US poll: 34% see Russia as an Ally!

A year ago, only 3% of Americans thought of Russia as an ally, according to a CBS/YouGov survey.  Today, 34% describe Russia as friendly or an ally.  That's a tenfold increase!

  • ·        As reported by Pravda: "51% of US citizens opposed aid to Ukraine."

  • ·        As reported by CBS:  "Only 4% of Americans back Russia"

What they omit: "44% support neither".  And after the controversial meeting in Trump's office, American opinion is a virtual tie over Trump's handling of the conflict.  51% approve vs 49% disapprove.

A Lot more to come from DOGE!

In this video, Patrick Bet-David dives into the shocking $35 trillion mystery buried in government wasteful spending—uncovered with a little help from DOGE and some serious detective work. Where did all that money go, and who’s responsible for the mess? Let’s follow the money trail and expose the truth behind the missing trillions!

The PATRIOT Post

The U.S. government’s financial management has long been a subject of controversy, but recent revelations suggest an alarming level of mismanagement and waste. While many Americans focus on foreign aid as a source of excessive spending, it accounts for only 0.2% of the federal budget. The real issue lies in improper payments, unaccounted funds, and systemic inefficiencies within government agencies, particularly in defense, healthcare, and social programs.

The Nonprofit Money Funnel

A significant but often overlooked aspect of government expenditure is how much money flows into nonprofits. In 2020, U.S. nonprofits generated $22.68 trillion in total revenue, with government agencies funding 29% of that amount. This raises concerns about accountability, as government funds directed towards NGOs (non-governmental organizations) often lack oversight.

This trend has led to a massive boom in the number of NGOs, increasing from just 40 organizations in 1948 to over 3,382 by 2010. Since these nonprofits receive nearly a third of their revenue from government agencies, questions arise about whether some serve as financial loopholes to move taxpayer money around with little transparency.

The $2.7 Trillion in Improper Payments

Over the past 20 years, the federal government has made $2.7 trillion in improper payments, with a record $281 billion wasted in just one year. These payments come from several key programs:

  • ·        Medicare – $51 billion in improper payments

  • ·        Medicaid – $50.3 billion

  • ·        Federal Pandemic Unemployment Assistance – $43 billion

  • ·        Earned Income Tax Credit – $22 billion

  • ·        Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan Forgiveness – $19 billion

These staggering figures highlight the systemic lack of oversight in how taxpayer money is distributed.

The Pentagon’s $35 Trillion “Accounting Changes”

Perhaps the most shocking revelation involves the Pentagon, which racked up $35 trillion in accounting adjustments in a single year—more than the entire U.S. economy’s annual GDP. The Department of Defense (DoD) has never passed an audit since it began conducting them seven years ago.

One of the biggest issues is that the DoD frequently purchases equipment and supplies it does not need simply because it lacks an accurate inventory. This means taxpayers continue to foot the bill for military gear that may already be in stock but remains unaccounted for.

In an interview with Jon Stewart, a government official attempted to argue that failing audits did not necessarily indicate waste, fraud, or abuse. However, Stewart and many taxpayers see things differently: if the government cannot track its spending, then waste is inevitable.

Ridiculous Government Expenditures Over the Years

The U.S. government has been notorious for overpaying on contracts and equipment. Here are some of the most egregious cases:

  • ·        $4,000 soap dispensers for the Air Force

  • ·        $640 toilet seats in the 1980s

  • ·        $7,600 coffee makers for aircraft

  • ·        $1,280 paper clips

  • ·        $17 trillion F-35 fighter jet project, which remains plagued by software and parts shortages

These figures illustrate a government culture of waste that continues unchecked, with billions vanishing into questionable contracts and accounting loopholes.

The Social Security and Medicare Crisis

Social Security and Medicare, which together account for nearly 46% of the federal budget, are on track to become insolvent within the next two decades.

