Meditating even briefly on Paul’s words leads us to conclude that his heart must be ours also if we acknowledge that God’s call upon our lives is a course we must finish. Thankfully, His call is not complicated. Do the will of God right now, today, with the opportunities He provides, then repeat tomorrow and the next day and the next, and we will live for His glory.


The great apostle lived full-force for the gospel. Yet, the funny thing is, he saw himself as weak and infirm. Hard-won battles and difficult circumstances brought him to his knees and kept him there. Paul’s physical presence amounted to nothing in the world’s eyes, yet he wanted to see souls set free from the strongholds of Satan and hearts redeemed unto salvation, and God used him powerfully.

 

But it makes me wonder, did others live vicariously through Paul so that they didn’t need to have the same level of commitment? I hope not, because that is not Christianity. You cannot live your faith through others.

 

What if you, like Paul, knew that you’d be beaten, stoned, and arrested, and eventually lose your head? Would you stay the course? You would if you concluded it was for God’s glory and His kingdom. Focus changes everything.

 

Remember, dear saint, you are not going to the grave. You are going to heaven! Until then, live out your faith with abandon and change your world.

The City of London has posted the Agenda for the March 3, 2026, Council Meeting.Go view it here and scroll to page 98: March 3, 2026 Council Agenda (see page 98)

When you open the document and scroll to page 98, you’ll see a letter from Councillor Susan Stevenson regarding the Integrity Commissioner Report on Code of Conduct Complaints (2025-04-A, B & C) — and astonishingly, almost the entire page is blacked out.


We have never seen this level of redaction in a public council submission.What happened to transparency? What is being hidden from the public?

This is a matter of public accountability and open government — core principles that every citizen deserves to see upheld.

We are asking all CCAL members to politely contact the City of London and ask the simple question:


“What is this about? The entire document on page 98 is redacted — why isn’t this information public?”

Terrorism in Thornhill? An Iranian activist's boxing club is peppered with 17 bullets

Salar Gholami's boxing club was riddled with bullets just hours after it was announced that Iranian leader Ali Khamenei was killed in an operation launched by Israel and the U.S.

In the wee hours of Sunday morning, Saliwan Boxing club, located just north of Toronto, was targeted with no fewer than 17 gunshots.


Now, why would that be?

Well, for starters, this boxing club, located in Thornhill, Ont., is owned by a very prominent Iranian activist, Salar Gholami.

As well, the timing of this cowardly attack is also interesting. Namely, it came just hours after it was confirmed that Iran’s “supreme leader” Ali Khamenei had been dispatched to Hell courtesy of American and Israeli air strikes.


The York Regional Police Service stated that the shooting occurred at approximately 3:00 a.m. Luckily the building was empty at the time. But even though there were no injuries or deaths, this incident reeks of terrorism, likely committed by those Islamists living in Canada who are, incredibly, still loyal to the regime.


Stated Gholami: “A group of terrorists attacked our club and opened fire. Seventeen shots fired... this club has been the headquarters of our activities in Toronto.”

Gholami emphasized that the potential for tragedy was huge. He says the club has often hosted families – including young children and teenagers. The previous day, young people at the club had danced late into the night.


“They're such terrorists," Gholami said. “They could've killed them right here.”

But if the goal of these pistol-packing thugs was to intimidate this champion boxer and his supporters, they failed miserably. Indeed, later that day, Gholami was taking part in a regime change rally in downtown Toronto.


“We will take back Iran," he said. “This is the final battle.”

Rebel News visited the scene of the boxing club on Sunday afternoon. Glass panes were either completely shattered or embedded with bullets.


We spoke with Shahrooz Paktinat, a friend of Gholami, who was busy at work erecting sheets of plywood where panes of glass once existed.

Like Gholami, he said the Iranian people in Canada pushing for regime change in Tehran will not be intimidated by acts of hooliganism.

We also interviewed Ardeshir ZareZadeh, the director of the International Centre for Human Rights.


ZareZadeh was on site to document the carnage. He noted that, unfortunately, such an act of terrorism occurring in the Greater Toronto Area should not come as a complete surprise given that the federal Liberals have inexplicably allowed more than 700 agents of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps to remain in Canada.


The IRGC remains loyal to the Iranian regime. Of note, it was the IRGC that shot down Ukrainian International Airlines 752 in January 2020 killing all 176 occupants and an unborn baby aboard. The death toll included 55 Canadian citizens and 30 permanent residents of Canada.


