Taxpayers will still be paying for Aboriginal Claims: [THIS IS HUGE]

Oleg Kodolov

New Brunswick appeal court rules Indigenous group can’t seek Aboriginal title over private land

Large private-sector firms, including J.D. Irving Ltd., Acadian Timber GP Inc. and H.J. Crabbe & Sons Ltd., led the appeal after being put on notice that the Wolastoqey Nation may want privately owned industrial lands returned.

The Canadian Press

New Brunswick’s Court of Appeal has ruled that an Indigenous group cannot seek a declaration of Aboriginal title over private property, saying the harm to private property rights would undermine Canada’s efforts at reconciliation with First Nations.

The decision Thursday overturns a lower court’s ruling that would have allowed the Wolastoqey Nation to lay claim to privately owned industrial lands as part of their broader Aboriginal title case. It is in strong contrast with a recent B.C. Supreme Court ruling that has cast private property rights into question.

“In my view, a declaration of Aboriginal title over privately-owned lands, which, by its very nature, gives the Aboriginal beneficiary exclusive possession, occupation and use, would sound the death knell of reconciliation with the interests of non-Aboriginal Canadians,” Justice Ernest Drapeau wrote in the judgment released Thursday.

The trial on the Wolastoqey’s claims for Aboriginal title to lands, airspace, foreshore, lakes and rivers covering the western half of New Brunswick can now begin. But industrial landowners in the vast claim area are no longer at risk of losing their properties after the court concluded that private ownership cannot co-exist with a declaration of Aboriginal title.

Publicly owned, or Crown land, is rightly on the table, the appeal court concluded, and the province may be liable for compensation to the Wolastoqey for properties in the claim area that are registered as fee simple lands.

Large private-sector firms, including J.D. Irving Ltd., Acadian Timber GP Inc. and H.J. Crabbe & Sons Ltd., led the appeal after being put on notice that the nation may want privately owned industrial lands returned.

The courts can make a finding that Aboriginal title exists on private lands, Justice Drapeau clarified, but that does not carry the full weight of a declaration of title. A finding is not enforceable, while a declaration is a court order that can be enforced and appealed.

The ruling leans heavily toward compensation rather than the threat of expropriation to settle land claims that touch on private lands.

“A judicial declaration of Aboriginal title would confer those ownership rights, and I am unable to see how those rights can co-exist with the very same rights vested in fee simple owners,” the 114-page judgment concludes.

“In my view, remedial justice favours compensation from the Crown over dispossession of private fee simple owners in all cases,” Justice Drapeau wrote.

The ruling could open the province to a costly settlement. New Brunswick’s Minister of Justice and Attorney-General Rob McKee declined an interview Thursday. In a written statement, he said his government needs time to review the court decision.

“That said, our position remains the same: the place to resolve title claims and achieve reconciliation is the negotiating table.” Justice Drapeau’s ruling contradicts a B.C. Supreme Court decision in August that recognized Aboriginal title on lands that are held by private landowners.

In British Columbia, Justice Barbara Young declared that the Cowichan Tribes of Vancouver Island have Aboriginal title to roughly 800 acres in a developed area in Richmond. Justice Young concluded in her Aug. 7 decision that fee simple title and Aboriginal title can co-exist, but she also found that Aboriginal title is “a prior and senior right to land.”

David Rosenberg, the lawyer for the Cowichan, said the two courts have reached a “fundamental difference of opinion.” The result, he noted, is that a declaration of Aboriginal title can be granted over private land in B.C., but not so in New Brunswick.

The Cowichan decision is being appealed, and B.C. Premier David Eby has raised concerns that the court has put certainty for private property owners at risk. He promised his government will provide guarantees to affected homeowners and business owners in the claim area so they can continue to access necessary financing.

While Justice Drapeau‘s conclusions provide some new clarity around the limits of Aboriginal title claims on private lands, it’s likely both cases will end up, eventually, before the Supreme Court of Canada.

“It’s an important decision, but it’s not the end of decisions on this issue,” said University of Saskatchewan law professor Dwight Newman, the Canada Research Chair in Indigenous rights in constitutional and international law.

He predicted the Wolastoqey land claims trial ahead will be lengthy, so a potential appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada is still a long way off.

The ruling “stands in some contrast” to the Cowichan decision, he said. “It’s significant to see this different perspective between the courts.”

The B.C. government has made clear it expects the Cowichan decision to be appealed to the country’s highest court and has asked that the case be expedited. However, that process is still expected to take years to complete.

In a statement, the Wolastoqey said it intends to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court of Canada.

The Court of Appeal “categorically denied the Wolastoqey Nation the ability to seek a declaration of Aboriginal title over any lands held in fee simple,” the statement reads. “The Wolastoqey Nation is deeply disappointed by this decision, including its mischaracterization of our claim and their interpretation of the decision being appealed from.”

CLOSER LOOK

Don't quote me on this...

When Prime Minister Carney and Premier Smith signed their historic MOU, many were skeptical that the former was actually on board with the idea of a new pipeline to the West Coast.

Convinced that Carney was insincere, the Conservatives introduced a non-binding motion calling on him and other

Liberal MPs to declare their support for a pipeline.

Despite the fact that the motion quoted the MOU Carney signed verbatim, he and the Liberals voted against it. The Conservatives called their bluff, and it worked.

But what does this mean for the pipeline in question?

On this week's episode of The Pipeline, the Western Standard's Cory Morgan, Nigel Hannaford, and Dave Naylor broke it all down.

"We all knew from the start that it wasn't a deal inked in blood," Hannaford said of the MOU, "but this actually did show a certain mentality of evasion, of not wishing to be pinned down — not a very pretty picture. If you're in Alberta and you're dependent on your job in the energy industry, it's not a good day's work."

