On today’s episode of the Candice Malcolm Show, Candice explains the recent landmark ruling from the B.C. Supreme Court that declares existing title to be “defective and invalid” – thus taking away established property rights.
Justice Barbara Young ruled that 800 acres in Richmond, BC – including industrial property owned and managed by different levels of government as well as privately held land – “have established Aboriginal title” and thus rightfully belong to the Cowachan Tribes. Other local First Nations, including the Musquem Indian Band and Tsawwassen First Nations, are upset by the ruling as they also claim title to this land. As Candice points out, this is what the LAND BACK activists have been calling for. This is why they force us to listen to “land acknowledgements.”
They believe Canada is an illegitimate country, that Canadians are mere “settlers” and that the land belongs to the various First Nations tribes that make competing claims. And they have legal precedent, thanks to this insane court ruling.
Candice is joined by B.C. Conservative Leader John Rustad to discuss this ruling and what it means for British Columbia, specifically property owners. John Rustad has called for an urgent appeal of this ruling, stating that it threatens private property and investment into B.C. Immigration levels outpace Prime Minister Mark Carney’s promised cap. Early figures project nearly 400,000 new landed immigrants in 2025

Last night on The Ezra Levant Show, guest host David Menzies exposed how Ontario’s largest teachers’ union has officially embraced a pro-Palestinian political agenda, while Jewish students face a tidal wave of harassment.
At its annual general meeting, the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario voted 480 to 193 to create a “resource” on anti-Palestinian racism, affirming Palestinian identity, and teaching Palestinian history — to be distributed to all members.
Meanwhile, Jewish kids in Ontario schools are being bullied, ostracized, and even demeaned by their own teachers. A University of Toronto study found nearly 1 in 6 antisemitic incidents in K–12 classrooms were initiated or approved by school staff. And in most cases, schools refused to investigate or punished the victims instead of the perpetrators.
The examples are horrifying: a six-year-old told by her teacher she was “only half-human” because one parent was Jewish. Another told her Israel pendant was actually “a map of Palestine” and that her Hebrew school teachers were “liars.”
David’s conclusion is blunt: Canada is no longer a safe haven for Jews, as institutions from schools to the federal government bend the knee to pro-Hamas rhetoric.

Carney Liberals lack deportation strategy for 500k illegals
The Liberal government earlier denied losing track of illegal immigrants in June but withheld data when an MP requested a detailed deportation strategy.
The government plans to halt immigration applications for public health or national security but lacks a deportation strategy for illegals.
Previously negligible, the number is now significant, according to the Globe and Mail, impacting the macro picture and requiring proper accounting.
A 2024 Department of Finance briefing estimated up to 500,000 people live in Canada without proper immigration papers, potentially including those with overstayed visas or rejected asylum claims, though evidence is limited.
The Liberal government earlier denied losing track of illegal immigrants in June but withheld data when an MP requested a detailed deportation strategy.
"The Liberals invited millions of migrants into Canada knowing full well they did not have the economic and social infrastructure to support them," Conservative MP Michelle Rempel Garner told the Commons. "Canada now has a massive housing crisis, endless health care wait times and countless Canadian youth without jobs."
A 2025 survey revealed 54% of Canadians feel immigration levels are excessive. Major worries are housing (40%), joblessness (25%), and prioritizing Canadians (22%).
"Newcomers themselves are not to blame," Rempel Garner clarified. "It is the Liberals who misled everybody about Canada's capacity." Minister Diab did not respond to questions on a federal deportation strategy.
Cabinet, last January 15, said illegal immigrants were not welcome here. "Those folks are not welcome to Canada if they are doing so in an irregular fashion," then-Immigration Minister Marc Miller told reporters at the time.
Bill C-2, if passed, would retroactively deem many asylum claimants inadmissible, including international students, if they applied over 365 days after arriving in Canada (post-June 24, 2020), impacting tens of thousands.
The bill closes a Safe Third Country Agreement loophole, barring asylum claims made over two weeks after illegal land entry from the United States.
Meanwhile, economists advise the government to include Canada's estimated 500,000 illegal migrants in its upcoming immigration levels plan, which may be as high as 600,000, according to Miller.
One said including illegal migrants in population planning, noting that many with expired visas are still employed and form a "sizable" part of some Canadian communities.
There are 3,049,277 foreign students, visitors, and migrant workers, representing 18.5% of the private sector workforce, with millions facing visa expirations by 2025.
Last year's immigration plan aimed to grant permanent residence to essential service workers lacking documentation: 250 in 2025, 500 in 2026, and 1,000 in 2027.
A broader 2021 Liberal government commitment to regularize illegal immigrants, including those with expired work permits, was shelved before this year's federal election due to declining public support for increased immigration.
Prime Minister Mark Carney stated on April 16 that a cap would be maintained for "certainly a couple of years" to increase the capacity to welcome newcomers.
“Our population has gone up at about three percent per year because of immigration,” Carney said. “That’s why we need to have a cap for a certain period of time.”
Immigration levels are presented annually in the fall to aid planning for housing, schools, healthcare, and infrastructure.
Cabinet is now consulting on new targets for temporary and permanent residents, according to Blacklock’s. This comes as Canada projects 396,480 new landed immigrants by year-end, nearly reaching its 2025 quota of 400,000, excluding temporary residents.