  • ·        The Social Security Trust Fund is projected to be depleted by 2033, after which it will only be able to pay 77% of scheduled benefits unless new revenue is found.

  • ·        Medicare’s Health Insurance Trust Fund will run out by 2036, reducing its ability to cover medical expenses for seniors.

Despite these looming financial crises, political leaders remain hesitant to address them, fearing backlash from voters who rely on these benefits.

Education Spending: More Money, No Results

Education spending has skyrocketed over the years, but student performance has remained stagnant. A new analysis revealed that the Department of Education underestimated the cost of federal student loan programs by $311 billion from 1997 to 2021. Originally, the program was expected to generate revenue, but instead, it cost taxpayers over $200 billion.

Despite massive funding increases, reading, math, and science scores have remained flat since 1970, raising questions about whether government spending on education is yielding any real benefits.

Government Contractors: A Business of Dependency

Certain government contractors rely almost entirely on government funding, raising concerns about cronyism and inefficiency:

  • ·        Booz Allen Hamilton – 97% of its revenue comes from government contracts

  • ·        Lockheed Martin – 99% government-funded

  • ·        Raytheon – 53.3% government-funded in 2024

These firms, which handle government contracts, thrive on taxpayer money while lobbying for more spending on defense and infrastructure projects.

A Growing Debt Crisis

The U.S. debt-to-GDP ratio has reached 123%, the highest in history. This level of debt would be catastrophic for a household, yet the federal government continues to accumulate more liabilities with no real plan to balance the budget.

As financial instability looms, questions remain about whether the government can rein in its reckless spending or if it will continue to pass the burden onto future generations.

The Push for Accountability

In response to these issues, some advocates have proposed new organizations like DOGE—Department of Governmental Efficiency—to audit and track government expenditures. However, political resistance remains strong, with officials reluctant to expose wasteful spending practices.

If nothing changes, American taxpayers will continue to fund a bloated and unaccountable government, leaving future generations to deal with the consequences.

10 Takeaways from the Zelenskyy Blowup:

This column was lightly edited and reprinted with permission from Victor Davis Hanson’s X account.

If one views all the Oval Office tape carefully, most of it was going quite well—until President Zelenskyy started correcting Vice President Vance.

1)     Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy does not grasp—or deliberately ignores—the bitter truth: Those with whom he feels most affinity (Western globalists, the American Left, the Europeans) have little power in 2025 to help him. And those with whom he obviously does not like or seeks to embarrass (cf. his Scranton, Pa., campaign-like visit in September 2024) alone have the power to save him. For his own sake, I hope he is not being “briefed” by the Obama-Clinton-Biden gang to confront President Donald Trump, given their interests are not really Ukraine’s as they feign.

2)     Zelenskyy acts as if his agendas and ours are identical. So, he keeps insisting that he is fighting for us despite our two-ocean distance that he mocks. We do have many shared interests with Ukraine, but not all by any means: Trump wants to “reset” with Russia and triangulate it against China. He seeks to avoid a 1962 DEFCON 2-like crisis over a proxy showdown in proximity to a nuclear rival. And he sincerely wants to end the deadlocked Stalingrad slaughterhouse for everyone’s sake.

3)     The Europeans (and Canada) are now talking loudly of a new muscular antithesis, independent of the United States. Promises, promises—given that would require Europeans to prune back their social welfare state, frack, use nuclear, stop the green obsessions, and spend 3% to 5% of their GDP on defense. The U.S. does not just pay 16% of NATO’s budget but also puts up with asymmetrical tariffs that result in a European Union trade surplus of $160 billion, plays the world cop patrolling sea-lanes and deterring terrorists and rogues states that otherwise might interrupt Europe’s commercial networks abroad, as well as de facto including Europe under a nuclear umbrella of 6,500 nukes.