Morgan argued that the whole thing doesn't look good on Alberta Premier Danielle Smith, adding, "it's not that hard for Carney to just say 'I want this to happen,' and he won't say it."

Hannaford noted it was symbolic of a larger problem in the Carney government.

"He makes these elaborate promises," he said. "Haven't seen anything come of them yet, and he still seems to enjoy the popular support."

Naylor warned that Smith "has to get a proponent out in front of this quickly or else the whole deal's gonna fall apart."

How the mighty have fallen

For decades, Tim Hortons was synonymous with Canada — friendly service, quality goods, and a feeling of community were sure things whenever you stepped in the door.

Now, however, the once-beloved chain is but a shell of its former self. The food and drinks leave much to be desired (if they even get your order right), the locations are dirty, and more often than not neither English nor French can be heard spoken by those behind the counter.

Among those who have called out the decline is the Western Standard's Chris Oldcorn.

"I’ve largely stopped ordering at Tim Hortons unless it’s through the app, and even that hasn’t solved the basic competence problem," he wrote. "On multiple occasions, I’ve been handed the wrong order. When I raised it, the person taking the order apologized and said she didn’t speak English."

Oldcorn emphasized that "this is not about accents or where someone was born — it’s about the minimum requirement to do the job safely and properly, in a Canadian city, dealing with the public."

He recalled that a friend recently inquired at a local Timmies about a job for his daughter, and was told they couldn't hire her because she didn't speak Tamil like the other staff members.

"That is not 'diversity'," Oldcorn declared. "That is exclusion, plain and simple."

At the heart of the issue is Tim Hortons' reliance on temporary foreign workers. Reports show the company has pressed Ottawa to raise the foreign-worker limit from 20% to 30%, and even proposed a "NEXUS-type" fast-track to speed up renewals.

"If the chain can’t attract local workers, it should do what every other employer must do. Improve the job. Pay more. Train properly," Oldcorn argued. "Until that happens, Canadians should vote with their wallets. I do."

Not so fast...

A wise man once said, "your freedom to swing your face ends where my nose begins." So, too, should it be with religion. One's beliefs and rituals dictate how individuals live their lives — not others.

The folks in charge at Shared Services Canada obviously didn't get that message, deciding that Muslim employees' Ramadan schedule ought to be adhered to by their non-Muslim colleagues.

Managers were instructed to schedule key meetings around times when fasting "energy levels were low," and work was not to interfere with pre-dawn and post-sunset Suhoor and Iftar meals.

"What comes next?" Western Standard columnist Linda Slobodian asked. "A Ramadan 2026 directive instructing all employees to bring prayer mats to work, so Muslims don’t feel uncomfortable praying alone during the midday Dhuhr and afternoon Asr prayers?"

She lamented that "Canadians are getting pushed around by an army of DEI bullies with the authority to choose whose minority 'rights' supersede everybody else's."

"Fasting isn't easy," Slobodian continued. "It's unjust lunacy to expect everyone to appease anyone abstaining from food and drink."

She pointed out that while numerous other religions mandate some sort of fasting — some Christians do so during Lent — yet Muslims appear to be the only ones getting "special attention."

"This isn't about disrespecting Muslims," Slobodian concluded. "It's about objecting to an encroachment on non-Muslims' rights that's gaining ground."

TRUMP:

Supreme Court Hands Trump Major Victory in Foreign Aid Fight

The U.S. Supreme Court permitted the government to freeze more than $4 billion in foreign aid payments that President Trump moved to cancel last month through a rare “pocket rescission.”

In a 6-3 decision, the justices granted the Trump administration’s emergency appeal, halting a lower court ruling that had ordered the previously appropriated funds to be released.

“This is a massive victory in restoring the President’s authority to implement his policies,” a spokesperson for the White House Office of Management and Budget told the New York Post. “Left-wing groups’ ability to seize control of the president’s agenda has been shut down.”

The majority of the justices found the “harms to the Executive’s conduct of foreign affairs appear to outweigh the potential harm faced by respondents.” They include the AIDS Vaccine Advocacy Coalition, Journalism Development Network, Center for Victims of Torture and the Global Health Council, The Post noted.

The Supreme Court’s ruling stopped short of weighing in on the larger issue of whether President Trump has the authority to unilaterally “impound” funds approved by Congress.

Recently, Trump formally notified House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) of his move to cancel more than $4 billion in foreign aid, including $3.2 billion in U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) programs, $322 million from the joint USAID–State Department Democracy Fund, and $521 million in State Department contributions to international organizations.

The request, known as a “pocket rescission,” was submitted to Congress so close to the end of the fiscal year on Sept. 30 that it would automatically take effect regardless of congressional action.

It marks the first time in nearly five decades that a president has used the maneuver.

The funding in question had been designated for nonprofit organizations currently suing the Trump administration, as well as for foreign governments.

Earlier this month, U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta Ali, a Biden appointee, ruled that the administration could not withhold the money without congressional approval of the rescission proposal.

“To date, Congress has not responded to the President’s rescission proposal by rescinding the funds,” Ali wrote. “And the [Impoundment Control Act] is explicit that it is congressional action — not the President’s transmission of a special message — that triggers rescission of the earlier appropriations.”

The nonprofit organizations challenging the Trump administration’s funding freeze contended that the pocket rescission violated federal law and jeopardized critical, lifesaving programs overseas.

In Friday’s decision, Justices Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ketanji Brown Jackson dissented from the majority ruling.

Earlier in the week, the Supreme Court agreed to hear a case that will determine whether President Donald Trump can remove members of the Federal Trade Commission without cause, a dispute that could redefine the limits of presidential authority and the independence of federal agencies.

