SPIRITUAL:
Found this and thought you might be interested
My bride sent this to me after a heartfelt, deep discussion, in person ... with one of "our" long time dear friends yesterday.
This person is basically an extremely God loving person, who is a classic example of an unknown quantity of Christians, who for the most part are kind, loving etc. etc.
Except they ... and I believe they may not be a "minority," but a much larger number than we realize!
Our current standard practice of voting for governing positions, is designed to be a "privileged, very private action, experienced only between you and the ballot box, but we Christians know God is always there as well. Prime minister of Alberta, please note.
The $64,000 dollar question is how do we, who actually follow Christianity's beloved bible, where Ecclesiastes-10:2 (KJV) tells us of the actual difference between "RIGHT, and WRONG." Our enemy`s desire is to separate us by dividing the simple truth with multiple complexity for the followers of Jesus. Our current political number of choices follows/allows this exactly.
The alarming conclusion is that "WE" have somehow gotten on the wrong track, by accepting/adopting the MULTIPLE party system.
Basic math teaches us that multiplicity makes decision making more difficult, and now for the main course ... what if ... OUR governance actually consisted of only 2 choices - (1) -right or (2) -wrong -where "all" our current political standards are enacted by
a simple "Majority," which is not a new idea, it was the way we began in the first place. "For the people, by the people!
The actual hard part now is realizing what we are currently doing is not in our collective best interests, and does not work for the majority most of us, and is also taking Canada down the road to bankruptcy. Only a few benefit monetarily, and we the taxpayers foot the total bill.
We must ( if we are wise) accept that dreaded word ... "change" and go back to the original system of simply choosing: (1) - or (2) - where the majority of us choose what and when .... and IF we are smart enough to do this, then I believe that "Taxation" will become
almost a terrible thing of the past, and actually allow "US" to keep more of what we earn in our pockets, as opposed to supporting the current system of unanswerable luxurious total spending of a 3 level, (1)- local - (2) - provincial and (3) - federal; decision making, and simply change it goes back to " for the people, by the people" which will certainly lower the current overall cost.
This is up to us, the majority, not the "current system" to decide, so what say you .. do you want to continue to be the victim, or the benefactor?
Always in His service,
Fred

Bongino Report
CALIFORNIA’S STUNNING ADMISSION
California just admitted it.On Tuesday, LA County election officials confessed in a court filing they can’t independently confirm a voter’s citizenship status. “They simply take their word for it,” First Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli explained. That’s a huge problem. Right now, the DOJ is suing California election officials to force them to set aside the ballots of at least 20,000 registered voters in California the DOJ has identified as likely noncitizens.Federal prosecutors have already charged 28 people from that list. But California still won’t set the ballots aside.“California admits they knowingly allow anyone in the world — illegal, foreigner, trespasser — to vote in federal elections,” WH Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller said.
TRUMP’S NEW FRAUD BOUNTY
President Trump wants you to blow the whistle on fraud — and get rich doing it.On Tuesday, Trump unveiled the Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program. It’s a $25 million DOJ initiative that pays cash for tips that lead to fraud convictions or major enforcement actions. The program will offer a bounty of up to $30,000. Trump even sweetened the pot with a 1% commission for recouped money. “If it’s $10 million, $200 million, $400 million, we’re giving a 1% commission to that person,” Trump said.Whistleblower tips can be submitted at fraud.gov.
THE LATEST ON ILHAN OMAR CASE
The walls are closing in on Rep. Ilhan Omar — and now her family is talking.News broke this week that Omar’s older sister, Sahra Noor, reportedly spoke with federal investigators voluntarily after authorities raided Omar’s home last week. It’s not clear what she told authorities.Meanwhile, House Oversight Chairman James Comer explained on Fox News the infamous winery co-owned by Omar’s husband had “been shut down because of fraud.” Comer said the winery is connected to Omar’s purported financial discrepancies.Omar has not been seen in public since before the raid nine days ago.
ANTI-TRUMP JUDGE CAVES
The judge President Trump called a “crazed lunatic” just backed down.Judge Ana Reyes, a Biden appointee, had threatened DOJ attorneys over a court paperwork dispute in the fight over Trump’s East Potomac golf course renovation. But after an intense courtroom showdown, she finally relented. Her reversal comes after Associate AG Stanley Woodward Jr. pushed to remove Reyes from the case. Woodward and Trump are also pushing to have audio released from a hearing last week in which Reyes was accused of “screaming” at DOJ attorneys.“The judge on the case is a crazed lunatic whose courthouse tapes will reveal, may be insane?” Trump said on Monday.
TRUMP WARNS AMERICA
President Trump sees what’s happening in France as a warning for Americans. At a campaign rally this week, Trump reminded voters the stakes of the upcoming midterm election could not be higher: What’s happening in France could come here — if Democrats win.“Just look at what’s happening in France, a once great nation that is being conquered, looted, and burned to the ground by migrants, jihadists, and communists who hate Christianity and they hate, frankly, the Western civilization itself,” Trump said.“When you see burning steeples and raging fires in France, just remember, that is what the radical Democrats want to do to America.”

