Outcome as result of our current Representational process, does not function as … “best/result for the voters of Canada”, that sent them there, be it (Toronto - Provincial, or Ottawa -Federal).

Corrective action? – start all over again, with development of a DIFFERENT process.  For example:

Simply to vote for what the “MAJORITY OF THEIR voters SPECIFICALLY desire!!


So, in beginning anew, it would be logical, in order to avoid the current huge consumption of our collective tax dollars which supports current “ Multiple Party Systems”, and all the huge staffing etc. costs that naturally go with that system. Each becomes a separate system by itself, whose  purpose is to serve the Party, and never be accountable directly to the voters of Canada.


Think of all the tax money, and or donated etc. would no longer be required if we simply insisted that our specific “Representatives” had a much smaller staff, as each Representative would operate similarly, as a small business.


Would also require that if and when a Representative refuse to vote for what is commonly known as “majority indicated,”… their riding association recalls them immediately back home, and they are dismissed, and a new election for their replacement begins immediately.


Additional Benefit = Forever ending the ability to ever “walk across the floor.”

The above is indeed a common sense, natural plan that had we done this in the first place, we would not be addressing this Monster problem today.


The $64,000 dollar question for us at this time, is whether or not we have the collective intestinal fortitude to “execute and reinstall this proposal”, or do we continue to have our heads in the sand and continue to “go down the proverbial drain”?


To me, the saddest part of this whole thing is that “WE”, allowed this to happen on our watch, because  most of “US” did not know … until now.

Ilhan Omar introduces bill to strip nearly $140 billion from ICE and redirect it to communities

Rep. Ilhan Omar has introduced legislation that would gut immigration enforcement funding and funnel it to communities she says were harmed by ICE operations, a proposal conservatives from Capitol Hill to the governor's mansion are calling "un-American."

Omar, a Minnesota Democrat, unveiled the Make ICE Pay Act in a press release Thursday, proposing to redirect ICE and Customs and Border Protection funding authorized under President Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill Act toward what she described as "local recovery efforts" from immigration enforcement. The bill would route the money through states to nonprofits, small businesses, and other entities, with the Department of Housing and Urban Development administering the program and its inspector general providing oversight. The program would expire three years after its creation.

The dollar figure attached to the proposal drew immediate attention, and some confusion. Omar's own post on X put the number at "$140 billion," calling it "ICE's $140 billion budget." Her press release described the amount as "nearly $140 billion." Fox News Digital reported the figure as "over $100 billion" in its opening line before citing the higher number from Omar's materials. The discrepancy was not reconciled.

Whatever the precise figure, the proposal amounts to a demand that Congress defund the agencies responsible for enforcing immigration law and hand the money to groups Omar says suffered from that enforcement.Sen. Banks calls the bill 'un-American' as conservatives pile on

The backlash was swift. Sen. Jim Banks, an Indiana Republican, posted on X:

"This bill is un-American. This bill defunds law enforcement and gives their funding to the communities harboring criminal illegal aliens. Democrats fight for everyone except the American people."

Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders weighed in with her own post, writing on X:

"Defund ICE. Weaken the border. Then expect safer communities? That math isn't mathing."

The conservative influencer account LibsofTikTok called the proposal "the definition of America last" and added, "Denaturalize and deport." John Nagel, the Republican challenging Omar in Minnesota's 5th Congressional District this November, accused her of working to cripple the country, calling her "anti-police and pro communism."

Omar framed the legislation as a response to what she described as the damage done by Department of Homeland Security operations in her home state. She pointed specifically to "Operation Metro Surge" in Minnesota, though the details of that enforcement action were not spelled out in her public statements. On X, she wrote:

"ICE has been tearing through our nation, devastating our neighborhoods, our cities, and our businesses. Our communities deserve accountability. My Make ICE Pay Act will redirect ICE's $140 billion budget to the communities they've hurt the most."

Omar's bill arrives as DHS confirms a criminal investigation involving her

The timing of the legislation is notable for another reason. White House border czar Tom Homan confirmed to Fox News last week that DHS is looking into longstanding allegations involving Omar. He described the matter as an "ongoing criminal investigation" but declined to share specifics.

"I'm confirming that ICE is, yeah, look, I said months ago that there's something that's been reported and needs to be looked at," Homan told Fox News.