In a brief order, the justices said Trump may remove FTC Commissioner Rebecca Kelly Slaughter while the case is pending. Arguments are scheduled for December, and the stay allowing her removal will remain in effect until the court issues a ruling.

The case asks whether statutory protections against removing FTC commissioners violate the separation of powers and whether the court’s 1935 decision upholding such protections should be overturned. It will also examine whether lower federal courts can block removals, as they have in cases involving Trump’s dismissal of Democratic appointees.

The high court’s left wing – Justices Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ketanji Brown Jackson – dissented, with Kagan writing that the order effectively gives the president “full control” over independent agencies that Congress intended to shield from political influence.

“He may now remove — so says the majority, though Congress said differently — any member he wishes, for any reason or no reason at all. And he may thereby extinguish the agencies’ bipartisanship and independence,” she wrote.

Don Jr. Sounds the Alarm On RINO Plot Against Trump In Key Red State

Donald Trump Jr. and Republicans in the Indiana legislature are warning that GOP establishment-aligned consultants and lawmakers are forming a political action committee aimed at opposing redistricting efforts in the state, which could net Republicans two extra seats in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Indiana Governor Mike Braun called a special session to explore the possibility of mid-decade redistricting back in October. The move came after pressure from President Donald Trump, who has urged GOP-controlled states to redraw maps in order to counter Democrat-led gerrymandering efforts and “census errors” that overcounted a number of Democrat-controlled states and undercounted those controlled by Republicans, thus giving Democrats multiple unearned seats in blue strongholds.

The proposed map (House Bill 1032) is designed to create a Republican-friendly gerrymander, effectively eliminating the two districts currently controlled by Democrats. It would split Indianapolis into four districts, extending into rural Republican areas and dividing a Democrat-leaning district near Lake Michigan. Under this map, Republicans would gain a projected 9-0 advantage in Indiana’s congressional delegation, up from the current 7-2 split.

The Indiana House of Representatives passed the redistricting bill on December 5, 2025, by a vote of 57-41. A total of 12 Republicans joined all Democrats in opposition, despite the chamber’s Republican supermajority.

Republicans currently control 40 seats in the Indiana State Senate, meaning that the legislation will pass with a simple majority of 26 votes should all 10 Democrats vote against. Lawmakers have stated that the vote is tight, with at least 20 solid “yes” votes secured.

Some Republicans have already announced their opposition to the new map, including State Senator Michael Bohacek, who stated that he will not vote for the measure due to a mean tweet from President Trump.

The map currently being considered would split the Democratic Party stronghold of Indianapolis: Fox 59 Indiana

Prominent establishment lawmakers and consultants in Indiana are reportedly mobilizing to block the redistricting effort, according to David Keller, who currently serves as chief of staff for Senator Jim Banks (R-IN).

“Talking to Indiana legislators today who are saying Cam Savage is telling them he is organizing a Super PAC to support those who vote against redistricting and oppose Donald Trump,” Keller posted on X. The post was in reference to Indiana-based GOP consultant Cam Savage, who has not publicly commented on the redistricting effort but has been accused of campaigning against it behind the scenes.

His ties to the controversy stem from his role as a veteran GOP strategist at Limestone Strategies, where he advises establishment Republicans like Senator Todd Young and Rep. Erin Houchin, both of whom benefit from the status quo 7-2 district split.

“I’m sure that will work out just as well as it did for Liz Cheney,” Keller added in his post, concluding the post with a tweet Savage liked from Liz Cheney.

The report was met with fury from the Trump base, including the president’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr.

“If Indiana Republicans side with these Never Trumpers to do the dirty work of Democrats, I’ll be spending a lot of time in Indiana next year campaigning against every single one of them,” Trump Jr. posted on X.

“PS: These RINO consultants sabotaging MAGA need to be rooted out of the GOP!!!”

The passage or failure of the Indiana map could prove decisive in deciding the balance of power in the House next November, as a number of blue states have further gerrymandered their maps in order to “counter” Republican-led redistricting efforts. A number of Republican states — including Texas, Missouri and North Carolina — have opted to pursue redistricting, while others, such as Florida, are considering it.

🚨SCOOP: INSIDE THE ALLEGED CABINET SHAKEUP RUMOR MILL

Tongues are wagging about a year-end Cabinet clean-out. You shouldn’t necessarily believe them — at least, not yet…

President Donald Trump speaks to his Cabinet at the White House on December 2, 2025. (Photo by ANDREW CABALLERO-REYNOLDS / AFP via Getty Images)

THE CABINET SHAKEUP THAT WASN’T (FOR NOW…) — When Trump first heard about a story suggesting he was supposedly firing DHS Secretary KRISTI NOEM, his reaction wasn’t what you’d expect if you’ve been reading all the headlines about her lately.

“Firing Kristi? I love Kristi!” Trump exclaimed to one top aide who alerted him to the first of a half-dozen recent stories suggesting the former South Dakota governor is on the outs.

When he heard he was allegedly considering axing Energy Secretary CHRIS WRIGHT, he expressed confusion. Where was that story coming from? The thought, he said, had never crossed his mind.

And a few days ago — as breathless reports about a year-end Cabinet cleanout reached a fever pitch, with everyone from KASH PATEL to PETE HEGSETH apparently on the rocks — the president started privately mocking the whole narrative of a year-end Cabinet cleanout.

“I think I’m gonna start replacing Marco,” he joked in the Oval Office in a recent meeting with top aides and MARCO RUBIO, poking fun at the reports.

There’s been a ton of stories in recent weeks suggesting Cabinet officials are about to get canned. And believe me when I tell you: No one loves a palace intrigue story more than I. But I’ve spoken to several top White House officials this week, and it turns out that much of that rumour mill is overblown. Trump, I’m hearing, has zero plans to fire anyone at the moment. Not this month. Not next.

