Crown drops all Quarantine Act fines against Ontario Amish in major legal victory:
“This is a victory for fairness,” said Adam Blake-Gallipeau, Senior Litigation Counsel at The Democracy Fund, who represented the Amish families in court.
The Democracy Fund (TDF) has secured a landmark victory for Ontario’s Amish community, as the Crown has withdrawn all Quarantine Act fines against a group of Amish families from Grey County.
The Crown cited “no reasonable prospect of conviction” in its decision to drop the charges.
The Amish, who rely on horse-and-buggy travel and avoid modern technology for religious reasons, were unfairly targeted with thousands of dollars in fines after crossing the border during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The fines stemmed from their inability to use the government’s flawed ArriveCAN app, which they were religiously prohibited from accessing, as well as PCR testing mandates.
Many of the affected families have sick and disabled children and depend on traditional farming to sustain their way of life. The unpaid fines led to liens being placed against their properties, putting their generational land at risk—until TDF’s intervention reopened their cases in early February, leading to this decisive legal win.
“This is a victory for fairness,” said Adam Blake-Gallipeau, Senior Litigation Counsel at TDF, who represented the Amish families in court. “These families should never have been put in a position where their land and livelihoods were threatened. The Elders in the Amish community are deeply grateful for the support from TDF donors and the wider Canadian community.”
The organization continues to advocate for other Amish clients still facing legal battles due to pandemic-era mandates, standing firm against government overreach and the erosion of constitutional rights.

Ontario's First Sikh-Punjabi Long-Term Care Home Coming to Brampton:
"[Niwaas] is a project that has been 20 years in the making, and we finally got it across the finish line."
Many Sikh and Punjabi seniors with medical and support needs find public long-term care (LTC) homes isolating due to language barriers, unfamiliar foods, and restrictions on practicing religious traditions.
Niwaas Long-Term Care, a non-profit charity foundation initiated by the Sri Guru Nanak Sikh Centre and Brampton’s Deputy Mayor Harkirat Singh, will open in Brampton in 2027. This new facility aims to provide Sikh and Punjabi seniors with a home honouring their culture and specific needs, addressing a critical gap in Ontario's healthcare system.
For Singh, the Founder and Fundraising Cabinet Chair of Niwaas, creating this body is a deeply personal endeavour. The frustration over the lack of culturally sensitive long-term care options for Punjabi seniors has persisted for a long time.
“I’ve been with Niwaas Long-Term Care from day one. I’ve heard about this [problem] for 10 years. This project has been five years in the making, and it’s amazing to see it go from concept to reality. The need was there, and that’s why I got involved.”
“Our seniors face many challenges, especially as their needs increase. We need a facility that provides specialized care, as well as cultural and spiritual care,” he goes on to add.
Last year, an elderly Sikh patient named Joginder Singh Kaler had his beard shaved without consent at the Brampton Civic Hospital, which caused outrage and emotional distress within the Sikh community. The World Sikh Organization of Canada called for improved cultural awareness and training in healthcare to prevent such violations.
This incident underscores the neglect of Sikh traditions in mainstream healthcare and highlights the need for Niwaas LTC, where culturally tailored care is prioritized.
“This isn’t just about a care home—it’s about dignity, about creating a space where they feel truly at home,” Singh shares.
Many families find it challenging to care for aging loved ones with medical needs at home, particularly in a city like Brampton, where multi-generational households often have to balance work, childcare, and other responsibilities.
“The isolation and unfamiliarity our Sikh and Punjabi elders experience when placed in care homes that don’t cater to their needs is heartbreaking,” says Gurvinder Kaur, Chair of Niwaas LTC. “Niwaas is about providing long-term care through a Sikh and Punjabi lens.”
This means familiar food options such as roti, sabji, and cha, Punjabi-speaking staff to eliminate language barriers, and programs based on religious and cultural practices, including Simran circles, arts and crafts, and gardening.
Niwaas LTC has partnered with UniversalCare, an experienced provider of culturally sensitive healthcare, to ensure the highest quality of care.
“Care at Niwaas will be delivered in a way that meets the unique needs of our community,” Kaur explains. “We’ll have an active role in programming and gathering feedback from families.”
Singh says it is also an example of “collaboration between the older and younger generations," showcasing how such partnerships can strengthen community bonds.
Recruiting and retaining Punjabi-speaking staff has also been a priority. Gurvinder confirms that fluency in Punjabi is a requirement for employment, and many community members working in long-term care have already expressed interest in joining the team.
