Merry CHRISTMAS:

New photo of Hillary Clinton is the scariest thing you’ll see:

Hillary Clinton’s fall from grace was sharp and fast. This is only going to make it worse.

Because this new photo of Hillary Clinton is the most despicable thing you’ll see.

A decade after her resignation, former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton had her official portrait released by the United States Department of State last week.

Clinton is shown here in front of the American flag in this official photo. Steven Polson painted it, as he did portraits of Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Madeleine Albright, and General Colin Powell.

In 2009, Hillary Clinton left the Senate to become the 67th secretary of state under President Barack Obama. As a result of the consequences from the Benghazi attacks, her deteriorating health, and her lackluster diplomatic track record, she resigned in 2013. Clinton was followed by John Kerry.

At the ceremony on Tuesday, September 26th, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said, “Secretary Clinton led the push to strategically rethink where, with whom, and how America engages, especially in the Indo-Pacific, where she rightly recognizes the region that would determine the trajectory of the 21st century.”

Blinken praised Clinton’s work on social issues as well.

“She was the first secretary of state to declare and uphold an inalienable truth: gay rights are human rights, and human rights are gay rights,” he claimed. “A lot of what’s now recognized as universal, what’s commonly accepted, Secretary Clinton helped make it that way.”

With regard to her leadership style, Clinton has remarked that she was, “taking a longer-term view about where we wanted to be, what kind of world we wanted to create for our children and grandchildren.”

Clinton’s stance on Putin was praised by Blinken, who said, “She led with both America’s values and our interests in calling out Putin for who he really is — from the start,” to enthusiastic applause from the crowd.

Clinton currently co-teaches the “Inside the Situation Room” course at Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs and chairs the Institute of Global Politics there.

For many Americans, this feels like a slap in the face considering that Hillary Clinton is a disgrace in the eyes of anyone who isn’t a part of the political establishment or an extremely far Left radical. Her part in the Benghazi scandal that cost the lives of Americans is particularly unforgivable.

The Benghazi scandal, which occurred in 2012, revolves around the attack on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya. On September 11, 2012, armed militants launched a coordinated assault on the compound, resulting in the deaths of four Americans, including Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens.

The controversy primarily centered on the U.S. government’s response and the level of security provided to the diplomatic mission. Critics, particularly political opponents of the Obama administration, alleged that officials failed to adequately protect the facility despite prior security concerns and requests for additional resources. They also argued that the administration initially downplayed the attack’s terrorist nature, instead attributing it to a spontaneous protest.

Multiple investigations followed, including congressional inquiries and a State Department Accountability Review Board report. The Benghazi attack became a highly politicized issue, with Republicans criticizing the response of the Obama administration and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who later ran for president in 2016. The controversy persisted as a significant talking point in American politics during subsequent years.

Trump files Federal Appeal in Immunity Dispute after SCOTUS denial of expedited Review

In the latest twist in the ongoing war between Donald Trump and Jack Smith, the former president on Saturday formally requested that a federal appeals court dismiss the special counsel's election interference case against him in Washington, D.C., as the Daily Wire reported.

The move came after the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday declined Smith's petition for expedited review of Trump's claim of presidential immunity in the case, thereby sending the matter back for review in the typical appeals sequence, as ABC News noted.

In a 71-page court filing, Trump's attorneys wrote that the former president has “absolute immunity from prosecution for his official acts” taken while in the White House.

Those include, the lawyers wrote, his decision to advocate for and defend the integrity of the federal election, in accord with his view that it was tainted by fraud and irregularity.”

Trump's attorneys contended that the former president cannot be criminally pursued for conduct that occurred while he was in office unless first impeached by the House of Representatives and then convicted by the Senate.

Under similar factual allegations to those raised by Smith, Trump was indeed impeached by the House while still in office, but subsequently acquitted by the Senate.

As such, Trump's team argues, Smith's indictment in the Jan. 6 case is “unlawful and unconstitutional” and that District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan's order below that initially denied the immunity claim should be reversed and the entire case dismissed due to what amounts to a violation of prohibitions against double jeopardy.

Chutkan, in her earlier denial of Trump's claim said that the former president's “four-year service as Commander in Chief did not bestow on him the divine right of kings to evade the criminal accountability that governs his fellow citizens.”

Though Trump then pledged to appeal Chutkan's ruling through the conventional channels, Smith sought immediate Supreme Court review, effectively attempting to bypass his ability to present his arguments to the appeals court.

Many legal observers saw Smith's move as a bid to secure a quick decision and therefore keep the current trial commencement date of March 4, with the special counsel hoping to obtain a conviction well in advance of the 2024 election.