“Look, I can’t read the minds of the cabinet members, and maybe some of them are tired and want to move on and can’t do this anymore — I don’t know that. But I can speak for the president in saying that he is personally not planning to fire anybody. It’s not something he’s even entertaining right now at all,” a senior White House official told me last night.

That’s not to say there isn’t conflict. Some recent negative stories have sparked the ire of not only top White House aides but POTUS himself. And as one former Trump official close to the inner circle tells me, the West Wing is entering a new period in which some Cabinet secretaries are asserting their independence in ways that could undermine Trump — and that’s become particularly difficult to manage with an election year around the corner.

In fact, top White House aides have recently made clear to secretaries and department chiefs that there will be no tolerance for freelancing and shenanigans, with the midterms looming, I’m told. White House officials have insisted that all policy and communications rollouts — now more than ever — be cleared by the West Wing. (More on this warning to the Cabinet below…)

But there’s a difference between internal conflict — or, in this case, some pretty stern warnings — and showing someone the door, as well-placed sources explain to me.

That hasn’t stopped tongues from wagging — people who I know are regularly talking to the president or his staff are at times even saying entirely contradictory things: Earlier this week, someone insisted to me that HOWARD LUTNICK — whose presence on TV and in the West Wing has been quieter recently — was definitely toast in January over the rocky tariff rollouts. Yet another in-the-know person told me unprompted that long-simmering tensions between the president’s longtime friend and top aides have actually cooled.

Another thing to remember: While Trump’s second term may have a better HR department leader in Chief of Staff SUSIE WILES, this is still the snake-pit that is Trump World — meaning, people leak on their enemies to try to take them down and build their own power. Many White House officials predict that’s what’s happening with many of these stories.

Of course, it’s not unreasonable to ask if change is coming. Administrations often experience turnover at year-end. What’s more, with pressure mounting on the president amid sluggish poll numbers, he may choose at some point to offer up a sacrificial lamb.

But even if he does, the chances of a mass exodus seem slim, most insiders agree — particularly for a president who likens internal firings to giving the media a “scalp.” “Here’s the thing, the president’s not going to replace four cabinet members at one time,” as one insider told me.

Yesterday, the president confronted the rumours head-on. “I read these same stories that I’m unhappy with this one or that one, and I’m not. I think the Cabinet has done a great job,” Trump said, defending Noem and embattled PETE HEGSETH. Press Secretary KAROLINE LEAVITT echoed that sentiment, telling me in a statement that “President Trump loves every member of his Cabinet and genuinely enjoys working with them.”

But since we all love to gossip, today I thought I’d break down the rumours versus the real talk in the West Wing….

KRISTI NOEM — A host of journalists have reported that the DHS secretary could be fired in January, and that deputy chief of staff and immigration hawk

STEPHEN MILLER is leading the charge. The frustration, the stories go, is that Noem is bungling Trump’s deportation plan. MS NOW has even suggested former Virginia Gov.

GLENN YOUNGKIN has been floated as a possible replacement, while Politico reported that former Rep.

JASON CHAFFETZ is being considered.

What’s true: While White House insiders say Noem isn’t on the chopping block, there are absolutely questions internally about whether her potential 2028 ambitions might at some point become a challenge. The president, I hear, has started asking about the flurry of DHS television ads she stars in, which highlight the administration’s immigration accomplishments. While POTUS actually pushed for those spots touting his agenda, he’s now asking how much has been spent on ads and what people think of Noem in general.

The most sensitive issue in the West Wing: Her continued work with

COREY LEWANDOWSKI, the former Trump campaign hand reviled by many current staff. “If Kristi got rid of Corey, she’d be better — everybody wants her to get rid of Corey,” one insider tells me.

But White House officials say the president still likes her — and that’s really all that matters. “Kristi does what she’s told and puts on a front and goes on liberal TV outlets and defends the president — and she’s pretty — and that’s what he cares about,” the insider mentioned above told me.

The speculation in the West Wing is that many of these negative stories are being peddled by allies of White House Border Czar

TOM HOMAN, who has clashed with Noem on style.

As for the names being “floated” to replace her? One WH official speculated that perhaps some ambitious folks are floating themselves. (Ouch.)

KASH PATEL — Perhaps more than any other senior advisor, FBI Director KASH PATEL has found himself at the center of negative press stories. He’s been accused of jeopardizing investigations by tweeting news about them prematurely, and abusing bureau resources by detailing a SWAT team security to protect his girlfriend and using a government plane to fly to see her.

Even Miranda Devine of the New York Post — whom the president reads — has written extensively about agents railing about Patel’s credentials and management, citing a six-month review stating that he was “in over his head” and too “obsessed” with social media.

What’s real: Yes, there are frustrations among White House staff, Attorney General

PAM BONDI, and even the president, with the drumroll of embarrassing Patel headlines. “The president doesn’t like it,” one person close to the inner circle said, disclosing that Trump has complained about them to others.

But overall, there’s been a steady pushback that he’s going anywhere, including blistering remarks from

KAROLINE LEAVITT at the podium when MS Now reported just before Thanksgiving that Trump may replace him with FBI official

ANDREW BAILEY.

“I read the headline to the President, and he laughed,” Leavitt told reporters, noting that the president was in the Oval with Patel when the news dropped. “He said: ‘What? That’s totally false.”

Agree with them or not, Patel’s allies in the admin argue that there are logistical reasons for him having to take a government jet to see his girlfriend — and that there are good reasons she has security given threats. What’s more, the president has given him credit for identifying the elusive Jan. 6 pipe-bomber and ensuring the capture of CHARLIE KIRK’s murderer.