“Right now, our biggest need is fundraising. As a non-profit, we rely on community donations. We will seek volunteers and programming ideas in the future, but for now, support through donations and event promotion is essential,” Singh stresses when discussing what is next for the project.
Niwaas LTC will have a designated wing for dementia and Alzheimer’s patients. The team is consulting experts to determine the best approach, exploring models like the Butterfly Method and SPECIAL Method to align with Sikh and Punjabi values.
A memory care garden and tailored programming will also be key features of the facility.
The response from the Sikh and Punjabi communities has been overwhelmingly positive. From volunteering professional services to fundraising, community members have been actively involved in bringing this project to life.
“This is a project that has been 20 years in the making, and we finally got it across the finish line,” says Prabmeet Singh Sarkaria, Ontario Minister of Transportation, MPP for Brampton South and another key figure in the initiative. “The province is investing approximately $70 million, with the rest being fundraised by the community. It’s a true example of government and community working together.”
Premier Doug Ford has also backed the initiative, with Sarkaria noting his role as “a huge champion of this project.”
With construction set to begin, Niwaas LTC is focused on ensuring a smooth launch. Over the next five to ten years, the goal is to expand services and inspire similar initiatives across Ontario and beyond.
“This is just the beginning,” Sarkaria says. “We hope to see more culturally tailored long-term care facilities across Ontario to meet the diverse needs of our seniors.”
"[Mayor Patrick Brown] has [also] been very supportive of culturally-focused long-term care homes. We recognized the challenges that arose in long-term care facilities after COVID-19, and as a city, we decided to support applications for non-profit and cultural long-term care homes. The mayor's budget included a motion to waive development charges, providing significant assistance," said Singh.
For families considering Niwaas LTC for their loved ones, Gurvinder offers reassurance, “We are working tirelessly to create a space that prioritizes our identity, Sikhi, and culture—alongside the highest quality of care.”
In the lead-up to Niwaas Long-Term Care's opening in 2027, the project continues to gain momentum, supported by the community, including gurdwaras, local businesses, and individual donations.
"We aim for Niwaas Long-Term Care to serve as a model for what long-term care homes should be. Through our services, skilled staff, and research partnerships—such as our discussions with TMU Medical School—we aspire to lead in innovation within seniors' care. We expect and hope that the province recognizes this as a cutting-edge long-term care facility,” said Singh.
The Niwaas LTC also represents the possibility of Gurudwaras playing a more active role in institution building beyond its doors.
"This project is a prime example of how Gurudwaras can play a significant role in the community," Singh stresses. "The Gurudwara not only provided financial resources and leadership but also offered invaluable insights, drawing on its deep-rooted connection to the people it serves."
Through the collective efforts of the community and the Gurudwara, Niwaas is evolving into more than just a long-term care center.
As Gurvinder put it, “We’re not just creating a building. We’re creating a home. This is a place where our elders will not just receive care; they will thrive.”

If you thought you'd seen it all, that the Liberal government couldn’t possibly find new weird ways to waste your tax dollars, buckle up — because this one is a real doozy. This story shocked me, and I feel like I am getting desensitized to woke wasteful spending.
While you’re working overtime just to afford groceries… while farmers are being crushed under escalating taxes… while veterans are being offered assisted suicide instead of actual support — what did the Trudeau government decide to spend nearly $50,000 of your money on?
A padded bikini top for trans and non-binary kids. No, this is not satire. This is real life in Trudeau’s Canada.
According to the government’s records, the National Research Council of Canada, a taxpayer-funded organization supposedly focused on science and technology, handed out $48,700 for a project to create a shaping one-piece and padded bikini top to help trans kids feel more “comfortable” while swimming and doing gymnastics.
First off — let’s be clear. There is no such thing as a trans kid. Children are not political experiments. They are not born in the “wrong body.” And they certainly don’t need government-funded chest-binding swimwear.
And please, I need someone to explain to me, like I’m five: how is this a national priority?
Is the economy fixed? No. Is our health-care system functioning? No. Are our cities safer? Absolutely not. Opioids off the street? Heck no.
But don’t worry, folks! The Liberals are here to save the day by making sure your tax dollars fund a government-designed bikini top for gender-confused kids and their woke, attention-seeking, medically abusive Munchausen-by-proxy parents.
This is what happens when a government has too much of your money and zero common sense.
What’s next? Government-funded tuck-friendly swim trunks? Maybe a federal program for drag queen gymnastics gear? Actually, I shouldn’t even joke about that, because in Trudeau’s Canada, it’s probably already in the works.
