The pillars of our free society—Life, Free Speech, and Expression—are facing a grave threat in the City of London, Ontario.
Just recently, on December 5th, London City Councilors Hadleigh McAlister and Sam Trosow proposed expanding the existing "Graphic Image Delivery By-law".
The aim?
To prohibit public viewing of any images of unborn children, before or after an abortion procedure.
The initial vote to decide if this motion is worthy of drafting into public policy is set to take place this coming Tuesday, December 19.
Abortion victim photography is extremely crucial for raising public awareness that prompts life-saving, perspective-shifting conversations that change hearts and minds towards protecting the most innocent of all human life, the life of the unborn child within his or her mother’s womb.
Because these photos are more than visual aids—they offer a raw, unfiltered truth into the grim reality of abortion that stir up feelings, challenge beliefs, and advocate for change—, McAlister and Trosow are dead set against banning these images from our public streets.
Councilor Trosow, who is also an associate professor of law at Western University, is well aware that this proposed expansion would violate your Charter Rights and Freedoms.
As he stated in committee: "If the people that are portraying these graphic images say it constitutes a limitation of their expression, yes it certainly does."
Councilors McAlister and Trosow want to continue dehumanizing the unborn and keep abortion victim photography hidden away from the public’s eyes since these photos depict the horrible truth and reality that is abortion.
They do not seem to understand what Blaise Alleyne, from the Canadian Centre of Bioethical Reform (CCBR), has noted that similar victim photos have been used for various other issues, from campaigns against slavery to human trafficking.
They want to muffle the voices of pro-lifers because they believe you are unable to accept the truth, no matter how harrowing or “graphic” it may be.
As Jordan Peterson once famously said, "In order to be able to think, you need to risk being offensive.”
Positive change will only occur if those who are not afraid of superficially offending others and are bold in presenting the TRUTH, regardless of how terrible it may be.
If we fail to counteract this, the London City Council's move could set a dangerous precedent for censoring the TRUTH.

Austin told Congress that it was “very likely” U.S. troops would be deployed without more funding.
House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul said, “If [Vladimir] Putin takes over Ukraine, he’ll get Moldova, Georgia, then maybe the Baltics…And then the idea that we’ll have to put troops on the ground in Secretary Austin’s word was very likely…That’s what we’re trying to avoid.”
McCaul added that if the U.S. pulls aid from Ukraine, “[W]e loose all of our goodwill with our NATO allies…No one’s going to trust us again.”
The alternative solution would be to allow for a peace deal.
Democrat Senator Chris Murphy added, “If Putin moves on a NATO country — and I don’t think it’s outside the realm of possibility — there is a fight involving U.S. troops if we don’t support Ukraine’s fight right now.”
The establishment of both parties is itching for more Ukrainian funding, and the lives of American troops are being used as bargaining chips.

FBI dumbfounded after Assassination Attempt on this Presidential Candidate:
Running for president has its risks. But no one expected this.
And the FBI is dumbfounded after an assassination attempt on this presidential candidate.
Businessman and Republican candidate for president, Vivek Ramaswamy has been the target of a recent assassination threat from a man in New Hampshire.
Tyler Anderson, who is 30-years-old, has been arrested by the FBI for threatening to kill Ramaswamy at a campaign event in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
If he is found to be guilty, Anderson could serve up to five years in prison and receive a fine up to $250,000.
The threat came about when Anderson received a text message on December 8 about a Ramaswamy campaign event being held in Portsmouth, according to the Department of Justice.
Anderson responded to the text saying, “Great, another opportunity for me to bl*w his brains out!” as well as “I’m going to k*ll everyone who attends and then f*** their corpses.”
He confessed to the police that the texts were indeed sent by him as well as other texts to campaigns that included similar threats.
This isn’t Anderson’s first run-in with law enforcement either.
According to court documents, he has had a few encounters with the Dover Police Department in the last couple of years.
The FBI did not name Ramaswamy as the victim when detailing Anderson’s arrest, but the presidential candidate’s campaign did confirm it was indeed him who was the target of the threat.
Ramaswamy’s campaign event in Portsmouth was scheduled for 9am on Monday at a restaurant called the Roundabout Diner.
“We are grateful to law enforcement for their swiftness and professionalism in handling this matter. Our security team worked closely with New Hampshire state police, who are some of the best in the nation,” Ramaswamy’s campaign said.
“We’re going to let the investigators do their work and figure out who this person is and what their motives might be.”
Ramped up security is expected at Ramaswamy’s events in New Hampshire after the threat and arrest of Anderson was made.
“I feel very secure in the position we’re in, and I’m immensely grateful to the team that keeps me safe and hopefully all the other candidates safe through this process as well,” Vivek Ramaswamy said to reporters.
Thank goodness no one was harmed by the serious threats that Ramaswamy received.
Hopefully other presidential campaigns are working hard to implement security measures to make sure candidates continue to stay safe during this election season.

