A disciplinary hearing into the conduct of Murupara GP Dr Bernard Conlon entered its final stages, with strong community support continuing to fill a Rotorua venue throughout the second week.
The hearing, between the Professional Conduct Committee (PCC) of the Medical Council of New Zealand and Dr Conlon has been held at the Arawa Park Hotel and concludes today.
The five-member tribunal, chaired by Truc Tran, has been examining allegations relating to Dr Conlon’s actions during a nine-month period in 2021 and early 2022, during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The PCC alleges Dr Conlon’s conduct – including public comments about the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine, attempts to import ivermectin, advice and treatment provided to patients, and social media posts – amounts to professional misconduct. It says the actions, individually or collectively, could bring discredit to the medical profession.
Several witnesses for the PCC, all with name suppression, gave evidence during the first week of the hearing.
This week, Dr Conlon’s counsel, Adam Holloway, presented the defence case, followed by three days of evidence from Dr Conlon and his witnesses.
Mr Holloway told the tribunal Dr Conlon had been a GP in Murupara for 34 years and, until now, had never faced disciplinary action.
“Dr Conlon is an independent thinker, but he’s not a renegade. We say he practises good medicine,” Mr Holloway said.
He described his client as a long-serving rural doctor working with a high-needs community, often with limited access to healthcare services.
“All of Dr Conlon’s actions were centered on informing and caring for his patients, consistent with his values,” he said. “There are no allegations of patient harm.”

You really do wonder at those who sit and pontificate over others as in cases such as this as to how it is they became so inculcated with truly dystopian thinking and agendas that they, those weak of mind and of character have allowed, aided and abetted to destroy all that was once our medical science in its purest form.. truly reprehensible that code of conduct or PCC hearings of this kind actually are indulged … this prosecution is a stain upon those who sit in judgment upon this Dr for whom the evidence regarding his practice of medicine and especially that as relates the Scamdemic unequivocally underscores no wrong doing of any kind.. just saying

It's Official! CDC and UK government data reveal the COVID vaccines do not prevent cases, transmission, severe illness or deaths
So what DO they do, and WHY are we using them?

"Our vaccines are working exceptionally well," Walensky told CNN's Wolf Blitzer. "They continue to work well for Delta, with regard to severe illness and death -- they prevent it. But what they can't do anymore is prevent transmission."
Thus spoke Rochelle Walensky, CDC Director, in an August 5, 2021 interview with CNN's Wof Blitzer. She may have believed the vaccines prevented severe illness and death then, but she cannot possibly believe that now.
That was 8 months ago. The vaccines had barely been rolled out 8 months earlier. Now we have nearly 16 months of observation and what have we found? What has Rochelle's CDC revealed that contradicts her glib patter?
While there are thousands of articles discussing COVID vacccines, I have come to agree with Professor Tom Jefferson that in order to arrive at TRUTH, all we need to look at are epidemiological data of very high quality.
· We want raw, official data, before it has been subjected to adjustments or algorithms that "smooth" the data.
· We want large populations.
· We want the most solid endpoints, such as hospitalizations or deaths.
NOTE: Over the past few days I have identified and analyzed such studies on my blog (here and here) and Substack. The data are from official sources, published by the US CDC and the UK's Office of National Statistics.
Information on 30 million adults in California and New York, 3/4 of whom were vaccinated, were used to compare COVID hospitalization and case rates in those who were vaccinated and had no prior COVID illness, with adults who were never vaccinated but had recovered from COVID, and presumably had natural immunity. The data were collected from June to November 2021, before the Omicron wave appeared.
· Vaccinated Californians and New Yorkers were three times more likely to develop COVID than those who had prior immunity and were unvaccinated.
· Vaccinated Californians had a higher rate of hospitalizations (severe illness) than those who were unvaccinated but had prior immunity. (New York did not provide hospitalization data.)
· The vaccine failures in this huge study cannot be blamed on Omicron, because the data were collected during Delta.
The UK data from its Office of National Statistics, published March 16, 2022, extend from January 1, 2021 through January 31, 2022, and include both the Delta and Omicron waves. The data have been age-standardized. The database includes 86% of all deaths in England (which has a population of 56 million) during the 13 months described.
The graphs reveal that being doubly vaccinated protected the English against death for most of 2021.
However, over last December and January (corresponding to the Omicron wave) COVID death rates in the doubly vaccinated but unboosted were higher than in those who had never been vaccinated. This was true for the population as a whole.
If you break down the deaths by age group, the vast majority of COVID deaths occurred in the over-70 population. While deaths from COVID in younger people were trending up as the time since vaccination increased, by January 31, 2022 they had not exceeded COVID deaths in the unvaccinated. Boosters did appear to "top up" COVID immunity for a time in all age groups, reducing death rates. But one wonders how long it will take before this effect wears off.
5. Overall, England's unvaccinated population had a lower COVID death rate during the Omicron wave than the COVID death rate in its doubly vaccinated population.
And... In addition:
No chemo, no side effects: A nobel prize winner cracked the code!