Most importantly: Trump aides argue that Patel is hyper-loyal and “committed to the cause,” and the president knows (and loves) that. “I don’t foresee any risk to Kash in the immediate future,” one insider told me.

A FEW OTHER BITS I GATHERED THIS WEEK ON THE POSITION OF CABINET OFFICIALS…

👉SEAN DUFFY — While there have been a few headlines about the fate of the Transportation Secretary, there have actually been several clashes between him and the West Wing that are worth noting.

A few weeks ago, Axios’ Marc Caputo had a good Friday night scoop about White House concerns that Duffy’s operation was leaking bad stories on

JARED ISAACMAN to block his nomination to become NASA chief. Wiles even called Duffy and told him politely to “knock it off,” per Caputo. (A Duffy official denied that he was smearing Isaacman.)

The tension hasn’t stopped there. Duffy’s son-in-law,

MICHAEL ALFONSO, has filed to run in Duffy’s old House seat. And while Duffy has expressed an interest in supporting Alfonso’s bid, the president hasn’t gotten involved in the race — and that’s created a sticky situation, with some chafing at the optics.

Here’s one White House ally: “It presents more of a complication when you do that while being part of an administration. I don’t think that you can be a cabinet secretary and be a part of any campaign without it being explicitly attached … if you’re going to a fundraiser or you’re supporting any of the efforts, it explicitly suggests a sign off out of the administration.”

Still, I’m told Duffy’s place is likely secured for now — not only because the president likes him but because he positively adores Duffy’s wife, “Fox & Friends Weekend” co-host

RACHEL CAMPOS-DUFFY.

👉CHRIS WRIGHT — The president praised his energy secretary during his campaign rally in Pennsylvania earlier this week. But that’s not to say there haven’t been issues behind the scenes. CNN reported earlier this winter that Wright has irked the West Wing by “slow walking some initiatives that Trump promised during his campaign and that he has contributed to high turnover in some of the agency’s top jobs.”

While Trump and White House aides denied the CNN report suggesting Wright’s job was in jeopardy, there has been tension over personnel, particularly with the recent apparent sidelining of

WELLS GRIFFITH, an undersecretary with close ties to Trump.

“Here you have a great Trump guy who worked on the Trump campaign in 2016 … who gets through

SERGIO [GOR’s] gauntlet, who gets Senate confirmed and goes to the Department of Energy, and Chris says, ‘Oh, I want someone different.’” complained one Trump ally close to the inner circle.

👉DAN BONGINO — Now this is one top Trump FBI official that the inner circle says could be out any day — though he’s obviously not Cabinet-level. Bongino infuriated the White House over how he handled the Espstin saga this summer, with senior staff complaining that he put his personal reputation with MAGA World ahead of the team’s best interests.

Bongino, who had fueled Epstein conspiracy theories before he joined the FBI as a deputy, clashed with Bondi over how to handle the files, even refusing to show up to work for a time.

Since then, it’s been sour grapes where he’s concerned in the West Wing. The expectation is that he’ll leave eventually; one person told me he’s told others he won’t be in the job much longer.

A FINAL THOUGHT — WILL THIS LAST? — A senior administration official recently joked to me that “we are the Hotel California — nobody ever leaves.” But while no one is in the firing line at the moment, that doesn’t mean it will stay that way forever.

The White House is also entering a period of enormous pressure ahead of the midterms, with GOP lawmakers bickering, tough polling, and everyone looking to point fingers. That means no room for errors next year.

Here’s how one person very close to the inner circle put it to me this week:

“Some secretaries are posturing and looking towards their own futures and developing a sense of independence that conflicts with the White House. And so, entering into the second year, I think you’re gonna see the White House trying to navigate those feelings of independence with the reality of an administration that has to not just deliver wins, but communicate those wins in a way that results in congressional majorities.

“[Senior staff’s] role is to try to navigate the president and put him in a position to succeed. But when you’re tamping down or having to manage internally, it provides an additional point of contention and complication.”

The West Wing and the political people understand it intimately, and they have to navigate now these various departments and agencies that think that they have autonomy and don’t appreciate or have forgotten that really they’re just downstream of a White House and they’re there to play ball and be supportive.”

Rep. Ilhan Omar Gets Bad News

REP. ILHAN OMAR GETS BAD NEWS

Border Czar Tom Homan confirmed the government is investigating Rep. Ilhan Omar.President Trump and other Republicans have alleged that Omar once legally married her brother to commit immigration fraud. That deportable offence is now under investigation, Homan confirmed this week.“We're pulling the records, we're pulling the files. We're looking at it,” Homan said. “I'm running that down this week.”Homan explained that he discussed the issue with “one of the best fraud investigators” at the DHS. That investigator, Homan said, determined there is “no doubt” that there was “immigration fraud.”

TOP HOUSE DEM SAID WHAT?!

Democrat Rep. Bennie Thompson is facing well-earned backlash. On Thursday, Thompson referred to the ambush of two National Guard soldiers on Thanksgiving Eve — carried out by an Afghan refugee — as a mere “unfortunate accident.”That phrasing earned Thompson a stern rebuke from DHS Secretary Kristi Noem.“You think that was an unfortunate accident?" she fired back. "It was a terrorist attack. He shot our National Guardsmen in the head.”One of the ambushed soldiers, Sarah Beckstrom, died. The other soldier, Andrew Wolfe, is still recovering from his injuries.

TRUMP GIVES MADURO LESSON IN FAFO

President Trump means business. The U.S. seized a Venezuelan oil tanker on Wednesday, which Attorney General Pam Bondi said had been “sanctioned by the United States due to its involvement in an illicit oil shipping network supporting foreign terrorist organizations.”Venezuela called the seizure “blatant theft and an act of international piracy.” But the Trump administration will not be deterred. News reports indicated on Thursday that U.S. forces are preparing to seize more Venezuelan oil tankers.