Trump Looks Straight Into Camera and Calls Out Pam Bondi on LIVE TV:
President Donald J. Trump turned his Wednesday night appearance at the Kennedy Center into a call for long-overdue accountability, urging Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate former House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for their central roles in what he again called the “Russia, Russia, Russia hoax.”
While the evening began with Trump unveiling the 2025 Kennedy Center Honors recipients, the president pivoted from celebrating the arts to addressing what he described as one of the most destructive political frauds in U.S. history. Trump reminded the audience that from the very moment he took office, Schiff, Clinton, and their allies weaponized false allegations to smear his presidency and undermine U.S. diplomacy.
“We had the Russia, I had to go through the ‘Russia Russia hoax.’ And it was actually… it was a strain on the relationship,” Trump said, referring to U.S.–Russia relations during his term.
“I actually told him, I said, you know, they got this phony investigation going on — Russia, Russia, Russia — totally phony, created by Adam Schiff, shifty Schiff and Hillary Clinton and the whole group of them. And it made it very dangerous for our country because I was unable to really deal with Russia the way we should have been,” Trump continued.
Pointing directly toward the Attorney General, Trump made his expectations unmistakable. “I’m looking at Pam because I hope something’s going to be done about it. These people put our country at great danger. And Adam Schiff… was all made up. It was a hoax. The Mueller report came out. They all hated me.”
The president also reminded the crowd that the Mueller investigation was stacked against him from the start, with “18 Trump haters” leading the probe — yet still finding zero evidence of collusion.
“They couldn’t believe they couldn’t find anything. After years of investigation, it was all a hoax. It was a hoax created by the Democrats, but in particular, Schiff and Crooked Hillary, the whole group,” Trump said.
Trump noted that recent intelligence revelations in the past two months have only strengthened the case for prosecuting those responsible. “Now we’ve learned all the stuff that’s come out over the last two months is incredible through intelligence. And hopefully something is going to happen with it. These are people that put our country in danger, in real danger.”
The so-called “Russia investigation” — orchestrated by Special Counsel Robert Mueller — consumed much of Trump’s first term and was pushed relentlessly by Democrats and their allies in the media. While it ended without establishing any conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia, it succeeded in bogging down the administration and fueling partisan hatred. Trump has long said it was nothing more than a politically motivated hit job.
Now, with Bondi leading the Justice Department, Trump’s message is clear: the time for talk is over, and the time for justice is here. Whether Bondi takes immediate public action remains to be seen, but the president’s public directive at the Kennedy Center leaves no doubt that he expects decisive movement — and soon.
The night wasn’t solely about politics. Trump also made history as the first sitting president to host the Kennedy Center Honors, which will be held in December. This year’s honorees include country music legend George Strait, Hollywood action icon Sylvester Stallone, disco queen Gloria Gaynor, glam rock band KISS, and celebrated English stage actor Michael Crawford.
Since taking over as chairman of the Kennedy Center earlier this year, Trump has removed several entrenched board members, replaced them with trusted allies, and blasted the venue’s drift toward “woke” programming. He has pledged to restore “luxury, glamour, and entertainment” to the institution, backing a massive \$257 million renovation plan that reflects his vision for returning the arts to their rightful place — unpoliticized, unapologetic, and proudly American.

United States Police Make UNPRECEDENTED Arrest Overnight – It’s OVER!
FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino announced Thursday the successful dismantling of a Chinese spy operation operating on American soil — a major national security victory that underscores the escalating threat posed by the Chinese Communist Party.
In a post to X, Bongino confirmed that federal agents executed eight search warrants and made two arrests in a coordinated sweep across San Francisco, Houston, Portland, and San Diego. The espionage network, described by Bongino as “sophisticated,” was reportedly working directly for the Chinese government and had infiltrated key areas of U.S. society.
“This is your FBI, and you deserve to know about the work we’re doing every day to keep our country and citizens safe,” Bongino stated.

“I was hired to lead Jeffrey Epstein’s defense as his criminal lawyer 9 days before he died. He sought my advice for months before that. I can say authoritatively, unequivocally, and definitively that he had no information to hurt President Trump. I specifically asked him!” Schoen stated in a post on X.

This type of gracious transition was once the norm. Former Vice President Dick Cheney welcomed Joe Biden and his wife Jill into the residence in 2009. The Bidens offered the same courtesy to the Pences in 2016. Mike Pence did not host a tour for Harris and Doug Emhoff — but that was due to the unique chaos of the disputed 2020 election and the COVID-19 pandemic, not petty politics.

“It actually feels like a real home now,” Vance told the Daily Mail. “It’s kind of a crazy new world we live in, but there are definitely perks to it.”
Still, the vice president works to keep his kids grounded. “I try to have as many of these rituals as possible that just remind the kids, I’m still your dad, we still have a mostly normal family life, even though there are cameras constantly around,” he said.
In the end, Harris’s refusal to extend a simple act of kindness speaks volumes — not just about her lack of grace, but about the divisive and petty politics she embodies. By contrast, J.D. Vance is proving that family values, tradition, and humility still have a place in Washington.