It would almost be funny if it weren’t so infuriating.
Let’s be honest here — this isn’t about “helping kids.” This is about pushing gender ideology with your money. This is about government officials who have completely lost the plot when it comes to actual governance.
And worst of all — you paid for this. Fifty-thousand dollars.
That’s about the annual salary of a hardworking Canadian. That’s enough to buy groceries for a big family for a year. That’s real money, stolen from your paycheque, so the Liberals can fund their latest woke experiment.
It’s not just wasteful — it’s insulting.
So, here’s my question: Who asked for this? A bizarre rounding error of activists, who know their little gravy train with biscuit wheels is about to roll out of the station and they're going to be left on the platform with their suitcase in their hand.
Did Canadians demand a padded bikini top for confused kids as a priority for federal spending? Or is this just another ridiculous Liberal vanity project designed to please a tiny group of radical activists who are EXPERIMENTING ON OUR KIDS?

Ukraine Parliament SLAPS Zelenskiy!
Ukrainian Parliament failed to pass the vote recognizing Zelensky as president until the inauguration of a new Head of state.
This is a signal: Leave.
Through this vote, the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) made clear to Zelensky that there will be no indefinite mandate.
Europe expected “stability” and “support” for him but saw a parliament setting a countdown timer for Zelensky.
EU leaders arrived in Kiev today to stand in solidarity with Zelensky.
The vote was held to disprove of Trump's 4% statement but that didn't happen, an agreement could not be reached on the legitimacy of Zelensky as president.
This is a slap in the face by Parliament to Zelensky, essentially telling him your days are numbered.
The U.S. will have to negotiate with those who will come to power. Ukraine needs not temporary figures but leaders who act firmly and pragmatically—without hysteria, illusions, or artificial power retention scenarios.

Pastor Wants to Rebrand Jesus--Says 'Savior' Is A Stumbling Block:
Rev. Brent Hawkes, a Canadian clergyman and long-time activist from the Metropolitan Community Church (MCC) of Toronto, has put forward an audacious proposal: remove the word "Savior" from Christian teachings because it might offend people. His argument? That the term is a "stumbling block" to interfaith work and a barrier for those uncomfortable with the idea of needing salvation. Instead, he suggests replacing "Savior" with "guide."
This isn't just theological revisionism; it's outright capitulation to a culture that prioritizes feelings over truth. Here's why this attempt to strip Jesus of His most crucial title is both theologically bankrupt and spiritually dangerous.
1. Jesus Didn't Come to Be a Mere Guide--He Came to Save
The very name "Jesus" means "God saves" (Matthew 1:21). His entire mission was to redeem humanity from sin, not to be just another moral teacher pointing the way. The Bible doesn't mince words: we are lost without Christ, and we need salvation, not self-improvement tips.
Hawkes's proposal suggests that Jesus is just one of many helpful voices leading people to God, rather than the one and only Redeemer. But Jesus Himself declared: "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6). To suggest otherwise is not only false--it's heresy.
2. The Gospel Will Offend--And That's the Point
Hawkes argues that the word "Savior" is a "stumbling block" for many. Well, of course it is! The Apostle Paul made this exact point in 1 Corinthians 1:23: "But we preach Christ crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and folly to Gentiles."
The message of salvation offends because it exposes the reality of sin. People don't like being told they need saving; they prefer to believe they're good enough on their own. But Christianity isn't about making people feel comfortable--it's about truth. Jesus Himself warned that He would be divisive: "Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword." (Matthew 10:34).
So if the word "Savior" makes some people uneasy, good! It means the gospel is doing exactly what it's supposed to do: challenging people to confront their need for redemption.
3. Replacing 'Savior' With 'Guide' is a Slippery Slope
Let's be honest--if we start rewording Christian doctrine to make it less offensive, where does it end? Should we stop talking about sin because it makes people uncomfortable? Should we drop the resurrection because some consider it supernatural nonsense?
If we remove the title "Savior," we gut Christianity of its core message: that Jesus died and rose again to redeem us. A "guide" simply points the way, but a Savior rescues. The difference is the entire foundation of our faith.
4. The World Needs a Savior, Not Just Another Spiritual Coach
Look around: the world is not suffering from a lack of guides. Self-help gurus, philosophers, and religious teachers have been around for centuries. But has humanity solved its deepest problems? Hardly.
