In Mali, Muslims screaming “Allahu akbar” took hostages, freeing those who could recite the Qur’an. In September 2013 at Nairobi’s Westgate Mall, Muslims murdered people who couldn’t answer questions about Islam. In June 2014, Muslims murdered people who could not pass an Islam quiz. In November 2014, Muslims murdered 28 non-Muslims who couldn’t recite Qur’an verses. In April 2015, Muslims screaming “Allahu akbar” stormed Garissa University College, and only shot those who couldn’t recite Qur’an. In a Bangladesh restaurant in July 2016, the jihadis spared those who could recite from the Qur’an. In July 2017 in Kenya, Muslims asked Christians to “recite Islamic dogmas” and murdered them when they couldn’t do so. In May 2018 in Belgium, a Muslim who murdered four people told a hostage that he wouldn’t harm her since she was Muslim and was observing the Ramadan fast. In September 2018 in Kenya, Muslims murdered two non-Muslims for failing to recite the Qur’an.

💥 The federal government last year signed off on a deal with Canadian business connections for the sale of nearly $74-million of weapons to Saudi Arabia – even in the face of calls for Canada to halt such transactions while a war rages in Yemen, where the Saudis are one of the main combatants.

Global Affairs Canada said that, in 2020, Ottawa issued a brokering permit to a Canadian, or Canadian company, which sold $73.9-million worth of explosives to Saudi Arabia. The arms originated in France, according to the recently released 2020 Report on Exports of Military Goods from Canada. Any foreign weapons deals brokered or arranged by Canadians or Canadian companies located outside of the country require a brokering permit from Ottawa.

Democratic Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer had her emergency powers stripped by the state Legislature on Wednesday.

💥 The majority-Republican state House of Representatives voted 60-48 to repeal the Emergency Powers Act of 1945, according to the Detroit Free Press. The state Senate approved the initiative last week.

Whitmer had used the law since March 2020 to curb civil liberties and restrict businesses amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The Michigan Supreme Court ruled the measure unconstitutional in October.

Biden DOJ won’t probe COVID-19 nursing home deaths in Democrat-led states:

💥 The Biden Justice Department announced in a series of letters on Friday that it would not probe possible civil rights violations stemming from the decisions of three Democrat governors during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic that resulted in the deaths of thousands of elderly individuals in nursing homes, as the New York Post reports.

According to a letter sent by the Justice Department’s Office of Legislative Affairs to Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA), ranking member of the House Subcommittee on the Cornonavirus Crisis, the administration stated that it was not pursuing further investigation of decisions made by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo in March of 2020 requiring nursing homes to admit known COVID-19-positive individuals discharged from hospital facilities.

The DOJ had previously requested records related to the outcomes of those decisions, including the number of deaths thought to have resulted from them, not just from New York, but also from Democrat-led Pennsylvania, Michigan, and New Jersey, states which implemented similar rules during the coronavirus crisis, according to the Post.

In a letter from Deputy Assistant Attorney General Joe Gaeta, the DOJ declared, “We have reviewed the information provided by these states along with additional information available to the Department. Based on that review, we have decided not to open a [Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act] investigation of any public nursing facility within New York, Pennsylvania, or Michigan at this time.” The Federalist reported that those three states also received individual letters letting them off the hook.



Dallas Democrats mercilessly mocked

💥 After soliciting donations for 'care packages' to fugitive Texas Dems:

💥 The request comes despite the fact that Beto O'Rourke, the former congressman and failed presidential candidate, gave the group more than $600,000 last week.

The Texas House Democrats are also entitled to a per diem of $221 for every day of the special legislative session.

What was the reaction?

· The request for materials for "care packages" and money to ship them was met with swift mockery and immediate condemnation.

· Many people who took issue with the request, in fact, questioned its authenticity, noting that all of the requested items can be found in any of the dozens of drug stores in Washington.

· "No Miller Lite?" Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) mocked, a reference to the beer the Texas Democrats took with them on their private plane to Washington.

· "Sewing kits? First aid? They're in hotels in Washington DC not the Western Front," another person mocked.

· "Thought Robert Francis (@BetoORourke) was taking care of their needs . . . ? Not to mention the Texas tax-payers paying them $221 per diem. Absurd!" Allen West, who is running for Texas governor, reacted.

· "The Democrats who abandoned Texas are asking for care package donations?! They are grown adults in Washington, DC refusing to do their taxpayer funded jobs. And they are surrounded by plenty of stores where they can buy whatever they want. Pathetic," commentator Clay Travis said.

· "They could also go purchase any of these items at a CVS conveniently located on literally any block…" another person said.

· "These utter morons have been gone for literally only days and want a care package mailed from Texas for a photo op with stuff they could buy at a local CVS. Salsa and first aid?" lawyer Jenna Ellis said.

Still, others responded to the outrageous request by pointing people to better places to donate their money.

💥 💥 💥 We have detailed (most recently here and here) the controversy surrounding America's COVID "casedemic" and the misleading results of the PCR test and its amplification procedure in great detail over the past few months. As a reminder, "cycle thresholds" (Ct) are the level at which widely used polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test can detect a sample of the COVID-19 virus. The higher the number of cycles, the lower the amount of viral load in the sample; the lower the cycles, the more prevalent the virus was in the original sample.

Donna Fawcett asked me to further clarify my earlier e-mail on PCR Testing being REVOKED by the CDC.

In my memo I referenced that all PRC tests are to be revoked. That isn't quite accurate. There are several PRC tests apparently and only the current one they have been using is to be revoked.

Here are their specific directions for your information:

The reason for REVOKING this PCR Test is its inability to distinguish between SARS-CoV-2 and influenza viruses.

💥 💥 After December 31, 2021, CDC will withdraw the request to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel, the assay first introduced in February 2020 for detection of SARS-CoV-2 only. CDC is providing this advance notice for clinical laboratories to have adequate time to select and implement one of the many FDA-authorized alternatives.

Visit the FDA website for a list of authorized COVID-19 diagnostic methods. For a summary of the performance of FDA-authorized molecular methods with an FDA reference panel, visit this page.

In preparation for this change, CDC recommends clinical laboratories and testing sites that have been using the CDC 2019-nCoV RT-PCR assay select and begin their transition to another FDA-authorized COVID-19 test. CDC encourages laboratories to consider adoption of a multiplexed method that can facilitate detection and differentiation of SARS-CoV-2 and influenza viruses. Such assays can facilitate continued testing for both influenza and SARS-CoV-2 and can save both time and resources as we head into influenza season. Laboratories and testing sites should validate and verify their selected assay within their facility before beginning clinical testing.