4)     Zelenskyy must know that all of the once deal-stopping issues to peace have been de facto settled: Ukraine is now better armed than most NATO nations, but will not be in NATO; and no president has or will ever supply Ukraine with the armed wherewithal to take back the Donbas and Crimea. So, the only two issues are: How far will Putin be willing to withdraw to his 2022 borders? How will he be deterred? The first is answered by a commercial sector/tripwire, joint Ukrainian-U.S.-Europe resource development corridor in Eastern Ukraine, coupled with a Korea-like DMZ; the second by the fact that Putin, unlike his 2008 and 2014 invasions, has now lost a million dead and wounded to a Ukraine that will remain thusly armed.

5)     What are Zelenskyy’s alternatives without much U.S. help: Wait for a return of the Democrats to the White House in four years? Hope for a rearmed Europe? Pray for a Democrat House and a third Alexander Vindman-like engineered Trump impeachment? Or swallow his pride, return to the White House, sign the rare-earth minerals deal, invite in the Euros (Are they seriously willing to patrol a DMZ?), and hope Trump can warn Putin, as he did successfully between 2017-21, not to dare try it again?

6)     If there is a ceasefire, a commercial deal, a Euro ground presence, and influx of Western companies into Ukraine, would there be elections? And if so, would Zelenskyy and his party win? And if not, would there be a successor transparent government that would reveal exactly where all the Western financial aid money went?

7)     Zelenskyy might see a model in Netanyahu. The Biden administration was far harder on him than Trump is on Ukraine: suspending arms shipments, demanding cease-fires, prodding for a wartime, bipartisan cabinet, hammering Israel on collateral damage—none of which Westerners have demanded of Zelenskyy. Yet Netanyahu managed a hostile President Joe Biden, kept Israel close to its patron, and when visiting was gracious to his host. Netanyahu certainly would never before the global media have interrupted, and berated a host and patron president in the White House.

8)     If Ukraine has alienated the U.S., what then is its strategic victory plan? Wait around for more Euros? Hold off an increasingly invigorated Russian military? Cede more territory? What, then, exactly are Zelenskyy’s cards he seems to think are a winning hand?

9)     If one views carefully all the Oval Office tape, most of it was going quite well—until Zelenskyy started correcting Vice President JD Vance firstly, and Trump secondly. By Ukraine-splaining to his hosts, and by his gestures, tone, and interruptions, he made it clear that he assumed that Trump was just more of the same compliant, clueless moneybags Biden waxen effigy. And that was naïve for such a supposedly worldly leader.

10)  March 2025 is not March 2022, after the heroic saving of Kyiv—but three years and 1.5 million dead and wounded later. Zelenskyy is no longer the international heartthrob with the glamorous entourage.

He has postponed elections, outlawed opposition media and parties, suspended habeas corpus and walked out of negotiations when he had an even hand in spring 2022 and apparently even now when he does not in spring 2025.

Quo vadis, Volodymyr?

Dan Bongino Rocks DC with Major Announcement:

Sen. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) was criticized by Dan Bongino on his well-liked podcast a few days before he was appointed deputy director of the FBI by President Donald Trump.

“Why is Adam Schiff so worried? I strongly encourage you to go back and take another look today at the Russia collusion hoax,” Bongino began during a segment.

“I’m gonna be straight with you,” Bongino said after pointing out that the story is now several years old. I don’t wanna move on.’

“We had the FBI in conjunction with the Department of Justice, officials in Congress, foreign governments and intel people fabricate a story, invent a story that could have caused and done serious long-term harm to international relations with a nuclear-powered foe,” he added. “It’s kind of a big freakin’ deal.”

“Listen to me — this is gonna be very important in the coming days,” he went on, perhaps dropping a hint that he was about to be appointed to the FBI.

“I’m not letting this go. I wanna find out what happened because it can never happen again. Not to a Democrat. Not a Republican. Not to a Libertarian. Not to any United States citizen,” Bongino said.

“You do not get to alter or try to change the course of electoral politics by fabricating a story hijacking the justice system then to give the patina of truth to a fake story,” he continued. “You don’t get to do that.”

