SPIRITUAL:

On the next Empower Hour Tanya Gaw, founder of Action4Canada, boldly addresses the war on Christianity that is escalating in Canada and the growing risk to our fundamental freedoms and democratic way of life.


The church is under attack from all directions and it is time for Canadians to pick a side because democracy does not exist absent of faith. The options are either the red/green unholy alliance between Communism and Islam, or Christianity. It’s really that simple. Canada is founded upon Biblical principles that form our laws and our values and there is an undeniable difference that sets us apart from extremist, totalitarian regimes and ideologies that are hell-bent on destroying anything and everything that is good and right and pure and worthy of praise (Philippians 4: 7-9).


This concern is not theoretical—it is reflected in government-funded research and policy direction that is already underway.

Government-funded initiatives such as the “Worshipping With Love” report—supported by Women and Gender Equality Canada (see below)—reveal a clear and accelerating demand for change in public policy: one that moves beyond protecting individuals from discrimination, toward actively reshaping Christian institutions rather than respecting legitimate differences in belief.


Bill C-9 is not random, nor is it about addressing hate speech; it plays a strategic role in undermining the Biblical foundation of Canada. When viewed alongside years of targeted funding and advocacy frameworks, many Canadians—including legal scholars, faith leaders, and concerned citizens—see a pattern forming, not one of respect, but of sustained pressure on Christian communities to abandon or coercive use of state power pressuring the Christian community to conform to ideological expectations that conflict with those teachings.


In a country where the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms explicitly protects freedom of thought, belief, and religion, this trajectory raises serious concern. The church is not a political institution to be re-engineered—it is a sacred space grounded in moral conviction and the freedom to uphold the Word of God. A truly free and pluralistic society requires mutual respect, not coercion. 


Canadians of faith are not demanding others adopt their beliefs—and they are entitled to the same respect in return. It is time to restore that balance and strongly reaffirm that equality must never come at the cost of fundamental freedoms.

How does it feel to find out that you are funding this war machine?

Across federal, provincial, and municipal levels, Canadian governments have directed an estimated $3.0 billion to $4.1 billion (2015–2026) toward programs and initiatives connected to 2SLGBTQI+ communities. While often delivered through broader inclusion and social policy programs, this represents a substantial cost to taxpayers.


This report, Access and Equity for 2SLGBTQ+ Businesses in Canada, is a real gem. It focuses its efforts on victimizing the 2SLGBTQ community in order to receive funding. Not only are Canadians paying for the report that requests funding, they then pay to fund LGBTQ entrepreneurs, based on the information within the report. You can’t make this stuff up. Read it for yourself. They call for expanded supports and targeted funding for LGBTQ entrepreneurs. They emphasize fabricated disadvantages and encourage identity-based funding requests rather than merit-based outcomes.


The majority of Canadians seek business financing based on the strength of their ideas and plans—not on personal identity or sexual preference. When have you ever heard of anyone being asked if they were heterosexual or homosexual in order to qualify for a loan or business licence? The answer would be never. If the LGBTQ community truly wants to be equal shouldn’t there be a consistent standard of treatment that applies to everyone? Canada’s constitutional framework—including the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms—affirms that all individuals are to be treated equally under the law, regardless of identity.


Do you feel that this approach reflects equal treatment? It is time to end this fraud and stop taxpayer funding of these initiatives!

Solutions: Pray, Take Action & Get Involved in Elections!

There are solutions but it involves your participation. Are you doing your part to take action in your community to protect children from this evil ideology that is also undermining the natural family and breaking down societal norms? Some see Jonah as a story fit for Sunday School, but I think adults would be surprised at how much they can relate to him. Jonah faced a dilemma: obey God or follow his own reasoning. Jonah chose to skip town in the bowels of a ship where he fell asleep—no doubt assisted by the gentle lapping of the sea against the hull—until God brought a hellish storm.

 

With the ship pushed to the brink of disaster, the captain rousted Jonah, saying, “What do you mean, sleeper? Arise, call on your God; perhaps your God will consider us, so that we may not perish.” (Jonah 1:6) While the souls of men skirted eternity, Jonah was hidden in darkness, asleep in his comfort. But when God calls you to a task, there is no place to run, nowhere to hide, and it is no time to sleep.

God called Jonah to preach to people known for their wicked practices, but Jonah disagreed with God’s plan. He could have used someone else, but He wanted Jonah. What about you? Have you resisted God’s prompting to share the gospel because you judged someone beyond His mercy and grace? Are you a modern-day Jonah?

 

Our Lord is as persistent in His pursuit of the saint as He is of the sinner, especially when eternity is at stake. May God forbid us to drift to sleep at a critical hour or embark on a journey other than the one He has ordained. Let us, like Salvation Army’s William Booth, “Go straight for souls and go for the worst.”

Episode 10 – Policy from the Shadows

The Local and National Transformation (2015 to 2025)

This story didn’t begin with the Sustainable Development Goals. They represent only the most recent acceleration of a much older plan. The foundation was laid in 1992 with Agenda 21, followed by the Millennium Development Goals (2000 to 2015), which targeted poverty reduction mainly in the developing world. Those goals differed in one crucial way — they imposed few binding commitments on the West.


However, in 2015, the framework expanded and intensified into the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — a sweeping global blueprint that now applies to every nation. It no longer addressed poverty alone but bound together economics, environment, and social policy within a single agenda.


Where the Millennium Development Goals targeted mere reduction, the SDGs promised to end poverty “in all its forms everywhere.” Development policy shifted from ad‑hoc aid to an integrated compliance system linking finance, regulation, and even municipal governance.


