FDA Advisers Are Angry at Moderna for Hiding Data:
Are they pretending to be independent to save themselves?
It turns out that the FDA advisers approved Moderna booster shots based on “antibody counting,” a quack medicine approach called immunobridging.
The reason immunobridging is medical quackery is pointed at by the “laughing emoji” above. Despite having “more antibodies,” MORE people in the bivalent group caught Covid compared to people in the monovalent (old booster) group.
Despite being there in larger numbers, the antibodies facilitated the infection instead of preventing it. Thus, reliance on antibody counts is medical quackery, as the real-life experimental data proves them useless at best.
FDA charlatans approved the Moderna bivalent Covid booster for millions of people based on antibodies in TEN MICE (who all got sick with Covid when challenged with the virus).
And now, the FDA advisers are “angry” that Moderna did not present real-life data showing that bivalent-boosted people are 68% (3.2/1.9) more likely to get Covid.
Why did they not get angry several months before?
The data that was not presented was available in plain sight!
Despite these imperfections, the data was included in a preprint study that was posted online in June, again in September in an FDA document and then later that month in a top medical journal – and advisers to the FDA and the CDC said the data should have been shared with them, too.
The FDA advisers are not reading the literature and top medical journals. What do they do in their spare time?
Michael Felberbaum, an FDA spokesman, told CNN in an email that “the FDA received the preprint less than a day prior to the advisory committee meeting,” and “the information was therefore not provided in an adequate timeframe for it to be included in the agency’s meeting materials, and generally the FDA only discusses data at advisory committee meetings that the agency has had the opportunity to substantively review.”

The FDA was good at rubber stamping stuff while they considered themselves invincible.
Now that the public is asking pointed questions, FDA advisers are suddenly “angry” at Moderna. Are they trying to save themselves from repercussions and future prosecution?

You might remember the email we sent out before Christmas, informing you of the NDP Bill 42, the replacement of 2021’s Bill 17, the Gender Affirming Health Care Advisory Committee Act, which passed first and second reading within 24 hours and was then referred to the Standing Committee on Social Policy. It died before making it to third reading when Parliament was dissolved for the June election.
On November 16, 2022, four other NDP MPPs introduced a new version of Bill 17--Bill 42—with the same name as before, which passed on first reading.
The Swedish medical journal, Lakartidningen, published an article in December 2022, stating that new guidelines will advise against invasive procedures for anyone under 18. Instead, Sweden (and also Switzerland which announced their similar guidance on December 21, 2022) will offer psychological assistance to help individuals thrive in the bodies they were born in.
Bills like Bill 17 and Bill 42 set out to make “gender affirming” health care—care that supports gender transition, including through hormone blockers and surgeries,--more easily accessible to ALL Canadians, including minors.
If this bill passes, children will be able to seek gender transitioning procedures, without parental consent. In fact, in schools already, some teachers are suggesting that children do not tell their parents, and keep their gender-transitioning, a secret. They have gone so far as to even instruct fellow classmates not to mention their peers' gender treatment to their parents. Bill 42 provides a list of who should be consulted for advice, and big surprise; parents are not mentioned in the Bill, anywhere.
There are numerous groups of people whose experiences should be considered when such guidelines are drawn up, including the numerous Canadian “de-transitioners” who choose to reverse their transitions. Trans regret is very real, and has already affected too many real people and their families. Another group that deserves recognition is young people with co-morbidities such as autism, ADHD, anxiety and trauma. Such co-occurring conditions tend not to be taken into account under the gender affirmative model of care. As with parents, the bill makes no reference to recruiting people from these communities.
Instead of travelling further down the road of incredibly damaging and life-altering “health care”, the Ontario government ought to scrap this unproven and high risk “care” model.
The child abuse of hormone treatment and surgical mutilation that is hidden behind the “gender affirmation”, the euphemism of choice for radical gender ideologues, has no business in Ontario or in Canada.