Jesus is different. He didn't come merely to teach--He came to redeem. Romans 3:23 is crystal clear: "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." No amount of guidance or good intentions can erase sin. Only a Savior can do that.
If people don't like the idea that they need saving, that's their issue--not Christianity's. The truth doesn't become less true just because it's unpopular.
5. This is Not Just a Word Change--It's an Attack on the Gospel
Some might argue that this is just semantics. It's not. Words matter, and the language of faith is not up for negotiation. Scripture warns us repeatedly against altering the gospel. Paul writes in Galatians 1:9: "If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed."
Jesus was not crucified for being a kind guide; He was crucified because He claimed to be the Son of God and the only path to salvation. Watering down this truth doesn't make Christianity more inclusive--it makes it meaningless.
Stand Firm in the Truth
If pastors like Rev. Hawkes want to rewrite Christianity to be more palatable to modern sensibilities, they are free to do so--but they should stop pretending it's still Christianity. Jesus didn't come to be a "spiritual life coach." He came to save sinners, and no amount of rebranding can change that.
Christians must reject these attempts to dilute the gospel and stand firm in biblical truth. The world doesn't need a softer, less offensive Jesus. It needs the real Jesus--the one who saves.

Farmer protests swept across Europe
A groundswell of farmers’ protests took hold of Europe and achieved significant milestones that reshaped agricultural policy across the continent in the first quarter of 2024.
Farmers in at least 27 countries took a cue from their Dutch brethren whose tractorcades and political activism led to the 2023 ouster of a Netherlands government slavishly adherent to European Union (EU) environmental policy hostile to the farms of Holland.
Farm protests presaged a populist political surge. Voters upended centrist governments in France and Austria. Germany may face the same fate after the recent collapse of the government there. Ontario producers, many of them with roots in Europe, took courage in seeing that farmers can make a significant political difference.
Early in the year, European farmers sprayed manure, dumped potatoes, and threw eggs and flash bombs while agriculture ministers met nearby in Brussels, the centre of European power.
The action also extended to the streets of individual EU countries. From Ireland to Finland to Greece, farmers staged dramatic and ongoing tractor rallies and road blockades to protest heavy-handed climate change and green policies that included carbon taxes, a pesticide ban, curbs on nitrogen emissions and water and land use restrictions.
The grievances were driven by the EU’s 2050 net zero goal and Green Deal environmental policies. Planned diesel tax hikes were big concerns in Germany and France. In the end, France abandoned the idea while Germany took a slower phased-in approach and ditched a tax on farm vehicles.
In a notable victory for the protesters, the European parliament shelved restrictions on agricultural pesticides, acknowledging the burdensome impact on farmers’ livelihoods.

The billboard, reportedly in Bowden, reads, “Tell Danielle! Let’s Join the USA!” alongside an image of Premier Danielle Smith posing with U.S. President Donald Trump during her visit to the President’s Mar-A-Lago resort in Florida.
A website attached to the billboard requests donations for a campaign to “advertise and purchase strategic media partnerships in both Canada & the USA, all designed to facilitate a winning referendum on joining the USA.”
The website also includes several claims that can be easily debunked. For example, the website suggests Canadians “elect commoners to exercise the Office of the Queen,” despite Queen Elizabeth II’s passing in 2022, and another claims that Prime Ministers act as kings and answer to a political group called “the Family Compact,” which has been defunct since the mid-1800s — before Canada even became a country.
The website also links to a Facebook group called “Alberta, USA Statehood Movement,” which features the same imagery as the Bowden billboard and has over 12,000 members. One of the two administrators appears to be an American who resides in Mexico — Daily Hive has reached out to the group administrators to confirm this.

The airline confirmed that the captain was originally hired in October 2007 by Mesaba Airlines, a predecessor of Endeavor Air. According to Delta, the male pilot has served as both an active-duty captain and in pilot training and flight safety roles.
Delta and Endeavor explicitly stated that rumours of him failing training or being unable to advance to a Delta pilot position due to training failures are false.
Additionally, the airline confirmed the first officer was a woman hired by Endeavor Air in January 2024, who successfully completed training by April of that year. Since then, she has been actively flying for the airline. Her flight experience meets and exceeds the minimum standards set by the FAA, Delta said, noting that like the captain, claims she failed training are also false.
Both pilots were fully qualified and certified by the FAA for their respective positions.