599 MASSACRED

Islamic jihadists are continuing a brutal campaign of genocide against Christians.
Just days ago, in the Congo (DRC), dozens were hunted down and massacred – including 9 Christians who were beheaded, others executed in groups, and victims dragged from their homes.
More than 300 Christians were murdered by Islamist militants in the Congo from June through September.
And in Nigeria, 30 believers were slaughtered over several hours as they prepared for church services. Islamic terrorists murdered 299 Nigerian Christians in one summer month alone.
And last week, religious leaders reported mass movements of suspected Islamic terrorists. Families are preparing for the worst.
We JUST delivered an oral intervention on Nigeria's persecution to the U.N. Human Rights Council – where, standing before the world, we refused to allow their deaths and these human rights abuses to be forgotten.
But to continue our fight to save dying Christians, we urgently need your Tax-Deductible support today.
Take action with us as we demand justice.
Our client, a Christian man, is facing execution for alleged blasphemy, and we are urgently calling on the United Nations to help stop this injustice.
After Pakistan’s Supreme Court upheld Qaisar Ayub’s conviction and death sentence in an unprecedented ruling, we have appealed to U.N. human rights officials to intervene and confront this dangerous precedent.
We are mobilizing our international offices, urging global leaders to act before it is too late to save Qaisar’s life and to protect others who could face the same fate. We are also preparing a review petition to the Supreme Court in Pakistan to overturn this disastrous ruling. Act with us today.
Pastor John Cao is no longer behind bars – but he still isn't free as he battles Stage 4 cancer.
Pastor Cao served his full seven-year sentence for building schools and delivering aid to children along the China-Burma border. Yet China still refuses to return his passport, keeping him trapped for more than two years since his release.
Now gravely ill, he's been kept from his wife, his sons, and a new grandchild he's never met. We're calling on Chinese authorities to finally let Pastor Cao come home.
God Bless,

Dan’s Daily Briefing — October 21, 2026
BrightNews.ai was checked for underrepresented preparedness, religious-liberty and Canadian-policy leads. None was independently verified strongly enough to replace today’s five.
1. Canada’s fiscal watchdog forecasts weaker growth and rising debt
Facts: The Parliamentary Budget Officer’s October 20 outlook lowered projected real GDP growth to 0.9% for 2026and 1.5% for 2027.
Federal debt per person is projected to rise from C$33,436 in 2026–27 to C$39,191 by 2030–31. The federal debt-to-GDP ratio is forecast to increase every year, reaching 42.6% in 2030–31. Ottawa will table its next budget on November 5. October 2026
Why it matters to Dan: Slower growth combined with persistent deficits leaves less room for tax relief, defence, healthcare transfers and emergency spending when an actual crisis arrives.
The November budget should be judged by measurable restraint: program spending, interest costs, debt growth and whether infrastructure investments increase productive capacity. Calling borrowed operating spending an “investment” does not make it one any more than labelling pizza a vegetable improves the garden.