Trump Drops HUGE Name of Who He’ll Indict Once He Becomes President Again:
Donald Trump expresses uninhibited engagement on his social media platform, Truth Social, without any external influence that would limit him.
Throughout the weekend, Trump expressed his liveliness by passionately discussing his civil fraud trial in Manhattan and criticizing New York Attorney General Leticia James. However, it was equally noteworthy that he refrained from addressing a particular topic.
Trump shared a piece by conservative attorney Mike Davis regarding presidential immunity, which raised the subject of whether Barack Obama would be considered a valid target if Trump were to be reelected for a second term in 2024.
Davis expressed “So Democrat judges in DC suddenly pretend President Trump doesn’t enjoy presidential immunity, like all of his predecessors for 250 years? Does that mean the Trump 47 Justice Department can indict President Obama for his extrajudicial murder of a 16-year-old American citizen?”
The American citizen Davis is referring to is the adolescent son, aged 16, of Anwar al-Awlaki, an American citizen who was eliminated by a targeted drone attack in Yemen.
In a recent verdict, a federal appeals court in Washington dismissed Trump’s assertions of complete immunity, determining that he can face legal action in civil complaints pertaining to the demonstration that occurred at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
The verdict will have substantial consequences, as stated by ABC 7, as it would enable “members of Congress and officers with the Capitol Police to move forward with a series of lawsuits filed against Trump that are seeking damages for harms they say they suffered as a result of the riot.”
Naturally, what benefits one party is also beneficial to the other party, or at least something along those lines. Undoubtedly, the present utilization of government agencies as instruments of warfare is establishing a highly unfavorable example for forthcoming presidents. However, it is worth noting that Obama did express the belief regarding Trump’s indictments “nobody is above the law.”

Meanwhile, Special counsel Jack Smith has taken the extraordinary step of directly appealing to the US Supreme Court to ascertain whether former President Donald Trump can be prosecuted for purported crimes committed while he in office. This will be the first instance in which the Supreme Court will examine the possibility of prosecuting a former president.
The Supreme Court promptly approved Special Counsel Jack Smith’s request for accelerated review on Monday, demonstrating the uniqueness of the case.
Supervising two investigations into Trump’s behavior, Smith implored the court to promptly make a ruling on Trump’s exemption from federal prosecution. The court has granted a review and has imposed a deadline for Trump’s legal team to provide a response. Nevertheless, the justices have not provided any indication regarding their schedule or approach.
Trump is set to undergo a trial in March 2024 for his alleged involvement in a scheme to reverse the results of the 2020 election. Smith’s direct petition to the Supreme Court seeks to circumvent lower courts and uphold the set trial date.
Smith underscored the importance of the case, raising doubts about whether a former president enjoys complete immunity and asserting that only the court has the authority to definitively resolve these assertions. Trump is confronted with several counts, including the improper management of secret material after his presidency, in addition to the indictment related to the 2020 election.
In the 81-page document, seen by The Daily Beast, Smith informed the Supreme Court that he sought their judgment and requested them to bypass an impending decision by the appeals court. This was done to prevent Trump from prolonging the lawsuit for an extended period of time.
The filing acknowledges that “The United States recognizes that this is an extraordinary request. This is an extraordinary case.”
In a statement, Trump expressed anger and frustration in reaction to Smith’s petition, characterizing it as a “hail Mary.”
“Crooked Joe Biden’s henchman, Deranged Jack Smith, is so obsessed with interfering in the 2024 Presidential Election, with the goal of preventing President Trump from retaking the Oval Office, as the President is poised to do, that Smith is willing to try for a Hail Mary by racing to the Supreme Court and attempting to bypass the Appellate Process,” conveyed a representative speaking on behalf of Trump.
“There is absolutely no reason to rush this sham to trial except to injure President Trump and tens of millions of his supporters.”
The trial for Trump’s attempt to undermine the election was scheduled to commence on March 4 in Washington, D.C. However, his legal team requested U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan to postpone the proceedings as he filed an appeal.
The revelation of Trump’s intention to challenge the ruling came to light subsequent to Judge Chutkan’s determination earlier this month that Trump is not entitled to immunity from prosecution due to his status as a former president.