I put this historical perspective together to help people understand what's going on in Ukraine and the NEW WORLD ORDER - in a ten minute read. How did WW1 actually start? The story goes that the leader of Austria-Hungary was assassinated by a terrorist out of Serbia. But like today, there's MORE to the story. First, let's look at a few maps - these are the things they don't teach kids in school any more.
This is what Europe looked like in 100 AD - the Roman Empire and everything else.
This is 500 AD. Notice the Roman Empire's massive loss of territory and the rise of France, Italy & Britian plus the expansion of the Persian Empire (Iran)
This is 1000 AD - notice the rise of Rus Land - or modern day Russia. The Rus were an ancient people who gave their name to the lands of Russia and Belarus. The Rus later extended their rule to Kiev, Ukraine - making it their keystone of defense. In the 10th century Prince Vladimir I, who was converted by missionaries from Byzantium, adopted Christianity as the official religion for Russia.
[BTW - The Bolsheviks (Communists) tried to remove Christianity in Russia when they overthrew it and renamed it the Soviet Union - conveniently while WW1 was going on. Got that? They even unleashed the swine flu worldwide in 1917 to make invasion easier. Think these are all coincidences? They just ran the same play on us in 2020!]
1600 AD - notice the expansion of Poland into Rus Land, the takeover of the Khazars (modern day Ukraine) by Muscovy (Russia) and the takeover of the Roman Empire by the Ottoman Empire (Muslim Turks.)
By 1700, Hapsburg (Germany) started pushing back the Ottoman Empire.
By 1800, Prussia & Habsburg & Russia replaced Poland.
By 1900, Habsburg & Prussia became Germany and Austria-Hungary and Serbia (along with other nations) rose up against the Ottoman Empire and became free. WW1 started in 1914.
A total carving up of massive empires into smaller nations would be the result of WW1 and WW2 - this is what Europe looked like in the year 2000. Today the nations of Russia, Turkey, Iran and Germany want to reclaim their former territory and glory and recreate the Russian Empire, the Ottoman Empire, the Persian Empire and the Habsburg empire.
At the same time, a small group of the world's most wealthy individuals (Oligarchs with old money from old Europe - the GREAT RESET heirs) want to use modern day technology to REMOVE all nations and create a ONE WORLD ORDER ruled by them. Back to basics! They are battling with Communist China for control of the world. Communist China is using Russia & Ukraine - just like the New World Order. We are the pawns caught in the middle.
If you study war - you'll realize that most wars are engineered - they don't just happen. Leaders are assassinated or false claims made to cause outrage - so people agree to go to war. War is money. War is power. War introduces new weapons & helps expand control. War helps create division to aid the goal of the NEW WORLD ORDER. Divide and conquer. The last thing the NEW WORLD ORDER wants are major nation states. They want thousands of small nations that can be isolated and easily defeated.
World War I, which lasted from 1914 until 1918, introduced the world to the horrors of trench warfare and lethal new technologies such as poison gas and, tanks. The result was some of the most horrific carnage the world had ever seen, with more than, 16 million military personnel and civilians losing their lives.
It also radically altered the map of Europe, leading to the collapse of the sprawling Austro-Hungarian, Ottoman and Russian empires that had existed for centuries, and the formation of new nations to take their place.
The event that allegedly sparked World War 1 was the, assassination of the heir to the Austro-Hungarian Empire, Archduke Franz Ferdinand, in 1914.
What does this have to do with Ukraine? Read to the end - you'll see why.
Serbian nationalism and a collapsing Ottoman Empire produced an independent Serbia in 1878, but many weren’t satisfied as Austria-Hungary held territory and people that Serbia felt belonged to them. Serbia had succeeded in their goal of liberating Serbia from centuries-long Turkish rule and wanted to expand. Serbs were outraged in 1908 when Austria-Hungary fully annexed Bosnia-Herzegovina. Serbia wanted it.
Serbian terrorists called the Black Hand formed in 1911. Their goal was to achieve a greater Serbia (all Serbs under Serb rule and a Serbian state that dominated the region) by attacking targets from the Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian empires and their followers outside it.
This was the symbol of the Black Hand. Death or Unification.
This assassination led to Austria-Hungary declaring war on Serbia and when Russia began to mobilize due to its alliance with Serbia - Germany declared war on Russia. Thus began the expansion of the war to include all those involved in the mutual defense alliances.
When it was learned that the heir-apparent to the Austrian throne, Franz Ferdinand, was scheduled to visit Sarajevo in June of 1914, the Black Hand decided (was hired?) to assassinate him.