“Why do I bring that up now? Because who was the ringmaster of that circus? Yes, Adam Schiff, and no, I’m not letting it go,” he added.

“I continue to believe that the grant of pardons to a committee that undertook such important work to uphold the law was unnecessary, and because of the precedent it establishes, unwise,” Schiff said in a statement. “But I certainly understand why President Biden believed he needed to take this step in light of the persistent and

baseless threats issued by Donald Trump and individuals who are now some of his law enforcement nominees.”

Interestingly, though, Schiff did not categorically deny the pardon.

According to The Hill, such “full and unconditional” pardons are not time-limited and apply to any offenses connected to the committee’s “activities or subject matter.” However, it’s unclear as of now whether the preemptive pardon addresses any possible violation that Schiff might have committed in relation to his persistently untrue assertions that Trump was a Russian asset or that he was working for Russian President Vladimir Putin.

It has never been this simple to remove skin tags and moles, and it worked incredibly well!

The committee was chaired by Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.), with:

former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) serving as vice chair and second-in-command.

Current Representatives:

  • Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.),

  • Pete Aguilar (D-Calif.),

  • Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), and

  • former Representatives Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.),

  • Elaine Luria (D-Va.), and

  • Stephanie Murphy (D-Fla.)

were among the other members.

Thompson and Cheney said they were pardoned “not for breaking the law but for upholding it” in a joint statement on Monday. “These are indeed ‘extraordinary circumstances’ when public servants are pardoned to prevent false prosecution by the government for having worked faithfully as Members of Congress to expose the facts of a months-long criminal effort to override the will of the voters after the 2020 elections, including by inciting a violent insurrection to thwart the peaceful transfer of power,” they said in the statement, posted to the social media platform X.

Elon Musk Has Chilling Revelation About Threats To His Safety:

Elon Musk, the head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), made a terrifying prediction about what would happen to him if he revealed the true scope of the corruption afflicting the nation during his most recent appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience.

Rogan and Musk brought up the contentious subject of congressional stock trading at one point in the chat. Due to their committees, dozens of MPs, including former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), have traded stocks and gained inside knowledge about companies, significantly outperforming the S&P 500. Both sides of the political spectrum have called for a prohibition on congressional stock trading since lawmakers have the power to create legislation that could improve their stock holdings.

“It’s more than just insider trading. The insider trading stuff, like the stock portfolio stuff, is quite trackable, but there’s… it’s a-lot more than insider trading,” Musk said. He was then asked to elaborate by Rogan, who wanted details on other ways MPs amass wealth.

“I mean, this is really going to get me assassinated. I’m not lengthening my lifespan by explaining this stuff, to say the least,” Musk followed up with a laugh. “I mean, I was supposed to go back to DC how am I gonna survive?”

Musk continued, “In fact I do think like there’s… it’s like I actually have to be careful that I don’t push too hard on the corruption stuff because it’s like, I was actually thinking about that on the plane flight over here. It’s like, if I push too hard on the corruption stuff, people get desperate is the issue.”

The CEO of SpaceX, Tesla, and X continued by talking about the many threats on his life over the years, pointing out that since he turned into a fervent supporter of President Trump, the threats have multiplied tenfold.

“So before the propaganda wave, the severe propaganda wave, the probability that any given homicidal maniac is going to try to kill you is proportionate to how many times they hear your name. And so they heard my name a lot, so I just got to the top of the list of two homicidal maniacs who were arrested,” he explained, adding that both of the people who attempted to kill him were in the Travis County Jail at the same time.

The Department of Defense is among the numerous federal agencies and departments that Musk’s team has been auditing. The majority of the more than $150 billion in cuts that the team has so far suggested are related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and the spread of left-wing social ideals abroad.

While hundreds of federal employees have already been let go, DOGE has also suggested making large cuts to the IRS, Department of Education, and numerous other agencies.

