Turning Point USA CEO Erika Kirk opened up to Fox News’ Jesse Watters in her first TV interview since her husband's assassination, sharing what life has been like in the wake of tragedy and why she refuses to live in fear.
"It's a fearlessness that's rooted in the understanding that I will have my day and my time, whenever that is, when the Lord knows that I have completed my mission, and I'm not afraid," she said when asked about fears for her safety.
"Charlie wasn't afraid, either. We never lived in fear. If we did, we wouldn't get anything done."
Kirk, who was thrust into the spotlight after her husband's assassination on Sept. 10, spoke about life at home with her young daughter and the conversations they’ve shared since the traumatic day.
Such moments, she said, continue to bring difficult questions.
"My daughter continues to ask [where Charlie is]… and I said, ‘If ever you want to talk to Daddy, you just look up to the sky and start talking. He can hear you.'" Kirk said.
"And I told her, I said, ‘Daddy is in heaven.’ She goes, ‘Do you think I could go sometime?’ I said ‘Baby, we will all go one day. We will all go one day.’"
Kirk also addressed other matters that have weighed on her, including public scrutiny, the trial ahead for her husband’s accused killer and her response to Jimmy Kimmel’s insinuation that the alleged assassin was part of the "MAGA gang" while mocking former President Trump’s reaction to the murder.
"[Sinclair Broadcasting] asked, ‘Do you want Jimmy to give you an apology? Do you want to be on a show? How can we make it right?’" she told Watters.
"Through our team, I responded, ‘Tell them thank you, we received their note. This is not our issue, not our mess…. If you want to say I'm sorry to someone who's grieving, go right ahead. But if that's not in your heart, don't do it. I don't want it. I don't need it.'"
Kirk is also urging a judge to keep news cameras in the courtroom for the trial of her husband’s accused killer, Tyler Robinson.
In an excerpt from her discussion with Watters, Kirk said that cameras were present during her husband’s murder and have followed her and her family ever since.
For that reason, she argued, the public should also be allowed to see what happens inside the courtroom.
"We deserve to have cameras in there. Why not be transparent?" she asked.
"There's nothing to hide. I know there's not because I've seen what the case is built on. Let everyone see what true evil is. This is something that could impact a generation and generations to come."
Kirk is slated to receive the first-ever Charlie Kirk Legacy Award at the seventh annual Fox Nation Patriot Awards at The Tilles Center for the Performing Arts in Brookville, New York, on Thursday.

Alliance of Indigenous Nations International Tribunal issued an ORDER and DECLARATION stating that “mRNA nanoparticle injections are in fact biological and technological weapons of mass destruction.
The Alliance of Indigenous Nations (“AIN”) International Tribunal dropped a bombshell declaration exposing COVID injections as biological and technological weapons of mass destruction under international law.
It is based on findings that the injections meet the criteria for weapons of mass destruction under the US Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act, Florida statutes, Canada’s Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention Implementation Act, and the International Biological Weapons Convention.
In a letter dated 13 December 2024, Canada’s Ministry of Crown–Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs confirmed the formal recognition of the AIN, its Treaty and its Tribunal and affirmed a nation-to-nation relationship, thereby acknowledging the Tribunal’s sovereignty under international law.
After reviewing hundreds of pages of evidence from my current case, including scientific papers and legal briefs filed in the Florida court system, as well as other scientific papers, the Alliance of Indigenous Nations (A.I.N.) The International Tribunal issued a declaration and ORDER declaring the MRNA nanoparticle injections biological and technological weapons of mass destruction.
A.I.N. International Tribunal is the first governing body and judicial authority in the world to issue an ORDER declaring MRNA nanoparticle injections biological and technological weapons of mass destruction.
In addition to legal briefs and scientific studies, A.I.N. reviewed affidavits filed in my current case in the Florida court system from Ana Mihalcea, M.D., PhD; Rima Laibow, M.D.; Karen Kingston; Andrew Zywiec, M.D.; Marivic Villa, M.D., and Avery Brinkley, M.D.. Dr. Ben Marble, M.D., and Dr. Paul Alexander, PhD.; and the late Francis Boyle, J.D., PhD, the law professor that wrote the U.S. domestic implementation legislation of the Biological Weapons Convention, called the Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act of 1989.
Dr. Boyle publicly stated the COVID-19 injections were bioweapons in late 2020, before they were even deployed.
The declaration and ORDER include quotes from and or cites affidavits from Dr. Francis Boyle, J.D, PhD; Dr. Ana Mihalcea, M.D., PhD; Dr. Andrew Zywiec, M.D.,; Dr. Paul Alexander, PhD; and Dr. Rima Laibow, M.D. It also cites the work of Dr. James Thorp, M.D.; Dr. David J. This extraordinary declaration and ORDER comes in the wake of the World Council for Health Florida chapter declaring the MRNA nanoparticle injections to be biological and technological weapons of mass destruction.
Previously county Republican Parties across the U.S. as well as the Idaho and Arizona GOPs declared MRNA nanoparticle injections to be biological and technological weapons of mass destruction.