The question remains: was the gross act of violence carried out at Saliwan Boxing an isolated incident? Or will more terrorism come in Toronto and other cities in North America as regime-loyal sleeper cells spring into action?

TRUMP: 

Former US Attorney Warns Adam Schiff Could Face 20 Years in Federal Prison and $250K Fine Per Leak in Russia Hoax Conspiracy


A whistleblower allegation and newly declassified FBI interview reports are now threatening to shatter the political career of Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), the former ranking member and later chair of the House Intelligence Committee.


The anonymous Democrat whistleblower has come forward to the FBI, alleging that then-Rep. Adam Schiff authorized the leaking of classified information to the media with the explicit goal of destroying President Donald Trump during the Russiagate hoax.

According to recently declassified FBI 302 interview reports obtained by Just the News, the whistleblower, who served Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee for more than a decade, repeatedly warned the FBI starting in 2017 that Schiff had approved targeted leaks of damaging intelligence against Trump.


In an all-staff meeting, Schiff allegedly declared that the group would leak classified information derogatory to President Trump and stated the leaks would be used to indict him.


The whistleblower reported he objected, calling the actions “unethical and possibly treasonous,” but was assured they’d “not be caught leaking classified information.”

The whistleblower claimed Schiff believed he was promised the position of CIA Director if Hillary Clinton had won the 2016 election.


Rep. Eric Swalwell was named as a likely conduit for the leaks. Despite raising these allegations, the whistleblower was abruptly fired.


Now, Brett Tolman, the former U.S. Attorney for the District of Utah from July 2006 to December 2009, joined Benny Johnson to discuss the potential penalties facing Schiff if the allegations lead to charges.


Benny Johnson:Every American would say, “Yeah, absolutely, you shouldn’t leak classified information. We don’t want that to be something that you can do or get away with. Or, if there’s a temptation to do that and get paid for it, then the penalty should be very severe. So, can you talk me through what the penalties would look like for an average individual leaking classified information?”


Brett Tolman:“Yeah. I mean, the fine is up to $250,000 for every leak that’s charged, so it depends on the counts in the indictment. Also, keep in mind, some of the punishment hinges on the purpose of the classified leak or the possession of classified documentation illegally. The purpose becomes very important.


If you recall, Comey told me when he said no prosecutor would prosecute Hillary Clinton for having classified information, it was just an outright lie. But there was always this question, this debate—what was the purpose of it? Was it just sloppiness? Same with Joe Biden. Was it sloppiness that he had all of these—that he used the classified documents to write his memoirs? Was there anything truly nefarious about it?

And there was some analysis of Donald Trump. But with President Trump, it was just, ‘You had them, we’re going to go after you because that’s how we’re going to apply the law.’


But in reality, you have to look at the purpose to see whether or not there are aggravating factors here. I believe this was, in essence, the beginning of a conspiracy to take down a president, to impact his ability to lead.”


“There are other statutes—conspiracy statutes, interference with official proceedings, et cetera. A lot of people have a question about treason—‘Is it treason?’ You probably don’t satisfy the elements for treason, but there are some related crimes that could come into play.


And if you found that the individual was doing it in an effort to undermine the United States, you’re looking at potential penalties of up to 20 years in federal prison.”

First US casualties reported as Trump says Iran strikes could last four weeks

The U.S. military announced Sunday the first American casualties of the war with Iran, with three U.S. troops killed and five seriously wounded on a base in Kuwait as the conflict entered its second day. Trump acknowledged the deaths and warned “sadly, there will likely be more before it ends,” while telling the Daily Mail the strikes could continue for “four weeks or so.”



 

  • ·        Context: Despite mixed public support, U.S. aircraft and warships have struck more than 1,000 Iranian targets since Saturday, including B-2 stealth bombers dropping 2,000-lb bombs on underground missile facilities, and Trump said 48 Iranian leaders had been killed while the U.S. military has started sinking Iran’s Navy, destroying nine warships “and going after the rest.”

  • ·        The political divide: Democratic Senator Chris Coons said he didn’t see how regime change could happen “solely through air strikes,” while Republican Senator Lindsey Graham echoed Trump’s call for Iranians to topple their government, saying “this is not Iraq. This is not Germany. This is not Japan. We’re going to free the people up from a terrorist regime.” Trump told the Atlantic magazine that Iran’s new leadership “want to talk, and I have agreed to talk,” adding “they should have done it sooner ... They waited too long.” Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said a leadership council has temporarily assumed supreme leader duties following the killing of Ali Khamenei.