Omar has faced years of allegations that she married a man critics allege is her brother as part of an immigration scheme. She has repeatedly denied the claim. In December, she dismissed the accusations as "bigoted lies" and wrote on social media that Trump was obsessed with her. The allegations have not been proven in public records. A federal probe reportedly targeting her father's immigration paperwork has added another layer to the scrutiny.

Fox News Digital reached out to Omar's office for comment on the legislation. No response was noted in the reporting.

Congressional efforts to hold Omar accountable have extended beyond the executive branch. Rep. James Comer has pushed to release immigration-related evidence and called for a vote on expulsion. Separately, a watchdog group has pressed the House Ethics Committee to obtain Omar's financial records after the panel voted to drop its own probe.

A bill with no path forward, and a message that tells you everything

The Make ICE Pay Act has what Fox News Digital described as a "bleak" future in Congress. Republicans control the House and Senate, and Trump recently signed a $70 billion bill to fund ICE and CBP through 2029, a move DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin highlighted while calling out Democrats for attempting to defund border protection. The administration has made clear it intends a zero-tolerance approach to immigration enforcement.

Omar's bill, then, is not serious legislation. It is a messaging vehicle. And the message is plain: a sitting member of Congress wants to take the money American taxpayers approved for immigration enforcement and hand it to communities she believes were wronged by that enforcement, communities that, in many cases, were shielding illegal immigrants from federal law.

Omar has faced scrutiny on multiple fronts in recent months. She refused to explain financial disclosures that slashed her reported net worth by millions, and she dodged questions after police found weapons in her son's apartment. Against that backdrop, the Make ICE Pay Act reads less like policy and more like provocation, an attempt to redirect attention from her own mounting legal and ethical questions toward an attack on the agencies investigating her.

Banks had it right. When a lawmaker's response to immigration enforcement is to defund the enforcers and pay the people who resisted them, the word for that isn't progressive. It's backwards.

The sky closes while they talk. The US Treasury's worldwide deadline on Iranian aviation fires September 23: any airport, fueler or ticket platform that services an Iranian airline gets knocked out of the dollar system. Iraq became the first live test, banning the sanctioned carriers from Tuesday at dawn, while Iran Air publicly says it flies to Najaf anyway. Turkish Airlines already answered, suspending every Iran route until March 2027. Beijing is reported engaged on the shutdown, and Xi meets Trump Thursday after 8 hours of preparatory talks at JPMorgan's Manhattan headquarters. WTI slid a 4th straight day toward $96, draining the war premium toward the peacetime price Baghdad's budget drafters already wrote into the 2027 draft.

Baghdad's quiet counter ran underneath it all. CBI Governor Nizar Nasser Hussein put the authority map in writing: new banknote denominations are the bank's decision alone, deleting the three zeros needs a bill through parliament, and a note below 250 dinars is intended. 1. Gunfire outside Ontario synagogue wounds officer and suspect

Facts: A Belleville police officer and another man were wounded during an exchange of gunfire near the Sons of Jacob Synagogue at approximately 7:10 p.m. on September 20, while congregants gathered for Yom Kippur.

The man was hospitalized in life-threatening condition. Ontario’s Special Investigations Unit is investigating because police fired a weapon. Authorities say there is no continuing public threat. Associated Press, published September 21

Unconfirmed: Police have not established what initiated the encounter or whether the synagogue, its congregation or the Jewish community was deliberately targeted. Describing it as an antisemitic attack would therefore be premature.

Why it matters to Dan: The timing and location understandably frighten Canadian Jewish communities already facing threats and attacks. Churches and synagogues should review controlled entry, trained greeters, emergency communications and coordination with local police—without treating every visitor as an enemy.

Christians should be particularly clear that Jewish Canadians have the same right to worship safely that we expect for ourselves. Religious liberty becomes hollow when defended selectively.

2. Meta’s C$13-billion Alberta data centre could trigger a building rush

Facts: Meta plans to build a C$13-billion data centre in Alberta, and Capital Power says several other hyperscale operators are evaluating the province. More than 100 Alberta projects have reportedly been proposed.

Capital Power will initially supply Meta with 250 megawatts. A dedicated natural-gas power plant being developed with Pembina Pipeline is scheduled to begin operating in 2030. BCE has separately expanded its proposed Saskatchewan facility into a 1.2-gigawatt project. Reuters, published September 21

Unconfirmed: Most proposed Alberta projects have neither reached construction nor publicly identified customers, financing and firm power arrangements.