On June 28, 1914, Franz Ferdinand was in the Austro-Hungarian province of ,Bosnia and Herzegovina accompanied by his wife, Sophie. He was there as inspector general of the imperial army. Moreover, the date chosen for this imperial visit and Hapsburg show of force was June 28, a black date in Serbian history: it was the anniversary of the Turkish victory over Serbia at the Battle of Kosovo in 1389. Convenient, huh?
The royal couple was traveling in a motorcade through Sarajevo in an open-topped car, ignorant of the fact that several would-be assassins awaited along the route of their pre-announced stops. Sound familiar?
Shortly after 10 AM, amid cheering crowds, one of the attackers, Nedjelko Cabrinovic, threw a grenade at the royal couple’s car. The bomb bounced off the back of the vehicle and exploded behind them, injuring members of the entourage who were in the next car and peppering bystanders with shrapnel.
After completing the planned reception at City Hall, the shaken royal couple insisted on changing their schedule and visiting the hospital to check on one of the officers injured in the morning attack. Confusion among the drivers in the motorcade followed, with the drivers starting off in the wrong direction, down the very avenue where the conspirators were still present. [Inside job]
When the royal motorcade entered a side street and stopped to turn around, a compatriot of Cabrinovic, 19-year-old Gavrilo Princip, seized his opportunity. Approaching the royal couple’s open car, he shot both Franz Ferdinand and Sophie with a Browning pistol. The driver of the couple’s car then sped off for medical help. Sophie died en route and Franz Ferdinand died shortly after. Princip tried to shoot himself but was apprehended by bystanders.
All of the conspirators were eventually found and arrested. Exempted from the death penalty because of his young age, Princip was sentenced to 20 years in prison, where he died from tuberculosis in 1918.
TO RECAP: The Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife were killed in Sarajevo on Sunday, 28 June 1914. The assassination of Franz Ferdinand was planned and executed by a secret Serbian military society called The Black Hand. They were both shot by a 19 year old Bosnian-Serb called Gavrilo Princip.
What was the BLACK HAND?
Black Hand was a secret Serbian society that used terrorist methods to promote the liberation of Serbs outside Serbia from Habsburg or Ottoman rule and was instrumental in planning the assassination of the Austrian archduke, Franz Ferdinand (1914), precipitating the outbreak of World War I. The society was formed in 1911 and its members were primarily army officers with some government officials.
It conducted propaganda campaigns, organized armed bands in Macedonia and established a network of revolutionary cells throughout Bosnia. Within Serbia it dominated the army and wielded tremendous influence over the government by terrorizing officials. It became so powerful that its authority challenged that of the government.
The main objective of the Black Hand was the creation, by means of violence, of a Greater Serbia. Its stated aim was: "To realize the national ideal, the unification of all Serbs. This organization prefers terrorist action to cultural activities; it will therefore remain secret."
By 1914 there were around 2,500 members of the Black Hand. The group was mainly made up of junior army officers but also included lawyers, journalists and university professors. It was headquartered in Belgrade and financed by the Serbian Government and was run by the head of Serb military intelligence at the time. It had its fingers in numerous bloody conspiracies, nearly every one of which was calibrated to help spark a wider European conflict.
Sounds like George Soros today - and his merry band of NAZI mercenaries!
In 1903, the Black Hand killers brutally murdered the Obrenović dynasty’s first royal couple, King Alexander and his wife, Queen Draga, who they saw as being “too cosmopolitan”.
In 1907, they launched a bombing campaign in neighboring Montenegro, while in 1910 the group was behind the unsuccessful assassination attempt on Bosnian governor Baron Marijan Varešanin — a precursor to the assassination in Sarajevo four years later.
The Black Hand also helped facilitate Europe’s first modern-day genocide — the mass killing of Albanians by the Serbian army in 1912.
This event, resulting in some 25,000 dead – 120,000 say the Albanians and now conveniently forgotten by most historians – made the front pages of nearly all the major newspapers of the day such as the New York Times and cemented the reputation of one young Russian-Jewish journalist called, Leon Trotsky.
This is why the Balkans gained a similar notoriety as the Middle East does today as the center of conspiracies and violence.
To put this in a modern-day context, the relationship between the Black Hand and the Serbian state was akin to the relationship between Iran and Hezbollah.
Recognize the fist? Hmm. Who else raised a fist in protest? RED GUARD-HITLER YOUTH-PANTHERS-BLM-ANTIFA-BLACK BLOC-OCCUPY- ETC. There's nothing new under the sun.