2. Russia discusses renewed peace talks—while striking Ukrainian civilians
Facts: U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff met Vladimir Putin in St. Petersburg on October 21 and requested renewed three-way talks involving Russia, Ukraine and the United States. Russia released wrongfully detained American Stephen Hubbard during the visit.
On the same day, Russian strikes killed at least four Ukrainian civilians and hit residential areas, businesses and energy infrastructure. Moscow continues to demand control over Donetsk and permanent Ukrainian exclusion from NATO. reuters.com
Why it matters to Dan: Hubbard’s release is genuinely good news, but it does not establish that Putin is moderating Russia’s war aims. Diplomacy conducted while civilian power infrastructure is being destroyed requires more verification, not less.
From a Christian just-war perspective, negotiations that protect civilians are worth pursuing. But pressuring only the invaded country to concede while rewarding continued aggression risks producing a pause that Russia can exploit rather than a durable peace.

3. Oil jumps above US$110 as Iran diplomacy deteriorates
Facts: Brent crude rose more than US$2 on October 21, reaching approximately US$110.85 per barrel. West Texas Intermediate approached US$100.
Prices reacted to Iran’s rejection of recent American overtures, threats against Gulf shipping, Houthi attacks on Saudi infrastructure and a 4.9-million-barrel decline in reported U.S. crude inventories. reuters.com
Why it matters to Dan: This is the immediate preparedness story. Ontario does not need to import Iranian crude directly for the consequences to arrive through diesel, air travel, fertilizer, shipping and grocery prices.
Maintain ordinary fuel and pantry reserves and avoid unnecessary high-interest debt. Precious metals may provide portfolio diversification, but at current elevated levels they should be approached as insurance—not chased as though every gold coin comes with its own bunker and canned-bean dividend.
Prediction: Retail diesel and freight costs will remain stubborn even if crude retreats, because product inventories and refining constraints adjust more slowly.

4. Pope Leo returns to work after lung-cancer surgery
Facts: Pope Leo XIV returned to the Vatican on October 17, four days after surgeons removed the lower lobe of his right lung and confirmed lung cancer.
Doctors reported that his lung was recovering well. His planned November visit to Uruguay, Argentina and Peru remains possible, although his participation in upcoming events is being described as dependent upon his health. apnews.com
Unconfirmed: The Vatican has not released a complete prognosis, cancer stage or long-term treatment plan.
Why it matters to Dan: The health of the pope affects leadership and continuity for more than a billion Catholics, but medical uncertainty should not become fuel for church intrigue disguised as informed analysis.
The Christian response is prayer, appropriate transparency and orderly contingency planning. Serious institutions should be able to acknowledge a leader’s mortality without treating either recovery or succession as a public-relations emergency.

5. Netflix cuts its advertising forecast after major layoffs
Facts: Netflix’s third-quarter revenue increased 11.8%, its slowest growth in nearly three years. On October 20, the company lowered its 2026 advertising-revenue forecast from roughly US$3 billion to US$2.7 billion and issued weaker-than-expected fourth-quarter profit guidance.
The announcement followed layoffs affecting approximately 6% of employees and the replacement of two senior programming executives. Netflix says subscription performance remains comparatively strong and plans to license more third-party content. ir.netflix.net
Why it matters to Dan: Streaming’s great replacement for cable is discovering the same awkward truth cable learned: viewers dislike advertising, but companies remain rather fond of advertising revenue.
For media-management work, more licensed content means greater demand for accurate rights records, metadata, versions, localization and asset retrieval. Creatively, Netflix needs durable films and series rather than another interface redesign offering seventeen slightly different rows of things you already declined to watch.

After preaching on death, giant crucifix kills him

Drawing on the Gospel passage about rendering to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s, he told the congregation: “Dear brothers and sisters, one day all of us who are here are also going to die.”
“Sometimes the time we have used on things does not have as much meaning as the time we use for God — that quality time we give to God, to our brothers and sisters, to our husband, our wife, to our children, to the family. That time is better spent,” he continued.
He had also asked, “How much time are we giving to God? How do we use our time?” and noted that people often spend hours on cell phones and other distractions while giving only fleeting moments to prayer. “What is important is always the Lord. He must be first,” he said, before leading the Creed.
During the General Intercessions which followed, the large, heavy wooden crucifix detached from the wall behind the altar and fell, striking Father Sánchez on the head.