ACTIVIST JUDGE STRIKES AGAIN

An Obama-appointed federal judge ordered on Thursday the “immediate release” of Kilmar Abrego Garcia.“Since Abrego Garcia’s return from wrongful detention in El Salvador, he has been re-detained, again without lawful authority,” Judge Paula Xinis said. Abrego Garcia, an accused MS-13 gang member and human smuggler, has become the face of the left’s resistance to Trump’s immigration policies.

He was deported to El Salvador in March, only to be returned to the U.S. in June to face criminal charges.“This is naked judicial activism by an Obama-appointed judge,” a DHS spokesperson said. “This order lacks any valid legal basis, and we will continue to fight this tooth and nail in the courts.”

SENATE REJECTS OBAMACARE SUBSIDIES EXTENSION

Democrats lose again. On Thursday, the Senate rejected a Democrat bill to extend COVID-era Obamacare subsidies for three years. Democrats want to extend those subsidies, which expire at the end of the year, to prevent a significant cost increase for the millions of Americans who benefit from those subsidies. Republicans correctly described the Democrat effort as “an attempt to disguise the real impact of Obamacare’s spiralling health care costs.”

Attorney Aaron Siri’s Battle Against Big Vax

Going Rogue with Lara Logan

The Lawyer vs. The Vaccine Scientist: How Aaron Siri Dismantled the Vax Myth! By Chris Knight (Florida)

In the hallowed halls of the U.S. Senate, where grandstanding often trumps grilling, the recent hearing on corruption in science and vaccine policy delivered a rare spectacle: a lawyer armed with facts versus a scientist armed with... a database? Dr. Jake Scott, the Stanford infectious disease specialist and self-appointed fact-checker, strode in boasting of 661 placebo-controlled trials proving the unassailable safety of childhood vaccines. His mission? To torch U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s claim that no such inert placebo studies exist for the CDC's recommended childhood shots, except, curiously, the COVID-19 vaccine.

Enter Aaron Siri, attorney extraordinaire and vaccine skeptic extraordinaire, who didn't just poke holes in Scott's edifice; he dynamited it from the foundation up. What unfolded was a masterclass in legal precision versus scientific sleight-of-hand, leaving Scott's "transparency" in tatters and the audience, including Children's Health Defense CEO Mary Holland, "dumbfounded" by his blend of ignorance and arrogance. In the end, the lawyer won, hands down, exposing how the vaccine safety narrative relies more on smoke and mirrors than saline and scrutiny.

Scott's grand entrance was all pomp and circumstance. In April, he began compiling what he called a comprehensive database of vaccine trials, ballooning from 127 by June to 661 by September. Reading from his testimony, he proclaimed: "We've cataloged 1,088 randomized control trials from 1941 to 2025 involving over 10.5 million participants.

Every entry is publicly verifiable through PubMed links. The entire database is openly accessible. This is what transparency looks like." With a flourish, he declared 661 of these used "inert placebo controls: saline, sterile water or other biologically inactive substances," directly refuting Kennedy's assertions. It was the kind of bold claim that makes headlines, and, in Scott's deleted X post from June 12, he crowed about "reviewing" and "cataloguing" these to fact-check the Health Secretary.

But transparency? More like a house of cards. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), chairing the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, turned to Siri for the takedown. And oh, what a takedown it was. Siri, with the methodical fury of a litigator eviscerating a witness, dissected the 661 studies like a surgeon on a good day. First whack: 567 trials were for vaccines not even on the CDC's childhood schedule, like HIV shots. "Totally irrelevant to the safety of routine injected childhood vaccines," Siri quipped.

Narrow it down to 94? Fine, 70 of those didn't involve healthy kids at all. HIV-positive adults? Again, irrelevant. Down to 24. Of those, 21 used controls that were neither inert nor U.S.-licensed. "For example, a Chinese flu shot. Stuff like that." That leaves three.

Three! And even those were jokes: one chickenpox trial injected neomycin (an antibiotic that can cause reactions topically, let alone injected); a Gardasil 4 trial dosed controls with aluminum adjuvant or a cocktail of chemicals minus the antigen; and the Gardasil 9 trial? Saline, sure, but only after three doses of Gardasil 4. "The result is there's zero trials — zero — which were relied upon in this list of 661 to license a routine injected vaccine on the CDC schedule that included a placebo," Siri thundered.

Scott's response? A feeble deflection: "I'd be very surprised if you went through all 661 trials. We haven't even conducted the full analysis yet… This is a work in progress." Work in progress? For a guy testifying under oath to Congress? CHD's Mary Holland nailed it: Siri "decimated" the database, proving Scott hadn't reviewed his own creation. Holland and the audience were left reeling at the "slipshod" research and Scott's audacious combo of cluelessness and cockiness.

The experts piled on. CHD senior research scientist Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D., called the vaccine safety literature "dismally barren" on inert placebos. Chief Scientific Officer Brian Hooker added that no FDA-approved childhood vaccine on the schedule had true placebo trials in their approval packages, except COVID-19, where the control group got the jab after 12 weeks, "abolishing the control group." Toby Rogers, Ph.D., another witness, accused Scott of "playing fast and loose" with "inert," noting that true inertness means no chemical or biological reaction, yet Scott's definition could encompass "just about anything."

This clash isn't just theatre; it's a symptom of deeper rot. Siri hammered the essentials of proper safety studies: effective controls, large enough groups to detect rare injuries, and long-term follow-up. None of the CDC schedule's routine injected vaccines meet that bar. Scott's database, touted as a shield against "false claims," crumbled under scrutiny, revealing how the vaccine establishment often chooses narrative over nuance. When a lawyer with no MD can shred a scientist's work in real-time, it says volumes about the fragility of the "settled science."