The high court's denial of expedited review afforded Trump the opportunity on Saturday to pursue an appeal through the normal channels, which if denied, could then trigger an appeal en banc, extending the possible timeline for the trial's start even further.

As legal commentator Jonanthan Turley noted, “That will take time, and then if they en banc accept the case, then he'll never see a March trial.”

Turley added, “the Trump people can apply to the Supreme Court. So, there's a lot of runway now between him and that March date that [Smith has] to be able to cross.”

“And the odds are he's not going to be able to stick the landing,” Turley concluded, and though the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals will almost certainly want to move quickly on the issue, precisely how long Trump's team may succeed in delaying the trial's start date remains to be seen.                                                                       [The American Quest]

BANS ON BEST PRACTICE MEDICAL CARE FOR TRANSGENDER YOUTH: [Do NOT be Hoodwinked]

Read this LINK... BUT... DO NOT BUY the LIE!

Bans on best-practice medical care represent one of the most extreme and coordinated political attacks on transgender people in recent years. These bills target transgender youth by blocking their access to best-practice medical care, care that is backed by years of rigorous research and endorsed by the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Medical Association, and other leading health authorities. These bills not only display a fundamental lack of understanding of transgender children, but they also ban access to medical care often by criminalizing either the doctors or even the parents of transgender youth seeking to provide best-practice medicine for children in their care.

Sickening photos of Joe Biden’s border disaster leak for all to see:

The situation at the southern border is worsening. The Biden admin wants to keep it under wraps.

But sickening photos of Joe Biden’s border disaster have leaked that will leave your jaw on the floor.

Early insider information acquired first by the Daily Caller News Foundation indicates that less than three months into fiscal year 2024, the number of interactions with migrants breaching the southern border illegally exceeded 547,000, according to Border Patrol.

Based on federal data dating back to 1999, the current number of interactions, which reached 547,593 on Thursday morning, surpasses the first three months of any fiscal year prior to President Joe Biden’s inauguration.

The federal government reports that during October and December of 2022, there were 634,832 interactions between Border Patrol and illegal immigrants.

Federal statistics show that there were 153,613 encounters documented by Border Patrol during the first quarter of fiscal year 2019, compared to 101,779 encounters documented over the same time-frame in fiscal year 2020.

Between October and December of fiscal year 2021, it logged 209,342 encounters, while in the same months of fiscal year 2022, it recorded 496,730.

The data demonstrated that the three regions of the southern border, namely Del Rio, Rio Grande Valley, and Tucson, surpassed holding capacity as of early Thursday.

With over 24,000 illegal migrants in detention nationally, Border Patrol was operating at full capacity. There were 8,388 undocumented immigrants let into the nation on Wednesday by Border Patrol.

The data shows that the Del Rio area of Texas, which includes Eagle Pass, was over 190% capacity.

On Tuesday night, after releasing over 6,000 migrants into the nation, Border Patrol had over 23,000 migrants in their custody.

Border Patrol agents are currently facing a significant struggle with the encounter numbers across the southwest border. The senior official carrying out the responsibilities of the commissioner of Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Troy A. Miller, spoke to the DCNF on Wednesday, saying that in order to confront this challenge, the government is utilizing all its resources to guarantee the safety of its agents, officers, and the migrants who are frequently deceived and harmed by transnational criminal organizations.

The smugglers, according to Miller, are carelessly placing migrants in dangerous situations, such as in rural areas across the border, aboard trains, or in the Rio Grande River.

“We continue to go after the smugglers and are implementing new measures to impose consequences on transportation companies including bus and van lines used by smuggling organizations and nefarious actors to move migrants through northern Mexico and to our southwest border. CBP and our federal partners need additional funding from Congress so that we can continue to effectuate consequences for those who do not use the established pathways,” a member of the Border Patrol agency shared with the Daily Caller News Foudation.

The DCNF was informed by an agency spokesperson that 100 employees from the Office of Field Operations and law enforcement officers from other agencies, including the Bureau of Prisons, were able to assist Border Patrol after CBP closed various entry points and railroads in San Ysidro, California, Lukeville, Arizona, El Paso, and Eagle Pass, Texas.

Illegal immigration has all sorts of negative impacts on the local communities where the illegal immigrants land in the United States.

Conservatives argue that illegal immigrants may strain public resources such as schools, hospitals, and social services, particularly in areas with high concentrations of undocumented individuals. This strain may be attributed to the increased demand for services without a corresponding increase in tax contributions.

That strain isn’t limited to economic strain either.

In recent years, we’ve watched the southern regions of the United States struggle to deal with the dramatic increase in drug proliferation that is often directly and indirectly exacerbated by illegal immigration.