Why it matters to Dan: This is industrial policy disguised as cloud computing. Canada could gain investment, technical employment and sovereign computing capacity, but electricity demand is enormous. Temporary grid access must not become a permanent public subsidy.

Ontario should demand the same basics before approving its proposed centres: named owners, secured customers, credible financing and contracts ensuring extraordinary users finance the generation and transmission they require. The cloud remains remarkably dependent on pipes, turbines and someone else’s hydro bill.

3. Hormuz traffic remains a trickle despite oil-price optimism

Facts: Tracking services recorded only 17 commodity vessels crossing the Strait of Hormuz over the September 19–20 weekend, down from 37 the previous weekend. Before the war, roughly 125 large commercial vessels used the strait daily.

Some tankers are travelling with transponders disabled. Producers are also using ship-to-ship transfers outside the Gulf; one operation on September 21 transferred two million barrels of Iraqi crude near Fujairah. No visible Saudi loadings have occurred at Yanbu since September 16. Reuters, published September 21

Why it matters to Dan: Brent fell toward US$101 on diplomatic hopes and improvised export flows, but shipping conditions remain nowhere near normal. Disabled tracking, offshore transfers and limited alternate routes increase cost, accident risk and uncertainty.

For Ontario preparedness, watch diesel and freight prices rather than interpreting one falling crude-oil session as an all-clear. The system is adapting impressively, but adapting expensively.

Prediction: Oil can fall further if U.S.–Iran talks advance, while diesel remains stubbornly expensive because refining capacity, inventories and transportation remain constrained.

4. U.S. proposes an AI-incident warning channel with China

Facts: Following September 20 talks in New York, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said Washington proposed a bilateral notification system for AI incidents that could threaten national security.

The United States and China also agreed to activate a new “Board of Trade.” Negotiators are considering lower tariffs on unspecified non-sensitive consumer, agricultural, energy and medical products before Trump meets Xi Jinping on September 24. Chinese state media confirmed AI discussions but did not confirm acceptance of the proposed incident mechanism. Associated Press, published September 21

Unconfirmed: No agreement text defines which AI events would require notification, how quickly they must be disclosed or whether either country could verify compliance.

Why it matters to Dan: This resembles the logic behind nuclear hotlines: strategic competitors do not need to trust each other completely to recognize the value of preventing accidents and misinterpretations.

For your AI tiger teams, the same principle works internally. Define reportable incidents before one occurs—unauthorized publication, altered evidence, confidential-data exposure or an agent exceeding permissions. “We’ll know an incident when the client phones” is not a mature monitoring framework.

5. Paramount–Warner merger talks include a 30-film commitment

Facts: Paramount and California’s attorney general are reportedly discussing settlement terms that could clear a major obstacle to Paramount’s proposed US$110-billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery.

Unconfirmed: The negotiations were first reported by The Wall Street Journal. Neither Paramount nor California’s attorney general has confirmed the proposed terms, and no settlement has been finalized.

Why it matters to Dan: Combining Paramount, Warner Bros., HBO, CNN and their streaming libraries would profoundly change film distribution, licensing and media-asset management. A 30-film promise sounds encouraging, although annual quotas can produce thirty good movies—or twenty-seven tax documents wearing capes.

For Canadian production workers and viewers, watch where those films are made, whether Canadian incentives remain competitive and whether consolidation reduces the range of buyers for independent content. Bigger libraries create enormous metadata and rights-management opportunities, but fewer corporate owners seldom produce more negotiating leverage for everyone else.

1. Ottawa proposes one-year deadline for major project reviews

èDAN-1-2-3 Facts: The Carney government introduced draft legislation on September 21 establishing a one-year target for federal reviews and decisions on major resource and infrastructure projects. Permits and assessments would proceed concurrently rather than consecutively. The bill preserves Indigenous consultation requirements. It also requires 21 days of mediation and an economic-impact assessment before the labour minister can intervene in major strikes involving federally regulated sectors such as railways, ports, airlines and postal service. Reuters, published September 21 Why it matters to Dan: Canada cannot achieve greater economic independence while taking a decade to approve mines, transmission lines, LNG terminals and transportation infrastructure. A firm timetable is welcome, provided “faster” means competent simultaneous review—not simply renaming delays as consultation. The labour provision is a reasonable restraint on executive power, but prolonged railway or port strikes can rapidly threaten Ontario food, fuel and manufacturing supply chains. Government should lose the shortcut while retaining a clearly defined emergency exit.