The lawyer won because truth doesn't care about credentials; it cares about evidence. Aaron Siri's victory lap wasn't just for show; it was a clarion call for real transparency. If 661 studies can't stand up to a single cross-examination, how many more myths are waiting to fall?

REPORT Today

Restored Republic via a GCR as of December 13, 2025

  • 209 Nations, Including the US, Activate A Gold-backed Currency Reset

  • Federal Reserve, IRS, Central Banking Cabal Bankrupt

  • Releasing Debt Forgiveness Worldwide

  • Erasing Mortgages, Credit Cards, and Student Loans for Billions

Patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when it deserves it.” …Mark Twain

Judy Note: Secured channels have confirmed the Global Currency Reset’s final countdown, with Tier 4B notifications by 3:00 AM EST on Saturday morning, 13 Dec 2025, igniting the greatest wealth transfer in human history.

The Quantum Financial System, now fully operational and gold-backed, has bankrupted the Federal Reserve, IRS, and central banking cabal, rendering their debt-based empire obsolete and ushering in an era of boundless prosperity for the awakened.

Debt forgiveness cascades like manna from Heaven under NESARA/GESARA’s imminent rollout, erasing mortgages, credit card burdens, and student loans for billions.

Beginning Sun. 14 Dec. 800 numbers activate for Humanitarian project funding.

Payouts will commence immediately thereafter, channeling trillions into rebuilding communities ravaged by the deep state’s engineered crises—think restored farmlands in Maui, liberated water rights in the West, and thriving small businesses unshackled from predatory taxes.

This is the wealth transfer foretold in ancient scrolls, where the meek inherit not just the Earth, but the keys to its flourishing – all secured by XRP/L’s paradigm shift and the Stellar Blockchain’s unbreakable ledger.

Med Beds, those miraculous arks of healing, stand ready in over 50 secure facilities nationwide, with initial appointments unlocking for Tier 1 recipients on Tues. 16 Dec, reversing decades of cabal-induced ailments through quantum technology.

No longer shall Big Pharma’s poisons dictate our fates; instead, regenerative therapies will mend bodies and spirits. Appointments will prioritize the rescued children first, and then extend to all who have endured in faith.

Be Prepared: From Mon. 15 Dec. through Christmas Eve 24 Dec. 2025 expect total media silence worldwide, enforced by the Quantum Financial System’s activation to shield the transition. These Ten Days of Darkness looms as a Global Blackout where satellites fail and the old guard crumbles, paving the way for the Republic’s rebirth.

United States Special Operations Forces have been placed on high alert as Emergency Broadcast System activations commence across major cities, signaling the onset of the long-anticipated Storm that will expose the depths of global corruption.

Reports confirm martial law declarations in over 300 urban centers, with 6,000 U.S. Marshals deploying to secure key sites amid escalating threats of World War III, including unprovoked attacks on American bases in Syria and North Korean troop movements toward Ukraine.

This is not a drill; Phase 1 of the EBS is now live, initiating a worldwide communications blackout that will enforce military tribunals and the unsealing of 63,233 federal indictments against elite p********s and child traffickers.

The faithful among us must hold steadfast in prayer, for in these shadows, divine justice awakens to protect the innocent and dismantle the Cabal’s iron grip.

Stay grounded in faith, for this tribulation is the forge of renewal—prepare your spirits, gather your loved ones, and trust that the Almighty’s hand shields the righteous as the Storm unleashes its fury on the wicked.

Chemtrails

Chemtrails Report on Fri. 12 Dec. 2025 Judy Note: Be aware I do not have any special contact where I can report Chemtrails. I can only hope the Powers That Be read this update. There were many more reports of chemtrails for today. I simply ran out of time to put them in.When you report on Chemtrails, please remember to put the city and state where the Chemtrails occurred. I will print your name as reporting unless you ask me not to in writing. To report Chemtrails, email me at: info22faces@yahoo.com

  • ·        Summerville, SC 29483 Tom: Chemtrails picture showing all across the sky

  • ·        Kansas: A lot of chemtrails once or twice a week in southwest Kansas.

  • ·        Columbus Georgia Jeanette Wessner: Incredible amount of Chemtrails in Columbus, GA. I saw them from 10am to about 1:30pm How come we are still seeing the Chemtrails? I know Q is working and we are watching a movie so what is happening that we still are seeing these criminals poisoning us? Love to you and all patriots listening. Jesus Christ wins!

  • ·        Breckenridge, Tom Day: Chemtrails In Breckenridge 4:55 PM, December 12, 2025. This is so ridiculous and has been going on all day. They can blow up drug boats on the water, but they can’t blow up drug planes in the air.

  • ·        Southeast Texas Carey Crutcher III: There were chem trails all over the skies in Southeast Texas yesterday all around the Houston Katy Sealy area. They were very busy on Thursday 12/11/25

  • ·        Southeast Missouri Ginger Dunn: I counted 14 Chemtrails here is Southeast Missouri this morning and then several more this evening. After the spraying the beautiful blue sky turned cloudy and white, within just a couple hours, not a bit of sun was left. This has got to stop, please contact President Trump with all these messages, we need him to get this stopped. Thank you so much!

  • ·        Memphis Tenn, Karla E. Mattern-Jones Memphis is being sprayed again today

  • ·        Port St. Lucie Florida: Chemtrails across Port St Lucie Florida today.

  • ·        New Caney Texas: Chemtrails noted over New Caney, Texas on 12/11/2025

  • ·        Western Colorado Debbie Green: I live in central, western Colorado on  I-70. Tina Peters trial had hit the news and before 9 am there were 12-15 chemtrails over Grand Junction. IDK what that might mean, or if it means anything at all.

