Supreme Court’s Barrett Rejects Challenge to Indiana University’s Vaccination Mandate:

💥 💥 The top US court has refused a request from a group of Indiana University students to block their school’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate.

Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett, a conservative-leaning judge appointed by Donald Trump, on Thursday unilaterally denied the emergency request from eight students at the university, in the first legal appeal of a Covid-19 vaccination mandate to reach the Supreme Court.

The university has required all students and staff to be fully vaccinated, or have an approved exemption, in order to attend in-person learning from the autumn semester.