That is not a comfortable question for an industry built on chemotherapy.

The business of insect farming was supposed to grow big and fast.
In London, Ont., that promise took shape in Aspire Food Group Canada. Billed as the world's largest cricket farm, it was a 150,000-square-foot, fully automated facility designed to house billions of insects and produce millions of kilograms of protein each year.
Crickets are touted as a low-carbon protein source, requiring less farmland than traditional livestock and offering the potential to address world food insecurity.
The idea had global backing. In 2013, it won the $1-million US Hult Prize, presented by former U.S. president Bill Clinton. It went on to attract investors from the United States, Canada, Ireland and South Korea, along with tens of millions of dollars in federal loans and grants.
The facility came online in 2022, entered receivership in 2025 and it remains unclear how much public money was recovered. The final sale price is secret. It's still sealed by court order.
CBC News contacted all five of Aspire Food Group's founders. None agreed to speak on the record.

Almost a year later, what is clear is this: the collapse of the world's largest cricket farm wasn't sudden — it was the result of a mismatch between the scale investors bet on and a market for eating insects that never fully materialized.
"The biggest barrier is the yuck factor, or the disgust," Sadaf Mollaei, an assistant professor at the University of Guelph whose work focuses on sustainable food systems and consumer behaviour, told CBC News.
The 'yuck factor'
Mollaei said most North Americans have a deep-seated discomfort when it comes to eating insects and many consumers are reluctant to try it.
Even if they were willing, she said, crickets aren't cheap. A 454-gram bag of cricket powder can retail for $49.99 — more than even premium cuts of beef on a per-pound basis.
"It's a premium product," Mollaei said. "It's not cheaper. The selling point has never been a lower price, it's the fact it's better for the environment and it's a healthy product."
When the industry first took off more than a decade ago, expectations were sky-high. There were hopes of rapid growth and widespread adoption, but in reality, the market in North America never developed as quickly as many anticipated.
It left producers in a bind: they can't lower prices without more customers and they can't attract more customers without lowering prices.
"The biggest challenge is still price point," said Darren Goldin, an insect farmer and the vice-president of operations at Entomo Farms in Norwood, Ont., about 30 kilometres east of Peterborough.
The company started by producing crickets for pet food in 2013 and grew slowly, eventually expanding to about 50,000 square feet of production space, about a third the size of Aspire's London facility.

Court documents show Aspire used tens of thousands of stacked plastic bins, or totes, to house crickets.
Goldin said his operation relies on open rooms with cardboard "cricket condos," allowing farmers to see the insects, feed and water at a glance.
"You can visually assess what's happening very, very easily," he said. "Contrast that to Aspire's model, where everything is in a giant tote and the tote's got a lid on it and it gets put away on a shelf."
From 'cricket condos' to closed systems
Goldin said cricket farming requires constant attention to quickly respond to changes, something he said would be difficult in an automated system.

"It's like a really intricate web," he said, noting that even small changes — such as insect density, food and water access, even temperature — can ripple through an operation, increasing stress on the livestock and creating problems that are difficult to control.
"What they [Aspire] were trying to accomplish was a very, very challenging task."
Court documents show the London facility never came close to operating as planned. A system that worked at a small scale in Texas struggled to translate to Ontario, where differences in environment, ongoing design changes and problems with equipment all contributed to underperformance.
Sale price is a secret
By June 2024, the court filings said, Aspire was operating at roughly half capacity and needed tens of millions more in financing just to try to fix the issues to ramp up production.
Farm Credit Canada (FCC) was owed roughly $41 million at the time of receivership, court documents show. The Crown Corporation declined to answer questions about how much of that sum has been recovered.
"Out of respect for court proceedings and customer privacy, we will allow the court-filed documents to speak for themselves," Eva Larouche, a senior media relations consultant with FCC, wrote in an email to CBC News.
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) said it also provided about $8.5 million to Aspire, with roughly $7.8 million of that total still outstanding.