Trump Prosecutor Jack Smith Busted in Major Extortion Scheme:
Former President Donald Trump has protested the appointment of Special Counsel Jack Smith from the beginning, saying that Smith is corrupt and has a vendetta against him.
On Monday, December 11, Smith asked the U.S. Supreme Court to decide whether Donald Trump had immunity to the charges that had been filed by Smith. But this move by Smith comes just after an allegation against Smith himself has been filed.
Smith was formerly employed at the International Court of Justice, and now the complaint against Smith is alleging that he was a part of an extortion scheme while in that position.
John Moynihan filed a whistleblower complaint with the Department of Justice Inspector General’s Office on November 28 containing the allegations as well as circumstantial evidence that Jack Smith is corrupt.
The former president has maintained that Smith is politically motivated in bringing charges against him and that the entire matter is part of the Democrat-weaponized DOJ.
John Francis Moynihan is a former employee of the Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”) and is an expert in the field of money laundering and financial crimes. In the opening paragraph of the complaint, Moyniham states his credentials:
I am currently a consultant to the DEA and other United States law enforcement agencies. I have thirty-five years expe1ience investigating domestic and international money laundering cases in both criminal and civil matters.
The cases I have worked on involve complex domestic and international financial transactions and have resulted in indictments, plea agreements, criminal convictions, large scale seizures of money, and settlements in the billions of dollars.
I continue to assist the Department of Justice and the Treasury Department in money laundering and other cases, some of which are currently ongoing.’ All of which is to say that I am a recognized expert in the areas of money laundering and financial investigations.
Through informants, Moynihan learned of Smith’s involvement in the scheme revealed in the complaint. A link to the complaint is included below.
It seems that Smith is alleged to have been involved during that time in subterfuge regarding interactions with foreigners in an elaborate extortion scheme to secure payoffs for protecting foreign individuals from prosecution and creating false testimony. The operation is alleged to have included individuals in Albania and Russian oligarchs.
Hillary Clinton’s name is connected in the document as well, linking Smith to Clinton in a nefarious way and suggesting he was playing a part in keeping specific documents regarding Clinton from reaching certain hands.
“Near the end of January, Florian called me to tell me that he had spoken with Jack Smith. He told me that Jack Smith wanted to know if Potanin was still in possession of evidence of corruption by Hillary Clinton. Or, if he had shared the evidence with anyone in the Secret Service.”

The allegations outlined in Moynihan’s complaint and the testimony of whistleblowers (who are named) included in that complaint cast dark shadows on Smith, but it also calls into question the ICJ itself. The coercive and illegal activities allegedly carried out by Jack Smith indicate that this Court was engaged in a political mission in service of U.S. foreign policy rather than a search for justice.
This brings forth the question: has Jack Smith been coerced to go after Donald Trump in the same manner?
Meanwhile, Smith’s attempt to prove “no immunity as a president” for Trump has massive potential to backfire and open doors to prosecution of both Biden and Obama as well. The move for no immunity for a former president therefore seems a desperate action by Smith.
Fox News has previously reported in August that Smith’s case against Trump involving the Mar-a-lago documents included extortion. The outlet reported statements by James Trusty, a former chief of the Justice Department’s organized crime unit. Trusty raised the alarm as to Smith’s handling of matters in the case.
“You had a high-level DOJ official – according to a statement submitted as an officer-to-the-court to a federal judge – told Stanley Woodard, a defense attorney representing Walt Nauta [Trump’s valet] that it would be a shame, essentially, if he endangered judgeship by not flipping Nauta against President Trump,” Trusty said.
Later, speaking on “Life, Liberty, and Levin” Trusty told host Mark Levin “In my book, that’s obstruction of justice” and then “Again, that’s extortion.”
Trusty added, “So the people we are entrusting in our criminal justice system to fairly and impartially and transparently pursue justice are actually obstructionists because they’re so hellbent on going after one target: President Trump.”
In all these instances and more, that would be Jack Smith.
During the August interview, Levin added his own thought to the conversation about Smith saying, “Past people I have talked to that have faced this man, Smith, say that’s exactly what he does,” Levin said.

Lemon informed Puck that he has decided to “cut the cord” and, unexpectedly, two of his preferred material sources lean towards conservatism.

The inclusion of The Daily Wire’s editor emeritus and Patrick Bet David’s PBD Podcast in the lineup was unexpected, considering the history of conflicts between Shapiro and Lemon. It is particularly intriguing given that Shapiro was once a prominent figure on CNN, known for his strong left-wing views.
One can refer to a well-known 2017 interview where Shapiro thoroughly defeated Lemon in a discussion about the removal of Confederate Veterans’ historic monuments following the Charlottesville protest in August of that year.
The former CNN frontman’s more conservative viewpoints were referenced by The Daily Caller, raising the possibility that the presenter is moving to the right. The Caller brought up a disagreement from 2022 with his two female co-hosts on whether male players need to be paid more than female athletes because of their larger fan bases. He also brought up an incident from 2013 in which he told African Americans to “pull up your pants” and move away from “hip-hop and rap culture.”
“Pull up your pants. Walking around with your a** and your underwear showing is not okay,” Lemon said according to Daily Caller. “In fact, it comes from prison when they take away belt from the prisoner so that they can’t make a weapon. Sometimes they are coming here specifically to take advantage of our healthcare system despite their families not paying into it!Canadian healthcare also has the dubious distinction of having the worst wait times of any developed country. Here’s the PPC plan to get Ottawa out of the way and fix our healthcare system:
· Repeal the Canada Health Act which dictates a very bureaucratized management of healthcare, and encourage provincial and territorial governments to adopt European-style, mixed public-private healthcare systems.
· Replace the Canada Health Transfer cash payments with a permanent transfer of tax points of equivalent value to the provinces and territories to give them complete autonomy over their healthcare systems.
· Stop mass immigration and in particular radically reduce the number of newcomers coming to Canada through the family reunification program to relieve stress from already overburdened healthcare systems.