Over the same decade, Canadian cities underwent a political realignment. Across urban centres such as Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Edmonton, and even London, Ontario, the composition of city councils began to lean decidedly to the left. Municipal politics became a magnet for climate activists, non‑profit leaders, and union advocates who ran as non‑partisan candidates yet shared Liberal, NDP, or Green ideology.

The trade‑off was clear: municipal governments gained access to federal and international funding only so long as they adopted the policy language and practices of the SDGs.


Inside city halls, the culture also changed radically. Elected leaders began speaking in metrics and milestones — the lexicon of “deliverology,” a system conceived years earlier in Britain to track targets and broadcast success. In practice, performance charts and press releases often sounded much more positive than outcomes. Critics who questioned results were described as negative, partisan, misinformed, or much worse. Missed targets became “ongoing achievements.” The method gave governments an aura of competence even as the evolving crisis on the ground became glaringly obvious to most citizens.


At the same time, the economic framework for policy delivery shifted under what its architects called the Fourth Sector. Designed in the late 1990s, it was expanded through the World Economic Forum after 2017. The idea was simple: blend the private, public, and non‑profit sectors into a single stakeholder model so that every economic activity could be measured by its social impact as well as its profit. In 2017 the Fourth Sector Group, including the WEF and many other partners, launched programs to scale these hybrid organizations around the SDGs.


The Fourth Sector revolves around the interests of its own stakeholders. Advocates celebrate the model as ethical capitalism, while others see it as a quiet transfer of political power from elected legislatures to corporate networks, consultants, and other partnering stakeholders who decide what counts as “good.” What began as a market‑innovation concept has morphed into a new system of rule — an economic governance model that now overrides the traditional free‑market capitalist model in Canada and across the Western world.


Meanwhile, most citizens remain largely unaware that this framework exists. Surveys show that fewer than ten percent of adults over thirty‑five can describe the SDGs with any confidence, and more than half have never heard the term at all. Among the private‑sector population over fifty, awareness drops even further — approximately two percent have ever heard of or know anything about the SDGs. Yet this demographic represents a significant voting bloc in the Western world, while corporate executives publicly declare their support and governments enact policies in their name. The result is a divide between the talking elite and a silent majority — decisions made globally, consent assumed locally.


Within this environment, stakeholder networks have taken control of municipal governance. At the local‑government level, voter participation is strikingly low — only about twenty‑three percent of eligible citizens cast ballots in the last municipal election in London, Ontario, and the majority of those who did are connected in some way to the stakeholder ecosystem itself.


Consortiums and public‑private partnerships are increasingly advantaged by projects qualifying as “sustainable.” Few citizens realize that public‑private partnerships can lock taxpayers into lengthy and risky infrastructure contracts. Because unsustainable debt obligations do not appear on government balance sheets, the primary advantage of P3s is often political.


Quality‑control issues and divisive, legally binding Community Benefit Agreements, embedded in most large infrastructure projects, promote advocacy‑led social enterprises that push selective and discriminatory entitlements for some while undercutting independent private‑sector businesses that must compete against them.


When ordinary residents attend council meetings, they often sense that decisions have already been made; the discussion feels ceremonial rather than deliberative. Elected representatives who are not promoters of the stakeholder ecosystem find their taxpayer advocacy silenced by bodies they cannot realistically debate. Power seems shared, but in practice it has migrated to non‑elected managers and their partnering stakeholders.

Too few people are challenging this arrangement — primarily because they don’t understand it — leaving the agenda largely in the hands of the same integrated network that designed it.


As these structures tightened, the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy and the Federation of Canadian Municipalities became major channels for international influence. Their Green Municipal Fund has financed thousands of projects that bind local budgets to UN and EU sustainability criteria. Participation appears increasingly assured through the election of progressive, climate‑oriented leaders in major cities — an alignment that further locks policy direction to global benchmarks.


Together, these developments map how a program that began as a global poverty plan has reshaped Canada’s urban governance. Municipal administration has become a performance system measured by foreign targets and scored against international indices. Citizens are now ruled by networks of organizations instead of the officials they elect. The language is idealistic; the mechanisms are technocratic; the effect is a steady migration of authority away from local hands.


Citizens are told to believe in “the data” rather than what they can see with their own eyes.


The Takeaway

A framework once sold as progress has transformed local democracy into performance management and municipal budgets into compliance ledgers. The words — sustainability, equity, inclusion — promise universal good, yet the machinery that carries them out concentrates power far from the people it claims to serve. What began as co‑operation in pursuit of noble goals now functions as a global operating system for policy without public consent. As previously stated, today’s anti‑racism policies could not be more racially divisive — and Canadians of every background are paying the price.

The Woman Who Rides the Beast

Revelation 18 emphasizes that this total destruction occurs in "one hour". Kings, merchants, and sailors who profited from her wealth will weep and mourn from a distance, citing that her immense riches and power have been laid waste in a single, rapid judgment (Revelation 18:10, 15-17, 19). Hate cases targeting South Asians double in Canada?

B.S.  The news article which appeared in my daily paper on another Main Stream Media is a crock, full of accusations designed to generate hate!

 

First of all, if you read the fine print, you'll discover that the "report" admits that the total number of hate occurrences actually decreased for a third straight year!

 

Secondly, it makes no references to the number of attacks and crimes which increased with the changes of ethnic populations.  Brampton is a prime example.

Yeah, it's the new AI thing for setting prices.  Used to be we only had the law of "supply and demand" that determined what someone sold their stuff for.  Now, a seller can just ask AI what his competitors are charging, and then bump up his prices maybe just a little bit lower instead of a lot lower.  In fact, some people who are just buyers will go on-line and buy stuff cheap, then mark it up to resell it for a profit.

When a community spends its trust capital in pursuit of moral prestige, the bill always comes due. London’s story shows that compassion without balance costs more than money — it costs cohesion.
