim that this woman dropped dead minutes after the injection due to “natural causes,” but they don’t need people to believe it. Their goal is simply to control the narrative by burying the truth as deeply as possible and continue pushing these deadly vaccines – something which governments all across the world have been doing from the very beginning of the vaccine rollout.

As CPAC does, it brings conservatives together from all over to engage in best practices and learn from each other. Ideas are the lifeblood of the conservative movement, and we need to coalition better to get our superior ideas to the forefront as our ideological opponents are constantly trying to silence us through coercion or bad faith regulation.

Much of the theme of this conference was dedicated to this focal point — we need to preserve our means and modes of communication amongst each other in our domestic movements to be sure, but also in the global ideas movement now more than ever. The establishment left has globalized their coordination (coercively of course) in pursuit of their harmonized technocratic global power designs, meant to erode our freedoms in national sovereignties and individual decision making (vaccine passports? “c’mon man” to quote our the current comatose vegetable-in-chief)...

Egypt: On Aug. 30, Muslims murdered two Christians, a father and son. The two were shot dead while working on their farm by suspected Islamic State militants in Sinai. Waheeb, the elder, left behind five children; his son, Hany, who was killed by his side, is survived by a wife and two daughters. The Islamic State, active in Sinai, has vowed to "wipe out" Egypt's Christian community, and has killed many.

Mozambique: Muslims beheaded two Christians during a raid on a minibus. The murders were later claimed by the Islamic State (ISIS) of Mozambique, known locally as al-Shabaab ("the youth," not to be confused with Somalia's Islamic terror group of the same name). A statement by the jihadists declared, "By the grace of God Almighty, the soldiers of the Caliphate ... killed two Christians, beheading them, and shooting them with weapons." According to the report,

"Islamists gained effective control of an area of Cabo Delgado in 2017. The province has since been termed 'the Land of Fear' owing to brutal violence meted out against both Christians and moderate Muslims. Mozambican and Southern African Development Community forces had started to drive the Islamists back in late 2021. However, the Islamist insurgency now appears to be spreading. In June 2021, ISIS-Mozambique claimed responsibility for the 'beheading of several Christians' in Cabo Delgado. Another was beheaded during a raid on a Christian village in the neighboring province of Nampula."

Nigeria: At least 20 others Christians were slaughtered in the first two weeks of August during Islamic attacks on Christian villages. Ayuba Matthew, a local, said:

"Constant killings and maiming of innocent Christians by terrorists and herdsmen bandits [Muslim Fulani] have become very common here in Taraba state. So also, kidnappings of Christians has become a problem."

The constant depredations have further "displaced more than 10,000 people from the predominantly Christian villages."

Discussing the ongoing jihad on Nigeria's Christians, Johan Viljoen, director of the Denis Hurley Peace Institute (DHPI), of the Southern African Catholic Bishops' Conference, said:

"I am shocked [at the spate of kidnappings] because I know many priests and religious in that part of the country. We are dealing here with a sustained campaign to wipe out Christianity in general and the Catholic church in particular. No Christian is safe."

Like many other Christian leaders in Africa, he accused the Muslim president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, of being complicit in the nonstop Fulani attacks:

"No 'armed gunmen' are ever arrested or stand trial. His government has stood for the right of 'cattle herders' to occupy any land. Governors who have tried to rein them in face opposition from the federal government."

Similarly, Marcela Szymanski, head of advocacy for Aid to the Church in Need International, said,

"Islamist extremists and criminals in Nigeria abduct the sole providers of social services to the most vulnerable, leaving thousands destitute and hungry," even as the Buhari government "looks the other way, and the West calls them 'preferred partners' because they have oil and gas!.... It is likely that members of the party in power get kickbacks from oil [companies]; they couldn't care less about the starvation of their own citizens!