Kelly finally provided Republicans with a moderator who covered the topics that conservatives and not the liberal media cared about.
And Megyn Kelly destroyed Chris Christie with one simple question.
The day after the fourth GOP debate, Kelly appeared on Glenn Beck’s show to offer her analysis of the proceeding.
Kelly admitted she was rooting for RINO former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie to qualify for the debate so she could grill him on his support for the woke transgender agenda.
Saying she “prayed to God and all the angels above,” her prayers were answered when a Trafalgar Group poll on the final day of qualifying showed Christie hitting the requisite six percent nationally to make the cut.
At the debate, Kelly put Christie on the spot about legislation he signed allowing schools to keep secret from parents the fact that their kids now considered themselves transgender and wanted to change their pronouns.
Kelly also pressed Christie on his opposition to legislation banning transgender surgeries for children.
Christie – as well as RINO former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley – claim they are standing from freedom and parent’s rights by opposing legislation banning transgender surgeries for kids.
But kids can’t drink alcohol, enter the military, vote or purchase a firearm, smoke cigarettes, get tattoos, or enter gentlemen’s clubs until society deems them old enough to make adult decisions.
Christie is claiming life-altering surgeries where doctors mutilate children’s bodies are somehow different.
It was an illuminating answer that completely disqualified Christie in the minds of many Republican voters.

ongressional Republicans plan to initiate contempt proceedings after Hunter Biden defied a subpoena requiring his testimony for a closed-door deposition.
The first son tried to set the rules for the deposition, saying last month that he would only appear for a public hearing. No other witness in the House Oversight Committee’s investigation into allegations of Biden family corruption has appeared at a public hearing — only closed-door depositions. Biden was to be treated no differently, according to Chairman James Comer I.
Instead of appearing at the deposition, Hunter gave a brief speech to reporters on Capitol Hill. One sentence in particular from his statement is raising eyebrows.
“Let me state as clearly as I can: my father was not financially involved in my business, not as a practicing lawyer, not as a board member of Burisma, not in my partnership with a Chinese private businessman, not in my investments at home nor abroad, and certainly not as an artist,” Hunter said.
Hunter's claim — that President Biden was not "financially involved" in his business schemes — is a significant departure from what President Biden has long maintained.
For years, Biden said that he never even discussed business with his son. But that narrative began to change earlier this year when Devon Archer, one of Hunter's longtime business associates, testified to Congress that Biden had conversed with his son's business associates on numerous occasions. At the time, the White House said that Biden "was never in business with his son."
But now the denial is exceptionally specific — and Republicans quickly took notice.
"Once again, the Bidens are moving the goalposts," said House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R).
"The biggest takeaway was the statement from Mr. Biden where he said my father was not ‘financially involved’ in the business," explained House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R). "That is a huge change, which sort of means, 'He's involved.' I think that's how anyone with common sense would read it: He’s been involved, just not financially. That is a huge departure from everything they have said now for the last three and a half years."
The change, Jordan added, is "the biggest news of the day."

In an interview with The Tucker Carlson Encounter that was released on Monday, Kid Rock had nothing but praise for the steely resolve that former President Donald Trump possesses.

"No, when we’re golfing or hanging out in different scenarios, his spirits are always up and he’s always talking about his country," Kid Rock said.
"He’s always talking about this country and how he wants to win. I’ve never seen anybody who wants to win for this country like that guy and I don’t think we’ll ever see anything like that in our lifetime. He’s the greatest president we’ve had."
Trump has faced numerous challenges, despite being in the lead in the polls, as a latest Reuters/Ipsos survey shows that in a head-to-head matchup, the former president would edge out the current president by at least two percentage points.
This given that a quarter of respondents who were unsure of who they would vote for in 2024.
According to the report in Reuters, “Trump also led Biden by five points in the seven swing states when Kennedy was as [sic] option.”
When asked who they think would be better suited to manage the economy, respondents gave Trump a 45 percent to 33 percent lead over Biden. On the other hand, when it comes to “abortion access,” Biden is ahead with 42% to 32% of the vote.