2. Saudi pipeline restarts as Iran offers to reopen Hormuz

Facts: Saudi Arabia has restarted its damaged East–West pipeline and could resume Red Sea exports from Yanbu as early as September 22, according to three sources briefed on the operation.

A senior Iranian official separately said Tehran could reopen the Strait of Hormuz within seven days if Washington reduces military pressure and lifts its blockade of Iranian ports. Brent crude consequently fell as much as 3%, reaching approximately US$97.60 per barrel. Reuters, published September 22

Unconfirmed: Saudi Arabia has not publicly supplied the pipeline’s restored capacity. Iran’s statement is a conditional negotiating offer, not a completed agreement or verified reopening schedule.

Why it matters to Dan: This is the first meaningful improvement in the Gulf supply picture in days. Restoring both the Saudi bypass and Hormuz traffic would reduce pressure on diesel, fertilizer, freight and Ontario grocery prices.

Keep reasonable reserves while avoiding panic buying. A repaired pipeline is encouraging; declaring the entire energy crisis over before the oil actually moves would be optimism with a very expensive fuel nozzle attached.

Prediction: Crude could fall further on a credible U.S.–Iran agreement, but diesel prices will probably decline more slowly because inventories and refining capacity remain tight.

3. Zelenskyy seeks a reciprocal energy truce in meeting with Trump

Facts: Presidents Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Donald Trump are scheduled to meet at the United Nations on September 22. Ukraine wants a reciprocal agreement protecting energy systems, food exports and other critical infrastructure as winter approaches.

Trump previously announced that both combatants had agreed to stop energy attacks, but strikes resumed immediately. Zelenskyy is also expected to request additional Patriot air-defence missiles. Russia has not indicated that it accepts the proposed pause. Reuters, published September 22

Why it matters to Dan: A verifiable, reciprocal infrastructure truce could protect civilians while reducing pressure on global diesel and grain supplies. Ukraine understandably rejects unilateral restraint while Russia retains its larger missile arsenal and continues threatening heating and electricity.

From a Christian just-war perspective, protecting civilians through winter is worthwhile even without a comprehensive peace. But announcements require written terms, monitoring and consequences; diplomacy cannot run indefinitely on presidential adjectives.

4. New Zealand removes charity status from abusive Christian commune

Facts: New Zealand’s Charities Registration Board revoked the Christian Church Community Trust’s charitable status for three years beginning September 23. The trust finances Gloriavale, an isolated community of approximately 600 people.

The decision cited court findings involving child labour, forced and unsafe working conditions, food deprivation and failure to report sexual offences. A 2022 judgment found that members working in the trust’s businesses were employees rather than volunteers. The organization may appeal. Associated Press, published September 22

Important distinction: The regulator penalized the trust for documented organizational misconduct; it did not outlaw the community’s religious beliefs or prevent members from practising their faith.

Why it matters to Dan: Religious liberty protects churches from government control of theology. It does not grant immunity for abuse, exploitation or concealed crimes—especially against children.

Christians should insist on outside reporting channels, financial accountability and leadership structures that can be challenged. A ministry demanding complete loyalty while preventing members from seeking lawful help has stopped treating authority as stewardship and started treating it as property.

5.    Meta’s new AI agent gains 2.8 million downloads in 12 days

Facts: Meta’s Muse assistant recorded 2.8 million downloads during its first 12 days after launching September 8 in Canada and the United States, according to Apptopia. On a comparable basis, Reuters reports 1.8 million Muse downloads versus 1.3 million for ChatGPT during its first 12 days.

Muse can send emails, arrange travel and complete transactions, including listing a vehicle for sale. It offers a free version and paid tiers priced at US$20 and US$100 monthly. Meta shares have risen more than 20% since launch. Reuters, published September 22

Unconfirmed: Early downloads do not establish long-term usage, accuracy, safety or profitability. Analyst projections assuming one billion users by 2027 are forecasts, not company results.

Why it matters to Dan: This moves consumer AI from answering questions to performing multistep work—a potentially valuable direction for sourcing, metadata, workflow coordination and repetitive media tasks.

It also enlarges the danger zone. An agent capable of sending messages and completing transactions needs narrow permissions, approval gates and complete action logs. A chatbot producing a bad answer is irritating; one selling the wrong car on your behalf has developed initiative without wisdom.

The financial architecture the Cabal built is being replaced.