It lacks binding power over international law in the way bodies like the ICJ do for matters involving weapons of mass destruction (WMDs), which are typically governed by treaties such as the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) or addressed by UN disarmament offices.
The AIN’s declaration appears to be a symbolic or advocacy statement rather than an enforceable ruling with worldwide legal effect.
Under actual international law, WMD designations involve state actors through UN mechanisms, not unilateral declarations by non-state groups.

New York Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani challenges Trump in fiery victory address

New York City just elected Zohran Mamdani, a 34-year-old Democratic Socialist, as its first Muslim mayor in a landslide that’s got everyone talking, and he wasted no time in taking President Donald Trump on in a very direct fashion, as the Daily Mail reports.
In a stunning turn of events on Tuesday, Mamdani clinched over 50% of the vote, defeating his competitors, namely, former Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Republican Curtis Sliwa, in a race that saw the highest turnout in over half a century.
With over two million ballots cast before polls shut at 9 p.m., the results were called almost instantly, marking the biggest mayoral vote tally since 1969. Mamdani, who hails from Queens -- the same borough that shaped President Donald Trump -- celebrated with a symbolic social media clip of a subway door opening at City Hall station. His win isn’t just a local headline; it’s part of a broader Democratic Party wave, with figures like Mikie Sherrill in New Jersey and Abigail Spanberger in Virginia securing governorships, and California’s Prop 50 passing to redraw congressional maps for more Democratic seats.
Policy Promises Spark Hope, Concern
The new mayor’s platform reads like a wish list for the far left: free bus rides, rent freezes, fully funded daycare for kids under five, city-run grocery stores, and a minimum wage hike to $30 an hour.
To bankroll these ambitious plans, estimated to cost billions, Mamdani intends to slap a 2% tax increase on those earning over $1 million annually and bump the top corporate tax rate from 7.25% to 11.5%.
Wall Street and other critics are sounding the alarm, warning that such policies could trigger an exodus of businesses and high earners, gutting the tax base that funds the city’s budget.
Potential Exodus Threatens City Finances
A recent poll by JL Partners for the Daily Mail revealed that 9% of New Yorkers would definitely bolt if Mamdani took office, while 25% -- that’s over 2 million people out of 8.5 million -- are mulling a move.
Among the city’s top earners, those making over $250,000, 7% say they’re packing their bags for sure, a troubling stat when the top 1% pay nearly half of the city’s income taxes.
If these folks head for the exits, critics argue, the financial house of cards could collapse, leaving little cash for Mamdani’s grand social experiments.
Trump and Critics Fire Back Hard
President Trump didn’t hold back, taking to Truth Social to brand Mamdani a “communist” and threaten to withhold federal funds, warning of an “economic and social disaster” for the city.
“If Communist Candidate Zohran Mamdani wins the Election for Mayor of New York City, it is highly unlikely that I will be contributing Federal Funds,” Trump posted, doubling down with a late endorsement of Cuomo as the lesser of two evils.
Mamdani, unfazed, fired back in his victory speech with a direct jab: “Donald Trump, since I know you're watching, I have four words for you: turn the volume up!” Let’s just say, if bravado were currency, this mayor wouldn’t need those tax hikes.
A Divided City Faces Uncertain Future
New Yorkers are split down the middle -- supporters call Mamdani’s vision “hopeful” and “affordable,” while detractors toss around terms like “disaster” and “chaos” to describe the road ahead.
Cuomo, conceding just before 11 p.m. on election night to a chorus of boos from his crowd, noted that nearly half the city didn’t back Mamdani, dubbing them “New York patriots” who fought for a different future.

Then there’s good old California, where Fox News DID report that Trump’s press secretary confirmed that the President knew about the corruption in California. Biden was reported to be under house arrest for compromising US security by conspiring with a foreign power to interfere with a US Election. On 7 Nov 2020, the Saturday after the Elections, CIA Director Gina Haspel was captured and detained for Election Fraud. She was injured by US Special OP’s forces that raided a Frankfurt Germany CIA server farm site. Unfortunately, five US soldiers and one of the CIA mercenaries were k****d in the firefight.
Haspel, evidently in Frankfurt to protect server data that would incriminate Deep State leaders such as Obama and Biden, was said to be cooperating to lessen her own sentence and revealing information about an extensive Voter Fraud scam perpetrated by Democrats in the 2020 Election.
The Military raid captured Dominion Voting servers, which were found to have swung votes from Trump to Biden from their locations in Germany, Canada and Spain. Simultaneous raids took place in Toronto (Dominion Voting System headquarters) and Barcelona, Spain (another CIA Scytl server farm used in the election vote switching fraud).
Although you would never hear about it in today’s Mass Media, the connections were obviously there. George Soros was the head of the Board of Directors for Dominion.