Fake Rumours destroy credibility

There has been confirmation from two independent Military sources that the Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) will go live some time between now and Sun. 18 Oct. 2026.
After that and for the next ten to twelve days EBS Broadcasts over cell phones, TV, Radio and Internet worldwide will replace regular programming on every network and channel. Eight hour Documentaries about what is going on in 22 languages will be broadcast to nations across the Globe.
The Global Military Alliance will expose their mass arrests of S---n worshiping traitors, charges against them, Military Tribunals, Med Bed regenerative healing available for free to the general public, how to obtain your gold/asset-backed money wallet (that replaces bank accounts) on the new Global Financial System and other Truths about our Global Financial, Political, Health and Educational Systems that have long been hidden.
During the ten to twelve days it was advised to stay indoors and not travel unless it was absolutely necessary. Certain areas will be closed down, but not the whole country or World. The Military Alliance will be making mass arrests and securing the Global Transition. They are not your enemy. Stay out of their way.
Banks and ATMs will be closed worldwide to make the transition to the new gold/asset-backed currency Global Financial System. It has been advised to have food, essentials and cash on hand during those days to cover your basic essentials.
Keep your devices charged. Your cell phones can only be used to call 911 in an emergency. The EBS will broadcast through the Starlink Satellite System. If you have a Starlink connection, you will receive the broadcasts. If you do not, the Military will distribute phone devices to you so you can use a phone and receive the broadcasts.
At the end of the ten to twelve days we will wake up to a whole new financial, health, political and educational World.
At 23:00 UTC Wed. Night 14 Oct. 2026, the S---n worshiper Banker’s Cabal SWIFT System was decommissioned as migration of the new gold/asset-backed ISO 20022 Global Financial System completed. Every cross-border transaction, every settlement that used to take three days now takes three seconds because the banks were no longer part of the system. No intermediaries. No hidden fees. No delays. Every one of your money transactions that used to be invisible to you was now visible to you, and only to you.

Misleading advertising

Leaked internal documents have revealed that Meta Platforms Inc. (NASDAQ:META) projected a revenue of approximately $16 billion from scam advertisements and banned goods in 2024, which would account for nearly 10% of its total revenue.
Governments go to great lengths to detect and curtail false news or "hate" messages, but nothing to stop false advertising. When I was a commercial writer, and later station manager, we had to submit any ads with food, nutrition or health claims to the CRTC for approval. Now they care more about your mind than your body.

