The Campbell Soup’s Vice President wasn’t just caught saying Campbell's soups are for poor people and use bioengineered meat.

 

He literally said on a secret recording the company is using “3D printed meat.” This is a federal crime. It is illegal under US federal law to sell, distribute, or label lab-grown meat in a way that misleads consumers about its origin or nature. Disclosure is mandatory to prevent consumer confusion. 3D-printed meat is lab-grown, cultured meat.

 

Federal Meat Inspection Act (FMIA) and Poultry Products Inspection Act (PPIA): Overseen by the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). All labels for cell-cultured meat must be preapproved by FSIS before sale. Products can’t use terms like “meat” or “chicken” without a clear qualifying descriptor, such as “cell-cultured chicken” or “lab-grown beef.” Simply calling it “chicken soup” without clarification could be deceptive.

This clever documentary (50 minutes) is titled by YouTube as "How To Kill A Nation", yet the title that comes up when you move your cursor over the video reads, "How To Save a Nation".  ??? 

This tells me that the creator of the video had a different idea in mind than what YouTube thought would be the best attention-getter. 

I've always suspected that YouTube dramatizes titles to create clickbait.  Such titles are so misleading, and I'm so disappointed in their algorithm. 

 

Anyway, I recommend this video because it's chock full of unarguable stats which most people are totally unaware of.  And yet the author, a Canadian, is being very upbeat about the state of Canada's decline, offering hope in the end that we can turn things around.  (That's for another video.)  Well worth watching if you want to be well-informed.  Compare it to the one Doug Chapple produced (I sent to you yesterday).

 

 

My personal opinion?  Yes, there are some serious developments in Canada that should be recognized, but if the asteroid Apophis' electromagnetic field comes as close to damaging North America as I think it will in 2029, then everything else is small potatoes. 

Apophis will level the playing field in more ways than one.  Be ready to ask God for a few miracles (he has a good record for that).  Or as the insurance people say, "Prepare for the worst and leave the rest to God".  Or is it, "Do your best and let God do the rest"? 

Yes.  Amen.  This email is not for the weak in faith.  I’d like to send it out to the pastors I know, but they never reply, so I incline to hold back as much from them as possible.  It's out of respect.  They say they have enough on their plate.

Cagey Carney introduced S-206 in the Senate first, so..

A "National Framework for a Guaranteed Livable Basic Income Act", Bill S-206, sounds so good, just like the generous plans implemented in the Soviet Union, Cuba and China during the last century full of promises but with no guaranteed protection against future abuse of power.  That's the first problem - which could be overcome if we get Ottawa to include the ten principles I outline at the end of this email (see my highlight).  But then there's also the problem of sustainability, which is debatable.

 

Basic Income Guarantee is what they called it when Ontario tried to implement the idea without success after a trial in selected regions.  "Mincome" or Minimum Guaranteed Income is what they called it during the nine-year experiment in Dauphin Manitoba, starting in 1973.  Universal Basic Income is what they proposed in Switzerland, the first country to consider and reject the idea. 


Finland tried it for two years.  A city in Brazil is the only place that has not given up the idea, and its huge oil revenues are funding it as a vote-getter.  Without such an arrangement, UBI has been dropped everywhere as "financially unsustainable" (not because people became lazy).  If governments didn't have to borrow the money and pay interest, it would be a different matter.  Mothers might even be able to stay home and parent their own kids as happened in Manitoba 50 years ago (is that why they shut it down?).

 

According to the Fraser Institute, a Universal Basic Income (UBI) program that provided working-age Canadians $2,000 a month would cost $464.5 billion annually.

 

The Parliamentary Budget Office (PBO) in a 2021 analysis on Ontario’s 2017 UBI pilot reviewed the province's 4,000 applicants who received monthly payments for up to three years. For every dollar earned, the UBI payment was reduced by 50 cents. It fell apart due to sustainability issues. 

 

A 2025 PBO study estimated the gross cost of Bill S-206 implementation at $107 billion. 

 

The sneaky NWO-Liberals did not introduce the idea this time on the floor of the House of Commons, where they risk being defeated.  Instead, a Carney crony introduced it in the Senate on June 16/25 to approve the idea in principle before presenting it to the House. 


This has raised eyebrows among conservative websites like this one, which are concerned about more than the costs.

  • · Subsidiarity lesson: Even well-intentioned aid can morph into coercion if higher authorities override local compassion.

  •  Implications for Basic Income Guarantee

  • · Today: BIG/UBI pilots show empowerment — reducing stress, improving health, and giving families freedom.

  • · Tomorrow: If centralized, a future government could change rules (e.g., requiring compliance, restricting payments, or using income as leverage).

  • · Subsidiarity’s warning: Never design a system that makes citizens wholly dependent on a single authority. Safeguards, decentralization, and strong local institutions are essential to prevent misuse.

 

Here are the ten conditions I would stipulate.  I asked AI to take into consideration the principle of "subsidiarity," which is foundational to my church's understanding of Social Justice (a preference for bottom-up government vs socialist top-down government).  AI called it the "Ten Commandments of a Universal Basic Income". 

1.      UBI shall be a floor, not a ceiling — it secures dignity but never limits initiative.

2.      UBI shall remain unconditional — no political loyalty tests, surveillance, or behavioural requirements.

3.      UBI shall be protected in law, entrenched constitutionally or statutorily against arbitrary cancellation.

4.      UBI shall not replace families or communities — it complements, never substitutes, local solidarity.

5.      UBI shall be locally administered — municipalities and community groups share responsibility, preventing over-centralization.

6.      UBI shall be transparently managed — open reporting, independent audits, and citizen oversight are mandatory.

7.      UBI shall be modest but sufficient — enough to secure basic dignity without discouraging participation in society.

8.      UBI shall require a supermajority or referendum for change — rules cannot be altered lightly by future governments.

9.      UBI shall guarantee legal recourse — citizens can challenge unfair changes in court.

10.   UBI shall be future-proofed against abuse — civic education and cultural reinforcement ensure subsidiarity and solidarity remain guiding values.

 

Whether you're a believer or a skeptic you owe it to your children's future to write and make recommendations for amendments to Bill S-206 now, before it's presented for a vote by our MP's like Carney's budget, and 5 Conservatives abstained.  I say "amendments" because, knowing Cagey Carney, there's no way this bill is going to be rejected, even if it takes a private "conversion conversation" with an MP or two.