The U.S. House of Representatives earlier this week approved a budget resolution authorizing roughly $1 trillion in budget cuts, despite DOGE’s inability to enact laws. Following a compromise reached by the heads of the relevant House and Senate committees, a large portion of the framework is anticipated to be accepted. President Trump has approved the House resolution, while the Senate, which is controlled by Republicans, passed its own framework.

After the agreement is finalized, lawmakers are anticipated to enact many of DOGE’s cuts.

Canada could Send Troops to Ukraine:

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has derided the idea that Canada could send troops to Ukraine “Who would defend Canadian land if the US expands north? Probably Ukrainians, who are dodging the draft in Canada,” Zakharova quipped, alluding to the widespread evasion of mandatory military service among Ukrainian citizens.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has stated that his country is considering all possible options to support peace in Ukraine. This includes the possibility of sending Canadian troops as part of a foreign contingent, informs The Guardian.

"Canada has looked at the ways it can best help, and as I said a few days ago, everything’s on the table," Trudeau said regarding the potential deployment of troops to Ukraine.

According to the prime minister, Canada "has been one of the strongest countries in support of Ukraine from the beginning." He noted that his country has already trained "up to 40,000 Ukrainian soldiers." However, he expressed a reluctance to rush into specific statements about peacekeeping.

"We’re not going to get ahead of the discussions on how to keep a peace that isn’t yet in place, but Canada will be there and is open to doing what is necessary," Trudeau said.

Trudeau also mentioned that he will meet with British King Charles III on Monday to discuss important issues.

"I can tell you that nothing seems more important to Canadians right now than standing up for our sovereignty and our independence as a nation," the Canadian prime minister emphasized.

Foreign troops in Ukraine

As a reminder, today, after the summit of European leaders in London, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced the deployment of troops to Ukraine. He stated that, in the event of a peace agreement, the United Kingdom is ready to send a military contingent, which could be supported by aviation.

Recently, media outlets reported that Europe is developing a plan to send soldiers to Ukraine. According to the press, Ukraine's partners are ready to allocate up to 30,000 soldiers.

Bloomberg reports that Türkiye could send its troops to Ukraine. However, Ankara will not participate in any peacekeeping mission unless it is involved in all consultations and preparations for its formation.

Judicial Watch Sues USAID for Records on Ukraine Aid Waste, Fraud and Abuse:

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) for records regarding waste, fraud and abuse tied to aid money sent to Ukraine (Judicial Watch Inc. v. U.S. Agency for International Development (No. 1:25-cv-00508)).

Judicial Watch’s FOIA requests include a demand records of USAID’s then-Administrator Samantha Power and others regarding:

1) any reported allegations of sexual exploitation, abuse or trafficking of migrants fleeing Ukraine and / or receiving assistance from USAID inside Ukraine.

2) any third-party monitoring contractors or NGOs reporting potential fraud associated with USAID aid to Ukraine.

3) any reported allegations of Direct Cash Assistance Program fraud or attempts to conduct cash transactions in Russian Rubles associated with USAID aid to Ukraine.

4) any USAID-branded commodities appearing for sale in open markets or outside of response activities in Ukraine.

USAID never responded to Judicial Watch’s FOIA requests, citing “unusual circumstances.”

In December 2023, the agency’s Inspector General’s Office issued a fraud warning citing “Conflicts of Interest in USAID’s Ukraine Response,” including:

Example 1: Missing Conflict of Interest Policy

A USAID prime awardee, executing a Multipurpose Cash Assistance program, discovered that an employee of a subawardee was simultaneously a registered beneficiary of the program and tasked with confirming beneficiary eligibility. The prime awardee reported the matter to OIG, which determined that the subawardee did not have a conflict of interest policy in place to prevent an employee from participating in administered programs as beneficiaries.