Injustice in the land

“Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees, to deprive the poor of their rights and withhold justice from the oppressed of my people.” – Isaiah 10:1-2
PB
This week, B.C. Judge Brenda Brown ruled that a trio of migrant workers who tortured an elderly couple to death in their Abbotsford home can’t be given a 25-year sentence as this would constitute “cruel and unusual punishment.”
Although the three men (one of whom had only been in Canada for a month before the killings) were convicted of first-degree murder, Brown ruled that they should be allowed a chance at parole in just 15 years. The men will be sentenced next February.
Earlier this month, this newsletter covered how some of Canada’s wackiest court decisions have been premised on the Charter protection of “life, liberty and security of the person.” This has been used to justify protections on everything from tent encampments and bike lanes to the taking of illicit drugs in children’s playgrounds.
Well, Canadian courts have also been taking some wild liberties with the Charter right “not to be subjected to any cruel and unusual treatment or punishment."
Below, a few other baffling decisions brought to us by the Charter protection on “cruel and unusual” punishment:
It’s cruel and unusual to jail mass killers for life
In 2015, the House of Commons passed a provision requiring mass murderers to serve their sentences consecutively, instead of concurrently. Previously, no matter how many people a murderer had killed, they got the same 25 years in prison for first-degree murder before being eligible for parole. The change in the law meant 25 years for each victim. The Supreme Court ruled in 2022 that this was cruel and unusual, with the test case being an appeal filed by Alexandre Bissonnette, who murdered six men at a Quebec City mosque. Bissonnette, once fated to die in jail, is now cleared to one day seek freedom.
It’s cruel and unusual to put child sex criminals in jail
Under the Criminal Code, anyone convicted of possessing or accessing child pornography faced a minimum sentence of at least a year in jail. The same is true for a conviction of child luring. That is, until two separate Supreme Court decisions decided that both punishments were “cruel and unusual.”
What’s more, the justices didn’t decide this based on the merits of the case before them. They did so by concocting an elaborate hypothetical scenario in which it was conceivably unjust to impose a mandatory minimum sentence. In the child pornography decision, the justices were dealing with a man caught possessing several hundred images and videos of children being sexually abused. But they imagined that, instead, he had actually been an 18-year-old sent a “sext” from a 17-year-old friend. In the latter case (which, again, didn’t happen), they ruled it would be “cruel and unusual” to impose a one-year jail term.
It’s cruel and unusual to send a child rapist to jail
This decision is from June, and it concerns a man in his 20s who repeatedly sexually assaulted his school-aged biological sister over a period of four years. It’s a crime for which the minimum jail sentence is five years, but Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice ruled that this was “cruel and unusual” since the offender is developmentally disabled. He was instead given two years of house arrest – although at a different house from the one where he repeatedly victimized his sister.

COUNTDOWN to Election Day, October 26: 1 WEEK left

From Concerned Citizens Assoc. of London
C.C.A.L.
Get ready!
Plan the time of day you will vote, and see where to vote as printed on your VOTERS REGISTRATION CARD you got in the mail.
Remember, 1 vote broke the tie in a Quebec election recently; your vote matters! Activists will be out trying to sway votes in directions the general public may not want (or can’t afford), so you are needed.
Check to see you are on the voters list:
Have you watched debates for mayor and wards yet?
Make sure you are informed before you vote! https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLdGa7xd91vX8
Please ask questions ! CCAL has sent these to all candidates:
There’s still time to email candidates and ask your questions.
IN THEIR OWN WORDS
Want to hear what each mayoral candidate has to say on main issues? Below we quote portions 3 of Susan Stevensen’s replies, but you can read all candidates’ replies at:
Q1
“... By 2030, residents should see cleaner and safer public spaces, better-maintained roads, boulevards and parks, fewer businesses struggling with disorder, and a downtown where people are more confident living, working, shopping and visiting.
They should also see consistent enforcement of laws and bylaws alongside better pathways to treatment, recovery, housing and stability for people who need help.”
Q2
“Recently, Council considered new emergency shelter guidelines that would have permitted possession of illegal drugs in shelters....I proposed removing the provision permitting illegal drug possession. That left individual shelter operators responsible for their own policies while maintaining the prohibition on drug use in shelters. I gave up getting the uniform rule I preferred in order to achieve the most important result. Council supported my amendment 9–6. That experience reflects how I work. “
Q5
“During the 2024 Budget Committee meetings on Feb 8 and Feb 15, I recognized that the Legislated Business Case to fund DC Exemptions was not required. With Mayor Morgan’s first strong mayor budget proposing tax increases of 8.8% and 7.3% in 2024 and 2025, I brought forward motions to remove that Business Case (saving taxpayers $21.5M over the 4 years on Feb 8) and then a portion of that Business Case (saving taxpayers $7.2M over the 4 years on Feb 15).
Unfortunately, the Council leadership at that time deemed the $21.5M in reserve payments absolutely necessary, even with the extremely high tax increases facing Londoners - until 2025, when it was needed to meet Josh Morgan’s commitment of a tax increase under 5%.
The link below on page 273 clearly states that the $21.5M was never required. It was deemed “prudent” by Mayor Morgan in his first strong mayor Multi-Year Budget even with an almost 30% tax increase. That business case also included the ongoing expense of an additional $200K per year in salaries.”