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Dan Caine said Monday at the first Pentagon press conference since fighting began Saturday that the U.S. military operation against Iran “will take some time to achieve” and involves “difficult and gritty work,” with Caine warning “we expect to take additional losses” following the deaths of four U.S. service members.

  • ·        Why it matters: While President Trump said in Sunday interviews the war could last about four weeks, Hegseth declined to elaborate, saying he would “never hang a time frame” on the operation and that Trump “has all the latitude in the world to talk about how long it may or may not take — four weeks, two weeks, six weeks. It could move up. It could move back.” Hegseth sought to contrast the operation with Iraq and Afghanistan, stressing it will not be “an endless war.”

  • ·        What they’re saying: Hegseth claimed the goal is not “regime change” but expressed satisfaction that the Iranian regime “has changed” after Israel’s assassination of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, with the main objective being to “prevent Iran from the ability to project power outside of its borders” by eliminating ballistic missile capability, degrading its navy, and preventing Iran from ever obtaining a nuclear weapon. Caine revealed Trump gave final approval Friday at 3:38 p.m. ET, saying “Operation Epic Fury is approved. No aborts. Good luck. Close, close.”

Security expert urges DHS to raise terror threat level amid sleeper cell warnings after Iran strikes

Former DHS advisor and Secret Service supervisory agent Charles Marino called Monday for the Department of Homeland Security to formally elevate the National Terrorism Advisory System (NTAS) level following joint US-Israeli strikes that killed Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, warning that “sleeper cells that have infiltrated the U.S. may be preparing to strike” and that “they’re all located within our own borders right now.”


 

  • ·        Why it matters: Marino blamed Biden administration border policies for creating “an increasingly vulnerable domestic threat environment,” saying the U.S. “has been allowed to be infiltrated with a myriad of threats from around the globe” through “the undercutting and exploitation of asylum and temporary protective status programs.” He warned that immigrant communities “allowed to segregate themselves based on culture and ideologies” have created an “ability to become radicalized,” sometimes targeting “those with mental health issues” or Americans “going through a tough time in their lives.”

  • ·        What’s next: The comments come as federal authorities investigate a deadly Texas bar shooting in Austin that left three people dead and 14 wounded as a possible act of terrorism, with the gunman seen wearing a hoodie referencing “Allah” before being killed by police. Marino warned potential adversaries could target critical infrastructure and cybersecurity systems while DHS contends with funding battles in Congress, with former ATF Special Agent Bernard Zapor saying “our public safety has to be paramount above all” and that “nothing like politics” should interfere with protecting citizens.

Putin Torn

Putin must have mixed feelings about what's happening re Iran.  He must be glad that millions of Christians are freed.  He must also be glad that Tehran's missiles are weakening NATO countries. 


He must be frustrated that it pushes him into a closer alliance with egotist Erdogen (both Russia and Turkey opposed the American invasion - both Russia and Turkey want to extend their influence in Europe).  




Note that Putin is concerned about the Gulf countries to the extent that he personally called each Muslim leader to encourage restraint - but he never called any European leader, even though Tehran's missiles are flying in both directions.

Communities - Our Only Hope                  (Druthers MARCH edition) 

I copied/pasted some of a Druthers Page 5 Communities article (scroll down to bottom in red).  But this was just the beginning.

 

  Coincidence #1 - Yesterday Concerned Citizens Assoc of London started writing a series explaining how the UN is taking control of our cities (see separate email I sent last night) - and how we can take back control to empower our elected council, giving it the power to make key decisions as they did years ago in good old fashioned local communities.

 Coincidence #2 - The representative from Kiclei was at our Baseline Trading Post Workshop Saturday handing out pamphlets when we screened the video "5 Kinds of Communities which form after government collapse" (only one survives). 

 

Coincidence #3 -  Friday on Liberty Rising's Zoom Conference Shelagh McFarlane was a hit with her Power Point Presentation.  Titled TAKE BACK YOUR TOWN How to Restore Local Governance in Canada.  You must watch this half hour presentation and discussion!