Biden Aides Discover Shocking Secrets Inside Joe’s Home:
The most recent batch of classified information was found in a different location than the private office Biden held in Washington, DC, which was associated with a University of Pennsylvania think group.
Asserting his ignorance of their contents, Biden said on Tuesday that he was “surprised” that secret documents had been discovered in his hands.
At a press conference in Mexico City, Biden responded to the revelation for the first time, saying, “I was briefed about this discovery and astonished to see that there are any government records that were moved there to that location.”
He continued, “I don’t know what’s in the docs. My attorneys have not advised me not to inquire as to what documents they were.”
Additionally, Biden stated on Tuesday that “boxes” of records had been given to the archives.
Any further information regarding the records, which were first uncovered just days before the 2022 midterm elections, has been rebuffed by the White House.

Left-wing activists nudging Justices Sotomayor, Kagan to retire:
Amid concerns of a repeat scenario in which the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's refusal to retire when Democrats controlled the Senate resulted in the now-pronounced conservative shift at the U.S. Supreme Court, a growing number of far-left activists are urging current Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan to consider early retirement, as Politico reports.
Ian Millhiser of Vox also recently wrote in favor of Sotomayor and Kagan stepping down earlier than they may have expected, suggesting that with Democrats in charge of the White House as well as the Senate, now is the time to act.
Putting the situation in rather blunt terms, Millhiser declared, “We have now lived with the consequences of Ruth Bader Ginsburg's late-life arrogance for more than two years, and according to several progressive advocacy groups, the point is indeed well-taken.
Millhiser warned in particular that “[b]arring extraordinary events, Democrats will control the White House and the Senate for the next two years. They are unlikely to control it for longer than that. The 2024 Senate map is so brutal for Democrats that they would likely need to win a landslide in the national popular vote just to break even.”
“If Sotomayor and Kagan do not retire within the next two years, in other words, they could doom the entire country to live under a 7-2 or even an 8-1 Court controlled by an increasingly radicalized Republican Party's appointees,” he continued.
Slate senior legal affairs writer Mark Joseph Stern seemed to agree, writing on social media, as the Washington Examiner noted, Ian is indisputably correct about the political calculus here,” though he expressed regret about the situation, adding, “Sotomayor and Kagan are brilliant justices, and I'd be sad to see them go.”
Even so, Stern continued, “After 2025, Democrats may not hold the White House and the Senate for a decade+. This argument should be taken seriously.”
According to Politico, there are some Democrats in the Biden administration's inner circle who indicated – on condition of anonymity – that they believe Sotomayor, at least, should retire.
They did, however, note the potentially troublesome optics of publicly seeking the retirement of the first Latina to sit on the high court.
“It's absolutely a conversation that's being had. But the public conversations are very different from the behind-the-scenes conversations,” Molly Coleman, executive director of progressive legal reform group People's Parity Project told Politico.
Brian Fallon, the leader of Demand Justice, a progressive court reform group that aggressively prodded former Justice Stephen Breyer to retire, indicated that no such initiative will be launched with regard to Sotomayor.
Fallon told Politico, “I certainly understand the argument and think it is fair to ask the question, but we do not plan to mount any campaign on this like we did last year for Breyer.”
“No judge is above reproach, but as crisis-level situations go, this does not seem as acute as Breyer was,” Fallon added.
Though progressives harboring hopes that Kagan or Sotomayor – or both – will depart the court while Democrats have the power to nominate and confirm an ideologically suitable replacement remain reluctant to mount a real pressure campaign just yet, as 2024 gets closer, the changed political landscape may end up stoking enough fear to force their hands. Something really major is going on concerning the World Economic Forum gathering in Davos, Switzerland. I reported earlier that WEF Chief Klaus Schwab would not attend due to health reasons, and later, George Soros backed out due to a scheduling conflict. Now I can report to all of you that upwards of FIFTY PERCENT of invitees, will not be showing up. The last time a WEF Meeting was ditched like this . . . . was the week of the 9-11 attacks!
As of 4:29 PM eastern US time here in the New York city area, we are told that “REBEL NEWS” from Canada is at the Davos location, and they are allegedly reporting only a few dozen people were at the opening and a maximum of maybe 400 are in attendance. There were 2700 confirmed attendees (plus staff) scheduled to be there today — and they’re not.