Example 2: Unreported Personal Relationship Between Procurement Staff and Bidder

A USAID prime awardee determined that a subawardee’s procurement official had an unreported ongoing personal relationship with a bidder. Upon discovery, the bidder was disqualified, and the procurement official was retrained by the subawardee on handling conflicts of interest and reporting potential conflicts.

Example 3: Awardee Employee Working for a Subawardee

A USAID prime awardee identified an unreported conflict of interest when it found an employee responsible for quality control of a subawardee was also working for that subawardee. After identifying this conflict, the prime awardee prohibited the conflicted employee from any further contact with the subawardee and issued the subawardee a written warning.

According to a February 13, 2025, USAID Inspector General’s report, the agency did not properly vet humanitarian groups it funded to prevent sexual abuse of Ukrainian war victims:

According to the United Nations, approximately 90 percent of the nearly 6.5 million people who fled the country are women and children, with women at the greatest risk of sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), human trafficking, and forced prostitution.

In July 2022, we issued an advisory notice highlighting key considerations for USAID’s developing humanitarian response led by its Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA), which included risks of SEA. However, more than a year later, we had not received any allegations of SEA, which raised concerns that cases were underreported.

President Trump on January 20 ordered a “90-day pause in United States foreign development assistance for assessment of programmatic efficiencies and consistency with United States foreign policy.”

In a January 2025 exit memo, USAID stated it sent Ukraine “close to $35 billion” since the Russian invasion in February 2022.

“The American people deserve an immediate and full accounting of the billions of dollars that the Biden USAID sent to Ukraine,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “USAID is a notoriously corrupt agency, and we hope the Trump administration, through this lawsuit, brings transparency on this key issue.”

Judicial Watch has several ongoing FOIA lawsuits regarding Ukraine.

In December 2020, Judicial Watch uncovered records from the State Department revealing that then-United States Deputy Chief of Mission to Ukraine and Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs George Kent sent an email to then-Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch stating that Ukraine Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko informed Kent that he was offered “high-level” access to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign by the same firm that represented Burisma Holdings.

Also in December 2020, Judicial Watch revealed records from the State Department which showed that former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie “Masha” Yovanovitch had specifically warned in 2017 about corruption allegations against Burisma Holdings. During her November 2019 testimony in the impeachment proceedings against President Donald Trump, Yovanovitch told lawmakers that she knew little about Burisma.

In January 2020, Judicial Watch sued the United States Department of State for records related to a January 19, 2016, meeting at the White House that included Ukrainian prosecutors, embassy officials and CIA employee Eric Ciaramella, who reportedly worked on Ukraine issues while on detail to both the Obama and Trump White Houses.

Ciaramella was widely reported as the person who filed the whistleblower complaint that triggered the impeachment proceedings. His name reportedly was “raised privately in impeachment depositions, according to officials with direct knowledge of the proceedings, as well as in at least one open hearing held by a House committee not involved in the impeachment inquiry.”

This is why asteroid Apophis will surprise everyone:

April 2029 it zooms overhead, and it will be loaded with plasma power.  What's that?  Maybe it's time you found out, in just 20 minutes.  But wait!  There's more.

Watch this first.  It's a classic one hour documentary aired by CBC-TV in 1972.  Note, we now know that the properties of an asteroid and a comet are identical.  Both are solid rock (comets are not "dirty snowballs").

I think scientists were reluctant to accept Velikovsky's book for two reasons.  First because it challenged Newton's ideas of a stable evolving universe, and also because it verified the descriptions of "supernatural" events in the bible.

Both Christians and atheists found Velikovsky's theory too fanciful.  Too much new information.  Too many unanswered questions (which can now be answered by the first video above).  We now also know there are frozen water lakes on the moon, another prediction made by Velikovsky.

PS - for those who think the lunar landing films were faked, I say, "maybe".  What better way to distract conspiracy theorists?  Fake films made later would discourage belief in a lunar or Martian colony such as Elon Musk is planning for, and maybe those rich globalists who want an escape from WWIII.