Liberty Rising had 160 participants from across Canada discussing what our priorities should be for future action. I sent in the following which, coincidentally, I was watching last week as I studied to identify which local services and institutions should be a form of government (i.e. courts, police and councils) and which came from the likes of churches (i.e. schools, hospitals, welfare).  Public ones should be tax supported, while private ones family supported (charity and volunteers)

 

the creation of a parallel society. We will not achieve this by asking for more scraps from the master’s table, or by gently complying as we are herded into ever more constrictive technological pens, or by thinking that we can win this war by engaging the enemy in their controlled domain. We can only achieve this by creating our own table, our own economy and our own communities of interest. This will require the long and difficult task of increasing our independence from the authoritarian systems in every domain: the information domain, the food domain, the health domain, the monetary domain, the mental domain and every other contested battlespace in this all-out, fifth-generation war.

 

 Coincidence #4 - I'm part of a group called The Ten which met again in Feb to plan ways of helping small special interest groups form and/or connect with each other (e.g. alternative health, food gardening & foraging, emergency communications, shelter, security).  

 

I'm also part of a group which meets to barter, and will develop a credit clearing system for local business to issue tokens of tradable credit. (See 7 min. video)


Finally, I'm part of a small faith-based Private Membership Association which has it's own $10 tokens for use within the Associations private gift-exchange culture - as symbols of faith, service and mutual trust.

Communities - Our Only Hope (Druthers MARCH edition)

 

I have been meaning to write about the state of community: why it’s essential, why it’s struggling in the West, and how we can rebuild it. I live in rural Ontario. After the pandemic, there was a huge move toward forming freedom groups and homesteading. Most of these groups have since disappeared or greatly diminished. Homesteaders either sold up and moved on or became disillusioned with community life. This distresses me deeply. I believe community will be the only way we can thrive as governments grapple with debt, services become minimized, and infrastructure goes unmaintained. We must depend more on ourselves and each other to fill those gaps.

 

The Homesteading Experiment

 During COVID, we started homesteading and formed a local homesteader’s group with a website for selling, barter, trade, and information. We held monthly meetings for local members. Many bought property quickly without experience. I visited homesteaders who had bought poor land and were struggling. They also underestimated how relent less this lifestyle can be. It’s not for the faint of heart. Hollywood has over-glamorized the situation, leading to stress when reality set in. Things went well initially. Good networking on Telegram began. Different subgroups shared information—until differences of opinion appeared. The reaction to those differences was the problem. COVID put the rise of the keyboard warrior on steroids. Someone would mention religion, LGBTQ, flat earth, the moon landing, and name-calling began. Fighting words you don’t recover from.

 

One key takeaway from my barbering experience: you don’t run off at the mouth to anyone. It’s toxic, and there may come a day when you’re in the ditch and the guy you lipped off to rides by on his tractor, waving with a grin. If anything will destroy a community instantly, it’s that. Keeping a civil tongue builds character and good relationships. For us, the consequence was that meetings faded from lack of attendance when people faced explaining their comments face-to-face.

 

True Community 

In truth, a community builds itself based on mutual need. When I arrived 35 years ago, everyone knew each other and was committed to the community’s success. People cleaned vacant lots, picked up litter, and volunteered without being asked. When decisions were made, the council held town hall meetings. Issues were discussed publicly for weeks. Everyone wanted what was best for the village, not themselves. Community is not built by committee but by hundreds of selfless acts for the betterment of all. Community wasn’t something people talked about but lived daily. 

 

The Path Forward

 As a species, we crave community. We need the safety and sense of belonging it brings. Communities form organically, especially in times of need, and grow based on those needs. We must avoid toxic behaviours, especially harsh, thoughtless words. The only way to survive what’s coming is by set ting aside differences and rebuilding real, functional community. Let us hope our leaders have enough common sense to abandon this rush to digital oblivion. Let us hope they see that big is bad, and small is smart.

Until Juno News broke this story over the weekend, nobody cared enough to talk about it.

The federal government has recognized the Musqueam Indian Band’s Aboriginal title claim over Vancouver – one of Canada’s largest and most economically significant cities.


That decision carries serious implications for land use, jurisdiction, development approvals, and long-term property certainty in the region.

It raises obvious questions:

  1. What exactly has been recognized?

  2. What does this mean for existing landholders?

  3. How will this affect municipal and provincial authority?

  4. Why was this decision made now?

These are basic, reasonable questions, and we are the only news outlet asking them.