  • ·        South Australia, Rhonda Binks: I am a resident of Adelaide, South Australia. We are being absolutely hammered with chemtrails of late. Just today my husband saw a plane laying down chemtrails, it made a 90 degree turn. There were HAARP clouds in the sky, the plane tracked along these HAARP clouds and he could see something happen with these two marrying up. We are expecting very hot weather next week, up to 40 degrees celsius, no doubt a result of the chemtrails!!  We had a very unusual November, very cool and wet, now we have very hot dry weather, I can see what they are doing, they are going to try creating fires in the area!! Our vegetables we are attempting to grow, after being poisoned with the chemtrails and now they will be cooked on the bushes and vines!!  Vegetables and fruit in the shops are very expensive, this created heat wave is going to shoot prices even higher, families will find it very difficult, they can’t afford the prices now!! I do so hope something can be done about this situation, not only in Australia, but worldwide. Much love and many thanks

  • ·        Southern Missouri here. Chemtrails continue without abatement across the Ozarks! Yesterday, giant X’s and cris-crossing grids, meshing into a dingy, sun-dulling mass of greyness, and an odd smell. We were told this had been handled. Eight months (+), of respiratory irritation, drainage, and mucus being experienced by many. Help! President Trump! We need to breathe!!!

  • ·        Augusta Georgia, Caren Skinner: Please be advised that Augusta, Georgia is being sprayed daily. My job requires me to travel around the Central Savannah River Area delivering supplies and I have been watching for years as we are constantly be crop dusted with Lord knows what. It is on everything. Overpasses, sidewalks, cars, plants, fences, buildings, etc. We need relief. Everyone seems to have chronic respiratory issues. Please highlight our area. God Bless You and keep you safe.

  • ·        Central and Western Arkansas, John Standifer: We here in central and Western Arkansas will see on the average 5-15 chemtrails a day. As an observation, usually 2-3 days before weather is supposed to move into the region, the buildup starts. Moving from east to west. High altitude. Every once in a while, maybe a return flight west to east. All along a Memphis to Dallas or Oklahoma City route. They are seen very well. Occupational some will bend a flight path. The chem trails will linger in the atmosphere half a day or more. Sometimes they have started before daylight. When the sun rises you can see them. On clear nights they are visible with certain light.

  • ·        Nashville Tenn, Elizabeth Wallace: Nashville area yesterday and the day before they were spraying. Ever since The government opened back up they’ve been spraying actually and now we’re having very cold weather for Nashville when I first moved here I could wing it through the whole winter with a hoodie it’s supposed to go down to single digits in a couple days these people are k*****g are wildlife our nature and they’re ruining people’s health and our government is not stopping it what can we do?

  • ·        South Carolina, CW Cox: Heavy spraying again this morning over Marion county S.C. 12/12/25  8:30am.

  • ·        Arizona, Phoenix Valley, Tucson, Linda Nelson: Chemtrails over the Phoenix Valley and Tucson AZ. Since the govt shutdown ended, the lines started up again.

  • ·        Eastern Washington, Ferol Boyd: Live in Malott, Washington and central happing once a day. People getting sick from the air. This happening in Eastern Washington.

  • ·        Idaho Falls Idaho Daphne Scott: Over Idaho Falls, Idaho there were chemtrails. Our weather has been very unusual as it has been unseasonably warm, it was 54 yesterday. We have only had on slight snowfall and some rain.

  • ·        Florida: Chemtrails in Stuart Florida, Port Saint Lucie FL -I have refused to go out and exercise when I spot them-Cloudy skies follow-Take you vitamin D!!

  • ·        Utah, Park City, Heber, Orem, Dean House: Today we have a resurgence of chem trails this am over Heber/Park City and Orem.

  • ·        Kansas, Jerry Huffman: Mornings and evenings here in Kansas.

  • ·        Lander Wyoming: Very heavy daily chemtrails constantly over central Wyoming especially in the Lander area. I am amazed we are still alive quite honestly. We continue to have unusually high temps in the 50’s going on 2 weeks now.

  • ·        See Dane Wiggington’s website: geoengineeringwatch.org Dane has created an extraordinary site with facts anyone would need to know about chemtrails. Secretary Robert F. Kennedy and Dane Wiggington are good friends. Why this topic is not openly discussed during Trump Cabinet meetings is unknown but I bet I know why ~ the reptoid/Moloch/SRA disclosure connection.

  • ·        All of us in the know about HAARP for going on 25 years ago are extremely frustrated with the continued spraying. It’s insane that the constant spraying is allowed. Does it continue in order to wake up the normies? People around here notice that the weather is unusual but they see nothing unusual about the giant X’s all over the sky and they don’t smell the stench. It would appear that we certainly have the technology to annihilate weather geoengineering and chemtrails that are controlling global weather, as DEW technology could wipe out the control towers as well.

  • ·        Another significant book regarding chemtrails: Angels Don’t Play This HAARP by Nick Begich. This book is a must read to understand that weather engineering began in Russia around the 1900s, including many other important facts. The p********h scientists/politicians knew that if one controls world weather, you control people and the world economy. ,

  • ·        Nick Begich’s father was the U.S. Senator from Alaska and when he said he was going to report/expose the HAARP facility in Alaska and what this technology is used for, his small plane crashed in the wilderness “due to engine failure,” and all perished in the crash on December 29, 1972. I realize that the military continues to purge the evil psychopaths globally. It is my opinion that it is the reptoid faction that still has control of the weather, and the military can’t find the hive, and of course, the reptoid topic can’t be discussed in order to avoid mass chaos. It seems that the band aid will have to be ripped off soon with disclosure of who the remaining S******t elites report to: the reptoids and what they have done to our precious children. More info about this is dripped painfully slow, every day but not fast enough for me.