'We don’t like you': Israeli MMA fighter takes credit for writing Kanye West's name on Israeli explosive

An Israeli mixed martial arts fighter has taken credit for Kanye West's name being written on what appeared to be an artillery round for the Israel Defense Forces.

Haim Gozali, who has a record of 15-6 as an MMA fighter and is 2-0 since starting professional bare-knuckle boxing, posted an image of munitions with the artist's name written on one of the explosives.

"Kanye West," "flying to Gaza," and "Haim gozali" were all written on a single munitions round.

"Kanye West you don’t like us jewish. So, we don’t like you too !!!" Gozali wrote on X, with the attached photo.

Amid the controversy, rapper and designer West released an apology to Jewish people, in Hebrew, on his Instagram page.

According to Reuters, West said, "I sincerely apologize to the Jewish community for any unplanned outburst. ... It was not my intent to hurt or disrespect, and I very much regret any pain I may have caused."

"I am committed to begin with myself and to learn from this experience in order to ensure greater sensitivity and understanding in the future," the Hebrew message reportedly read.

West was part of a string of reactivations on Elon Musk's platform X, when host Alex Jones, Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (Ga.), and West were all given another chance on the website.

However, West's return to the app was without the level of publicity that Jones' received. Jones was reinstated after Musk posted a poll asking if he should be allowed back on the platform. Approximately 70% of respondents voted for Jones' return.

Boeing Made Billion Dollar Mistake In Transforming Air Force One:

By Robert Cunningham, updated on December 26, 2023

Boeing's financial turbulence continues as it faces a colossal loss on Air Force One.

Boeing, the aerospace giant, has encountered severe financial and technical setbacks with the Air Force One project, leading to unprecedented losses.

In a startling disclosure, Boeing reported a staggering $482 million loss on the retrofit of two 747 jets designated to serve as the next Air Force One. This loss is a substantial hit to a company still grappling with the fallout from the 737 Max crisis, which has already strained its financial resources and tarnished its public image. The total losses now tower over $1 billion for each jet, a figure that far exceeds initial projections and highlights the challenges the company faces.

Aerospace Industry Faces Headwinds

The ambitious contract, signed in 2018, was originally set to cost $3.9 billion and slated for completion by 2024. Yet, Boeing has been beset with a range of complications, from escalating supplier costs to technical difficulties. Design changes and quality control issues have also contributed to the ballooning expenses and operational hurdles that Boeing is now striving to overcome.

Boeing’s CEO, Dave Calhoun, voiced his regret over the contract, candidly admitting that it has led to a "bad outcome" for the company. This sentiment underscores the difficulties inherent in such a high-profile and technologically demanding project. The Air Force One program is prestigious and highly sensitive, requiring state-of-the-art advancements, including nuclear hardening and missile defense systems, to safeguard the nation's leaders.

Political Promises Versus Fiscal Reality

Former President Donald Trump once boasted of savings of $1.5 billion for taxpayers with this deal. Critics, however, have argued that Trump's involvement was politically driven rather than cost-effective, with some suggesting that the original estimate was closer to $3.2 billion. Despite these claims, the program's costs are now anticipated to soar to $5.3 billion, accompanied by a delay in delivery.

The new 747-8 model planes are designed to be much more than luxurious transportation; they are equipped with advanced communications systems, capable of in-flight refueling, and designed to withstand the effects of a nuclear explosion. These technical enhancements are vital for the security of American leadership but have proven to be a complex and costly endeavor for Boeing.

Defense analyst Loren Thompson described the situation succinctly: “The Air Force One program is a mess... Boeing underestimated how much it would cost to build these planes, and now it’s paying the price.” This sentiment echoes the wider industry consensus that the project was vastly more complicated and expensive than originally anticipated.

Boeing's Commitment Amidst Challenges

Boeing's defense unit reported a loss of $924 million in the third quarter of 2023, further underscoring the financial strain the company is under. The ongoing pandemic and continual supply chain disruptions have only compounded the potential for further delays and additional costs, posing a significant challenge to completing the Air Force One program.

Air Force spokeswoman Ann Stefanek emphasized the continued collaboration with Boeing to reduce costs, signaling a commitment to seeing the project through to fruition. “The Air Force continues to partner with Boeing to drive cost out of the program... We look forward to providing this critical capability to our nation’s senior leaders,” said Stefanek, highlighting the strategic importance of the Air Force One fleet.

Boeing spokesman Peter Pedraza reassured the public of the company's dedication to delivering a presidential aircraft that meets the highest standards of safety and effectiveness. “Boeing is committed to delivering safe, reliable, and effective presidential aircraft... We continue to make steady progress toward that goal,” Pedraza stated, reaffirming Boeing’s resolve to overcome the current difficulties.