Court documents show the property was sold and the transaction completed, with the purchase price paid to the court-appointed law firm in charge of selling Aspire's assets.
In an emailed statement, the City of London said its $1 million in back taxes has since been paid in full, but it's unclear whether that money came from the sale of the proceeds.
The city did not respond to a request to elaborate further.
The facility was sold to Halali Group Holdings in October 2025, but the price remains sealed by court order, meaning it's still not clear how much public money was lost.
Requests for comment to Halali co-owner Hussain Al-Ali were not returned.

Ontario parents have waited years to see classrooms return to their real purpose: teaching literacy, numeracy, and character while respecting families’ rights and values.
Education Minister Paul Calandra has recently taken encouraging steps in that direction.
Members of CPAL (Concerned Parents Association of London and Area) attended his address to the Macdonald Cartier Club in London earlier this month and were heartened by his emphasis on restoring discipline, accountability, and meaningful learning.
Below is the letter CPAL has formally sent to Minister Calandra — expressing appreciation for the shift in tone while making clear that parents are watching closely and expect continued, concrete action.

Dear Minister Calandra,
On behalf of the Concerned Parents Association of London and Area (CPAL), we wish to extend our sincere thanks for your leadership and commitment to restoring focus, accountability, and excellence in Ontario’s education system. Several of our members attended your remarks at the Macdonald Cartier Club in London and deeply appreciated the clarity and conviction you brought to the discussion, as well as the opportunity to speak with you directly.
Your clear stand on strengthening behavioural standards, reducing school violence, and returning schools to their primary mission of education has inspired real hope among parents. We especially value your efforts to introduce greater transparency and ensure decision‑making always keeps students and families at the forefront.
We are also grateful to see meaningful progress already being made—through stronger financial oversight of school boards, the redirection of funds to classroom resources, and your clear commitment to returning the curriculum to the basics that equip students for real success. These actions demonstrate that reform is not just being promised but delivered.
At the same time, there remains much work to do. Ideological and political agendas continue to permeate Ontario classrooms, often at the expense of learning, respect for parents, and students’ emotional wellbeing. These influences have taken years to entrench and will require sustained attention to uproot. We strongly encourage you to keep pressing forward with firmness and courage—ensuring Ontario schools remain focused on education, character, and objective knowledge rather than social engineering.
As you continue your reforms, we urge you to protect parental rights and transparency in every aspect of school life. Parents must be fully informed and empowered to make decisions about the moral, sexual, and ideological content their children are exposed to during the school day. CPAL has been developing specific recommendations and principles for these areas, which we hope to share with your office in due course to contribute constructively to the ongoing discussion.
Your commitment to letting “parents parent, teachers teach, and kids be kids” captures exactly what Ontario families have been yearning for. We thank you for listening, for acting decisively, and for standing firm in the face of pressure.

Where CPAL Believes More Work Is Needed
While we commend progress, CPAL recognizes that Ontario’s classrooms still lack the clarity and consistency families deserve. Policies must now deliver visible results.
We believe additional focus is needed in these key areas:
· Respect for Parental Authority: Schools must not engage in discussions or surveys of sexual or gender identity with children without active parental opt‑in. Parents must be told immediately if a child displays signs of Gender Dysphoria. Teachers are not qualified to provide mental health interventions that are potentially iatrogenic, such as “social transition,” especially behind parents’ backs.
· Protection of Freedom of Belief and Expression: No student, teacher, or parent should be punished for respectfully holding or expressing lawful, fact‑based views.
· Age‑Appropriate Curriculum: Instruction on sexual or gender topics must be limited to appropriate contexts, with parental opt‑in and balanced perspectives that reflect biological and philosophical realities.
· Safety and Privacy: Every school should provide sex‑based facilities and fair athletic categories for girls, in sport and intimate spaces like washrooms, along with single‑use spaces available to any student who prefers them.
· Equality and Non‑Discrimination: Schools must never divide or privilege students based on traits such as race or religion. Every child deserves dignity and opportunity as an individual.
· Transparency and Accountability: Policies that affect students’ lives must be public, clearly explained, and enforceable. Parents need to know what rules govern their children’s education.
A Call to Ontario Parents
Minister Calandra’s words have created cautious optimism—but they must translate into action. The only way forward is for parents to keep speaking up.
Here’s how you can help:
1. Email Minister Calandra — at minister.edu@ontario.ca or his office at paul.calandra@pc.ola.org — to thank him for taking steps to refocus schools on education and safety.
2. Encourage his continued resolve. Let his office know that parents expect meaningful follow‑through to remove ideology from schools and protect parental rights.
3. Share this Substack post. Help other parents stay informed and engaged.
Ontario’s schools can—and must—return to being places of truth, learning, and human dignity. With persistence and unity, parents can help make it happen.

This government fraud was going on all over the country in mainly Democrat states.
