Good for you in "stepping forward" publicly with this video, which is "living proof of failure to provide" governance firstly by the City of London, along with being directly in concert with both Canadian Provincial and Federal Governments' current practices.
With the currently applied practices, it will not change; it will simply grow.
The land of the free is broken, and WE need to address and fix it, but it will eventually take all 3 to resolve.
Every instituted idea and subsequent practices begin first in someone's mind, which appears to begin to resolve the problem. History should teach us what not to do, not necessarily what to do ...and those who do not learn from History are doomed to repeat it.
This means that in order to fix/resolve this problem, we have to first develop an idea that appears to legally touch the required bases of all 3 Governments, which is currently considered impossible, and leads to the situation we find ourselves in today.
Every successful idea usually requires "changes," which is hard for some, but easy for those who willingly see the potential resolution of the problem.
The "solution" should always begin somewhere, and I think it could/should begin right here in London, Ontario, because it has residents like you, Patrick, who are willing to publicly point out a MAJOR problem in the Land of Freedom of Choice.
Homelessness, people begging on street corners, or camping on property they do not legally rent/own, is, in my view, a declaration of "Societal Failure" to care for" of LONDON`s Society, and if we do not fix this now, it will simply grow, which puts all Londoners in a potentially dangerous atmosphere.
In order to change, we would have to legally work with local, provincial and federal governments, and police, while ensuring that we always meet the requirements of a freedom of choice country.
I have a plan that legally ensures that areas such as those Patrick`s video depicts, never happen again, and are even brought back to normalcy.
It would require ALL current efforts, such as local London council charities, police, and ultimately the Provincial government, working towards developing and making this fast-growing problem go away.
Sounds simple, but it takes intestinal fortitude to effect CHANGE in our current world, which thinks things are generally okay, but deep down realizes that what we have now in London "ain't" working in some particular instances.

Several thoughts come to my mind...
1. The COVID jab revealed how easily people can be deceived and coerced into "following the science " and following authorities.
2. Digital ID... a certificate for the ability to use the system
3. Forgive me, if it's not a tattoo or something physically attached to us, why does scripture specify the hand or head?
4. See how they deceived a lot of people into taking the COVID experimental “vaccine”. That’s how they’ll deceive a lot of people into taking the mark of the beast if it hasn’t happened already.
That doesn't make sense because you could repent from taking those kinds of marks and switch your loyalty back to God, theoretically.
There's no coming back from the Mark of the Beast according to the Bible, so it's going to be something that permanently changes you that you can't undo. You'll either cease to be human, or it's going to merge your soul/ spirit with the anti-Christ or Satan.
And Revelation must have foreseen some kind of technologically advanced one-world religious/ political system because this is the only time in human history that the powers-that-be are going to be able to completely shut down your ability to buy, sell or trade.
